Description
The present invention relates to the field of prefabricated wall panels and more particularly to lifting devices making it possible to carry out lifting operations of such panels.
Les éléments de construction seront, dans le présent document, désignés par le terme « brique ».A prefabricated wall panel is a wall made up of a plurality of construction elements, of substantially parallelepiped shape, assembled together in a place different from the place where the wall is intended to be permanently installed. The construction elements will, in this document, be referred to as “brick”.
After assembly, a prefabricated wall panel is lifted to be loaded into a means of transport which transports it from a construction location to an installation location. Finally, the prefabricated wall panel is lifted again and placed on the installation site.
In order to ensure the handling of a prefabricated wall panel, it is known to equip such a prefabricated wall panel with a plurality of lifting devices.

Such a lifting device ensures easy and safe lifting of a prefabricated wall panel using an appropriate lifting device.
However, the specific configuration of the aforementioned lifting device, and in particular the presence of the two insertion lugs which are integral with the base, prevents removal of the base from the respective arrangement when the prefabricated wall panel rests on its installation location, and therefore a possible reuse of the base for handling another prefabricated wall panel.
La présente invention vise à remédier à cet inconvénient. The present invention aims to remedy this drawback.
The technical problem underlying the invention consists in particular of providing a lifting device allowing easy and secure handling of a prefabricated wall panel, which is simple and economical in structure, while limiting the costs of handling a panel. prefabricated wall.

- a support part, such as a support plate, configured to be removably received in a layout defined by at least one brick of a plurality of rows of bricks forming the prefabricated wall panel, and to rest against a lower part of at least one brick of the plurality of rows of bricks, the support part comprising a passage opening configured to be located opposite an internal conduit which is defined by the plurality of rows of bricks and which extends substantially parallel to an elevation axis of the prefabricated wall panel, the passage opening being configured to allow the passage of a lower end portion of a lifting element extending in the internal conduit, and
- a retaining member configured to be disposed below the support piece and to extend across the passage opening, the retaining member being configured to come to bear against two abutment surfaces which are provided on the lower face of the support piece and which are located on either side of the passage opening, the retaining member being configured to be inserted removably into a hooking element, such as a hooking eye, a hooking shackle or a hook, fitted to the lower end part of the lifting element, so that, when a tensile force is exerted on the lifting element, the retaining member comes to bear against the two abutment surfaces provided on the support part.
The lifting device according to the present invention makes it possible to position and secure a hooking element of a lifting element inside the prefabricated wall panel, this in order to be able to carry out the handling and therefore the movement of the prefabricated wall panel between an assembly location and the installation site for example. In addition, the support piece and the retaining member being removable, it is possible to remove them from the respective arrangement once installation has been carried out, in order to reuse the support piece and the retaining member for handling a second prefabricated wall panel for example.
Thus, the lifting device according to the present invention limits the handling costs of a prefabricated wall panel.
Advantageously, the support part is configured to form an interface between the retaining member and the at least one brick defining the arrangement in which the support part is received, and to distribute the mechanical stresses transmitted to the at least one brick, via the lifting element and the retaining member, during a lifting operation of the prefabricated wall panel. Consequently, the support piece avoids damage to the at least one brick defining the arrangement in which the support piece is received.
