Definitions
- the invention relates to a hinge for fastening a door to a door frame with a hinge bracket which can be fastened to the door frame in a fastening area via a fastening point, and a hinge leaf which can be fastened to the door.
- a further object of the invention is a door arrangement with a door, a door frame and at least one hinge and a method for fastening a door to a door frame by means of such a hinge.
- Hinges are used in various areas of technology, e.g. in construction, mechanical and plant engineering, equipment, air conditioning, electrical or Information technology used for the pivoting connection of doors with fixed door frames.
- a door can be connected to a door frame via one or more hinges in order to be able to pivot the door relative to the door frame.
- the term "door” should refer to all movable components for closing an opening, in particular flaps, hatches or gates. Accordingly, all rigid components for fixing a door are to be summarized under the term "door frame", in particular frames, linings, etc.
- Hinges generally consist of two pivotally coupled hinge elements, the hinge bracket on the door frame side and the hinge leaf on the door side.
- the hinge bracket In a fastening area, the hinge bracket can be fastened to a frame fastening point of the door frame via a fastening point, for which purpose appropriate fastening means, such as screws or bolts, are generally used.
- the hinge flap can be attached to the door accordingly.
- the hinge bracket attached to the door frame has a leg which has the attachment area and in which two attachment bores are arranged as attachment points for two screw bolts which interact with the frame attachment point.
- the hinge leaf is fastened to the door and coupled via a hinge pin to a second leg of the hinge bracket, which terminates flush with the door frame at the side so that it can pivot.
- Hinges of this type have proven themselves very well in practice for different applications, but for certain applications it can be disadvantageous that such hinges are precisely adapted to a specific frame attachment point of the door frame. Because in practice will be very different door frames are used for similar applications, which often have different frame attachment points that differ, for example, due to different sheet metal thicknesses, different thicknesses of insulation or insulating layers, the use of different fillings or other circumstances. Due to the different frame attachment points, the hinges cannot usually be used on different door frames, or at least not flush with the door frame. Different hinges must therefore usually be used for door frames with different frame attachment points.
- the object of the invention is to specify a hinge and a method which are characterized in that one and the same hinge can be used in a simple manner on different door frames with different frame attachment points.
- the attachment area and the attachment point are designed to be adjustable relative to one another along an adjustment scale, resulting in an assembly-friendly structure with which the attachment position of the hinge can be easily adjusted to adapt to different door frames.
- the adjustability of the attachment area relative to the attachment point allows adaptation to different door frames with different frame attachment points.
- the setting scale enables quick and easy presetting of the hinges according to the respective door frame, which results in easy assembly.
- an advantageous development provides that the fastening point is arranged on a clamping part that interacts in a clamping manner with the fastening region. This achieves a particularly simple structure, since the clamping part and the fastening area can be moved relative to one another in a simple manner in order to adjust the fastening position on the hinge side.
- the clamping part and in particular the clamping connection enable particularly simple, safe and quick handling.
- the fastening area and the clamping part can be connected to one another in a non-positive manner.
- the non-positive connection can be established in a quick and easy manner and provide a secure connection.
- non-positive connections can generally be detached without being destroyed, which is conducive to simple and rapid attachment.
- the fastening area and the clamping part can be connected to one another by means of a combination of positive and non-positive locking, which can increase the quality of the connection.
- Bolts or screws for example, can be used as fasteners or force-locking elements.
- the fastening area has at least one elongated hole.
- the elongated hole can be used to accommodate fasteners with which the hinge bracket can be attached to the door frame.
- the elongated hole enables a particularly simple and quick reciprocal adjustment of the fastening area and the fastening point or the clamping part.
- the elongated hole can allow the fastening means to be guided easily and securely.
- the elongated hole can be oriented in its longitudinal extent essentially transversely to a leg of the hinge and/or transversely to the hinge axis, which is a particular enables quick and easy adjustability.
- the fastening area has two elongated holes, as a result of which more secure fastening is made possible and the guidance of the fastening means can be further improved.
- tilting moments can be reduced by means of two slotted holes, which further simplifies attachment.
- the two elongated holes are of essentially the same design and are arranged parallel to one another on the attachment area.
- the number of elongated holes is adapted to the hole pattern of the frame attachment points. In this way, a particularly simple and secure attachment is made possible, in which all available frame attachment points can be used.
- the elongated hole is arranged transversely or perpendicularly to the hinge axis, as a result of which the horizontal distance between the hinge axis and the attachment point can be adjusted in a simple manner.
- the elongated hole is arranged parallel or at an angle to the hinge axis, whereby the vertical distance or a combined vertical and horizontal distance between the hinge axis and the attachment point can be adjusted.
- the width of the elongated hole is adapted to the diameter of the fastening means to be used and/or the diameter of the frame fastening point, which can enable quick and easy fastening.
- a constructively advantageous embodiment provides that the at least one elongated hole limits an adjustment path.
- the adjustment path corresponds to the path along which the fastening area and the fastening point can be adjusted in relation to one another. Limiting travel can allow for quick, safe, and easy attachment. Furthermore, the repeatability of the attachment, especially with several hinges, increase. It is particularly advantageous if the elongated hole forms stops to limit the travel, particularly on its narrow sides.
- the adjustment path runs transversely to the hinge axis of the hinge.
- a simple and quick adjustment can be made possible.
- the adjustment always takes place transversely to the hinge axis of the hinge, as a result of which tilting can be avoided. It is particularly advantageous with regard to simple and safe handling if the adjustment path runs along the adjustment scale and/or along the elongated hole.
- the clamping part has at least one recess for accommodating fastening means.
- a recess can enable the hinge bracket to be fastened to the door frame in a simple and quick manner.
- the recess can be designed as a bore, in particular as a through bore.
- the recess can advantageously be matched to the shape and/or shape of the frame attachment point, in particular with regard to the diameter of the recess.
- the recess is adapted to the form and/or shape of the elongated hole arranged in the fastening area.
- additional attachment means such as screws or bolts can be used, which can interact with the recess, the elongated hole and the frame attachment point.
- the arrangement or position of the recess corresponds to the arrangement or position of the frame fastening point, in particular if the recess is aligned with the frame fastening point.
- an arrangement with two recesses is particularly advantageous, since this Connection quality of the attachment, in particular the connection strength, can be increased.
- a number of recesses enable increased fastening flexibility, for example in the case of limited accessibility to the frame fastening point.
- the clamping part has two recesses and a projection arranged centrally between the recesses.
- Such an embodiment enables a particularly simple and time-saving installation. It is particularly advantageous if the clamping part is designed symmetrically in relation to the recesses and the projection, so that the clamping part can interact with the fastening area in a number of orientations at the fastening point.
- the projection is designed in the manner of a pin or bolt, preferably as a round pin, and extends essentially perpendicularly from the underside of the clamping part.
- the fastening area has an element which interacts with the projection arranged on the clamping part to guide the adjusting movements and/or as a load support.
- the interaction of the projection and the guide or load support element allows a particularly simple positioning of the clamping part and the fastening area relative to one another, which can facilitate the fastening.
- Large forces for example in the case of particularly heavy doors, can also be reliably introduced into the door frame via the element acting as a load support.
- the load support can form a kind of form fit. It is particularly advantageous if the element is designed as a recess, groove or slot.
- the element can be a guide and/or load transfer element.
- the element can be designed identically to the slot and in particular have the same dimensions, e.g. in terms of diameter and length. It has also proven to be advantageous if the projection arranged on the clamping part can engage in the element.
- the shape of the projection is selected in such a way that the shape corresponds to the dimensions of the element, in particular to the diameter of an element designed in the manner of a slot.
- the element can act as a stop limiting the travel.
- the element is arranged centrally between two elongated holes.
- the projection arranged on the clamping part can engage in the element of the fastening area, which enables the clamping part to be guided relative to the fastening area.
- the clamping part is plate-shaped. Such a configuration is advantageous with regard to a simple and assembly-friendly attachment of the hinge to the door frame.
- the plate-shaped clamping part can be handled particularly easily and adjusted in relation to the fastening area for setting the travel.
- the plate-shaped clamping part can be manufactured in a simple and inexpensive manner. It is particularly preferred if the clamping part is adapted to the corresponding dimensions of the fastening area with regard to its dimensions, in particular its height.
- the plate-shaped clamping part can in particular also have a rectangular shape.
- the fastening area and the clamping part be structured and/or shaped Surfaces can be clamped together in such a way that only discrete values of the travel can be set.
- Such an embodiment enables the clamping part to be adjusted particularly easily in relation to the fastening area.
- the adjustable discrete values of the travel can result from the interaction of the structured and/or correspondingly shaped surfaces. It is particularly preferred if mutually facing surfaces of the fastening area and the clamping part are structured, so that the surface structures of the fastening area and the clamping part can interact to set the travel. In this context, it is particularly advantageous if the side of the fastening area facing away from the door frame is structured.
- the side of the clamping part facing the fastening area is structured. It is particularly advantageous if the surfaces are designed in the manner of a latching contour.
- a form-fitting connection can thus be achieved between the clamping part and the fastening area.
- a locking contour offers the advantage of defined locking steps, as a result of which the clamping part can be fixed in certain positions relative to the fastening area, which can simplify the fastening of the hinge to the door frame.
- structured surfaces can prevent an undesired relative displacement or rotation of the clamping part with respect to the fastening area and thus with respect to the hinge bracket, which can increase the ease of assembly.
- the structured surfaces it is advantageous if these have indentations and/or elevations extending in a direction transverse to the adjustment path.
- the depressions and/or elevations can be formed parallel to the hinge axis. This results in a particularly simple adjustability along the adjustment path.
- the depressions and/or elevations can be in the form of a catch, in particular in the form of corrugations, or in the form of ribs or grooves. It is particularly advantageous if the indentations and/or elevations on the clamping part and the fastening area are of identical design, in particular if the indentations and/or elevations each have the same parameters, such as elevation spacing and height.
- Corrugations or ribbings of identical design of this type can easily engage in one another and thus simplify assembly or attachment. Furthermore, it is advantageous if the corrugations on the clamping part and the fastening area have an identical orientation. Such an identical alignment, in particular transversely to the adjustment path, allows a simple, gradual adjustment of the clamping part relative to the fastening area and reduces the risk of relative torsion. It is particularly advantageous with regard to the easy-to-assemble fastening if the distances between the elevations and/or depressions along the structured surfaces are constant, whereby an identical division and thus a constant minimum value of the travel can be achieved.
- the surfaces have a jagged cross-sectional contour.
- a jagged or saw blade-like or triangular cross-sectional contour enables the clamping part to be adjusted particularly easily and quickly in relation to the fastening area.
- a jagged surface contour is advantageously easy to manufacture, for example using a knurling tool.
- the adjustment scale is designed to display an adjustment path.
- a display of the adjustment path on the adjustment scale can be conducive to an assembly-friendly attachment as a presetting according to the respective door frame or its frame attachment point.
- the setting scale advantageously has a number of graduations. The graduations can at least be partially labeled, in particular, these can be provided with numbers, which can correspond to the travel. Furthermore, the fastening of a hinge bracket to the door frame can be accelerated by the adjustment scale, since the fitter can preset a certain adjustment path in a simple manner, so that the mounted hinge is flush with the respective door frame.
- the adjustment scale is arranged on the fastening area and interacts with a pointer arranged on the clamping part to display the adjustment path.
- the pointer which is preferably in the form of a line, is advantageously arranged on the clamping part in such a way that, in the mounted state, it is located in the vicinity of the setting scale arranged on the fastening area.
- the pointer can be designed in such a way that in the installed state it clearly points to a graduation mark on the setting scale.
- the adjustment scale and the pointer allow the adjustment travel to be read off easily and can therefore simplify the attachment of the hinge bracket to the door frame.
- a pointer is arranged on both an upper edge and a lower edge of the clamping part.
- the clamping part can thus be arranged in at least two orientations on the fastening area, which simplifies the fastening.
- a preferred embodiment of the setting scale provides that the graduation of the setting scale corresponds to the structure of the surfaces. This enables a particularly simple display of the travel and an exact, gradual adjustability.
- each groove of a latching contour designed as a corrugation can be assigned a graduation mark on the setting scale.
- only selected scores can be marked, preferably at a regular spacing, for example every second or every fifth score.
- the adjusting scale and the pointer are arranged in such a way that they can be read when the door is in an installed position.
- the adjusting scale and the pointer can be arranged in such a way that they can be easily read by the fitter during the fastening process of the hinge bracket, which makes assembly easier and the assembly process can be accelerated.
- the setting scale may be attached to the mounting portion so that it can be read from a top view, a bottom view, or a frontal view.
- the pointer is arranged at a corresponding position on the clamping part.
- the adjustment scale and/or its inscription and/or the pointer can preferably be arranged on the fastening area or the clamping part in such a way that it can be permanently read, e.g. by incorporating it in the production tool, by engraving, lasering, etching or similar marking methods.
- a marking that can still be read reliably even in the event of a certain degree of contamination is particularly advantageous.
- the adjustment path that can be displayed by means of the adjustment scale corresponds to a distance between the attachment point and the hinge axis and/or a distance between the attachment point and a leg of the hinge bracket.
- the hinge bracket has two legs arranged at an angle to one another, with the fastening area being arranged on one of the legs.
- the angle between the legs is approximately 90°.
- the fastening area extends at least partially, in particular completely, over one of the legs.
- the hinge bracket has a fork-shaped bearing area with two spaced-apart retaining legs for receiving the hinge leaf and a continuous bearing bore for receiving a hinge pin.
- the forked bearing area can thus have two distal ends, in particular an upper and a lower holding leg, which preferably have coaxial bores.
- the distance between the holding legs can correspond in particular to the width of the corresponding area of the hinge flap.
- a holding leg has a bearing surface for bearing the hinge pin.
- the hinge pin may have a radially extending bearing surface at its head end have, which serves to store the hinge pin in the bearing bore of the hinge bracket.
- the upper holding leg has a corresponding bearing surface for the head of the hinge pin on its upper side. This bearing surface can be designed in such a way that the upper side of the hinge pin is flush with the holding leg.
- the lower holding leg can also have a bearing surface for bearing the hinge pin, in particular a bearing surface for bearing the tip of the hinge pin. The bearing surfaces of the holding legs can serve as stops for the hinge pin in order to simplify the insertion of the hinge pin into the corresponding bearing bores.
- the holding legs and the hinge flap have projection and/or recess contours which interact in such a way that the hinge flap can only be decoupled from the hinge bracket in a predetermined pivoted position and against decoupling in all other pivoted positions relative to the hinge bracket is secured.
- Such a design enables a particularly simple and secure assembly and increases the user-friendliness.
- Furthermore, such a design can support easy hanging and unhooking of the door.
- the coupling can be achieved in particular by a corresponding shape of the projection and recess contours, as a result of which a form fit can be achieved.
- surfaces of the recess can serve as a bearing surface for corresponding surfaces of the projection.
- the hinge pin can mainly fulfill the function of securing against unintentional decoupling of the hinge leaf from the hinge bracket in a specific pivoted position of the door. It is particularly advantageous if the holding legs of the hinge bracket each have a projection.
- the upper retaining leg can have a corresponding projection on its underside and the lower retaining leg on its upper side, so that the projections are within the fork-shaped bearing area are oriented to each other.
- the projection can be designed in particular in the form of a nose or button or in the manner of a sliding block.
- the hinge flap can have a recess, which can be designed in particular in the form of a recess.
- the shape of the recess can correspond to the shape of the projection of the holding leg, e.g. be pot-like, and in particular form a bearing surface for the projection, which enables particularly simple assembly and simplifies the guidance of the hinge bracket and the hinge leaf relative to one another. It is also easily conceivable that a holding leg of the hinge bracket has a recess and the hinge flap has a corresponding projection. Furthermore, the hinge bracket and the hinge flap can each have projections and recesses.
- At least one holding leg has a projection which interacts with a corresponding recess of the hinge leaf for the purpose of coupling the hinge bracket and the hinge leaf.
- the coupling of the hinge bracket and the hinge leaf can be achieved in particular by a corresponding shape of the projection and the recess, as a result of which a form fit can be achieved. It can be particularly advantageous if the projection is designed in the manner of a sliding block and, in particular, is elongate in shape.
- the recess has an opening which is arranged in such a way that the hinge bracket and the hinge leaf can only be decoupled in a defined pivoted position and are secured against decoupling in all other pivoted positions.
- the opening can be in particular as an incision in the jacket of the recess over a certain be formed angular range.
- the width of the opening can correspond to a width of the projection on the hinge bracket.
- the projection has a substantially elongate or elliptical shape, whereby the projection can only be inserted into the opening of the recess when it is oriented perpendicularly to the opening.
- the pivoting position in which the hinge bracket and the hinge leaf can be decoupled corresponds to an assembly position of the door. This pivoted position can, for example, correspond to a 90° pivoted position relative to the door frame.
- the opening is in the closed position of the door in a position transverse to the plane of the door leaf. This ensures that when the door is closed, the opening is not in an area that can be seen from a plan view.
- the opening is preferably arranged on the recess in such a way that the hanging position, in which the door can be hung or unhinged, corresponds to a pivoting position of approximately 90° to the closed position. It is particularly advantageous that with such an arrangement of the opening, the visible area of the hinge flap, which can be used for an inscription or an advertising text, can be maximized.
- the hinge leaf has a strap-like central part with a bearing bore for receiving the hinge pin, the bearing bore being coaxial with the bearing bore of the hinge bracket.
- the coaxial position of the bearing bores in the center section and the hinge bracket enables simple and quick assembly, in particular quick hanging of the door.
- the central part has a visible surface for receiving an inscription, which is in a The closed position of the door is visible from the outside.
- the visible surface is preferably not interrupted by an opening or recess. It is advantageous if the visible surface can be provided with an inscription, for example a company name, a trademark or a logo, which is visible from the outside when the door is closed.
- the inscription can also contain information about the respective door or the contents of the respective cabinet or similar. include or give safety instructions.
- the strap-like central part can be enclosed in an aligned manner by the retaining legs when the door is in a closed position.
- Such an arrangement ensures that the inside of the door and the outside of the door are separated from one another. In particular, dirt or moisture can thus be kept away in a simple manner when the door is in the closed position.
- the hinge bracket and the hinge leaf be designed such that they can be pivoted relative to one another by a pivoting angle greater than 90°, preferably by 180°.
- a pivoting angle greater than 90°, preferably by 180°.

- the uniform attachment of several hinge brackets can be supported by reading the travel.
- the door be attached to the door frame in a defined hanging position of the door.
- a defined hanging position which can be specified, for example, by a certain pivoting angle of the door, increases the ease of assembly and the speed of assembly of the door. Since the door can only be hung in a certain position, the relative positioning of the hinge bracket to the hinge leaf is easier, especially when a door has multiple hinges.
- FIGS. 1a and 1b show a hinge 1 for the pivotable attachment of a door 100 to a fixed door frame 110, two or three of these hinges 1 being used on a single door 100 as a rule.

- the graduations of the adjustment scale 6 are each arranged at the height of a jagged tip of the structured surface 4.3.
- every fourth point of the surface 4.3 has a graduation on the upper edge of the fastening area 4.
- any other arrangement of graduation marks is possible, for example only every tenth point can be provided with a graduation mark or every second point, which results in a rather fine subdivision.
- the adjustment scale 6 has seven graduations. In addition to the graduations, the adjustment scale 6 also has an inscription. Like this the Fig. 1a As can be seen, every second graduation (and thus every eighth point) is assigned a numerical value, which is applied near the respective graduation on the upper edge of the fastening area 4 . The respective numerical value corresponds to the distance C of the respective graduation to the edge of the leg 2.1 of the hinge bracket 2, see also Figure 4a .
- the adjustment scale 6 covers a distance C between the edge of the leg 2.1 and the attachment point 5 from 12 to 24 mm.
- the numerical value of the unlabeled tick marks results from their position relative to the labeled tick marks.
- a graduation which is arranged in the middle between the graduations labeled "14" and “18” corresponds to the numerical value "16".
- the adjustment scale 6 can also be provided with letters, symbols or a color code in addition to numbers.
- another reference can be used, e.g. the edge 112 of the door frame 110 or an edge of the door 100.
- the position of the hinge axis A can also be used as a reference.
- the tick marks and associated labels are arranged so that they can be read from a front and top view.
- applications are also conceivable in which a different orientation of the setting scale 6 and the inscription makes sense.
- the control scale 6 can also be arranged in other areas of the fastening area 4, for example on the lower edge, provided that this is conducive to legibility by the operator or fitter.
- the graduations and digits of the adjustment scale 6 can be introduced into the upper edge of the fastening area 4 by means of engraving.
- another marking method can also be used, for example printing or laser inscription.
- the adjustment scale 6 and the inscription can be attached directly during manufacture of the hinge bracket 2 or added later.
- the clamping part 7 is essentially cuboid, plate-like in shape, see FIG. Fig. 1a . Its length corresponds approximately to the height H of the fastening area 4, cf. Figure 2a , and its width is significantly smaller than the width of the fastening portion 4.

- the clamping part 7 has two recesses 7.1, which are designed as through holes and form the attachment point 5.
- the recesses 7.1 are each located in the upper and lower area of the clamping part 7 and are arranged in such a way that they are aligned with the elongated holes 4.1 of the fastening area 4.
- the clamping part 7 is fastened to a frame fastening point 111 via fastening means 10 in the fastening point 5, the fastening means 10 being arranged in a recess 7.1.
- the fastening means 10 passes through the recess 7.1 of the clamping part 7, the elongated hole 4.1 of the fastening area 4 and the frame fastening point 111 of the door frame 110, which is also designed as a bore, cf 6 .
- a projection 7.2 extends from the underside of the clamping part 7, which in the present exemplary embodiment is designed as a cylindrical pin or bolt, cf. Fig. 1b .
- the projection 7.2 is arranged centrally on the underside of the clamping part 7 and is aligned with the element 4.2 of the fastening area 4.
- the projection 7.2 is detachably connected to the clamping part 7, in particular it can be screwed to it or connected by means of a plug connection.
- the projection 7.2 can also be permanently connected to the clamping part 7, for example it can be welded to it or it can be designed as an integral part of the clamping part 7.
- the projection 7.2 engages in the element 4.2 of the fastening area 4 and together with it forms a kind of assembly aid.
- the clamping part 7 and the fastening area 4 are fixed relative to one another. Due to the engagement of the bolt-like projection 7.2 in the slot-like element 4.2, the clamping part 7 can only be adjusted along the recess-like or groove-like geometry of the element 4.2, but not transversely or obliquely thereto. In the present example, the clamping part 7 cannot be displaced in directions other than transverse to the hinge axis A due to the interaction of the projection 7.2 and the element 4.2.
- the diameter of the pin-like projection 7.2 is chosen so that it can engage in the element 4.2 and there is little play between the projection 7.2 and the element 4.2 reigns.
- the diameter of the projection 7.2 is slightly smaller than the width of the element 4.2 designed as an elongated hole or slot.
- the bolt-like projection 7.2 has an insertion bevel, cf. Fig. 1b .
- the insertion bevel is designed as a circumferential chamfer at the tip of the cylindrical projection 7.2.
- the height of the peg-like projection 7.2 is slightly less than the thickness of the strap-like fastening area 4.
- the height of the projection 7.2 is selected in such a way that the projection 7.2 does not protrude beyond the level of the underside of the fastening area 4 in the assembled state, in order to ensure a level attachment to a To allow frame attachment point 111 of the door frame 110.
- the height of the projection 7.2 should not be too small in order to allow adequate guidance of the clamping part 7 relative to the fastening area 4 and also a load transfer in the vertical direction.
- the underside of the clamping part 7 has a structured and/or shaped surface 7.3.
- the surface 7.3 is designed as a corrugation, analogous to the surface 4.3 of the fastening area 4, with corrugations running parallel to the long edge of the clamping part 7.
- the statements relating to the surface 4.3 of the fastening area 4 can essentially be transferred to the surface 7.3 of the clamping part 7.
- the surface 7.3 has an elongated jagged contour with alternating peaks and depressions.
- the structured, corrugated surface 7.3 can be described by the groove spacing and the peak height.
- the structured surface 7.3 has the same pitch and peak height as the structured surface 4.3 of the fastening area 4, the structured surfaces 7.3 and 4.3 are therefore designed to correspond. This makes it possible for the peaks of the structured surface 7.3 to engage in the depressions of the structured surface 4.3 and vice versa.
- the clamping part 7 and the fastening area 4 are locked together and secured against unintentional displacement.
- the clamping part 7 can therefore be arranged in different positions relative to the fastening area 4 formed by the correspondingly designed structured surfaces 7.3 and 4.3. A change in the relative positioning is thus possible in steps, with the division of the structured surfaces 7.3, 4.3 specifying the step size.
- the structure of the structured surface 7.3 can also be designed as a different contour with shaped elements that engage in one another. Furthermore, the orientation of the structured surface 7.3 can also be chosen differently.
- the clamping part 7 has a pointer 7.4 on its upper edge.
- the pointer 7.4 is formed by a narrow line which extends perpendicularly on the upper edge of the clamping part 7.
- the line forming the pointer 7.4 or a corresponding line is arranged vertically in the middle of the upper edge of the clamping part 7.
- both the upper edge and the lower edge of the clamping part 7 have a pointer 7.4, see also FIG Figure 2a .
- the pointer 7.4 is arranged on the clamping part 7 in such a way that it is aligned with the graduations of the setting scale 6 of the fastening area 4 or points to a graduation of the setting scale 6 to indicate a travel S.
- the pointer 7.4 points to a different graduation of the setting scale 6.
- the position of the pointer 7.4 of the upper edge of the clamping part 7 is selected in such a way that the pointer 7.4 points to an area of the adjustment scale 6 in every mounting position of the clamping part 7. in the in Fig. 1a illustrated embodiment, the pointer 7.4 points to a graduation line the setting scale 6, which is arranged between the graduation marked with the number "18" and the graduation marked with the number "22". Logically, the pointer 7.4 thus has a travel S of 20 mm.
- the pointer 7.4 is designed as a groove-like depression.
- the pointer 7.4 it is also conceivable for the pointer 7.4 to be attached to the clamping part 7 by means of engraving, laser inscription, an etching or printing process or any other marking process.
- a permanent visible and legible attachment of the pointer 7.4 is advantageous, which remains recognizable even after prolonged operation under possibly corrosive or dirty environmental conditions.
- the pointer 7.4 can also be attached at different points, which are conducive to simple and reliable readability.
- the hinge bracket 2 has a fork-shaped bearing area 9 for receiving the hinge tab 3 and the hinge pin 8 on the leg 2 . 2 arranged at right angles to the fastening area 4 .
- the fork-shaped or C-shaped bearing area 9 has a slightly greater height than the attachment area 4, cf. Fig. 1b .
- the storage area 9 has two holding legs 9.1, 9.2, which are arranged parallel to one another at a certain distance, cf Figure 7a .
- a holding leg 9.1 is arranged in the lower area of the leg 2.2 and the other holding leg 9.2 in the upper area.
- the distance between the holding legs 9.1, 9.2 is chosen so that a Area of the hinge flap 3 is covered by the retaining legs 9.1, 9.2 when the door 100 is closed.
- the holding legs 9.1, 9.2 each have an eye-shaped receiving area 9.7 for receiving the hinge pin 8.
- This eye-shaped receiving area 9.7 has a continuous bearing bore 9.3 for receiving the cylindrical shaft 8.1 of the hinge pin 8, as is shown in particular in Figure 7a is recognizable.
- the bearing bore 9.3 extends perpendicularly through both retaining legs 9.1 and 9.2.
- the diameter of the bearing bore 9.3 corresponds to the diameter of the shank 8.1 of the hinge pin 8, so that the shank 8.1 can be accommodated by the bearing bore 8.1, in particular with little radial play.
- the eye-shaped receiving area 9.7 is circular when viewed from above, as can be seen from the illustration in Fig. 1a is recognizable.
- the eye-shaped receiving area 9.7 is arranged laterally at the ends of the holding legs 9.1, 9.2, so that the eye-shaped receiving area 9.7 does not protrude beyond the outer edge of the hinge bracket 2 formed by the holding legs 9.1, 9.2.
- Figure 4a shows a vertical plan view of a hinge 1. It can be seen that the eye-shaped receiving area 9.7 is arranged away from the edge of the leg 2.2 of the hinge bracket 2. The edge of the leg 2.2 forms an aligned extension of the edge 112 of the door frame 110.
- the eye-shaped receiving area 9.7 arranged on the upper holding leg 9.2 has a bearing surface 9.4 for bearing the head 8.2 of the hinge pin 8, cf. Figure 7a .
- the bearing surface 9.4 is essentially formed by a circular recess, the diameter of the circular recess being slightly larger than the diameter of the likewise circular head 8.2 of the hinge pin 8.
- the depth of the circular recess corresponds to the thickness or Height of the head 8.2, so that the head 8.2 is flush with the upper edge of the eye-shaped receiving area 9.7 when the hinge pin 8 engages in the bearing bore 9.3.
- the lower holding leg 9.1 has a projection 9.5 in a central area of its upper side, see also FIG Figure 7a .
- the projection 9.5 is in the form of a nose or button or in the manner of a slot nut and extends upwards essentially perpendicularly from the eye-shaped receiving area 9.7.
- the height of the projection 9.5 corresponds to the depth of a recess 3.5 on the hinge flap 3.
- the projection 9.5 has an elongated, slightly oval basic shape with rounded ends.
- the projection 9.5 is oriented in such a way that a narrower edge points in the direction of the free end of the holding leg 9.1. The longer edge is oriented transversely to the plane of the attachment area 4 .
- the width of the projection 9.5 is slightly smaller than the width of a corresponding opening 3.6 on the hinge leaf 3, so that the projection 9.5 can be inserted into the opening 3.6.
- the continuous bearing bore 9.3 also goes through the projection 9.5.
- An analogous projection 9.6 extends from the underside of the upper holding leg 9.2.
- the hinge flap 3 is also approximately L-shaped when viewed from above, cf. Figures 1a and 1b .
- the hinge flap 3 has an essentially cuboid attachment area 3.7 for attachment to a door attachment point 101 of the door 100.
- the attachment area 3.7 can be attached to the door 100 from the outside, cf. Figure 4a , And has in the present embodiment, two mounting holes 3.3, which are designed as blind holes.
- the assembly bores 3.3 can advantageously be provided with threads and for attachment to a door attachment point 101 of the door 100 with attachment means 10, preferably screws or bolts, interact. from a top view, e.g. according to Fig. 1a , it can be seen that the fastening area 3.7 is somewhat rounded off on one side and is adapted to the shape of the eye-shaped receiving area 9.7 of the hinge bracket 2 that is in the immediate vicinity.
- Attachment area 3.7 is adjoined by a strap-like central part 3.1, which has a lower height than attachment area 3.7 and has a curved area that includes an angle of approximately 90°.
- the bend of the central part 3.1 is adapted to the contour of the door 100, which has a 90° fold, cf. 6 .
- the central part 3.1 Near the attachment area 3.7, the central part 3.1 has a continuous bearing bore 3.4 for receiving the hinge pin 8, see also FIG Figure 7a .
- the bearing bore 3.4 is arranged coaxially with the bearing bore 9.3.
- the hinge pin 8 connects the two hinge elements, the hinge bracket 2 and the hinge flap 3.
- the strap-like central part 3.1 of the hinge flap 3 is arranged between the receiving areas 9.7 of the holding legs 9.1, 9.2.
- the strap-like middle part 3.1 of the hinge flap 3 is surrounded by the holding legs 9.1, 9.2 of the hinge bracket 2 in alignment.
- This arrangement ensures that environmental influences from outside the door 100 cannot easily penetrate into the space inside the door 100 .
- These environmental influences can be, for example, moisture, dust or dirt, which can be kept away from the interior of the door 100 by the aligned enclosing of the strap-like central part 3.1.
- the hinge flap 3 has a visible surface 3.2 on its strap-like central part 3.1, cf. Fig. 1a .
- the visible surface 3.2 is located in the transition area from the fastening area 3.7 to the curved area of the central part 3.1 and is clearly visible from the outside when the door 100 is in the closed position, cf Figure 2a . Therefore, the visible surface 3.2 is particularly suitable for receiving an inscription, such as a logo, a company name, branding or any other advertising element.
- the inscription can be attached to the visible surface 3.2 in any way and in any orientation.
- this area can also be provided with special information which relates to the respective door 100 or the room or cabinet which can be locked by the door 100, in particular information on their identification or content.
- the openings 3.6 are arranged in such a way that the visible surface 3.2 is not interrupted.
- the openings 3.6 are oriented in such a way that in the closed position of the door 100 they are transverse to the plane of the door.
- the openings 3.6 are therefore not directly visible from a frontal view and the visible area 3.2 is maximized in this respect.
- the opening 3.6 is almost completely covered by the hinge 1 of the adjacent door 100 when the door 100 is in the closed position.
- FIGs 3a to c 12 shows sections of door frames 110 in which the frame attachment points 111 are designed differently, in particular they are arranged at different positions in relation to the edge 112 of the door frame 110 .
- a profile-shaped door frame 110 has an approximately Z-shaped cross section with two folds.
- One of the legs of the Z-shaped cross-section forms the edge 112 of the door frame 110.
- the frame attachment point 111 is arranged in an area perpendicular to the edge 112, the mounting plane M, and is formed by a hole pattern.
- the hole pattern or hole pattern of the frame attachment point 111 can be designed differently and in the present exemplary embodiment has two identically designed bores which are arranged at a certain distance from one another and lie on a line which lies parallel to the edge 112 .
- the distance between the hole pattern of the frame attachment point 111 and the edge 112 can vary, cf.
- a mean distance between the mounting plane M of the frame attachment point 111 and the edge 112 is shown, in Figure 3b a smaller distance and in 3c a greater distance.
- FIG. 1 Analogous to the Figures 3a to c is in the Figures 2a to c the hinge 1 shown in three different mounting or mounting positions.
- the hinge 1 according to Figure 2a is for attachment to a frame attachment point 111 according to Figure 3a educated
- Figure 2b shows a hinge 1 for attachment to the door frame 110 according to FIG Figure 3b
- Figure 2c a hinge 1 for attachment to the door frame 110 after 3c . It can be seen that the different hole patterns and the resulting different distances between the frame attachment point 111 and the edge 110 result in different positions of the attachment point 5 and the clamping part 7 relative to the attachment area 4 .
- the attachment point 5 and thus also the clamping part 7 are arranged in a middle position on the attachment area 4 of the hinge bracket 2 .
- the structured surfaces 4.3 and 7.3 are in mutual engagement and the recesses 7.1 are located in a central area of the elongated holes 4.1.
- the pointer 7.4 points to a graduation of the adjustment scale 6, which thus indicates an approximately average assembly position an average adjustment path S. From a plan view of a door assembly according to Figure 4a becomes clear that according to analogy to a mean distance Figure 3a an average distance B 1 between the hinge axis A and the attachment point 5 results. The same applies to the distance C 1 between the leg 2.2 and the attachment point 5.
- the attachment point 5 and thus also the clamping part 7 are arranged in a position on the attachment area 4 of the hinge bracket 2, which is used for attachment to a frame attachment point 111, which is arranged at a smaller distance from the edge 112.
- the structured surfaces 4.3 and 7.3 engage in one another and the recesses 7.1 are located in a right-hand area of the elongated holes 4.1 that is closer to the leg 2.2.
- the pointer 7.4 points to a graduation of the adjustment scale 6, which indicates an assembly position closer to the edge and thus a smaller adjustment path S.
- the attachment point 5 and thus also the clamping part 7 are arranged in a position on the attachment area 4 of the hinge bracket 2, which is used for attachment to a frame attachment point 111, which is arranged at a greater distance from the edge 112.
- the structured surfaces 4.3 and 7.3 engage in one another and the recesses 7.1 are located in a left-hand area of the elongated holes 4.1 that is further away from the leg 2.2.
- the pointer 7.4 points to a graduation of the setting scale 6, which indicates a mounting position further away from the edge and thus a larger travel S.
- the arranged on the door 100 door attachment point 101 is formed comparable to the frame attachment point 111.
- the door attachment point 101 is also two from each other has spaced-apart bores which are parallel to the door edge 102 in a plane M.
- the distance from the door attachment point 101 to the door edge 102 can likewise vary, similar to the distance from the frame attachment point 111 to the edge 112 of the door frame 110 .
- the hinge leaf 3 can therefore also have an attachment point at which the hinge leaf 3 can be attached to the door 100 in an attachment area.
- the attachment area and the attachment point can also be designed to be adjustable relative to one another along an adjustment scale, as was described above with reference to the example of the hinge bracket 2 .
- the hinge flap 3 can also have a clamping part that interacts in a clamping manner with the respective fastening area.
- the fastening area 4 arranged on the leg 2.1 and the fastening point 5 can be adjusted relative to one another via the clamping part 7.
- the position of the edge of the leg 2.2 can thus be adjusted independently of the position of the frame attachment point 111.
- the hinge 1 can always be positioned in such a way that the edge 112 of the door frame 110 and the leg 2.2 are aligned.
- Undesirably large gap dimensions can thus be avoided, manufacturing tolerances can be compensated for and, for example, in the case of switch cabinet arrangements, several doors 100 can be arranged in a row directly next to one another, with the stop position (left stop and right stop) being able to alternate.
- the hinge bracket 2 is at one in which Figure 4a unrecognizable frame attachment point 111 of the door frame 110 attached.
- the clamping part 7 interacts with the fastening area 4 in the fastening point 5 .
- the clamping part 7 and the fastening area 4 are connected to the frame fastening point 111 in the fastening point 5 by means of two fastening means 10 which are designed as screws with nuts.
- the screw heads are received by the depressions arranged in the recesses 7.1 of the clamping part 7, cf. figure 6 , so that the screw heads are flush with the surface of the clamping part 7.
- the projection 7.2 arranged on the underside of the clamping part 7 engages in the element 4.2 for guidance, cf. Fig. 1b .
- the hinge leaf 3 is attached to a door attachment point 101 of the door 100, see also Figure 4a .
- Two fastening means 10 designed as machine screws are provided for this purpose, which interact with the mounting bores 3.3 and the bores of the door fastening point 101.
- the machine screws are screwed from the inside of the door 100 into the threaded mounting holes 3.3 of the mounting area 3.7 of the hinge leaf 3, see also 6 .
- FIGs 5 and 6 show a detail of an embodiment of a door assembly with a door 100, a door frame 110 and a hinge 1.
- the door arrangement is shown in a closed position of the door 100
- in 6 is the door arrangement according to figure 5 shown in a 180° open position of the door 100.
- the fastening area 4 and the fastening point 5 can be adjusted in relation to one another, so that, for example, the edge 112 of the door frame 110 ends flush with the door 100 .
- the hinge 1 allows the door 100 to be pivoted by 180° about the hinge axis A.
- FIGs 7a and b a section of a door arrangement with a door 100, a door frame 110 and a hinge 1 is shown, the hinge bracket 2 and the hinge flap 3 being decoupled.
- a position is shown in which the door 100 can be hung in the hinge bracket 2 fastened to the door frame 110 .
- the hanging position shown is characterized in that the door 100 is in a position pivoted through 90° to the closed position. In this position, the openings 3.6 of the middle part 3.1 of the hinge flap 3 are aligned with the short edges of the projections 9.5 of the holding legs 9.1, 9.2.
- the recesses 3.5 of the hinge flap 3 and the projections 9.5 of the hinge bracket 2 are designed to correspond and can engage. Except for in the hanging position, the hinge bracket 2 and the hinge flap 3 are already coupled to one another by the shape of the projections 9.5 and recesses 3.5.
- the hinge pin 8 serves as an additional safeguard against undesired or unintentional decoupling.
- the individual parts of the hinge 1 can be made of different materials, for example plastics or metals. Likewise, various production methods for the production of the parts of the hinge 1 are possible, for example injection molding methods or machining methods.
- the hinge bracket 2 is first held at a frame attachment point 111 of the door frame 110 in such a way that the elongated holes 4.1 of the attachment area 4 are aligned with the holes in the frame attachment point 111, cf. Fig. 1a .
- the attachment point 5 is then positioned via the clamping part 7 in such a way that the projection 7.2 of the clamping part 7 engages in the element 4.2 of the attachment area 4, cf. Fig. 1b .
- the clamping part 7 is fixed in its vertical position.
- the clamping part 7 can then be loosely attached to the frame attachment point 111 by means of two attachment means 10, e.g. bolts and nuts, with the attachment means 10 connecting both the recesses 7.1, the elongated holes 4.1 and the bores of the frame attachment point 111 to one another.
- the adjustment scale 6 shows the adjustment travel S as a preset.
- the loose attachment allows a horizontal displacement of the attachment area 4 relative to the attachment point 5 and the clamping part 7.
- the edge of the leg 2.2 of the hinge bracket 2 can be aligned, for example, with the edge 112 of the door frame 110 and the attachment position can be adjusted accordingly.
- the fastening means 10 are then fixed, with the corresponding structured surfaces 4.3, 7.3 being in mutual engagement.
- the travel S can be read using the setting scale 6 in conjunction with the pointer 7.4. This is advantageous, for example, if additional hinges 1 are then to be fastened to the door frame 110 in the same mounting position, since in this case the travel S can be transferred.
- the assembly position in particular a distance B or C, can be specified so that the position of the clamping part 7 and the attachment point 5 can be adjusted relative to the attachment area 4 along the setting scale 6 and the pointer 7.4 before the fixation.
- the attachment of the hinge leaf 3 to a door attachment point 101 is analogous to this by screwing the fasteners 10 to the Mounting bores 3.3 and the bores of the door mounting point 101.
- the mounting for changing the mounting position, in particular for setting a travel distance can be done by means of a mounting point designed to be adjustable relative to a mounting area.
- the door 100 can be hung.
- the door 100 is moved close to the door frame 110 in such a way that the hinge bracket 2 and the hinge leaf 3 are in close proximity to one another.
- the door 100 is pivoted into a position which corresponds to a 90° open position, cf. Figure 7a .
- the openings 3.6 are opposite the short edges of the projections 9.5, so that the central part 3.1 of the hinge flap 3 can be pushed between the holding legs 9.1, 9.2.
- the limiting wall of the recess 3.5 forms a stop for the projection 9.5.
- the hinge pin 8 In this pushed-together position, the bearing bores 3.4 and 9.3 are aligned, so that the hinge pin 8 can be inserted into this bearing bore 9.3 from above.
- the hinge pin 8 has an insertion bevel at its tip. After the hinge pin 8 has been fully inserted, its head 8.2 rests with its underside on the bearing surface 9.4. Furthermore, the tip of the hinge pin 8 rests on the bearing surface 9.6.
- the hinge pin 8 secures the hinge bracket 2 and the hinge flap 3 against undesired decoupling. It also forms the hinge axis A, about which the hinge leaf 3 and thus the door 100 can be pivoted through an angle of 180°.
- the hinge 1 described above, the door arrangement with a door 100, a door frame 110 and at least one hinge 1 and the method for fastening a door to a door frame are distinguished characterized by an assembly-friendly structure, with which the assembly position can be adjusted in a simple manner and the hinge 1 can also be used at different frame attachment points 111.

The invention relates to a hinge for fastening a door to a door frame with a hinge bracket which can be fastened to the door frame in a fastening area via a fastening point, and a hinge leaf which can be fastened to the door. A further object of the invention is a door arrangement with a door, a door frame and at least one hinge and a method for fastening a door to a door frame by means of such a hinge.
Hinges are used in various areas of technology, e.g. in construction, mechanical and plant engineering, equipment, air conditioning, electrical or Information technology used for the pivoting connection of doors with fixed door frames. As a rule, a door can be connected to a door frame via one or more hinges in order to be able to pivot the door relative to the door frame. In this context, the term "door" should refer to all movable components for closing an opening, in particular flaps, hatches or gates. Accordingly, all rigid components for fixing a door are to be summarized under the term "door frame", in particular frames, linings, etc.
Hinges generally consist of two pivotally coupled hinge elements, the hinge bracket on the door frame side and the hinge leaf on the door side. In a fastening area, the hinge bracket can be fastened to a frame fastening point of the door frame via a fastening point, for which purpose appropriate fastening means, such as screws or bolts, are generally used. The hinge flap can be attached to the door accordingly.

Hinges of this type have proven themselves very well in practice for different applications, but for certain applications it can be disadvantageous that such hinges are precisely adapted to a specific frame attachment point of the door frame.
Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is to specify a hinge and a method which are characterized in that one and the same hinge can be used in a simple manner on different door frames with different frame attachment points.
In the case of a hinge of the type mentioned at the outset, this object is achieved by the features of
The attachment area and the attachment point are designed to be adjustable relative to one another along an adjustment scale, resulting in an assembly-friendly structure with which the attachment position of the hinge can be easily adjusted to adapt to different door frames. The adjustability of the attachment area relative to the attachment point allows adaptation to different door frames with different frame attachment points. The setting scale enables quick and easy presetting of the hinges according to the respective door frame, which results in easy assembly.
In this context, an advantageous development provides that the fastening point is arranged on a clamping part that interacts in a clamping manner with the fastening region. This achieves a particularly simple structure, since the clamping part and the fastening area can be moved relative to one another in a simple manner in order to adjust the fastening position on the hinge side. The clamping part and in particular the clamping connection enable particularly simple, safe and quick handling.
In this context, it is proposed that the fastening area and the clamping part can be connected to one another in a non-positive manner. The non-positive connection can be established in a quick and easy manner and provide a secure connection. Furthermore, non-positive connections can generally be detached without being destroyed, which is conducive to simple and rapid attachment. In an advantageous development, the fastening area and the clamping part can be connected to one another by means of a combination of positive and non-positive locking, which can increase the quality of the connection. Bolts or screws, for example, can be used as fasteners or force-locking elements.
In this context, it is further proposed that the fastening area has at least one elongated hole. The elongated hole can be used to accommodate fasteners with which the hinge bracket can be attached to the door frame. The elongated hole enables a particularly simple and quick reciprocal adjustment of the fastening area and the fastening point or the clamping part. Furthermore, the elongated hole can allow the fastening means to be guided easily and securely. In a particularly advantageous manner, the elongated hole can be oriented in its longitudinal extent essentially transversely to a leg of the hinge and/or transversely to the hinge axis, which is a particular enables quick and easy adjustability. In an advantageous development, the fastening area has two elongated holes, as a result of which more secure fastening is made possible and the guidance of the fastening means can be further improved. In addition, tilting moments can be reduced by means of two slotted holes, which further simplifies attachment. It is particularly preferred with regard to quick and secure attachment if the two elongated holes are of essentially the same design and are arranged parallel to one another on the attachment area. Furthermore, it is particularly advantageous if the number of elongated holes is adapted to the hole pattern of the frame attachment points. In this way, a particularly simple and secure attachment is made possible, in which all available frame attachment points can be used. In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the elongated hole is arranged transversely or perpendicularly to the hinge axis, as a result of which the horizontal distance between the hinge axis and the attachment point can be adjusted in a simple manner. However, it is also conceivable that the elongated hole is arranged parallel or at an angle to the hinge axis, whereby the vertical distance or a combined vertical and horizontal distance between the hinge axis and the attachment point can be adjusted. In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the width of the elongated hole is adapted to the diameter of the fastening means to be used and/or the diameter of the frame fastening point, which can enable quick and easy fastening.
A constructively advantageous embodiment provides that the at least one elongated hole limits an adjustment path. The adjustment path corresponds to the path along which the fastening area and the fastening point can be adjusted in relation to one another. Limiting travel can allow for quick, safe, and easy attachment. Furthermore, the repeatability of the attachment, especially with several hinges, increase. It is particularly advantageous if the elongated hole forms stops to limit the travel, particularly on its narrow sides.
In this context, it is also proposed that the adjustment path runs transversely to the hinge axis of the hinge. Thus, a simple and quick adjustment can be made possible. Furthermore, it can be ensured that the adjustment always takes place transversely to the hinge axis of the hinge, as a result of which tilting can be avoided. It is particularly advantageous with regard to simple and safe handling if the adjustment path runs along the adjustment scale and/or along the elongated hole.
A further advantageous embodiment provides that the clamping part has at least one recess for accommodating fastening means. A recess can enable the hinge bracket to be fastened to the door frame in a simple and quick manner. The recess can be designed as a bore, in particular as a through bore. The recess can advantageously be matched to the shape and/or shape of the frame attachment point, in particular with regard to the diameter of the recess. Furthermore, it can be advantageous if the recess is adapted to the form and/or shape of the elongated hole arranged in the fastening area. For the clamping attachment of the clamping part in the attachment area, additional attachment means such as screws or bolts can be used, which can interact with the recess, the elongated hole and the frame attachment point. Furthermore, it has proven to be advantageous if the arrangement or position of the recess corresponds to the arrangement or position of the frame fastening point, in particular if the recess is aligned with the frame fastening point. In this regard, an arrangement with two recesses is particularly advantageous, since this Connection quality of the attachment, in particular the connection strength, can be increased. Furthermore, a number of recesses enable increased fastening flexibility, for example in the case of limited accessibility to the frame fastening point.
It is further proposed that the clamping part has two recesses and a projection arranged centrally between the recesses. Such an embodiment enables a particularly simple and time-saving installation. It is particularly advantageous if the clamping part is designed symmetrically in relation to the recesses and the projection, so that the clamping part can interact with the fastening area in a number of orientations at the fastening point. A configuration is particularly preferred in which the projection is designed in the manner of a pin or bolt, preferably as a round pin, and extends essentially perpendicularly from the underside of the clamping part.
In this context, it is further proposed that the fastening area has an element which interacts with the projection arranged on the clamping part to guide the adjusting movements and/or as a load support. In this way, a particularly simple and assembly-friendly attachment can be achieved. The interaction of the projection and the guide or load support element allows a particularly simple positioning of the clamping part and the fastening area relative to one another, which can facilitate the fastening. Large forces, for example in the case of particularly heavy doors, can also be reliably introduced into the door frame via the element acting as a load support. The load support can form a kind of form fit. It is particularly advantageous if the element is designed as a recess, groove or slot. The element can be a guide and/or load transfer element. In particular, the element can be designed identically to the slot and in particular have the same dimensions, e.g. in terms of diameter and length. It has also proven to be advantageous if the projection arranged on the clamping part can engage in the element. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the shape of the projection is selected in such a way that the shape corresponds to the dimensions of the element, in particular to the diameter of an element designed in the manner of a slot. Furthermore, the element can act as a stop limiting the travel.
In a preferred embodiment, the element is arranged centrally between two elongated holes. Such an embodiment allows a simple and assembly-friendly clamping attachment of the clamping part to the attachment area. In particular, the projection arranged on the clamping part can engage in the element of the fastening area, which enables the clamping part to be guided relative to the fastening area.
It is further proposed that the clamping part is plate-shaped. Such a configuration is advantageous with regard to a simple and assembly-friendly attachment of the hinge to the door frame. The plate-shaped clamping part can be handled particularly easily and adjusted in relation to the fastening area for setting the travel. Furthermore, the plate-shaped clamping part can be manufactured in a simple and inexpensive manner. It is particularly preferred if the clamping part is adapted to the corresponding dimensions of the fastening area with regard to its dimensions, in particular its height. The plate-shaped clamping part can in particular also have a rectangular shape.
In this context, it is also proposed that the fastening area and the clamping part be structured and/or shaped Surfaces can be clamped together in such a way that only discrete values of the travel can be set. Such an embodiment enables the clamping part to be adjusted particularly easily in relation to the fastening area. The adjustable discrete values of the travel can result from the interaction of the structured and/or correspondingly shaped surfaces. It is particularly preferred if mutually facing surfaces of the fastening area and the clamping part are structured, so that the surface structures of the fastening area and the clamping part can interact to set the travel. In this context, it is particularly advantageous if the side of the fastening area facing away from the door frame is structured. Accordingly, it is advantageous if the side of the clamping part facing the fastening area, in particular the underside, is structured. It is particularly advantageous if the surfaces are designed in the manner of a latching contour. Advantageously, a form-fitting connection can thus be achieved between the clamping part and the fastening area. A locking contour offers the advantage of defined locking steps, as a result of which the clamping part can be fixed in certain positions relative to the fastening area, which can simplify the fastening of the hinge to the door frame. Furthermore, structured surfaces can prevent an undesired relative displacement or rotation of the clamping part with respect to the fastening area and thus with respect to the hinge bracket, which can increase the ease of assembly.
With regard to the structured surfaces, it is advantageous if these have indentations and/or elevations extending in a direction transverse to the adjustment path. In particular, the depressions and/or elevations can be formed parallel to the hinge axis. This results in a particularly simple adjustability along the adjustment path. The depressions and/or elevations can be in the form of a catch, in particular in the form of corrugations, or in the form of ribs or grooves. It is particularly advantageous if the indentations and/or elevations on the clamping part and the fastening area are of identical design, in particular if the indentations and/or elevations each have the same parameters, such as elevation spacing and height. Corrugations or ribbings of identical design of this type can easily engage in one another and thus simplify assembly or attachment.
In this context, it is further proposed that the surfaces have a jagged cross-sectional contour. Such a jagged or saw blade-like or triangular cross-sectional contour enables the clamping part to be adjusted particularly easily and quickly in relation to the fastening area. Furthermore, such a jagged surface contour is advantageously easy to manufacture, for example using a knurling tool.
In a preferred embodiment, the adjustment scale is designed to display an adjustment path. A display of the adjustment path on the adjustment scale can be conducive to an assembly-friendly attachment as a presetting according to the respective door frame or its frame attachment point. The setting scale advantageously has a number of graduations.
It is further proposed that the adjustment scale is arranged on the fastening area and interacts with a pointer arranged on the clamping part to display the adjustment path. Such an arrangement enables the fastening area to be adjusted particularly easily and quickly in relation to the fastening point. The pointer, which is preferably in the form of a line, is advantageously arranged on the clamping part in such a way that, in the mounted state, it is located in the vicinity of the setting scale arranged on the fastening area. In particular, the pointer can be designed in such a way that in the installed state it clearly points to a graduation mark on the setting scale. The adjustment scale and the pointer allow the adjustment travel to be read off easily and can therefore simplify the attachment of the hinge bracket to the door frame. In a particularly preferred embodiment, a pointer is arranged on both an upper edge and a lower edge of the clamping part. The clamping part can thus be arranged in at least two orientations on the fastening area, which simplifies the fastening.
A preferred embodiment of the setting scale provides that the graduation of the setting scale corresponds to the structure of the surfaces. This enables a particularly simple display of the travel and an exact, gradual adjustability. In this case, for example, each groove of a latching contour designed as a corrugation can be assigned a graduation mark on the setting scale. Alternatively, only selected scores can be marked, preferably at a regular spacing, for example every second or every fifth score.
In this context, it is further proposed that the adjusting scale and the pointer are arranged in such a way that they can be read when the door is in an installed position. In particular, the adjusting scale and the pointer can be arranged in such a way that they can be easily read by the fitter during the fastening process of the hinge bracket, which makes assembly easier and the assembly process can be accelerated. Preferably, for ease of reading, the setting scale may be attached to the mounting portion so that it can be read from a top view, a bottom view, or a frontal view. In this context, it is particularly advantageous if the pointer is arranged at a corresponding position on the clamping part. The adjustment scale and/or its inscription and/or the pointer can preferably be arranged on the fastening area or the clamping part in such a way that it can be permanently read, e.g. by incorporating it in the production tool, by engraving, lasering, etching or similar marking methods. A marking that can still be read reliably even in the event of a certain degree of contamination is particularly advantageous.
In an advantageous development of the invention, it is proposed that the adjustment path that can be displayed by means of the adjustment scale corresponds to a distance between the attachment point and the hinge axis and/or a distance between the attachment point and a leg of the hinge bracket. Such a configuration enables a particularly simple adjustability with regard to attachment with a defined distance between the attachment point and the hinge axis or a leg of the hinge bracket. In this way, the adjustability of the attachment can easily be adapted to one of the aforementioned distance parameters.
It is proposed that the hinge bracket has two legs arranged at an angle to one another, with the fastening area being arranged on one of the legs. Such an arrangement can offer advantages during assembly, since the legs can be easily accessible. In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the angle between the legs is approximately 90°. Furthermore, it is particularly preferred if the fastening area extends at least partially, in particular completely, over one of the legs.
In this context, it is further proposed that the hinge bracket has a fork-shaped bearing area with two spaced-apart retaining legs for receiving the hinge leaf and a continuous bearing bore for receiving a hinge pin. The forked bearing area can thus have two distal ends, in particular an upper and a lower holding leg, which preferably have coaxial bores. The distance between the holding legs can correspond in particular to the width of the corresponding area of the hinge flap. This arrangement enables the hinge tab and the hinge pin to be inserted or attached in a particularly simple manner. It is of particular advantage if the fork-shaped bearing area is arranged at an angle, in particular at right angles, to the fastening area. Such an arrangement makes it possible to further simplify the hanging or mounting of the door. In addition, there are advantages with regard to the largest possible pivoting range of the door, which can advantageously be up to 180°.
In this context, it is further proposed that a holding leg has a bearing surface for bearing the hinge pin. This enables a particularly simple assembly of the door, since hanging and fastening the door to the door frame can be simplified. The hinge pin may have a radially extending bearing surface at its head end have, which serves to store the hinge pin in the bearing bore of the hinge bracket. It is particularly advantageous if the upper holding leg has a corresponding bearing surface for the head of the hinge pin on its upper side. This bearing surface can be designed in such a way that the upper side of the hinge pin is flush with the holding leg. Furthermore, the lower holding leg can also have a bearing surface for bearing the hinge pin, in particular a bearing surface for bearing the tip of the hinge pin. The bearing surfaces of the holding legs can serve as stops for the hinge pin in order to simplify the insertion of the hinge pin into the corresponding bearing bores.
In a further development of the invention, it is proposed that the holding legs and the hinge flap have projection and/or recess contours which interact in such a way that the hinge flap can only be decoupled from the hinge bracket in a predetermined pivoted position and against decoupling in all other pivoted positions relative to the hinge bracket is secured. Such a design enables a particularly simple and secure assembly and increases the user-friendliness. Furthermore, such a design can support easy hanging and unhooking of the door. The coupling can be achieved in particular by a corresponding shape of the projection and recess contours, as a result of which a form fit can be achieved. In particular, surfaces of the recess can serve as a bearing surface for corresponding surfaces of the projection. In such an arrangement, the hinge pin can mainly fulfill the function of securing against unintentional decoupling of the hinge leaf from the hinge bracket in a specific pivoted position of the door. It is particularly advantageous if the holding legs of the hinge bracket each have a projection. In particular, the upper retaining leg can have a corresponding projection on its underside and the lower retaining leg on its upper side, so that the projections are within the fork-shaped bearing area are oriented to each other. The projection can be designed in particular in the form of a nose or button or in the manner of a sliding block. The hinge flap can have a recess, which can be designed in particular in the form of a recess. The shape of the recess can correspond to the shape of the projection of the holding leg, e.g. be pot-like, and in particular form a bearing surface for the projection, which enables particularly simple assembly and simplifies the guidance of the hinge bracket and the hinge leaf relative to one another. It is also easily conceivable that a holding leg of the hinge bracket has a recess and the hinge flap has a corresponding projection. Furthermore, the hinge bracket and the hinge flap can each have projections and recesses.
In this context, it is further proposed that at least one holding leg has a projection which interacts with a corresponding recess of the hinge leaf for the purpose of coupling the hinge bracket and the hinge leaf. Such an arrangement has particular advantages with regard to a quick and safe assembly of the door. The coupling of the hinge bracket and the hinge leaf can be achieved in particular by a corresponding shape of the projection and the recess, as a result of which a form fit can be achieved. It can be particularly advantageous if the projection is designed in the manner of a sliding block and, in particular, is elongate in shape.
In this context, it has proven to be advantageous if the recess has an opening which is arranged in such a way that the hinge bracket and the hinge leaf can only be decoupled in a defined pivoted position and are secured against decoupling in all other pivoted positions. This increases the ease of assembly and allows the door to be hung or mounted quickly. The opening can be in particular as an incision in the jacket of the recess over a certain be formed angular range. In particular, the width of the opening can correspond to a width of the projection on the hinge bracket. In this connection it is proposed that the projection has a substantially elongate or elliptical shape, whereby the projection can only be inserted into the opening of the recess when it is oriented perpendicularly to the opening. In this context, it is also proposed that the pivoting position in which the hinge bracket and the hinge leaf can be decoupled corresponds to an assembly position of the door. This pivoted position can, for example, correspond to a 90° pivoted position relative to the door frame.
In an advantageous development of the invention, the opening is in the closed position of the door in a position transverse to the plane of the door leaf. This ensures that when the door is closed, the opening is not in an area that can be seen from a plan view. The opening is preferably arranged on the recess in such a way that the hanging position, in which the door can be hung or unhinged, corresponds to a pivoting position of approximately 90° to the closed position. It is particularly advantageous that with such an arrangement of the opening, the visible area of the hinge flap, which can be used for an inscription or an advertising text, can be maximized.
In a development of the invention, it is proposed that the hinge leaf has a strap-like central part with a bearing bore for receiving the hinge pin, the bearing bore being coaxial with the bearing bore of the hinge bracket. The coaxial position of the bearing bores in the center section and the hinge bracket enables simple and quick assembly, in particular quick hanging of the door.
In this context, it is further proposed that the central part has a visible surface for receiving an inscription, which is in a The closed position of the door is visible from the outside. The visible surface is preferably not interrupted by an opening or recess. It is advantageous if the visible surface can be provided with an inscription, for example a company name, a trademark or a logo, which is visible from the outside when the door is closed. The inscription can also contain information about the respective door or the contents of the respective cabinet or similar. include or give safety instructions.
In a further embodiment of the invention, it is proposed that the strap-like central part can be enclosed in an aligned manner by the retaining legs when the door is in a closed position. Such an arrangement ensures that the inside of the door and the outside of the door are separated from one another. In particular, dirt or moisture can thus be kept away in a simple manner when the door is in the closed position.
In an advantageous further development of the invention, it is proposed that the hinge bracket and the hinge leaf be designed such that they can be pivoted relative to one another by a pivoting angle greater than 90°, preferably by 180°. Such a configuration is advantageous with regard to the largest possible door opening and accessibility of the area behind the door and can also enable the door to be installed in a particularly simple manner.
Furthermore, to solve the above-mentioned problem, a door arrangement with a door, a door frame and at least one hinge is proposed, which is designed according to the features of
Furthermore, in order to achieve the above object, a method for fastening a door to a door frame by means of a hinge is proposed proposed with the features of claim 15. With such a method, the advantages described in connection with the hinge and the door arrangement result.
In connection with the method, it is proposed that the travel be read off a setting scale. This enables easy and precise adjustability. In particular, the uniform attachment of several hinge brackets can be supported by reading the travel.
It is also proposed that the door be attached to the door frame in a defined hanging position of the door. Such a defined hanging position, which can be specified, for example, by a certain pivoting angle of the door, increases the ease of assembly and the speed of assembly of the door. Since the door can only be hung in a certain position, the relative positioning of the hinge bracket to the hinge leaf is easier, especially when a door has multiple hinges.

The underside of the clamping
