Abstract

The invention relates to a shower utensil holder which has a support (1) and at least one holding element (2) carried by the support (1) for at least one shower utensil, such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, razor. The carrier (1) and the holding element (2) are made of sheet metal.

Description

The invention relates to a shower utensil holder, which has a carrier and a plurality of holding elements carried by the carrier, each for at least one shower utensil.

When showering, different shower utensils, such as soap, shampoo, conditioner or razor, are usually required. There is the fundamental problem of being able to temporarily store these shower utensils in a shower stall while taking a shower. Various storage devices are known, but they are difficult to use and/or difficult and expensive to produce.

Out of DE 295 07 150 U1 is a hanging shelf constructed from bent wire rods, in particular for shower stalls and bathrooms, which has a plurality of basket-shaped shelves which are welded to two support bracket legs at a vertical distance from one another. The hanging shelf has a suspension device that allows it to be hung up. However, the hanging shelf is very complex and expensive to manufacture.

Out of U.S. 2006 0261022 A1 a device is known which comprises a fastening mechanism and shelves. The shelves can be rotated along a threaded column. The attachment mechanism includes a hook and an adjustable screw that attaches to a shower pipe or faucet. The shelves can be cup-shaped for easier positioning, holding, and accessing items such as razors, soap, and other shower-related items. This device is also very complex and also difficult to operate.

But quite apart from that, there is another fundamental problem that mostly different shower utensils, such as soap, shampoo, conditioner or razor, are used, whereby some of these shower utensils, especially for environmental reasons, are no longer in liquid form, but increasingly in the form of solid pieces are offered, so that the conventional packaging for liquid shower utensils, especially plastic bottles, is eliminated. The problem for the end user is that the type of individual shower utensils (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) is often no longer recognizable as soon as they have been removed from the pack. Even if the type of shower utensil in question is worked into the shower utensil in writing as an indentation, this identification disappears after a few uses at the latest, so that the shower utensil can no longer be distinguished visually. In particular, the user can no longer tell which shower utensil he is holding in his hand and it can therefore happen, for example, that a shampoo is used as body soap and in return the body soap as body soap shampoo, etc

It is therefore the object of the present invention to specify a shower utensil holder that eliminates this problem.

The object is achieved by a shower utensil holder which is characterized in that the shower utensil holder has an optically perceptible identification for each holding element, which designates the type of shower utensil to be held or held by the holding element

The shower utensil holder according to the invention has the particular advantage that the user can sort the shower utensil to be used into the individual holding elements according to their type and can then always identify which shower utensil it is by means of the optically perceptible identification assigned to each holding element.

The identification preferably includes a font. In principle, the identification can advantageously consist of letters and/or numbers. In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the identification includes one of the words from the group: soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, conditioner, shaving soap, shaving brush, razor or a translation of one of these words into another language.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the identification contains a stenciled font. Alternatively or additionally, it can advantageously be provided that the marking is produced using a font without closed counters, for example using the STENCIL font. Such an embodiment makes it possible in particular to produce the marking by laser cutting or punching without the result being difficult to read or illegible with regard to punched letters such as "B", "R", "A" or "O".

There are no general limitations on the nature of the visually perceptible marking provided that it withstands the environmental conditions of a shower cubicle when showering. The optically perceptible marking can be produced, for example, by engraving or by laser inscription or by applying paint or by sticking on at least one sticker or by punching or by creating a depression or by creating an elevation or by pickling or by removing material or by applying material or by printing.

In an advantageous embodiment, the carrier has the identification. For example, the Labeling can be arranged above or next to the corresponding holding element in which the shower utensil indicated by the labeling is to be stored. Alternatively or additionally, it is also possible for each holding element to have the identification assigned to it.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the shower utensil holder is designed to hold at least one water-soluble shower utensil in solid form, in particular a shower utensil measuring 9 cm x 6 cm x 4 cm or 8 cm x 5 cm x 3 cm. For this purpose, a receptacle of the respective holding element can have dimensions that are slightly larger, so that the shower utensil that has been put down is securely received and held.

The shower utensil holder can have at least one suction cup, in particular as an alternative or in addition to other types of attachment within the shower cubicle. Basically, it is possible to attach the shower utensil holder according to the invention exclusively with at least one suction cup on the shower cubicle wall or on a tiled wall. However, this type of attachment is not particularly secure, so there is a risk that the shower utensil holder will come loose and become damaged if it falls down. For this reason, other types of attachment are preferred, which are described below.

However, with the other types of attachment, it can happen that the shower utensil holder can swing laterally parallel to the shower cubicle wall or to the building wall to which it is directly or indirectly attached. According to an independent inventive idea, this can be prevented with the aid of at least one suction cup. However, there is a risk that an inexperienced user will use this securing option against swinging as the only attachment, so that (as described above) there is a risk that the shower utensil holder will come loose unintentionally and be damaged if it falls down. For this reason (according to an independent inventive idea) it can advantageously be provided that the at least one suction cup is arranged exclusively in the region of the lower end of the carrier. This has the very particular advantage that it is completely impossible for the carrier to be attached solely by means of the at least one suction cup, or at most it is possible in a manner that is immediately recognizable to the user as being unsafe. Fastening the carrier solely by means of the at least one suction cup arranged in the region of the lower end of the carrier would inevitably result in the upper end immediately tipping away from the shower cubicle wall or the building wall.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the carrier and the at least one holding element are made of sheet metal, in particular of high-grade steel sheet metal. In this way, an embodiment of the shower utensil holder can be produced inexpensively that can be used universally, especially in a shower cubicle, and that is easy (especially also as a kit) is producible.

Such a shower utensil holder has the very special advantage that it can be produced simply and inexpensively using only simple production steps that can be carried out, which in particular include laser cutting and bending. In particular, the shower utensil holder according to the invention can advantageously be produced without complicated and costly connections, in particular without welding connections. Expensive screw connections can also advantageously be completely avoided.

In a special embodiment, the holding element is fixed to the carrier by at least one form-fitting connection. Of course, several holding elements can each be fixed to the carrier by at least one form-fitting connection. In particular, the positive connection can advantageously be designed in such a way that it can be produced without tools. This enables easy assembly, especially by the end user. Alternatively or additionally, the positive connection can be designed in such a way that it can be released again without being destroyed. This makes it possible to disassemble the shower utensil holder, for example for storage and/or for transport in the event of a move.

The carrier can advantageously be made in one piece from a single piece of sheet metal. For example, the carrier can be produced in a simple and cost-effective manner as a bent sheet metal part or deep-drawn sheet metal part. An embodiment in which the carrier is free of materially bonded connections, in particular free of welded connections, is particularly advantageous. In this way, complex and expensive manufacturing steps, such as the welding of stainless steel, are avoided.

The shower utensil holder is preferably, in particular completely or at least predominantly, made of a recyclable material, which is particularly consistent with the further environmentally friendly idea of using shower utensils no longer in liquid form, but in the form of solid pieces, so that the conventional packaging for liquid There are no shower utensils, especially plastic bottles. In particular, the entire shower utensil holder can advantageously be made of stainless steel. This has the further very special advantage that it is insensitive to corrosion and can be easily cleaned. At least the carrier can be made of stainless steel.

In an advantageous embodiment, the carrier has at least one contact surface, which is designed and intended to be directly or indirectly on a wall, in particular on a shower cubicle wall or a building wall. This prevents the shower utensil holder from swinging perpendicular to the wall. The contact surface can in particular be designed to bear directly against a shower cubicle wall or a building wall. However, it is also possible for the contact surface to carry at least one additional element, such as an elastic intermediate layer, in particular made of rubber or silicone, or (as already mentioned above) suction cups. In this way, the wall is protected from damage. In addition, lateral swinging of the beam parallel to the wall is prevented. The attachment of suction cups has the particular advantage that the carrier can be fixed particularly securely to a wall, in particular to a shower stall wall.

In a special embodiment, the carrier is rectangular and has at least one stepped gradation. The formation of stepped gradations 6 can be used to form a main section that is offset forward relative to a contact surface and parallel to a contact surface, which main section can in particular be a middle section of the carrier, to which the at least one holding element is fastened. The parallel offset advantageously creates a cavity between the wall and the main section, so that the carrier in the main section can have form-fitting elements designed as openings, in particular slots, into which counter-form-fitting elements of the holding elements provided with hooks can be inserted in such a way that the hooks can reach behind the edge of the openings.

In very general terms, the carrier can have a form-fitting element which interacts with a counter form-fitting element of the holding element in order to form a form-fitting connection. In particular, it can advantageously be provided that the form-fitting element has an opening into which the counter-form-fitting element engages. The opening can be designed as a slit, for example. In addition, the counter-positive locking element can have a hook that engages behind the edge of the opening.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the counter-positive locking element has a securing element which prevents the counter-positive locking element from being unintentionally removed from the opening. The securing element can be designed as a bent or bendable tab. In particular, the tab can be designed in such a way that it engages behind the edge of the opening in the bent state and thus prevents the counter-positive locking element from being unintentionally pulled out of the opening.

The carrier preferably has several identical form-fitting elements. This makes it possible to fasten each of the holding elements in the same way.

The at least one holding element can in particular be designed as a dish, in particular as a soap dish, or as a basket.

In a special embodiment, the holding element has a shelf, in particular a flat shelf. Drainage openings can advantageously be present in the storage shelf, so that the shower water can drain off and no shower water collects in the holding element. The storage shelf can also be uneven, in particular wavy or hilly, in order to keep the shower water away from the stored shower utensil and/or to promote rapid drainage. However, creating an uneven shelf is usually more complex.

The storage shelf is preferably arranged perpendicular to a main surface of the carrier. In this way, an ergonomic design is achieved that allows shower utensils to be put down and removed easily.

In a special embodiment, the holding element has a side wall and/or a railing. In this way it is ensured that the stored shower utensils remain securely in the holding element and do not fall out.

The holding element can advantageously be made in one piece from a single piece of sheet metal, in particular stainless steel sheet metal. In particular, the holding element can be produced as a bent sheet metal part or a deep-drawn sheet metal part. An embodiment in which the holding element is free of materially bonded connections, in particular free of welded connections, is particularly advantageous. In this way, complex and expensive manufacturing steps, such as the welding of stainless steel, are avoided.

As already mentioned, it is of particular advantage if the holding element is fixed to the carrier without a material connection and/or without a friction connection. Rather, it is particularly advantageous to fix it exclusively by means of a form-fitting connection, in particular by means of a hook-in connection.

The shower utensil holder is preferably designed to be hung up. The shower utensil holder can be designed in particular to be hung on an upper horizontal edge of a shower cubicle wall or on a fitting.

For this purpose, the shower utensil holder preferably has a suspension device attached to the carrier. The suspension device can advantageously also be made of sheet metal, in particular of stainless steel sheet. In particular, the suspension as Bent sheet metal part or deep-drawn sheet metal part to be produced. An embodiment in which the suspension device is free of materially bonded connections, in particular free of welded connections, is particularly advantageous. In this way, complex and expensive manufacturing steps, such as the welding of stainless steel, are avoided.

For example, the suspension device can contain at least one suspension rod which has a suspension hook at one end, in particular for hanging in the upper horizontal edge of a shower cubicle wall. The suspension rod can advantageously be made in one piece from a single piece of sheet metal. Alternatively or additionally, the suspension rod can be manufactured as a bent sheet metal part.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the suspension device has two suspension rods, in particular parallel to one another. In this embodiment, unintentional lateral swinging of the shower utensil holder parallel to the wall is prevented or at least only occurs to a very small extent.

In another embodiment, the suspension device has a suspension loop. Such an embodiment can be designed in particular for hanging on a fitting.

The carrier can have at least one fastening element for fastening the suspension device, in particular in a form-fitting manner. The fastening element can be designed, for example, as an opening or as a recess. In particular, the fastening element can be designed to interact with a coupling element of the suspension device in order to be able to fix the suspension device to the carrier, in particular without tools. The fastening element and the coupling element are preferably designed in such a way that the connection can be released again without destruction and/or without the use of tools.

In particular, it can advantageously be provided that the suspension rod has at least one coupling element which interacts with the fastening element. In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the suspension rod has a plurality of coupling elements which are spaced apart from one another, in particular vertically, and each of which is designed to interact with the fastening element. In this embodiment, the user has the option of selecting one of the coupling elements of the suspension rod for attachment, in order to decide at what height the carrier should hang.

In very general terms, the shower utensil holder can advantageously be designed in such a way that the mounting position of the carrier relative to the suspension device is in particular tool-free and/or non-destructively adjustable.

In particular, it can advantageously be provided that the coupling element and the fastening element only interact in a form-fitting manner. For example, the coupling element can be designed in such a way that, in the coupled state, it engages behind the edge of the fastening element, which is designed as a recess or opening.

A kit for producing a shower utensil holder according to the invention is of particular advantage. The kit preferably contains all the necessary individual parts, in particular the carrier and at least one holding element, which can be connected to one another preferably, in particular exclusively, by form-fitting connections, in particular by plugging and/or hooking. The individual parts of the shower utensil holder are preferably designed in such a way that they can be connected to one another without tools. In particular, it can advantageously be provided that the individual parts of the shower utensil holder can be detached from one another again without being destroyed.

Also of particular advantage is a method for producing a shower utensil holder, in which a carrier and at least one holding element fixed to the carrier by at least one form-fitting connection are made of sheet metal, in particular as bent sheet metal parts or deep-drawn sheet metal parts, and are preferably exclusively connected to one another in a form-fitting manner. In particular, it can advantageously be provided that a suspension device, in particular as a bent sheet metal part, is also produced and preferably exclusively connected to the carrier in a form-fitting manner.

As already mentioned, the carrier can be produced in one piece, in particular from a single piece of sheet metal. Alternatively, however, it is also possible for the carrier to be composed or to be composed of several, in particular identical, carrier parts, each of which carries at least one holding element for at least one shower utensil. Such a design has the very special advantage that each shower utensil holder can be configured individually. It is particularly advantageous here to design the carrier parts in such a way that they can be detached, connected or connected to one another again, in particular without the use of tools and/or non-destructively. In particular, it can advantageously be provided that the carrier parts can be connected to one another in a form-fitting manner, in particular exclusively in a form-fitting manner. For example, plug-in connection elements can be present for connecting the carrier parts.

4. 4. Duschutensilienhalter nach einem der Aspekte 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kennzeichnung eine Schablonenschrift beinhaltet und/oder dass die Kennzeichnung unter Verwendung Schriftart ohne geschlossene Punzen hergestellt ist.

Duschutensilienhalter nach einem der Aspekte 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kennzeichnung durch Gravieren oder durch Laserbeschriften oder durch Farbauftrag oder durch Aufkleben wenigstens eines Aufklebers oder durch Stanzen oder durch Erzeugen einer Vertiefung oder durch Erzeugen einer Erhöhung oder durch Beizen oder durch Materialabtragung oder durch Materialauftragung oder durch Drucken erzeugt ist.
6. 6. Duschutensilienhalter nach einem der Aspekte 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger die Kennzeichnung aufweist.

The formation of the step-like gradations 6 forms a central section 8 which is offset forwards parallel to the contact surfaces 7 and to which the holding elements 2 are fastened. The holding element 2 is made in one piece from a single piece of sheet metal, preferably stainless steel sheet metal. For this purpose, the contour was first cut out of a flat sheet metal piece of raw material, in particular by laser cutting and/or by stamping. Subsequently, the sections forming the side walls 13 were bent relative to the section forming the shelf 11. In this respect, the holding element 2 can advantageously be produced in a simple manner from flat sheet material, in particular from stainless steel sheet, by simply cutting and bending.

As already mentioned, the holding element 2 has two counter-interlocking elements 14 which are designed to interact with interlocking elements 15 of the carrier 1 which are designed as slots 9 . For this purpose, each counter form-fitting element 14 has a hook 10 which is designed to engage behind the upper edge of the respective slot 9 . In addition, each counter form-fitting element 14 has a support section 16 which is wedge-shaped and rests on the lower edge of the respective slot 9 . The carrier 1 has two fastening elements 19, each designed as a dovetail-shaped recess, for positively fastening the suspension rods 4 of the suspension device 3. Each of the suspension bars 4 has coupling elements 20 which are designed to interact with the fastening elements 19 of the carrier 1 . For each holding element 2 , the shower utensil holder has an optically perceptible identification 29 which designates the type of shower utensil 25 to be held or held by the holding element 2 .

The fourth exemplary embodiment is designed in particular to be attached to a fitting 26, especially on a shower faucet, being hung up on what's in figure 11 is shown schematically.

The carrier 1 of the fourth embodiment corresponds to the carrier 1 of the first embodiment. It is rectangular and has a stepped gradation 6 on each of its two mutually parallel vertical edges. The stepped gradation 6 has the very special advantage that two contact surfaces 7 are formed on the back of the carrier, which are intended to rest against a shower stall wall. The contact surfaces 7 can in particular be designed to bear directly against a shower cubicle wall. However, it is also possible to attach at least one additional element, such as an elastic intermediate layer, in particular made of rubber or silicone, or suction cups to the contact surfaces. The attachment of suction cups has the particular advantage that the carrier 1 is fixed particularly securely to a shower cubicle wall 24 .

The holding elements 2 also correspond to those of the first exemplary embodiment.

figure 12 shows a fifth embodiment of a shower utensil holder according to the invention with a carrier 1 and three holding elements 2 and with a suspension device 3. The entire shower utensil holder is made in one piece from a single piece of sheet metal raw material and has no material, positive or frictional connection. The back of the carrier is flat and not stepped. This embodiment is particularly robust and easy to handle and, in particular, particularly easy to produce. In addition, this version has the very special advantage that it can be stacked particularly well and to save space, which reduces transport and storage costs.

figure 13 shows a sixth exemplary embodiment of a shower utensil holder according to the invention, which has a carrier 1 and three holding elements 2 as well as a suspension device 3, with the suspension device 3 enabling hanging on a fitting 26. This exemplary embodiment is also produced in one piece from a single piece of sheet metal raw material exclusively by cutting out and bending and has no material, positive or frictional connection. The back of the carrier is flat and not stepped. This embodiment is also particularly robust and easy to handle and, in particular, particularly easy to produce.

figure 14 shows a seventh embodiment of a shower utensil holder according to the invention, in which the carrier 1 is composed of several carrier parts 27, each of which carries at least one holding element 2 for at least one shower utensil.

Such a design has the very special advantage that each shower utensil holder can be configured individually. It is of particular advantage here to design the carrier parts 27 in such a way that they can be detached again, connected to one another or connected to one another, in particular without the use of tools and/or non-destructively. In particular, it can advantageously be provided that the carrier parts 27 are connected to one another in a form-fitting manner, in particular exclusively in a form-fitting manner.

For each holding element 2 , the shower utensil holder has an optically perceptible identification 29 which designates the type of shower utensil 25 to be held or held by the holding element 2 .

The carrier 1 composed of several carrier parts 27 is rectangular and has a stepped gradation 6 on each of its two mutually parallel vertical edges, which is formed by two opposite folds, for example at 60 degrees each. For this purpose, each of the support parts 27 is rectangular and has a stepped gradation 6 on each of its two mutually parallel vertical edges.

Due to the formation of the step-like gradations 6, a middle section 8 is formed in each carrier part 27, which is offset forwards parallel to the contact surfaces 7 and on which one of the holding elements 2 is arranged in each case. Specifically, in this exemplary embodiment, the holding elements 2 are produced together in one piece with the support parts 27 each from a single piece of sheet metal. Alternatively, however, it would also be possible in principle to produce the holding elements 2 separately and to connect them to the carrier parts 27 in a form-fitting manner, for example.

figure 15 shows in an overview and in a detailed view how the carrier parts 27 together with their holding elements 2 are fastened to one another. For this purpose, two fastening slots 30 are incorporated in the transition region between each carrier part 27 and the holding element 2 connected thereto in one piece, into which two fastening lugs 31 of the holding element 2 to be arranged underneath are hung. This happens in a position in which the Central sections 8 of the support parts 27 have an angle in the range of 90 degrees to 120 degrees. The carrier parts 27 are then pivoted relative to one another until lateral retaining lugs 32 of the lower carrier part 27 engage in the retaining recesses 33 of the upper carrier part 27 and the middle sections 8 of the carrier parts 27 lie in a common plane. Subsequently, on each of the two lateral end faces, a connecting element 28, which is figure 16 shown, inserted into lateral openings 34 of the support parts 27.

In this embodiment, too, it is possible to attach at least one additional element, such as an elastic intermediate layer, in particular made of rubber or silicone, or suction cups to a contact surface. The attachment of suction cups has the particular advantage that the carrier 1 is fixed particularly securely to a shower cubicle wall 24 .

Shower utensil holder, which has a carrier and a plurality of holding elements (2) carried by the carrier, each for at least one shower utensil, characterized in that the shower utensil holder has an optically perceptible identification for each holding element (2) which indicates the type of the holding element (2nd ) referred to to be held or held shower utensils. Shower utensil holder according to claim 1, characterized in that the marking comprises writing and/or that the marking consists of letters and/or numbers and/or that the marking is one of the words from the group: soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, conditioner, shaving soap, shaving brush, razor or a translation of any of these words into another language.
