Claims (13)

  1. Zuschnitt (100) für ein Bilden einer Verpackung (200), der Zuschnitt (100) umfassend:
    einen Satz von Hauptplatten, umfassend eine Vorderwandplatte (102), eine Bodenplatte (104), eine Rückwandplatte (106) und eine Deckelplatte (108), wobei die Hauptplatten faltbar miteinander verbunden und nacheinander entlang einer Längsrichtung (L1), gesehen in einem flachliegenden Zustand des Zuschnitts (100), angeordnet sind,
    eine erste Stirnwandplatte (110) und eine zweite Stirnwandplatte (112), die faltbar miteinander verbunden und nacheinander entlang einer ersten Querrichtung (T1), gesehen in einem flachliegenden Zustand des Zuschnitts (100), angeordnet sind, wobei die erste Stirnwandplatte (110) faltbar mit der Bodenplatte (104) an einer ersten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS1) des Satzes von Hauptplatten verbunden ist, wobei die erste und die zweite Stirnwandplatte (110, 112) ausgelegt sind, in Bezug zueinander gefaltet zu werden, um eine doppelwandige Stirnwand (202a) an der ersten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS1) zu bilden, wenn der Zuschnitt (100) zu einer Verpackung (200) aufgerichtet wird, mindestens eine Stirnwandplatte (124, 126), die ausgelegt ist, eine Stirnwand (202b) an einer zweiten, sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS2) gegenüber der ersten, sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS1) zu bilden, wenn der Zuschnitt (100) zu einer Verpackung (200) aufgerichtet wird,
    eine erste Griffplatte (114), die faltbar mit einer der Vorderwandplatte (102) oder der Rückwandplatte (106) an der ersten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS1) des Satzes von Hauptplatten verbunden ist und sich in der ersten Querrichtung (T1) von dieser erstreckt, wobei die erste Griffplatte (114) ausgelegt ist, zwischen die erste und die zweite Stirnwandplatte (110, 112), die die doppelwandige Stirnwand (202a) an der ersten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS1) bilden, eingefügt zu werden, wenn der Zuschnitt (100) zu einer Verpackung (200) aufgerichtet wird,
    wobei die erste Griffplatte (114) einen ersten Griff (116) umfasst, der aus der ersten Griffplatte (114) geschnitten und mit einem verbleibenden Abschnitt der ersten Griffplatte (114) faltbar verbunden ist,
    wobei der Zuschnitt (100) ausgelegt ist, zu einer Verpackung (200) in einem für eine Aufbewahrung geeigneten Zustand gefaltet zu werden, wobei in diesem Zustand die Deckelplatte (108) unabhängig von der Bereitstellung und Verwendung des ersten Griffs (116) geöffnet werden kann, wodurch die Deckelplatte (108) geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann, während der erste Griff (116) weiterhin in einem unberührten Zustand verbleiben kann,
    wobei die erste Stirnwandplatte (110) einen durchgehenden Ausschnitt (118) umfasst, der in der ersten Stirnwandplatte (110) derart positioniert ist, dass, wenn der Zuschnitt (100) zu einer Verpackung in einen für eine Lagerung geeigneten Zustand gefaltet wurde, der erste Griff (116) durch den durchgehenden Ausschnitt (118) in der ersten Stirnwandplatte (110) zugänglich ist und derart, dass der erste Griff (116) durch den durchgehenden Ausschnitt (118) in der ersten Stirnwandplatte (110) nach außen faltbar ist und dadurch die Verpackung (200) aus dem für eine Aufbewahrung geeigneten Zustand in einen Zustand überführt, der ein Tragen der Verpackung (200) unter Verwendung des ersten Griffes (116) ermöglicht.
  2. Zuschnitt (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Zuschnitt (100) ferner eine zweite Griffplatte (120) umfasst, die faltbar mit der anderen einen der Vorderwandplatte (102) oder der Rückwandplatte (106) an der ersten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS1) des Satzes von Hauptplatten verbunden ist und sich in der ersten Querrichtung (T1) davon erstreckt, wobei die zweite Griffplatte (120) ausgelegt ist, zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Stirnwandplatte (110, 112), die die doppelwandige Stirnwand (202a) an der ersten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS1) bilden, eingefügt zu werden, wenn der Zuschnitt (100) zu einer Verpackung (200) aufgerichtet wird.
  3. Zuschnitt (100) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die zweite Griffplatte (120) einen zweiten Griff (122) umfasst, der aus der zweiten Griffplatte (120) geschnitten und mit einem verbleibenden Abschnitt der zweiten Griffplatte (120) faltbar verbunden ist,
    wobei der zweite Griff (122) durch den durchgehenden Ausschnitt (118) in der ersten Stirnwandplatte (110) zugänglich ist und derart, dass der zweite Griff (122) durch den durchgehenden Ausschnitt (118) in der ersten Stirnwandplatte (110) nach außen faltbar ist und ein Tragen der Verpackung (200) unter Verwendung des zweiten Griffs (122) ermöglicht, wenn der Zuschnitt (100) zu einer Verpackung (200) aufgerichtet wurde.
  4. Zuschnitt (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die mindestens eine Stirnwandplatte (124, 126), die ausgelegt ist, die Stirnwand (202b) an der zweiten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS2) gegenüber der ersten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS1) zu bilden, eine dritte Stirnwandplatte (124) und eine vierte Stirnwandplatte (126) umfasst, die faltbar miteinander verbunden und nacheinander entlang einer zweiten Querrichtung (T2) angeordnet sind, die der ersten Querrichtung (T1) gegenüberliegt, die dritte Stirnwandplatte (124) faltbar mit der Bodenplatte (104) an der zweiten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS2), die der ersten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS1) gegenüberliegt, des Satzes von Hauptplatten verbunden ist, wobei die dritte und vierte Stirnwandplatte (124, 126) ausgelegt sind, in Bezug zueinander gefaltet zu werden, sodass die Stirnwand (202b) die doppelwandige Stirnwand (202b) an der zweiten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS2) gegenüber der doppelwandigen Stirnwand (202a) an der ersten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS1) wird, wenn der Zuschnitt (100) zu einer Verpackung (200) aufgerichtet wird.
  5. Zuschnitt (100) nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Zuschnitt (100) ferner eine erste Eckklappe (128) umfasst, die faltbar mit einer der Vorderwandplatte (102) oder der Rückwandplatte (106) an der zweiten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS2) des Satzes von Hauptplatten verbunden ist und sich in der zweiten Querrichtung (T2) davon erstreckt, wobei die erste Ecklasche (128) ausgelegt ist, zwischen der dritten und vierten Stirnwandplatte (124, 126), die die doppelwandige Stirnwand (202b) bilden, an der zweiten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS2) eingefügt zu werden, wenn der Zuschnitt (100) zu einer Verpackung (200) aufgerichtet wird.

Zuschnitt (100) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei der Zuschnitt (100) ferner eine zweite Eckklappe (130) umfasst, die faltbar mit der anderen einen der Vorderwandplatte (102) oder der Rückwandplatte (106) an der zweiten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS2) des Satzes von Hauptplatten verbunden ist und sich in der zweiten Querrichtung (T2) davon erstreckt, wobei die zweite Eckklappe (130) ausgelegt ist, zwischen die dritte und vierte Stirnwandplatte (124, 126), die die doppelwandige Stirnwand (202b) bilden, an der zweiten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS2) eingefügt zu werden, wenn der Zuschnitt (100) zu einer Verpackung (200) aufgerichtet wird.
  7. Zuschnitt (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der Zuschnitt (100) ferner eine Verschlussklappe (132) umfasst, die faltbar mit der Deckelplatte (108) an einer ersten quer erstreckenden Seite (LS1) der Deckelplatte (108) verbunden ist, die der Rückwandplatte (106) , gesehen in einem flachliegenden Zustand des Zuschnitts (100), gegenüberliegt.
  8. Zuschnitt (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die zweite Stirnwandplatte (112) mindestens eine Verriegelungslasche (134) umfasst, die an einer dritten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS3) der zweiten Stirnwandplatte (112) gegenüber der ersten Stirnwandplatte (110) positioniert ist und sich von der zweiten Stirnwandplatte (112) entlang der ersten Querrichtung (T1) von der zweiten Stirnwandplatte (110) weg erstreckt.
  9. Zuschnitt (100) nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Bodenplatte (104), an der ersten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS1), mindestens eine Aussparung (135) umfasst, wobei die mindestens eine Verriegelungslasche (134) an der zweiten Stirnwandplatte (112) ausgelegt ist, in die entsprechende Aussparung (135) eingefügt zu werden, wenn die erste und die zweite Stirnwandplatte (110, 112) an der ersten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS1) gefaltet werden, um die doppelwandige Stirnwand (202a) zu bilden und dadurch die doppelwandige Stirnwand (202a) in dem aufgerichteten Zustand zu verriegeln, wenn der Zuschnitt (100) zu einer Verpackung (200) aufgerichtet wird.
  10. Zuschnitt (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei die vierte Stirnwandplatte (126) mindestens eine Verriegelungslasche (136) umfasst, die an einer vierten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS4) der vierten Stirnwandplatte (126) gegenüber der dritten Stirnwandplatte (124) positioniert ist und sich von der vierten Stirnwandplatte (126) entlang der zweiten Querrichtung (T2) von der vierten Stirnwandplatte (124) weg erstreckt.
  11. Zuschnitt (100) nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Bodenplatte (104), an der zweiten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS2), mindestens eine Aussparung (137) umfasst, wobei die mindestens eine Verriegelungslasche (136) an der vierten Stirnwandplatte (126) ausgelegt ist, in die entsprechende Aussparung (137) eingefügt zu werden, wenn die dritte und die vierte Stirnwandplatte (124, 126) an der zweiten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS2) gefaltet werden, um die doppelwandige Stirnwand (202b) zu bilden und dadurch die doppelwandige Stirnwand (202b) in dem aufgerichteten Zustand zu verriegeln.
  12. Zuschnitt (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei der Zuschnitt (100) aus einem papierbasierten Material hergestellt ist.
  13. Verpackung (200), gebildet aus einem Zuschnitt (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei
    die Bodenplatte (104) ein Boden der Verpackung (200) bildet, die Vorderwandplatte (102) in Bezug auf die Bodenplatte (104) derart gefaltet ist, dass die Vorderwandplatte (102) eine Vorderwand der Verpackung bildet, wobei die Vorderwandplatte (102) bevorzugt einen rechten Winkel zu der Bodenplatte (104) bildet,
    die Rückwandplatte (106) und die Deckelplatte (108) in Bezug auf die Bodenplatte (104) derart gefaltet sind, dass die Rückwandplatte (106) eine Rückwand der Verpackung bildet, wobei die Rückwandplatte (106) bevorzugt einen rechten Winkel zu der Bodenplatte (104) bildet, wobei die Vorderwandplatte (102) und die Rückwandplatte (106) sich bevorzugt entlang paralleler Ebenen erstrecken,
    die erste und die zweite Stirnwandplatte (110, 112) in Bezug zueinander und in Bezug auf die Bodenplatte (104) gefaltet werden, um eine doppelwandige Stirnwand (202a) an einer ersten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS1) zu bilden, wobei die doppelwandige Stirnwand (202a) bevorzugt einen rechten Winkel zu der Bodenplatte (104) bildet, wobei die erste Griffplatte (114) zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Stirnwandplatte (110, 112) eingefügt wird,
    die mindestens eine Stirnwandplatte (124, 126) eine Stirnwand (202b) an einer zweiten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS2) bildet, die der ersten sich längs erstreckenden Seite (TS1) gegenüberliegt,
    die Verpackung dadurch verschließbar und öffenbar ist, dass die Deckelplatte (108) in Bezug auf die Rückwandplatte (106) gefaltet ist, wobei die Deckelplatte (108) in einem geschlossenen Zustand bevorzugt einen rechten Winkel zu der Rückwandplatte (106) bildet, und wobei sich die Deckelplatte (108) und die Bodenplatte (104) in einem geschlossenen Zustand bevorzugt entlang paralleler Ebenen erstrecken, und
    wobei, wenn sich die Verpackung (200) in einem für eine Aufbewahrung geeigneten Zustand befindet, in dem die Deckelplatte (108) unabhängig von der Bereitstellung und Verwendung des ersten Griffs (116) öffenbar ist, wodurch die Deckelplatte (108) geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann, während der erste Griff (116) weiterhin in einem unberührten Zustand bleiben kann, der erste Griff (116) durch den durchgehenden Ausschnitt (118) in der ersten Stirnwandplatte (110) zugänglich ist und derart, dass der erste Griff (116) durch den durchgehenden Ausschnitt (118) in der ersten Stirnwandplatte (110) nach außen faltbar ist und dadurch die Verpackung (200) aus einem für eine Lagerung geeigneten Zustand in einen Zustand überführt, der ein Tragen der Verpackung (200) unter Verwendung des ersten Griffs (116) ermöglicht.
