characterized in that the insertion device (47) has a tapered shape, in particular a U shape, in one direction of the insertion (ER). - Grinding device according to any of the preceding claims,
characterized in that a receptacle (43) of the grinding device (22) is present for form-fitting engagement of an end (20) of a blade protection ring (15) of the slice-cutting machine (10', 10"), the receptacle (43) being designed to surround the end (20) of the blade protection ring (15) when the stop plate (16) has at least a predetermined distance from the circular blade (13) in the direction of an axis of rotation (RA) of the circular blade (13), and then not to engage around the end (20) of the blade protection ring (15) when the distance between the stop plate (16) and the blade protection ring (15) is smaller than the predetermined distance in the direction of the axis of rotation (RA) of the circular blade (13). - Grinding device according to claim 6, characterized in that the receptacle (43) is designed as a recess (44) for insertion of the end (20) of the blade protection ring (15).
- Grinding device according to any of the preceding claims,
characterized in that the grinding device (22) has a frame (36) for covering at least one portion of a cutting edge (14) of the circular blade (13) and for pivoting the grinding device (22) from an installation position (23) into a working position (38). - Grinding device according to claim 8, characterized in that the frame (36) of the grinding device (22) comprises cover plates (42a, 42b) for covering the cutting edge (14) of the circular blade (13), the grinding stone (39) and the honing stone (40) being arranged in particular between the cover plates (42a, 42b).
- Grinding device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by a locking mechanism (27) for locking the grinding device (22) in the working position (38) and/or in the installation position (23).
- Grinding device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by a pivoting mechanism (30) for pivoting the grinding device (22) from the working position (38) into the installation position (23).
- Grinding device according to claim 11, characterized by a stop (33) for the pivoting mechanism (30).
- Grinding device according to any of the preceding claims,
characterized in that the grip (34) for moving the grinding stone (39) and/or the honing stone (40) to the circular blade (13) of the slice-cutting machine (10', 10") is designed as a wheel (35) of the frame (36) of the grinding device (22), the wheel (35) being designed to move the grinding stone (39) and/or the honing stone (40) to the circular blade (13) during rotation so that they can be arranged on the circular blade (13), and/or to move them away from the circular blade (13). - Slice-cutting system (25) comprising a slice-cutting machine (10', 10") having a machine housing (12) which holds a drive motor and a rotating circular blade (13) driven by the drive motor, wherein a cutting edge (14) of the circular blade (13) is covered in a first portion by a blade protection ring (15), wherein the slice-cutting machine (10', 10") comprises a stop plate (16) and a carriage (17) arranged so as to be displaceable, via which carriage the cutting material is supplied to the circular blade (13), wherein the stop plate (16) can be moved in the direction of the axis of rotation (RA) of the circular blade (13), and wherein the slice-cutting system (25) has a grinding device (22) according to any of the preceding claims for grinding the circular blade (13).
- Slice-cutting system according to claim 14, characterized in that the deepening (50a, 50b) is formed on a rear face (51) of the stop plate (16) which faces away from the carriage (17) of the slice-cutting machine (10', 10") in the direction of the axis of rotation (RA) of the circular blade (13).
