Claims (10)
- Ein Sicherheitsbegrenzer (100) zur Begrenzung der Bewegung eines Abdeckelements (110), das durch Scharniere an einem Rahmenelement (104) befestigt ist, das in einer Öffnung eines Gebäudes installiert ist, welcher Folgendes umfasst:- eine in ein Loch (106) im Rahmenelement (104) einzusetzende Hülse (102), wobei die Öffnung (108) des Lochs (106) an der dem Abdeckelement (110) zugewandten Außenfläche des Rahmenelements (104) angeordnet ist und sich das Loch (106) der Öffnung (108) im Rahmenelement (104) in Tiefenrichtung (112) des Rahmenelements (104) erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sicherheitsbegrenzer (100) Folgendes umfasst:- ein Zugübertragungsmittel (114), das mit einer Winkelverbindung (122) und einer Wulst (116) versehen ist, wobei das Zugübertragungsmittel (114) Folgendes umfasst∘ ein erstes Ende mit der Wulst (116) zur Begrenzung der Bewegung des Zugübertragungsmittels (114) durch die Hülse (102), und∘ ein zweites Ende (122), das mit der Winkelverbindung (112) versehen ist, welches einen ersten Abschnitt, mit dem die Winkelverbindung (122) an dem Zugübertragungsmittel (114) befestigt ist, und einen zweiten Abschnitt umfasst, der in einem Winkel zu dem ersten Abschnitt angeordnet ist und das freie Ende der Winkelverbindung (122) umfasst; und- einen Beschlag (126) mit einer Vorderkante (132), wobei der Beschlag (126) Folgendes umfasst∘ ein Loch (128), das sich in dem Beschlag (126) im Wesentlichen in der Richtung (111) der Außenfläche des Abdeckelements (110) erstreckt;- wobei die Winkelverbindung (122) und das Loch (128) aufeinander abgestimmt sind, wobei das freie Ende der Winkelverbindung (122) in dem Loch (128) aufgenommen werden kann, um die Bewegung des Abdeckelements (110) von dem Rahmenelement (104) auf einen Abstand zu begrenzen, bei dem das Zugübertragungsmittel (114) durch die Hülse gezogen und durch die Winkelverbindung (122) an dem Beschlag (126) befestigt wird, und die Wulst (116) an der Hülse abgestützt ist, wobei das Gewicht des Abdeckelements (110) über das Zugübertragungsmittel (114) an dem Rahmenelement (104) abgestützt ist.
- Der Sicherheitsbegrenzer (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Hülse (102) eine vordere Scheibe (103) mit einem Loch zum Bewegen des Zugübertragungsmittels (114) in die Hülse und aus der Hülse heraus aufweist.
- Der Sicherheitsbegrenzer (100) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Außenfläche der Hülse (102) mit einem Gewinde (107) versehen ist und die vordere Scheibe (103) ein oder mehrere Löcher, Öffnungen, Einschnitte oder Nuten zum Einschrauben und Befestigen der Hülse mit dem Gewinde (107) an dem Rahmenelement (104) aufweist.
- Der Sicherheitsbegrenzer (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Querschnitt des freien Endes der Winkelverbindung und der Querschnitt des Lochs im Beschlag zumindest teilweise kreisförmig sind.
- Der Sicherheitsbegrenzer (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Winkelverbindung (122) des Zugübertragungsmittels (114) aus rostfreiem Stahl hergestellt ist und das Zugübertragungsmittel (114) ein geflochtenes Stahlseil umfasst, das die Winkelverbindung (122) mit der Wulst (116) verbindet.
- Der Sicherheitsbegrenzer (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der Beschlag (126) ein Führungselement (120) umfasst, das so konfiguriert ist, dass es den Beschlag (126) auf der Außenfläche des Abdeckelements (110) positioniert, so dass die Vorderkante (132) des Beschlags (126) mit der Außenkante (118) des Abdeckelements (110) bündig ist oder darüber hinausgeht.
- Der Sicherheitsbegrenzer (100) nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Führungselement (120) des Beschlags (126) eine Verlängerung der Vorderkante (132) des Beschlags ist, die sich an der Außenkante (118) des Abdeckelements (110) abstützen kann.
- Der Sicherheitsbegrenzer (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Winkelverbindung (122) eine Verriegelungsausbildung (124) aufweist und der Beschlag (126) einen Verriegelungsmechanismus (134) aufweist, der zur Befestigung an der Verriegelungsausbildung (124) konfiguriert ist, um die Winkelverbindung (122) in dem Loch (128) des Beschlags (126) zu halten.
- Ein Installationswerkzeug (200) zum Installieren einer Hülse (102) und ein durch die Hülse (102) hindurchgeführtes Zugübertragungsmittel (114) eines Sicherheitsbegrenzers (100) nach Anspruch 1 in einem Rahmenelement (104), wobei das Installationswerkzeug (200) ein erstes Ende oder ein Hülsenende (202), das zum Eingreifen in die Hülse (102) konfiguriert ist, und ein gegenüberliegendes Ende oder ein Antriebsende (204) aufweist, welchesa. zur Befestigung an einem Elektrowerkzeug (216), wie z.B. einer Bohrmaschine, ausgebildet ist, oderb. einen Handgriff umfasst;und das Installationswerkzeug (200) eine Nut (208) oder eine längliche Öffnung aufweist, die sich von der Oberfläche (212) des auf die vordere Scheibe (103) der Hülse (102) aufzusetzenden Hülsenendes (202) in Richtung des gegenüberliegenden Endes oder des Antriebsendes (204) des Installationswerkzeugs in Längsrichtung des Installationswerkzeugs (200) erstreckt, und die Nut (208) so konfiguriert ist, um die Winkelverbindung (122) des Zugübertragungsmittels (114) zumindest teilweise in der Nut aufzunehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hülsenende (202) des Installationswerkzeugs (200) einen oder mehrere Vorsprünge oder Stifte (206) aufweist, um das Installationswerkzeug mit der Hülse in Eingriff zu bringen, so dass die Hülse durch das Installationswerkzeug gedreht werden kann, wenn das Hülsenende auf die vordere Scheibe aufgesetzt wird, wobei die Hülse durch Drehen des Installationswerkzeugs um die Längsachse des Installationswerkzeugs an dem Rahmenelement (104) befestigt wird.
- Das Installationswerkzeug nach Anspruch 9, versehen mit zwei Stiften (206), die am Hülsenende (202) auf radial gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Hülsenendes (202) auf der der vorderen Scheibe zugewandten Oberfläche (212) des Hülsenendes angeordnet sind.
