Claims (10)

  1. Ein Zylinderschloss und ein Schlüssel dafür, von der Art, die einen Stator (3) umfasst, in welchem sich ein Rotor (4) drehen kann, der mit einem länglichen Kanal (5) versehen ist, in welchem dazugehörige Stifte (6, 7) im Wesentlichen einander gegenüber angeordnet sind, wobei der Kanal (5) zum Einführen eines Schlüssels (2) ausgebildet ist, der mit einem Sitz (8) zum Aufnehmen eines dazugehörigen Hebels (9) ausgestattet ist, welcher frei ausgerichtet werden kann und ausgebildet ist, um die Stifte (6, 7) zu betätigen;
    wobei
    mindestens einer der Stifte (6) aus einem konkaven Spitzkegel (10) und einem konturierten Gewindestift (11) besteht, der ein Ende (12) hat, dessen Form und Abmessungen komplementär zu denjenigen des inneren Hohlraums (13) des Spitzkegels (10) sind;
    axial wirkende elastische Mittel (14) zwischen dem Spitzkegel (10) und dem Gewindestift (11) zum Zwecke ihrer entsprechenden Beabstandung voneinander bei Abwesenheit externer Kräfte, ausgeübt auf den Gewindestift (11) zu dem Spitzkegel (10) hin, angeordnet sind;
    der Stator (3) eine Vertiefung (15) umfasst, deren Form und Abmessungen komplementär zu denjenigen der terminalen Vorderseite des Spitzkegels (10) sind, für die vorübergehende Aufnahme der Vorderseite; wobei die Vertiefung (15) mit dem Loch (16) des Rotors (4) ausgerichtet ist, in dem der Spitzkegel (10) und der Gewindestift (11) angeordnet sind;
    mindestens ein elastisches Element (17) zwischen dem Stator (3) und mindestens einem zusätzlichen Stift (7) angeordnet ist, zum Drücken desselben innerhalb des länglichen Kanals (5);
    wobei nach dem Einführen des Schlüssels (2) in den länglichen Kanal (5) das Ende des mindestens einen zusätzlichen Stifts (7) und ein Kopf (18) des Gewindestifts (11) an den Hebel (9) anstoßen, mit daraus folgender partieller Neigung desselben mit Bezug auf den Schlüssel (2) in der Konfiguration zur freien Translationsbewegung des Stifts (6) in dem Loch (16) des Rotors (4), ohne Vorstehen der Vorderseite des Spitzkegels (10) mit Bezug auf die Kontur des Rotors (4) während der Drehung desselben.
  2. Das Zylinderschloss und der Schlüssel dafür gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Loch (16) des Rotors (4), das den Stift (6) aufnimmt, aufeinander folgende Abschnitte mit verschiedenem Durchmesser umfasst, mindestens einen ersten Abschnitt (19) mit einer Breite, die größer ist als diejenige des Spitzkegels (10), mindestens einen zweiten Abschnitt (20) mit einer Form und Abmessungen, die im Wesentlichen komplementär zu denjenigen des Spitzkegels (10) sind, und mindestens einen dritten Abschnitt (21) mit einer Form und Abmessungen, die im Wesentlichen komplementär zu denjenigen des Kopfs (18) des Gewindestifts (11) sind, um so ein zylindrisches Paar mit ihm zu bestimmen.
  3. Das Zylinderschloss und der Schlüssel dafür gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gewindestift (11) einen zylindrischen Kopf (22) umfasst, mindestens einen intermediären Schulterabschnitt (23), der einen Durchmesser hat, welcher im Wesentlichen ähnlich dem Außendurchmesser des Spitzkegels (10) ist, und mindestens einen terminalen Abschnitt, dessen Form und Abmessungen komplementär zu denjenigen des inneren Hohlraums (13) des Spitzkegels (10) sind.
  4. Das Zylinderschloss und der Schlüssel dafür gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der terminale Abschnitt einen zentralen zylindrischen Teil (24) mit einem größeren Durchmesser und einen terminalen zylindrischen Teil (25) mit einem kleineren Durchmesser umfasst, wobei der Hohlraum (13) des Spitzkegels (10) eine erste Öffnung (26) umfasst, die in der Baugruppenkonfiguration dem Gewindestift (11) zugewandt ist und einen Durchmesser hat, welcher komplementär zum Durchmesser des zentralen zylindrischen Teils (24) ist, und eine zweite Öffnung (27), deren Durchmesser komplementär zum Durchmesser des terminalen zylindrischen Teils (25) ist.
  5. Das Zylinderschloss und der Schlüssel dafür gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Mittel (14) zwischen der Vorderseite des zentralen zylindrischen Teils (24) mit größerem Durchmesser, der radial mit Bezug auf den terminalen zylindrischen Teil (25) vorsteht, und dem flachen ringförmigen Abschnitt des Hohlraums (13) angeordnet sind, der zwischen der ersten Öffnung (26), welche dem Gewindestift (11) zugewandt ist, und der zweiten Öffnung (27) geformt ist.
  6. Das Zylinderschloss und der Schlüssel dafür gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (15) des Stators durch zwei sich schneidende schräge Ebenen (28, 29) begrenzt ist, welche am Boden der Vertiefung (15) ineinander übergehen und in die Oberfläche der Passage (30) des Stators (3) übergehen, die zur drehenden Aufnahme des Rotors (4) bestimmt ist.
  7. Das Zylinderschloss und der Schlüssel dafür gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (9) eine Dicke hat, die variabel ist, selbst lokal und ohne Diskontinuität, entsprechend einer im Wesentlichen codierten Form, die von der Geometrie und der Anordnung des Endes der Stifte (6, 7) abhängt, die im Wesentlichen mit ihm ausgerichtet sind und an ihm anliegen und so eine bestimmte Auflagekonfiguration der Enden der Stifte (6, 7) auf der Oberfläche des Hebels (9) bestimmen.
  8. Das Zylinderschloss und der Schlüssel dafür gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zusätzliche Stift (7) innerhalb eines konturierten Kanals (31) des Rotors (4) gleiten kann; der Kanal (31) umfasst einen Abschnitt (32), welcher außerhalb des Rotors (4) liegt, einen größeren Durchmesser hat und geeignet ist, eine Grundplatte (33) des zusätzlichen Stifts (7) gleitend aufzunehmen, und einen inneren Abschnitt (34), welcher einen kleineren Durchmesser hat und geeignet ist, einen verlängerten Schaft (35) des zusätzlichen Stifts (7) gleitend aufzunehmen; wobei das mindestens eine elastische Element (17) zwischen dem Boden des Kanals (31) und der Grundplatte (33) angeordnet ist.
  9. Das Zylinderschloss und der Schlüssel dafür gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stator (3) eine zylindrische Vertiefung (36) umfasst, die zur Aufnahme eines komplementären Stifts (38), welcher an der Grundplatte (33) für das elastische Element (17) anliegt, mit dem Kanal (31) ausgerichtet ist; wobei eine axial wirkende Feder (39) zwischen dem komplementären Stift (38) und dem Boden der zylindrischen Vertiefung (36) angeordnet ist, um den komplementären Stift (38) zu dem länglichen Kanal (5) des Rotors (4) hin zu drücken.
  10. Das Zylinderschloss und der Schlüssel dafür gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (9) eine im Wesentlichen abgeflachte Form hat und drehgelenkig in einem Sitz (8) untergebracht ist, welcher komplementär zur Kontur des Hebels (9) an einem Umfangsrand davon ist, wobei der gegenüberliegende Rand des Hebels (9) zwischen extremen Konfigurationen zum Vorstehen vom Profil des Schlüssels (2) frei oszilliert.
