Claims (15)

  1. Verrou électrique (1) pouvant être fixé à une grille de clôture, le verrou comprenant un cadre composé d'une plaque de base (2) et d'une plaque latérale (3), dans lequel la plaque de base comprend une ouverture (28) de suiveur pour recevoir un suiveur d'arbre de poignée, et dans lequel la plaque latérale comprend une ouverture de pêne demi-tour (40) pour recevoir un pêne demi-tour, le cadre ayant les éléments suivants montés sur lui :
    • le pêne demi-tour (5) s'étendant dans la direction de la largeur de porte à travers l'ouverture de pêne demi-tour, le pêne demi-tour étant monté de façon mobile sur le cadre entre une position de verrouillage et une position de déverrouillage, au moins au moyen d'une poignée,
    • le suiveur d'arbre de poignée (4) pourvu dans l'ouverture de suiveur, le suiveur d'arbre de poignée comprenant un canal d'arbre de poignée (6) s'étendant le long d'un axe dans la direction de l'épaisseur de porte pour recevoir un arbre de poignée pour ladite poignée, le suiveur d'arbre de poignée étant monté de façon pivotante autour de son axe dans la direction de l'épaisseur de porte sur le cadre entre une première et une seconde position angulaire, de telle sorte qu'en utilisation le suiveur d'arbre de poignée tourne entre la première et la seconde position angulaire lors de la rotation de l'arbre de poignée entre la première et la seconde position angulaire,
    • un mécanisme permettant d'actionner le pêne demi-tour lors de la rotation du suiveur d'arbre de poignée pour déplacer le pêne demi-tour de sa position de verrouillage à sa position de déverrouillage lorsque le suiveur d'arbre de poignée est tourné de sa première position angulaire à sa seconde position angulaire et pour déplacer le pêne demi-tour de sa position de déverrouillage à sa position de verrouillage lorsque le suiveur d'arbre de poignée est tourné de sa seconde position angulaire à sa première position angulaire, et
    • un mécanisme de verrouillage (7) alimenté électriquement pour verrouiller le suiveur d'arbre de poignée, lequel mécanisme de verrouillage est disposé pour être amené dans deux états, à savoir dans un état de verrouillage dans lequel le suiveur d'arbre de poignée est verrouillé dans sa première position angulaire et dans un état de déverrouillage dans lequel le suiveur d'arbre de poignée est déverrouillé,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le mécanisme de verrouillage électrique est un mécanisme de verrouillage alimenté par batterie, et en ce que le cadre a monté sur lui un boîtier de batterie (8) disposé pour recevoir au moins une batterie (9) à travers une ouverture d'accès au boîtier de batterie (10) et pour interconnecter les pôles opposés de ladite au moins une batterie à un circuit d'alimentation (11), lequel circuit d'alimentation interconnecte le boîtier de batterie et le mécanisme de verrouillage alimenté par batterie,
    dans lequel le boîtier de batterie est monté de façon pivotante sur le cadre autour d'un premier axe de pivotement (51) se trouvant dans un plan de séparation sensiblement perpendiculaire à la direction de l'épaisseur de porte de manière à permettre le pivotement du boîtier de batterie entre une position angulaire intérieure dans lequel l'ouverture d'accès du boîtier de batterie se trouve sur un premier côté du plan de séparation appelé le côté intérieur du plan de séparation, et une position angulaire extérieure dans lequel l'ouverture d'accès du boîtier de batterie se trouve du côté opposé du plan de séparation désigné comme le côté extérieur du plan de séparation, de sorte que dans la position angulaire intérieure du boîtier de batterie, l'ouverture d'accès du boîtier de batterie est accessible depuis le côté intérieur du plan de séparation et non depuis le côté extérieur du plan de séparation, et dans lequel la serrure comprend une plaque de support intérieure et une plaque de support extérieure configurée pour supporter un clavier, dans lequel les plaques de support intérieure et extérieure sont fixées au cadre de manière à ce que la plaque de support intérieure (25) soit disposée comme un couvercle pour l'ouverture d'accès au boîtier de batterie en position angulaire intérieure et de manière à ce que la plaque de support extérieure (24) est disposé comme un couvercle pour l'ouverture d'accès au boîtier de batterie dans la position angulaire extérieure, et dans lequel au moins une des plaques de support intérieures et extérieures supporte un clavier.
  2. Verrou électrique selon la première revendication, dans lequel la plaque de support intérieure est montée de façon pivotante sur le cadre autour d'un second axe de pivotement (52) de manière à permettre le pivotement de la plaque de support intérieure entre une position angulaire fermée dans lequel la plaque de support intérieure couvre l'ouverture d'accès au boîtier de batterie lorsque le boîtier de batterie est en position angulaire intérieure, de manière à empêcher l'accès à l'ouverture d'accès au boîtier de batterie du côté intérieur du plan de séparation et, d'autre part, une position angulaire ouverte dans lequel la plaque de support intérieure permet l'accès à l'ouverture d'accès au boîtier de batterie du côté intérieur du plan de séparation lorsque le boîtier de batterie est en position angulaire intérieure, et dans lequel la plaque de support extérieure est pivotante sur le cadre autour d'un troisième axe de pivotement (53) de manière à permettre le pivotement de la plaque de support externe entre d'une part une position angulaire fermée dans laquelle la plaque de support externe couvre l'ouverture d'accès au boîtier de batterie lorsque le boîtier de batterie est en position angulaire extérieure, de manière à empêcher l'accès à l'ouverture d'accès au boîtier de batterie du côté extérieur du plan de séparation et, d'autre part, une position angulaire ouverte dans laquelle la plaque de support extérieure permet l'accès à l'ouverture d'accès au boîtier de batterie du côté extérieur du plan de séparation lorsque le boîtier de batterie est en position angulaire extérieure.
  3. Verrou électrique selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le second axe de pivotement et le troisième axe de pivotement se trouvent sur des côtés opposés du plan de séparation.
  4. Verrou électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le premier axe de pivotement se trouve sous l'ouverture d'accès à la batterie.
  5. Verrou électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la plaque de support intérieure et extérieure supporte un clavier.
  6. Verrou électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le clavier comprend de préférence des boutons-poussoirs (33), et dans lequel la plaque de support soutenant le clavier comprend de préférence un processeur électronique pour détecter la pression des boutons-poussoirs du clavier, et dans lequel un circuit de commande interconnecte le composant électronique et le mécanisme de verrouillage alimenté par batterie.
  7. Verrou électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le clavier comprend une plaque de recouvrement (34) fixée de manière mobile au clavier entre une position ouverte dans laquelle le clavier est accessible depuis le côté du plan de séparation sur lequel le clavier est pourvu, et une position fermée dans laquelle le clavier n'est pas accessible depuis le côté du plan de séparation sur lequel le clavier est pourvu.
  8. Verrou électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le cadre comprend un boîtier de recouvrement fixé de manière amovible à la plaque de base et à la plaque latérale du cadre, et dans lequel le cadre, la plaque de support intérieure et la plaque de support extérieure encapsulent ensemble le boîtier de batterie, le mécanisme de verrouillage et le mécanisme d'actionnement du pêne demi-tour.
  9. Verrou électrique selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le boîtier de recouvrement comprend au moins des plaques opposées (26, 27) perpendiculaires à la direction de l'épaisseur de porte, dans lequel lesdites plaques opposées sont pourvues d'ouvertures pour recevoir l'arbre de poignée, et dans lequel le boîtier de recouvrement comprend une paroi latérale (29) perpendiculaire à la direction de la largeur de porte.
  10. Verrou électrique selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le premier axe de pivotement s'étend sensiblement le long de la direction de la largeur de porte, et dans lequel le boîtier de batterie est au moins délimité par une paroi latérale (13) perpendiculaire à la direction de la largeur de porte, dans lequel la paroi latérale comprend un premier trou de vis (22) à une première distance du premier axe de pivotement, et un second trou de vis (23) à une seconde distance du premier axe de pivotement, dans lequel les première et seconde distances sont égales de sorte que, lors du pivotement du boîtier de batterie de la position angulaire intérieure à la position angulaire extérieure, les premier et second trous de vis se trouvent sur la même trajectoire circulaire, et dans lequel la paroi latérale du boîtier de recouvrement ou la plaque latérale du cadre comprend une ouverture de vis pour recevoir une vis à insérer dans le premier ou le second trou de vis du boîtier de batterie, dans lequel ladite ouverture de vis est pourvue de sorte que la vis insérée traverse la trajectoire circulaire des premier et second trous de vis.
  11. Verrou électrique selon la revendication précédente dans lequel l'ouverture de vis est pourvue à une position telle dans la plaque latérale du cadre ou la paroi latérale du boîtier de recouvrement que le boîtier de batterie est maintenu dans la position angulaire intérieure en insérant la vis à travers l'ouverture de vis dans le premier trou de vis et que le boîtier de batterie est maintenu dans la position angulaire extérieure en insérant la vis à travers la même ouverture de vis dans le second trou de vis.
  12. Verrou électrique selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel l'ouverture de vis est pourvue à une position située sensiblement dans le plan de séparation.
  13. Verrou électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le boîtier de batterie comprend un récipient (20) comportant une paroi de fond et des parois latérales verticales pourvues de ressorts pour serrer au moins une batterie.
  14. Verrou électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le mécanisme de verrouillage comprend :
    • un arbre de pivot (37) monté sur le cadre et s'étendant dans la direction d'un quatrième axe de pivotement (54) de préférence parallèle à la direction de l'épaisseur de porte,
    • une bascule (38) constituée essentiellement d'un matériau magnétiquement doux s'étendant entre une première extrémité et une seconde extrémité et pourvue d'un élément de blocage à sa première extrémité, dans lequel la bascule est supportée de manière pivotante par l'arbre de pivot de manière à permettre, dans la première position angulaire du suiveur d'arbre de poignée, une rotation de la bascule autour du quatrième axe de pivotement entre, d'une part, une première position dans lequel l'élément de blocage bloque la rotation du suiveur d'arbre de poignée autour de son axe dans la direction de l'épaisseur de porte de manière à verrouiller le suiveur d'arbre de poignée dans sa première position angulaire et, d'autre part, une seconde position dans laquelle le suiveur d'arbre de poignée est déverrouillé ; et
    • un ensemble d'actionnement (39) monté sur le cadre pour déplacer ladite bascule entre sa première et sa seconde position, l'ensemble d'actionnement comprenant un électro-aimant alimenté par les batteries à travers le circuit d'alimentation, l'électro-aimant étant disposé pour déplacer la bascule entre sa première et sa seconde position par attraction magnétique d'au moins une partie de la bascule.
  15. Verrou électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le cadre a monté sur lui un actionneur à clé (44) disposé pour être actionné par la rotation d'une goupille d'un cylindre de clé, et a monté sur lui un ensemble capteur disposé pour détecter l'actionnement de l'actionneur à clé (44), et a monté sur lui un contrôleur disposé pour recevoir de l'ensemble capteur un signal indiquant que l'actionneur à clé est actionné, dans lequel le contrôleur étant est disposé pour permettre la définition d'un nouveau mot de passe après avoir reçu le signal de l'ensemble capteur pendant un laps de temps prédéfini.
