Definitions

  • the invention relates to a muscle strengthening bar and to a muscle strengthening assembly comprising such a muscle strengthening bar.
  • Sports equipment is often specific to a specific function or exercise. Exercise opportunities are therefore often limited.
  • a "Pump” bar typically measures between 130 cm and 132 cm and up to 140 cm. The bar is 28mm in diameter.
  • the space in the center of the bar is dedicated to the different possible hand placements. It measures between 98 cm and 1 m.
  • the aim of the invention is therefore to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art by proposing a muscle strengthening bar allowing several types of exercises to be carried out at the same time, in a progressive manner to avoid joint trauma and adapted to all levels. .
  • the invention relates to a muscle strengthening bar comprising a central gripping portion separating a first end intended to receive a first weight and a second end intended to receive a second weight.
  • the muscle strengthening bar comprises a first fixing means and a second fixing means positioned symmetrically with respect to the central gripping part.
  • Each fixing means is positioned between one of the ends and the central gripping part and is intended to be connected to one end of a rope.
  • the invention thus provides a modular muscle strengthening bar which offers a wider range of bodybuilding techniques and maximum adaptability to all audiences likely to use it (young, elderly, beginners or experienced practitioners).
  • the muscle strengthening bar brings together several bar strength training techniques in a single tool.
  • This equipment offers more possibilities than a simple weight bar or a simple pull-up bar, with the added possibility of using additional elastics.
  • the muscle strengthening bar comprises a third fixing means and a fourth fixing means positioned symmetrically with respect to the central gripping part.
  • Each of the fixing means is positioned between one of the ends and the central gripping part and is intended to be connected to one end of an additional rope.

  • the arch-shaped elements also serve as disc stops or stops to prevent the weights (cast iron discs) from sliding towards the center of the muscle strengthening bar.
  • the first fixing means and the third fixing means are mounted in opposition and symmetrically with respect to the central axis of the muscle strengthening bar.
  • the second fixing means and the fourth fixing means are mounted in opposition and symmetrically with respect to the central axis of the muscle strengthening bar.
