Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système comprenant une mémoire stockant un profil d'utilisateur pour un utilisateur du système et des instructions lisibles par machine et un système de commande comprenant un ou plusieurs processeurs configurés pour exécuter les instructions lisibles par machine pour recevoir des données physiologiques associées à l'utilisateur pendant une session de sommeil, déterminer, sur la base, au moins en partie, des données physiologiques reçues, un ensemble de paramètres liés au sommeil pour la session de sommeil, suite à la session de sommeil, sélectionner un paramètre parmi l'ensemble de paramètres liés au sommeil comme paramètre ciblé, la sélection du paramètre ciblé étant fondée au moins en partie sur le profil d'utilisateur stocké, l'ensemble de paramètres liés au sommeil, ou sur tous deux, et faire en sorte que les informations soient communiquées à l'utilisateur par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de l'utilisateur, les informations indiquant le paramètre ciblé, une recommandation associée à l'amélioration du paramètre ciblé pour l'utilisateur dans une ou plusieurs sessions de sommeil ultérieures, ou tous deux.
