TITRE : système et un procédé d’agrivoltaïque à irrigation contrôlée
DESCRIPTION DOMAINE DE L'INVENTION
La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé d’agrivoltaïque.
ETAT DE LA TECHNIQUE
L’agrivoltaïque ou « Agri-PV » est un domaine jeune qui mêle agriculture et production électrique photovoltaïque sur une surface commune. Le principe est d’installer sur une surface de production agricole des panneaux photovoltaïques pilotables susceptibles de créer artificiellement de l’ombre et un abri et en même temps de produire de l’électricité.
On connaît du document WO 2011 /047828 A1 un système comprenant un panneau photovoltaïque et un dispositif d’irrigation. En cas de pluie, le panneau photovoltaïque est orienté d’une manière particulière, afin de faciliter la collecte de l’eau de pluie en vue de son utilisation ultérieure pour irriguer des cultures.
EXPOSE DE L'INVENTION
Un but de l’invention est d’irriguer des cultures d’une manière plus adaptée au besoin des cultures et/ou de besoin de production d’énergie.
Il est à cet effet proposé, selon un premier aspect, un système comprenant :
- un support propre à s’étendre au-dessus de cultures,
- un panneau photovoltaïque orientable par rapport au support pour projeter une ombre variable sur les cultures,
- un dispositif d’irrigation configuré pour arroser les cultures avec de l’eau selon un débit d’eau déterminé en fonction d’un angle d’inclinaison de rayons solaires par rapport au panneau photovoltaïque.
Il est par ailleurs proposé, selon un deuxième aspect, un procédé comprenant des étapes de :
- détermination d’un débit d’eau en fonction d’un angle d’inclinaison de rayons solaires par rapport à un panneau photovoltaïque s’étendant au-dessus de cultures, le panneau photovoltaïque étant orientable par rapport au support pour projeter une ombre variable sur les cultures,
- arrosage des cultures avec de l’eau selon le débit d’eau déterminé.
Le système selon le premier aspect et le procédé selon le deuxième aspect peuvent chacun comprendre les caractéristiques suivantes, prises seules ou en combinaison lorsque cela fait sens.
Préférentiellement, le dispositif d’irrigation est configuré pour déterminer une concentration d’engrais à fournir aux cultures en fonction du débit d’eau déterminé.
Préférentiellement, le dispositif d’irrigation est configuré pour arroser les cultures avec un mélange d’eau et d’engrais dosé selon la concentration d’engrais à fournir aux cultures.
Préférentiellement, le débit d’eau déterminé croît lorsque l’angle d’inclinaison des rayons solaires par rapport au panneau photovoltaïque se réduit ou inversement.
Préférentiellement, il est commandé une orientation du panneau photovoltaïque par rapport au support de sorte que le panneau photovoltaïque respecte une consigne de production d’énergie électrique prédéfinie. Cette commande est par exemple mise en oeuvre par une unité de commande du système selon le premier aspect.
DESCRIPTION DES FIGURES

La figure 1 illustre de façon schématique un système selon un mode de réalisation de l’invention.
La figure 2 est un organigramme d’étapes d’un procédé selon un mode de réalisation de l’invention.
La figure 3 est un ensemble de courbes représentant une quantité de production de culture et une production instantanée d’énergie, en fonction d’un angle formé entre un panneau photovoltaïque et un rayonnement solaire incident.
Sur l’ensemble des figures, les éléments similaires portent des références identiques.
DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTION
En référence à la figure 1 , un système 1 comprend un support 2, un panneau photovoltaïque 4 et un dispositif d’irrigation 6.
Le support 2 est adapté pour s’étendre au-dessus de cultures, c’est-à-dire au moins une plante P. Le support 2 comprend typiquement des pieds propres à être posés sur le sol ou être plantés dans la terre.
Le panneau photovoltaïque 4 comprend au moins une cellule photovoltaïque ayant pour fonction de produire de l’énergie électrique lors que la cellule est illuminée par un rayonnement solaire.
Chaque cellule photovoltaïque définit une surface supérieure du panneau photovoltaïque 4, qui est photosensible.
Le panneau photovoltaïque 4 est monté à rotation sur le support 2 autour d’un axe de rotation, de manière à projeter une ombre variable sur les cultures au-dessus desquels s’étend le support 2, comme illustré sur la figure 1. En d’autres termes, l’ombre projetée par le panneau photovoltaïque 4 varie en fonction de la position angulaire du panneau photovoltaïque 4 par rapport au support 2.
L’axe de rotation est typiquement horizontal, c’est-à-dire parallèle à la surface du sol.
Le panneau photovoltaïque 4 est mobile dans une pluralité de positions angulaires.
Cette pluralité de positions peut comprendre une position horizontale, dans laquelle le panneau s’étend verticalement par rapport à la surface du sol, et une position verticale, dans laquelle le panneau s’étend horizontalement par rapport à la surface du sol.
Lorsque le plan du panneau est parallèle à l’angle d’élévation du soleil, l’ombre projetée est minimale. Lorsque le plan du panneau est perpendiculaire à l’angle d’élévation du soleil, l’ombre projetée est maximale.
Le système 1 peut comprendre plusieurs panneaux photovoltaïques 4 conforme à la description qui précèdent, formant ensemble une toiture pour les cultures.
Le système 1 comprend par ailleurs une unité de commande 8 pour commander l’orientation de chaque panneau photovoltaïque 4.
Quand plusieurs panneaux photovoltaïques 4 sont présents, les orientations respectives des panneaux peuvent être identiques (autrement dit, les panneaux peuvent être constamment parallèles les uns aux autres).
L’unité de commande 8 peut être configurée pour orienter chaque panneau photovoltaïque 4 de sorte que le panneau photovoltaïque 4 respecte une consigne de production d’énergie électrique prédéfinie. Par exemple, l’unité de commande 8 peut orienter les panneaux 4 de manière à ce que soit produite par le ou chaque panneau photovoltaïque 4 au moins une quantité d’énergie électrique prédéfinie au cours d’une période de durée prédéfinie.
Le dispositif d’irrigation 6 est configuré pour arroser les cultures P au-dessus desquelles le support 2 s’étend.
Le dispositif d’irrigation 6 comprend notamment au moins une canalisation pour acheminer de l’eau depuis un réseau d’eau vers les cultures.
Le dispositif d’irrigation 6 comprend par ailleurs une vanne 10 pour ajuster le débit d’eau fournie aux cultures par la ou chaque canalisation.
Le dispositif d’irrigation 6 comprend par ailleurs un doseur 12 configuré pour mélanger de l’engrais à l’eau en cours d’acheminement vers les cultures.
Le dispositif d’irrigation comprend par exemple un goutte-à-goutte pour fournir l’eau et/ou l’engrais aux cultures, qui est efficace bien que coûteux. En variante, le dispositif d’irrigation comprend un vaporisateur pour vaporiser l’eau et/ou l’engrais sur les cultures.
Le système 1 comprend par ailleurs une unité de commande pour commander la vanne et le doseur, pouvant être identique ou distincte de l’unité de commande 8 du panneau photovoltaïque 4. Dans la suite, on considérera un mode de réalisation dans lequel c’est la même unité de commande 8 qui commande chaque panneau photovoltaïque 4, mais également la vanne et le doseur.
En référence à la figure 2, un procédé mis en oeuvre par le système 1 comprend les étapes suivantes.
L’unité de commande 8 détermine des données représentatives de l’orientation du panneau photovoltaïque 4 (étape 100).
Ces données comprennent par exemple une position angulaire courante du panneau photovoltaïque 4, ou bien un historique de positions angulaires du panneau photovoltaïque 4 au cours d’une période prédéfinie.
En variante, les données représentatives de l’orientation du panneau photovoltaïque comprennent une quantité d’énergie produite par le panneau photovoltaïque au cours d’une période prédéfinie.
A partir de l’historique de positions angulaires du panneau photovoltaïque 4 au cours d’une période prédéfinie, cette période pouvant être exprimée en jours, semaines, mois, années, il est possible de consigner dans une base les données sur la quantité d’énergie produite sur cette période.
L’unité de commande 8 détermine un débit d’eau à fournir aux cultures en fonction des données d’orientations déterminées au cours de l’étape précédente (étape 102).
L’unité de commande 8 détermine par ailleurs une concentration d’engrais à fournir aux plantes (par exemple exprimée en grammes par litre). La quantité d’engrais est déterminée d’après le débit d’eau déterminé.
La concentration d’engrais déterminée est propre à satisfaire un besoin des cultures sans le dépasser. De manière générale, plus il y a de soleil, plus la plante a de besoin, donc plus elle absorbe de l’eau plus elle absorbe d’engrais.
Cette quantité d’engrais tient compte du caractère lessivable du sol. En particulier, cette quantité est adapté pour être plus élevée durant les périodes d’irrigation courtes (point de flétrissement) ou à la fin des périodes longues (capacité au champ).
L’unité de commande 8 fournit le débit d’eau calculé à la vanne 10 du système d’irrigation, de sorte que de l’eau soit acheminée jusqu’aux cultures avec ce débit calculé.
L’unité de commande 8 fournit par ailleurs la quantité d’engrais à fournir au doseur 12 du dispositif d’irrigation 6, de sorte que de l’engrais soit fourni aux cultures selon cette quantité. De préférence, cette quantité d’engrais est mélangée au sein du dispositif d’irrigation avec l’eau en cours d’acheminement.
De manière générale, le débit d’eau déterminé par l’unité de commande 8 croît lorsque l’ombre projetée par le panneau photovoltaïque 4 se réduit. Autrement dit, plus le panneau photovoltaïque 4 fait de l’ombre aux cultures, moins le débit d’eau déterminé est élevé.
Pour déterminer la loi de commande en débit utilisée par l’unité de commande, on peut utiliser la méthodologie suivante.
Soit Q(D(t), O(t), I (t)) la fonction de production de culture instantanée fonction de l’occlusion des panneaux solaires et du débit d’eau injecté, où
• D(t) étant le débit d’irrigation à t.
• O(t) étant l’orientation des panneaux solaire par rapport au sol supposée fixe pendant la durée dt.
• I (t) est l’énergie reçue du soleil à l’instant t. Cette énergie dépend de la saison, de l’historique de la météo (nuages). Il est mesuré par ailleurs.
Q, la fonction de production de culture, est une donnée qui peut être consignée dans une base, par exemple selon le type de culture.
Q(D(t),0(t), l(t)).dt est la quantité de production de culture obtenue pendant un temps dt.
Soit P(D(t),0(t), l(t)) la fonction de production instantanée d’énergie, fonction de l’inclinaison des panneaux, de l’énergie reçue et du débit d’eau utilisé par le dispositif
d’irrigation. En effet, on pourra par exemple diminuer l’irrigation des cultures si on privilégie la production électrique en diminuant l’ensoleillement des cultures.
On cherche les lois de commandes des panneaux O(t) et de débit D(t).
Le problème général consiste à maximiser f0 Q(D(t), 0(t), I(t)). dt (la quantité de culture produite entre 0 et T) sous la contrainte /Q T P(D(t), O(t), I (t) ) . dt > Pmin.
Car il faut produire un minimum d’électricité Pmin pour une irrigation et une loi de commande donnée du panneau photovoltaïque 4.
Pmin peut être connue à l’avance via les données consignées sur la quantité d’énergie produite, par exemple selon la culture donnée. Les inconnues sont les lois de commande de l’orientation O(t) des panneaux et du débit d’irrigation D(t).
On pourra dans la pratique faire des modèles simplifiés qu’on peut résoudre avec les multiplicateurs de Lagrange : Pmin.
Ce qui donne un système de 3 équations et 3 inconnues : Les lois de commande du débit, de l’orientation des panneaux et l.
Dans un modèle simplifié, soit Q l’angle moyen sur une certaine durée dans laquelle l’angle peut être considéré comme constant que fait le plan du panneau solaire avec l’inclinaison des rayons solaires par rapport à la terre (variable entre les deux solstices), comme représenté en figure 1. Sur cette même durée, D correspond au débit moyen, il est donc aussi considéré constant. On peut souhaiter maximiser la production de la culture Q sur une certaine période sous la contrainte d’obtenir une production électrique P minimum, Pmin.
Supposons que la quantité Q soit proportionnelle à l’irrigation de débit moyen D (donc supposée constante), on peut écrire que sur la période T :
Q~A.D. cos 0 avec 0 < q £ p/2, et où A est une constante. En effet, si Q est proche de 0, il n’y a pas d’effet d’ombre du panneau photovoltaïque 4 et donc la culture est privilégiée.
De même, on peut écrire pour la production électrique :
P~B. sin0 avec 0 < q £ p/2. En effet, la production électrique est maximale pour des panneaux solaires orthogonaux au flux solaire.
Une solution consiste alors à résoudre le système suivant : r Q~A. D. cos Q p~Pmax. sm9 ³ Pmin
Sont représentées en figure 3 deux courbes illustrant les valeurs P et Q en fonction de l’angle Q, dans un mode de réalisation, ici l’évolution de l’angle est représentée sur une période T qui correspond à celle d’une journée.
Dans ce mode de réalisation, la solution du système est un intervalle d’angle [qpiίh,p/ 2 ] possible pour respecter la contrainte de production d’énergie minimum, Pmin.
Pour cela, une fois Pmin fixé, l’angle Qmin est déduit, permettant aussi de déduire Qmin, la production de culture.
Une fois l’angle Qmin choisi, on pourra calculer le débit minimum d’irrigation Dmin. On a par exemple :

Ensuite, un débit moyen d’irrigation D est déduit, D étant supérieur à Dmin, et satisfait aux contraintes de Qmin et Pmin.
Le débit d’eau calculé par l’unité de commande peut également dépendre d’autres données d’entrée, par exemple :
• la capacité au champ : il s’agit d’une quantité maximale d’eau que peut contenir le sol (selon sa composition, son inclinaison etc.)
• le point de flétrissement des cultures, qui, comme son nom l’indique dépend du type de culture. Un bon système d’irrigation doit se situer au-delà du point de flétrissement et en deçà de la capacité au champ.
En particulier, le débit d’irrigation peut être modulé de manière à profiter des zones d’ombre pour irriguer à la capacité au champ (et stopper une fois celle-ci atteinte) et en même temps irriguer les zones éclairées avec une périodicité T qui permet de situé en plein soleil toujours au-delà du point de flétrissement de la plante.
L’heure de la journée peut également être prise en compte pour le calcul du débit d’eau. En effet, des cultures ont besoin de spectre lumineux différents (plutôt bleu le matin et plutôt rouge le soir) mais le spectre rouge les fait brûler ; il faut donc irriguer davantage en présence d’un tel spectre rouge. Le procédé et le système décrits ci-dessus trouvent avantageusement application pour irriguer des cultures ne nécessitant pas de labourage (par exemple : café, salade, chou, fraises).
Claims
1. Système (1) comprenant :
- un support (2) propre à s’étendre au-dessus de cultures (P),
- un panneau photovoltaïque (4) orientable par rapport au support pour projeter une ombre variable sur les cultures (P),
- un dispositif d’irrigation (6) configuré pour arroser les cultures (P) avec de l’eau selon un débit d’eau déterminé en fonction d’un angle d’inclinaison de rayons solaires par rapport au panneau photovoltaïque.
2. Système selon la revendication 1 , dans lequel le dispositif d’irrigation (6) est configuré pour déterminer une concentration d’engrais à fournir aux cultures en fonction du débit d’eau déterminé.
3. Système selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le dispositif d’irrigation (6) est configuré pour arroser les cultures avec un mélange d’eau et d’engrais dosé d’après la concentration d’engrais à fournir aux cultures.
4. Système selon l’une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le débit d’eau déterminé croît lorsque l’angle d’inclinaison des rayons solaires par rapport au panneau photovoltaïque se réduit, ou lorsque l’angle d’inclinaison des rayons solaires par rapport au panneau photovoltaïque augmente.
5. Système selon l’une des revendications 1 à 4, comprenant une unité de commande (8) configurée pour commander une orientation du panneau photovoltaïque par rapport au support de sorte que le panneau photovoltaïque respecte une consigne de production d’énergie électrique prédéfinie.
6. Procédé comprenant des étapes de :
- détermination (100) d’un débit d’eau en fonction d’un angle d’inclinaison de rayons solaires par rapport à un panneau photovoltaïque s’étendant au-dessus de cultures, le panneau photovoltaïque étant orientable par rapport au support pour projeter une ombre variable sur les cultures,
- arrosage (102) des cultures avec de l’eau selon le débit d’eau déterminé.
7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, comprenant la détermination d’une concentration d’engrais à fournir aux cultures en fonction du débit d’eau déterminé.
8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel les cultures sont arrosées avec un mélange d’eau et d’engrais dosé d’après la concentration d’engrais à fournir aux cultures.
9. Procédé selon l’une des revendication 6 à 8, dans lequel le débit d’eau déterminé croît lorsque l’angle d’inclinaison des rayons solaires par rapport au panneau photovoltaïque se réduit, ou lorsque l’angle d’inclinaison des rayons solaires par rapport au panneau photovoltaïque augmente.
10. Procédé selon l’une des revendications 6 à 9, comprenant une commande d’orientation du panneau photovoltaïque par rapport au support de sorte que le panneau photovoltaïque respecte une consigne de production d’énergie électrique prédéfinie.
