Claims (2)

  1. Trinkbehälter (10), umfassend:
    einen Aufbewahrungskörper (19), der einen Aufnahmebereich für Flüssigkeiten definiert, wobei sich der Aufbewahrungskörper (10) entlang einer Längsachse (12) erstreckt;
    eine Öffnung (24) an einer Oberseite des Aufnahmebereichs;
    eine Bodenplatte (14), die mit dem Aufbewahrungskörper (19) verbunden ist, wobei die Bodenplatte (14) einen Körper (15) und ein Vorspannelement (18) umfasst, das mit einer Unterseite des Körpers (15) verbunden ist, wobei das Vorspannelement (18) eine unterste Fläche (16) der Bodenplatte (14) definiert, die von der Öffnung (24) wegweist, wobei der Körper (15) aus einem ersten Material gebildet ist und das Vorspannelement (18) aus einem zweiten Material gebildet ist, das stärker komprimierbar als das erste Material ist;
    einen ersten Vorsprung (38), der sich relativ zur Achse (12) radial nach außen von der Bodenplatte (14) erstreckt, wobei der erste Vorsprung (38) eine obere Fläche (26) aufweist, die von der untersten Fläche (16) der Bodenplatte wegweist, wobei die obere Fläche (26) senkrecht zur Längsachse (12) verläuft und wobei sich der erste Vorsprung (38) radial weiter von der Längsachse erstreckt als das Vorspannelement (18); und
    eine Ausnehmung (30) zwischen dem ersten Vorsprung (38) und einem untersten Ende einer Seitenwand (20) des Aufbewahrungskörpers (19), wobei die Ausnehmung (30) eine Außenfläche definiert, die sich linear zwischen dem ersten Vorsprung (38) und dem untersten Ende der Seitenwand (20) des Aufbewahrungskörpers (19) erstreckt und von der Längsachse (12) wegweist, wobei sich das unterste Ende der Seitenwand (20) radial um einen ersten Abstand (32)
    relativ zur Längsachse (12) über die Ausnehmung (30) hinaus erstreckt
    und sich der Vorsprung (38) radial um einen zweiten Abstand (28) relativ zur Längsachse (12) über die Ausnehmung (30) hinaus erstreckt, wobei der zweite Abstand (28) größer als der erste Abstand (32) ist,
    wobei der erste Vorsprung (38) ein unteres
    Ende der Ausnehmung (30) definiert und der Aufbewahrungskörper (19) ein oberes Ende der Ausnehmung (30) definiert;
    wobei der erste Vorsprung (38) die Bodenplatte (14) umlaufend umgibt und wobei sich das Vorspannelement (18) relativ zur Längsachse (12) radial über die Außenfläche der Ausnehmung (30) hinaus erstreckt und wobei sich die Außenfläche der Ausnehmung (30) vertikal parallel zur Längsachse zwischen dem ersten Vorsprung (38) und dem untersten Ende der Seitenwand (20) des Aufbewahrungskörpers (19) erstreckt.
  2. Trinkbehälter (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Vorspannelement (18) aus Silikon gebildet ist.
