Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Nadelmaschine mit einer Nadelplatte (1) mit einem Nadelfeld und Mitteln (3) zum Antreiben der Nadeln in einer Hin- und Herbewegung, insbesondere in vertikaler Richtung, sodass die Nadeln in einer Bewegungsrichtung in einen Vliesstoff oder eine Vliesstoffbahn, insbesondere ein Faservlies, in einer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Vliesstoffs oder der Vliesstoffbahn - insbesondere senkrecht - verlaufenden Richtung eindringen und anschließend in einer zweiten Bewegungsrichtung wieder aus dem Vliesstoff oder der Vliesstoffbahn austreten, wobei sich auf der Nadelplatte zwischen den Nadeln eine Menge an angesammeltem Faserstaub befindet, wobei- die auf der Nadelplatte zwischen den Nadeln vorhandene Menge an Faserstaub überwacht wird (9; 13; 15, 16), und- bei Überschreiten eines Schwellenwerts der überwachten Faserstaubmenge Mittel zur Entfernung des angesammelten Faserstaubs auf der Nadelplatte eingesetzt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vliesstoff oder die Vliesstoffbahn während ihrer Bewegung vor den Nadeln von einem Tisch (6) getragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlage eine Entstaubungsplatte (8) umfasst, die mit einem Feld durchgehender Löcher versehen ist und von den Nadeln durchquert wird, bevor diese in den Vliesstoff oder die Vliesstoffbahn eindringen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Überwachung der Menge an Faserstaub, der sich auf der Platte zwischen den Nadeln ansammelt, Mittel (9; 13; 15) zur Überwachung der Vibrationen und/oder Verformungen der Entstaubungsplatte umfassen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Überwachung der Vibrationen und/oder Verformungen der Entstaubungsplatte einen Beschleunigungssensor (9) umfassen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Überwachung der Vibrationen und/oder Verformungen der Entstaubungsplatte Mittel (13) zur Überwachung der Spannungen umfassen, die auf die Befestigungs- und/oder Stützpunkte (12) der Entstaubungsplatte ausgeübt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Warnmittel vorgesehen sind, die geeignet sind, eine Warnung auszusenden, wenn die Menge des auf der Nadelplatte zwischen den Nadeln angesammelten Faserstaubs einen vorbestimmten Schwellenwert überschreitet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Warnmittel eine Warnung ausgeben, wenn die Differenz zwischen den zeitlich überwachten Schwingungen und/oder Verformungen und den Leerlaufschwingungen und/oder - verformungen einen vorbestimmten Schwellenwert überschreitet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Steuermittel (10), insbesondere elektronische Steuermittel, vorgesehen sind, die die Warnmittel und/oder die Mittel zur Beseitigung der Faserstaubansammlungen betätigen, wenn festgestellt wird, dass die Menge an angesammeltem Faserstaub einen vorbestimmten Schwellenwert überschreitet, insbesondere wenn eine Veränderung der Vibrationen und/oder Verformungen der Entstaubungsplatte festgestellt wird, insbesondere wenn sie einen Schwellenwert überschreiten.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung der Nadeln entlang einer geradlinigen Bahn erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung der Nadeln entlang einer elliptischen Bahn erfolgt.
- Anlage zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
