Indeed, when the boom is controlled to be lowered, the fluid discharged by hydraulic actuator is stored to be used then the boom is controlled to be lifted.
  • Such systems foresees the presence of accumulators to allow the storing of the fluid discharged by the actuator and a control block configured to manage the fluid flow between the accumulators, the tank and the actuator as shown in JP2013145035A and JPH04120324A .

Claims (9)

  1. Hydraulische Anordnung (1) für ein Arbeitsfahrzeug, das mit einem Auslegerarm, der dazu eingerichtet ist, über ein Paar von Zylindern (4, 5) gesteuert zu werden und einem Energierückgewinnungssystem (7), das ein Paar von Stützzylindern (8, 9) umfasst, die dazu eingerichtet sind, mit dem Paar von Zylindern (4, 5) zusammenzuwirken und mindestens einem Speicher (11) versehen ist,
    wobei die hydraulische Anordnung (1) eine Zuführleitung (12), die den Speicher (11) mit den Stützzylindern (8, 9) fluidisch verbindet, und ein Auswahlmodul (31) umfasst, das auf der Zuführleitung (12) fluidisch angeordnet ist,
    wobei das Auswahlmodul (31) dazu eingerichtet ist, den Fluiddurchfluss zwischen dem Speicher (11), den Stützzylindern (8, 9) und einem Tank (20, 20`) des Arbeitsfahrzeugs zu regulieren,
    wobei das Auswahlmodul (31) Ventileinrichtungen (32) umfasst, die in der Zuführleitung (12) und dem Tank (20, 20`) fluidisch angeordnet sind, wobei die Ventileinrichtungen (32) ein elektrisch-betätigtes Ventil aufweisen,
    wobei die hydraulische Anordnung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass
    das Auswahlmodul (31) ein Paar von Rückschlagventilen (33, 34) umfasst, die in entsprechenden Leitungen (35, 36) fluidisch angeordnet sind, wobei die Leitungen (35, 36) fluidisch parallel zwischen dem Tank (20, 20`) und den Ventileinrichtungen (32) liegen, wobei die Rückschlagventile (33, 34) den Durchfluss von Fluid jeweils in einer Richtung entgegengesetzt zu dem entsprechend anderen ermöglichen.
  2. Hydraulische Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Auswahlmodul (31) Ventileinrichtungen (32) umfasst, die auf der Zuführleitung (12) und dem Tank (20, 20`) fluidisch angeordnet sind, wobei die Ventileinrichtungen (32) ein Proportionalventil aufweisen.
  3. Hydraulische Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Leitungen (35, 36), die dem Tank (20, 20') gegenüberliegen, in einer gemeinsamen Leitung (37) münden, die mit den Ventileinrichtungen (32) fluidisch verbunden ist.
  4. Hydraulische Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei eine der Leitungen (36) ein Rückschlagventil (34) trägt, das dazu eingerichtet ist, den Durchfluss von Fluid nur von den Ventileinrichtungen (32) zu dem Tank (20, 20') zu ermöglichen und die andere der Leitungen (35) ein Rückschlagventil (33) trägt, das dazu eingerichtet ist, den Durchfluss von Fluid nur von dem Tank (20, 20') zu den Ventileinrichtungen (32) zu ermöglichen, wobei eine Leitung (36) mit dem Tank (20, 20`) in einer ersten Position (X1) verbunden ist und die andere Leitung (35) mit dem Tank (20, 20') in einer zweiten Position (X2) verbunden ist, wobei die erste Position (X1) vertikal oberhalb bezüglich der zweiten Position (X2) liegt.
  5. Hydraulische Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die erste Position (X1) an einer oberen Wand des Tanks (20, 20') realisiert ist und die zweite Position (X2) an einer unteren Wand des Tanks (20, 20`) realisiert ist.
  6. Hydraulische Anordnung nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Nutzfahrzeug einen Tank (20), der mit den Speichern (11) fluidisch verbunden ist, und einen Puffertank (20`) umfasst, der von dem Tank (20) getrennt ist, wobei der Puffertank (20') nur mit dem Auswahlmodul (31) fluidisch verbunden ist.
  7. Hydraulische Anordnung nach Anspruch 6 wobei die Leitungen (35, 36) mit dem Puffertank (20`) fluidisch verbunden sind.
  8. Hydraulische Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die ein Füllmodul (15) aufweist, das zwischen dem Tank (20, 20`) und dem Speicher (11) fluidisch angeordnet ist, wobei das Füllmodul (15) dazu eingerichtet ist, die Speicher (11) zu füllen.
  9. Arbeitsfahrzeug, das mit einer hydraulischen Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche versehen ist.
