Claims (15)
- Seilzugvorrichtung für eine Jalousie (2), wie etwa einen Raffvorhang oder eine Rolljalousie, die Folgendes umfasst:- zumindest eine stationäre Basis (3),- zumindest eine axial rotierende Welle (5), verbunden oder verbindbar mit einer Rolle (4) zum Aufwickeln und Abwickeln einer Jalousie (2) und/oder eines mit einer Jalousie verbundenen Jalousieseilzugs (5), wobei die rotierende Welle an der stationären Basis gesichert ist,- zumindest eine axial rotierbare Seilzugspule (4) zum Aufwickeln und Abwickeln eines Steuerseilzugs mit einem äußeren Ende, das mit der Seilzugspule verbunden ist, wobei die Seilzugspule an der stationären Basis gesichert ist, und wobei zumindest eine Feder (10) sowohl mit der Seilzugspule als auch der stationären Basis verbunden ist, dazu ausgelegt, die Seilzugspule in eine anfängliche Position zu zwingen, in der der Steuerseilzug teilweise auf die Seilzugspule gewickelt ist,- zumindest ein Getriebe, gesichert an der stationären Basis, wobei das Getriebe sowohl mit der Seilzugspule als auch der rotierenden Welle der Rolle zusammenwirkt, wobei das Getriebe Folgendes umfasst:∘ zumindest eine Freilaufkupplung (8), umfassend einen axial rotierenden Kupplungsteil (8b) und einen stationären Kupplungsteil (8a), wobei der axial rotierende Kupplungsteil sowohl mit der Seilzugspule als auch dem stationären Kupplungsteil zusammenwirkt, sodass der axial rotierende Kupplungsteil veranlasst wird, durch Rotation der Seilzugspule nur in einer einzelnen Rotationsrichtung gedreht zu werden,∘ zumindest ein Zahnradgetriebe (11), umfassend mindestens drei zusammenwirkende konische Zahnräder (11a, 11b, 11c), wobei zumindest ein erstes Zahnrad (11a) mit dem axial rotierbaren Kupplungsteil verbunden ist, und wobei zumindest ein zweites Zahnrad (11b) zwischen einem dritten Zahnrad (11c) und dem ersten Zahnrad befindlich ist, wobei das erste Zahnrad und das dritte Zahnrad die gleiche Rotationsachse und einander entgegengesetzte Rotationsrichtungen aufweisen, und∘ zumindest ein versetzbares, axial rotierbares Sonnenrad (12), das sich zumindest teilweise in einem Raum befindet, der durch das erste und das dritte Zahnrad eingeschlossen wird, wobei das Sonnenrad an der rotierenden Welle der Rolle montiert ist, und wobei das Sonnenrad zwischen einer ersten Position, in der das Sonnenrad mit dem ersten Zahnrad zusammenwirkt, um der rotierenden Welle zu ermöglichen, in eine erste Richtung zu rotieren, und einer zweiten Position, in der das Sonnenrad mit dem dritten Zahnrad zusammenwirkt, um der rotierenden Welle zu ermöglichen, in eine zweite Richtung, die der ersten Richtung entgegengesetzt ist, zu rotieren, versetzbar ist,- zumindest einen Richtungssteuerungsmechanismus, der an der stationären Basis gesichert ist, Folgendes umfassend:∘ zumindest einen Schlitten (14), der mit dem Sonnenrad zusammenwirkt und dazu ausgelegt ist, das Sonnenrad zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Position zu versetzen,∘ ein Schaltelement (7), das versetzbar mit der stationären Basis verbunden ist, sodass die Ausrichtung des Schaltelements bezüglich der Basis manuell angepasst werden kann, und∘ zumindest ein Getriebeelement (15), das das Schaltelement mit dem Schlitten verbindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Feder, die sowohl mit der Seilzugspule als auch der stationären Basis verbunden ist, eine Spiralfeder ist und/oder wobei die Feder, die sowohl mit der Seilzugspule als auch der stationären Basis verbunden ist, im Wesentlichen vollständig von der Seilzugspule eingeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die stationäre Basis eine stationäre zentrale Befestigungswelle (3d) umfasst,
wobei ein erstes Ende der Feder mit der Befestigungswelle verbunden ist und ein zweites Ende der Feder mit der Seilzugspule, vorzugsweise einer äußeren Oberfläche der Seilzugspule, verbunden ist, wobei vorzugsweise der axial rotierbare Teil der Kupplung an der stationären Befestigungswelle befestigt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Freilaufkupplung so ausgestaltet ist, dass der axial rotierbare Teil der Kupplung während des manuellen Ziehens des Steuerseilzugs in eine Richtung weg von der Seilzugspule nur durch die Rotation der Seilzugspule gedreht wird und/oder wobei die Freilaufkupplung so ausgestaltet ist, dass der axial rotierbare Teil der Kupplung während der Freigabe des Steuerseilzugs daran gehindert wird, im Falle einer Rotation der Seilzugspule zu rotieren.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der axial rotierbare Teil der Kupplung und die Seilzugspule in einer Weise zusammenwirken, dass die Anzahl von Umdrehungen des axial rotierbaren Teils der Kupplung der Anzahl von Umdrehungen der Seilzugspule entspricht und/oder wobei der axial rotierbare Teil der Kupplung auf das erste Zahnrad fixiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Zahnradgetriebe ein viertes Zahnrad (11d) umfasst, das sowohl mit dem ersten Zahnrad als auch dem dritten Zahnrad zusammenwirkt,
wobei das zweite Zahnrad und das vierte Zahnrad die gleiche Rotationsachse und einander entgegengesetzte Rotationsrichtungen aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Sonnenrad vollständig von einem Raum eingeschlossen ist, der durch alle Zahnräder des Zahnradgetriebes definiert ist, und/oder
wobei das erste Zahnrad und das dritte Zahnrad rotierbar an der rotierenden Welle der Rolle befestigt sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Sonnenrad ein zweiseitiges Zahnradprofil aufweist und/oder wobei das Sonnenrad mit einem umlaufenden Rand (13) versehen ist, der teilweise durch einen Schlitten (14) eingeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die rotierende Welle der Rolle eine angewinkelte äußere Kontur aufweist und wobei das Sonnenrad mit einer passenden inneren Kontur versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Schaltelement rotierbar mit der stationären Basis verbunden ist und/oder wobei das Schaltelement mit einem Kniegelenk (16) versehen ist, wobei das Kniegelenk mit zumindest einem Getriebeelement zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei zumindest ein Getriebeelement, das das Schaltelement und den Schlitten verbindet, durch eine Verbindungsstange (15) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Schaltelement mit einem Steuergriff versehen ist, insbesondere einer Steuerstange, und/oder wobei das Schaltelement durch ein Steuerseilzug-Führungselement zum Führen des Steuerseilzugs zur Seilzugspule gebildet ist, wobei die Ausrichtung des Führungselements bezüglich der Basis durch Ziehen des Steuerseilzugs angepasst werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die stationäre Basis dazu ausgelegt ist, an einer Decke oder Wand befestigt zu werden.
- Anordnung aus zumindest einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, und zumindest einer Jalousie, wobei die Jalousie, entweder direkt oder indirekt, mit der Rolle der Vorrichtung verbunden ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 14, wobei die Anordnung mehrere Vorrichtungen umfasst, wobei zumindest eine Vorrichtung ausgelegt ist zum Steuern eines oberen Abschnitts der Jalousie und wobei zumindest eine andere Vorrichtung ausgelegt ist zum Steuern eines unteren Abschnitts der Jalousie und/oder wobei die Anordnung mehrere Vorrichtungen und mehrere Jalousien umfasst, wobei zumindest eine Vorrichtung ausgelegt ist zum Steuern einer ersten Jalousie und wobei zumindest eine andere Vorrichtung ausgelegt ist zum Steuern einer zweiten Jalousie.
