Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a handle device for a walking stick, umbrella or sunshade for holding a commodity as required, in particular a beverage cup such as a coffee mug, a beverage bottle, but also a smartphone, an e-book, a notepad or the like.

The invention also relates to an umbrella or parasol comprising such a handle device. The invention also relates to a walking stick comprising such a handle device.

STATE OF THE ART

From the prior art, umbrellas are generally used to offer a user protection from precipitation like a normal umbrella, or to provide protection from solar radiation like a normal parasol. The usual umbrella or sunshade consists of an umbrella stick and a hood arranged thereon that can be opened and which is supported by a collapsible rod.

A conventional cane or walking stick consists of a stick and a handle that can be held in one hand. The main purpose of the walking stick is to relieve the body when walking and to ensure a secure hold. This means that the walking stick can be used to support walking or walking.

A conventional umbrella or parasol is, for example, in the DE 20 2017 100 570 U1 described. The umbrella or parasol consists of an umbrella stick and a hood as well as an additional device. The disadvantage of the prior art is that an umbrella or parasol and walking stick mentioned either does not have a holding device for e.g Walking stick is not folded and interferes with normal use. Besides, an external appearance of the holding device can be aesthetically noticed. Compared to its original form, the external appearance of the walking stick and umbrella or parasol is thus changed in an optically unattractive manner. Based on the above prior art, it is an object of the invention to provide a holding option for a commodity such as a beverage cup such as a coffee mug, a beverage bottle, a smartphone, an e-book, a notepad or the like, so that the hands of a user of an umbrella or parasol and a walking stick can be relieved and the non-use does not unfold a disruptive use effect.

It is also the object of the invention to create an improved holding option for holding and fastening an article of daily use compared to the prior art, which does not have a disruptive effect on the aesthetic appearance of the umbrella or sunshade and walking stick.

This object is solved by a handle device, an umbrella or parasol, and a walking stick having the features of the independent claims. Advantageous developments of the invention are the subject matter of the dependent claims.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a handle device for a walking stick, umbrella or sunshade for holding an article of daily use, in particular a beverage cup such as a coffee mug, a beverage bottle, a smartphone, an e-book, a notepad or the like, comprising a storage device. According to the invention, it is proposed that at least one folding mechanism device is included with at least one support element, with the support element being provided with at least one, in particular two, elastic fastening straps, so that the article of daily use, in particular the coffee mug, can be picked up and held in place by means of the fastening strap(s). the carrying element can be folded completely into the storage device by means of the folding mechanism and can therefore be completely accommodated in the storage device, with a closed lateral surface of the handle device being formed from a lateral area of the storage device and a lateral area of the supporting element in a folding position, so that the supporting element cannot be seen from the outside .

Thus, a handle device is proposed which consists of a storage device and a folding mechanism device, wherein the folding mechanism device is attached to or in the storage device or accommodated in a folded-in position. When the bearing device is in the folded-in state, the overall contour of the handle device is such that the bearing device is integrated as a fold-out part in the contour of the handle device. The handle device is preferably designed in such a way that it resembles a normal handle device of an umbrella or is integrated into the contour of a walking stick or parasol, and when the storage device is in the unfolded state offers the possibility of holding a mobile phone or coffee mug, for example. The folding mechanism can be folded out and folded back again as required. The folding mechanism device also has at least one support element for holding an article of daily use, which is a coffee mug or a smartphone, for example. In order to fasten the utensil to the carrying element or to the folding mechanism device without tools, the carrying element is provided with at least one, in particular two, elastic fastening straps. If the carrying element is provided with two elastic fastening straps, the item of daily use can be picked up by the folding mechanism and thus fixed in a clamping manner. Instead of the two fixing straps, the support element can be provided with a stop surface and a fixing strap. This allows the mobile phone to be placed on the contact surface and clamped to the contact surface with the elastic fastening strap. The support surface serves to prevent the mobile phone from sliding off the support element or the folding mechanism. The abutment surface can be made of a plastic, wood, metal or other lightweight material.

It is advantageous that the folding mechanism device can be in two configurations, namely in an open and closed configuration, preferably lockable. If the folding mechanism device is pivoted into the open or folded-out configuration, the support element is pivoted out of the bearing device. In this way, the item of daily use can be picked up and held in a clamping manner by means of the support element. As a result, when opening a door, for example, it is advantageously achieved that a user has one hand free and can use the hand for other purposes.

Because the folding mechanism is designed to be integrated in the handle device, it is advantageously achieved that the folding mechanism does not interfere with the conventional use of the umbrella or parasol and walking stick. It is also advantageous that the folding mechanism can be folded back and is integrated in the handle device, so that the folding mechanism is not visible when the folding mechanism is in the closed configuration, and is in particular accommodated in the storage device.

It is also advantageous that no rigid support structure for the utensil needs to be fixed to the umbrella stick or walking stick, so that an external appearance of the handle device is aesthetically unobtrusive and an original form of the umbrella or parasol and walking stick can be retained. There is still no danger of getting stuck or bumping into anything. Furthermore, it is advantageously achieved that the umbrella or parasol and walking stick does not have to be complicatedly converted in order to be able to hold the commodity.

It is also advantageous that in the folded-in position the closed lateral surface of the handle device is formed from the lateral area of the bearing device and the lateral area of the support element, so that a closed contour profile of the handle device or a section of a stick profile of a walking stick or parasol is formed. To provide this, the support member is fully collapsed into the storage facility. This means that in a folded-in position, the center axes of the bearing device and the carrying element are parallel to one another or overlap, so that the handle device is viewed from the outside as a whole, and an outer casing of the bearing device and the bearing element essentially form a closed outer casing of the handle device . This outer shell serves as a gripping surface for the umbrella or walking stick.

In an advantageous development of the handle device, the fixing straps can consist of a rubber-elastic strap, a spiral spring element or an elastic plastic. The fixation straps are replaceable as needed as they wear out. In a further advantageous development, the support element can be folded out from the folded position, in which the support element is completely accommodated in the storage device, by means of the folding mechanism device into an unfolded position in which the support element protrudes essentially at right angles from the storage device. In the folded position and/or in the unfolded position, the support element can preferably be locked in relation to the bearing device, for example by means of a locking, screw or snap lock or the like. In other words, the unfolded position is formed essentially at right angles to the folded-in position. If the support element is in a folded position, the folding mechanism is in a closed configuration. If the support element is in an unfolded position, the folding mechanism is in an open configuration, i.e. in a receiving and carrying configuration. As a result, it can advantageously be achieved that, at least in the folded position, the gripping function of the gripping device is not disturbed by the holding function.

In a further advantageous development, the support element can have a support unit, the first belt end and/or the second belt end of the Fastening strap, preferably via at least one end element, by means of at least one fastening means, in particular by means of at least one screw connection and/or at least one latching connection, is correspondingly fastened to the support unit and/or the bearing device. In a further advantageous development, the support element can have a swivel unit pivotably attached to the storage device via a connecting element, preferably via a hinge connector, so that the support element is supported in the unfolded position by swiveling the swivel unit into the storage device. Because the pivoting unit can be pivoted about the bearing device by means of the connecting element, the folding mechanism device can be mechanically fixed and held in the open configuration. Advantageously, the swivel unit can form a jacket section of the support element.

Based on the previous embodiment, in a further advantageous development, the connecting element can be designed as a ball joint and/or spring-loaded mounting, so that the support element can be flexibly mounted in the mounting device, in particular through a groove in the mounting device, and can be moved in a horizontal plane. As a result, horizontal storage of an article of daily use, in particular a beverage cup, a beverage bottle, a smartphone, an e-book and a notepad, can be made possible by gravity if the handle device is not held vertically. Furthermore, it can advantageously be achieved that the support element can be moved not only in a vertical plane but also in the horizontal plane. If required, the support element can be supported at different positions in the horizontal plane in the unfolded position. Because the guide unit can be pushed into the storage device, the folding mechanism device can be mechanically fixed and held in the open configuration. Advantageously, the guide unit can form a jacket section of the support element.

Based on the previous embodiments, the support unit can be connected by at least one connecting element, in particular by means of at least one articulated connector and/or at least one swivel connector and/or at least one hinge connector and/or at least one ball joint and/or at least one spring-loaded mounting on the guide unit and/or on be pivotally attached to the pivot unit. Advantageously, the handle device can be arranged directly as a handle, so that no additional handle is necessary.
