Abstract

The present invention discloses a structure of a mannequin shoe with improved decorativeness and convenience. The mannequin shoe according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a front and rear guide member including a front guide surrounding a toe portion of a mannequin foot, a rear guide surrounding a heel portion of the mannequin foot, and a connecting portion connecting between the front guide and the rear guide as one body, and a side guide member surrounding a left and right side portion and a sole portion of the mannequin foot and worn on the mannequin foot along with the front and rear guide member. Accordingly, the present invention can provide a mannequin shoe with improved decorativeness and convenience including configurations that can have an aesthetic effect of looking like that an actual human shoe is worn on the mannequin when viewed from the outside, that can reduce the manufacturing cost and replacement cost of the mannequin shoe for display, which need to be changed frequently according to the season or fashion, and that can shorten the replacement time.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a configuration of a mannequin shoe with improved decorativeness and convenience, more particularly, to a configuration of a mannequin shoe that can have an aesthetic effect of looking like that an actual human shoe is worn on a mannequin when viewed from the outside and that can be easily worn on the mannequin regardless of the height of the mannequin foot, by wearing the mannequin shoe of the present invention on the mannequin rather than actual human shoe.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In general, a mannequin is used to promote a new product and suggest a trendy style to customers. The clothing or fashion accessories worn on a mannequin having a similar size to the actual human body can significantly affect the aesthetic sense of the consumers and induce their purchase desire.
Therefore, a displayer plans the overall shape, color, and material of clothing, lighting, and other factors to wear clothing on a mannequin. In this case, since a mannequin is made of a rigid material, it is difficult to wear general shoes that match clothes on the mannequin's feet, and even if worn, they tend to look unnatural.
In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to develop a configuration of a dedicated shoe suitable for a mannequin.

DETAILED DESCRITION OF THE INVENTION

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

The object of the present invention is to provide a mannequin shoe with improved decorativeness and convenience including configurations that can have an aesthetic effect of looking like that an actual human shoe is worn on a mannequin when viewed from the outside, that can reduce the manufacturing cost and replacement cost of a mannequin shoe for display, which needs to be frequently changed according to the season or fashion, and that can shorten the replacement time.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

A separable type mannequin shoe according to one aspect of the present invention to achieve the object is configured to comprise: a front and rear guide member surrounding a toe portion and a heel portion of a mannequin foot, and a side guide member surrounding a left and right side portion and a sole portion of the mannequin foot to control a height thereof.
In the present invention, the front and rear guide member includes: a front guide surrounding the toe portion of the mannequin foot; a rear guide surrounding the heel portion of the mannequin foot, and a connecting portion connected to the front guide at one side and connected to the rear guide at the other side.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a through hole through which a support of the mannequin can be inserted may be formed in the front and rear guide member and the side guide member.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the front and rear guide member includes an opening mark line or a cutout portion capable of separating between the front guide and the connecting portion.
In an embodiment of the present invention, an opening mark line or a cutout portion has a left-right asymmetric structure with respect to a center line of the front guide and may extend from an inner surface of the front guide toward the connecting portion.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the opening mark line or the cutout portion is formed on a bottom side of the front guide along a longitudinal direction of the mannequin foot. A pair of the opening mark lines or the cutout portions extends, and the opening mark lines or the cutout portions become widened from each other with a certain angle as they go from one side where both meet with each other toward the other side.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the opening mark line or the cutout portion is formed on the rear guide.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a band member B is connected to the cutout portion of the front guide
In an embodiment of the present invention, in the case of the front guide, the rear guide, and the connection part separated from each other, a band member installed on one side or the other side of the connection part may connect between the connection part and the front guide and between the connection part and the rear guide.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the connecting portion may be connected to the band member.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the side guide member includes: a bottom side in contact with a connecting portion of the front and rear guide member; a front side formed in a front of the bottom side; a lateral side formed in a left and a right of the bottom side, and a rear side formed in a rear of the bottom side, wherein an opening mark line or a cutout portion is formed between the front side and the lateral side and between the rear side and the lateral side.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a fixing member F for adhesion is attached to a portion in which the front and rear guide member and the bottom side, the front side, and the rear side of the side guide member are in contact with each other.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the lateral side of the side guide member coupled to a top portion of the front and rear guide member is coupled to the inside of a front guide and a rear guide of the front and rear guide member in a sliding manner, thereby freely adjusting a height of the rear guide.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the mannequin shoe further comprises a fixing member installed in a lateral side of the rear guide to be in close contact with the heel of the mannequin foot.

TECHNICAL EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION

As described above, the structure of the separable type mannequin shoe of the present invention provides a shoe to be worn on a rigid, distorted mannequin feet, thereby providing various display effects according to the intention of a displayer who displays products using the mannequin.
In addition, it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost and replacement cost of the mannequin shoe for display, which need to frequently change according to the season or fashion, and to shorten the replacement time of the mannequin shoe.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The terms or words used in the present specification and claims should not be construed as being limited to conventional or dictionary meanings but should be construed as meanings and concepts consistent with the technical spirit of the present invention.
In adding reference numbers to components or elements in each drawing, the same components or elements have the same reference numbers as much as possible even if they are shown in different drawings.
In addition, in describing the present invention, if it is determined that a detailed description of a related known configuration or function may obscure the gist of the present invention, the detailed description thereof will be omitted.
Throughout the specification, when a member is described to be located "on" another member, it includes not only a case in which a member is in contact with another member but also a case in which another member exists between two members. Furthermore, throughout the specification, when a part "includes" a certain component or element, it means that other components or elements may be further included rather than excluding other components or elements unless otherwise stated.
Hereinafter, the separable type mannequin shoe according to the present invention will be described in conjunction with FIGS. 1 and 2.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating an example of a structure for installing a mannequin.
Referring to FIG. 1 illustrating an installation structure of a mannequin prior to the description of the present invention, a sole portion of a mannequin 1 includes a connecting passage 5 extended from a sole of the mannequin 1 and embedded inside the mannequin 1, and a support 3 to be inserted into the connecting passage 5 is fixed to a base 2 placed on the ground. Accordingly, by placing the base 2 on the ground and inserting the support 3 into the connecting passage 5, the mannequin 1 is installed to stand upright on the base 2. In order to wear the mannequin shoe on the mannequin 1, the mannequin shoe needs to include a through hole H through which the support 3 can be penetrated. The shoe with the through hole H is worn on the rigid mannequin foot 10, and the support 3 is inserted into the connecting passage 5 through the through hole H of the shoe.
In addition to the above type of mannequin, there may be a structure in which the support 3 is connected to the calf or other parts of the mannequin 1. However, as described above, since this type of mannequin is also made of a rigid material, it is difficult to wear general shoes on the mannequin, and even if worn, they look unnatural.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a front and rear guide member 100 and a side guide member 200 of a separable type mannequin shoe according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
Hereinafter, in describing the present invention with reference to FIG. 2, a front portion refers to a toe portion, a rear portion refers to a heel portion, a side portion refers to both sides of an instep, and a bottom portion refers to a sole portion.
The structure of the separable type mannequin shoe is not limited to women's mannequin shoes illustrated in drawings but may be applied to men's mannequin shoes and children's mannequin shoes. In addition, it may be applied to shoes which are temporarily worn for photography, such as casual shoes, formal shoes, sneakers, boots, open shoes, and the like. Moreover, it may be applied to shoes for the disabled.
The mannequin shoe of the first embodiment according to the present invention includes a front and rear guide member 100 and a side guide member 200.
The front and rear guide members 100 surrounds the toe portion and the heel portion of a mannequin foot 10, and the side guide member 200 surrounds the left and right side portion and the sole portion of the mannequin foot 10.
More specifically, the front and rear guide member 100 includes: a front guide 110 surrounding the toe portion of the mannequin foot 10; a rear guide 120 surrounding the heel portion of the mannequin foot 10, and a connecting portion 130 connecting between the front guide 110 and the rear guide 120.
In this case, the separable type mannequin shoe may be configured only with the front and rear guide members 100 according to some embodiments.
In addition, in other embodiments, both the front and rear guide member 100 and the side guide member 200 detachably attached to the front and rear guide member 100 may be applied together. In this case, a fixing member F may be mounted on a contact area between the front and rear guide members 100 and the side guide members 200. As the fixing member F, a double-sided tape, Velcro, solid glue for temporary fixing, spray for temporary fixing, liquid glue for temporary fixing, snap button, magnet, and the like may be selectively used. The front and rear guide member 100 and the side guide member 200 can be mutually adhered and fixed to each other through the fixing member F.
In addition, in some embodiments where the front and rear guide member 100 has a structure in which the connecting portion 130 is omitted, and only the front guide 110 and the rear guide 120 are configured as a separate type, the fixing member F is widely mounted on a bottom portion of the front and rear guide member 100 that contacts with the side guide member 200, and thus, the front and rear guide member 100 and the side guide member 200 are mutually attached to each other. In this case, the front and rear guide member 100 and the side guide member 200 may be inserted and fitted to each other.
In addition, in order that the support 3 can be inserted into the connecting passage 5 of the mannequin foot 10, an opening mark line or a cutout portion S, or a through hole H through which the support 3 is penetrated may be formed on the front and rear guide member 100 and the side guide member 200.
The opening mark line or the cutout portion S, or through hole H is formed in the side guide member 200 and the connecting portion 130 or the rear guide 120 according to the position of the connecting passage 5 of the mannequin foot 10. In some embodiments, if the support 3 is directly connected to the calf or buttocks of the mannequin 1, the through hole H may not be formed.
As described above, the support 3 may be inserted into the opening mark line S of the rear guide 120.
The opening mark line S may be formed along a longitudinal direction of the mannequin foot 10 so that the size of the front and rear guide member 100 and the side guide member 200 can be adjusted by cutting the opening mark line S to overlap each other, if the heel portion of the foot 10 of the mannequin 1 is small.
Although not shown in the drawing, in order to adjust a heel angle and size of the mannequin foot 10, the opening mark line S may be formed vertically along the heel portion of the rear guide 120.
In addition, the opening mark line S of the rear guide 120 may be composed of two lines, and the two opening mark lines S may be formed on a left and a right side of a bottom portion of the rear guide 120 or formed in a cross shape on the bottom portion of the rear guide 120. In this case, if these two opening mark lines S are cut, an upper portion of a heel of the shoe can be inserted through the two opening mark lines S, or the heel with a concave upper portion can be stably coupled to the rear guide 120 since a contact area between the heel and the rear guide 120 increases.
The opening mark line S may also be formed on the front guide 110, and accordingly, a width and size of the front guide 110 may be adjusted.
The opening mark line S formed on the front guide 110 is for adjusting the size of an internal space of the front guide 110 according to a size of the toe portion of the foot 10 of the mannequin 1.
Considering that a shape of the mannequin foot 10 is not symmetrical, the opening mark line S formed on the front guide 110 can be formed in an asymmetrical structure in which an opening mark line S in an outer side of the front guide 110 is open wider than that in an inner side. In this case, a reference line is a center line formed along from a start point in front center to an end point in the heel through an instep point of the mannequin foot 10. The reference line is determined when the mannequin foot 10 is inserted into the front guide 110 on a planar surface.
The opening mark line S may be extended from an inner surface of the front guide 110 toward the connecting portion 130. In this case, the opening mark line S may be selectively cut.
In addition, in some embodiments in which the cutout portion S is formed to allow the front guide 110 and the connecting portion 130 to be completely separated from each other to adjust a length of the mannequin shoe, the cutout portion S may be formed to have a certain angle so that a distance between the cutout portion S goes wider as it goes from the front guide 110 toward the connecting part 130.
The fixing member F may be mounted on an inner surface of the rear guide 120 to attach the rear guide 120 to the mannequin foot 10.
As described above, a double-sided tape, Velcro, and general adhesive may be used as the fixing member F.
Meanwhile, unlike a human foot, the mannequin foot 10 may have various shapes. In particular, since a shape of the heel of the mannequin foot 10 has a lot of deformation, even if the shoe is worn on the mannequin foot 10, it is difficult to fix the shoe to the mannequin foot 10.
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a front and rear guide member shown FIG. 2.
As shown in FIG. 3A, in order that the front and rear guide member 100 can be easily worn even when the size of the mannequin foot 10 is large or small, an elastic band member B may be installed between the front guide 110 and the connecting portion 130 and between the rear guide 120 and the connecting part 130. The elastic band member B may include a rubber band, an elasticfiber, a fiber woven with a rubber band, vinyl, and the like.
As shown in FIG. 3B, a pair of the band members B may be disposed to be spaced apart in a left and a right side of a center of the connecting portion 130. In this case, the support 3 of the mannequin 1 described above may be disposed between the pair of band members B to be coupled to the connecting passage 5.
Although not shown in the drawings, the band member B may also be formed in the opening mark line S formed in the front guide 110 or the rear guide 120, so that the shoe can be easily worn on the mannequin foot 10 even when the width of the heel portion or the toe portion of the mannequin foot 10 is large or small. In addition, the entire connecting portion 130 may be composed of the elastic band member B.
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a front and rear guide members 100 and a side guide member 200 of a separable type mannequin shoe according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
The side guide member 200 has a structure surrounding a left and a right side portion and a sole portion of the mannequin foot 10, and the structure of the side guide member 200 may be deformed according to the shape and size of the mannequin foot 10.
The side guide member 200 according to the present embodiment may be mounted on the mannequin foot 10 along with the front and rear guide members 100. In this case, since the side guide member 200 is mounted on a top surface of the front guide member 100, a bottom surface of the side guide member 200 is invisible from the outside, and thus, the configuration can be embodied as a natural shoe shape.
When the mannequin shoe is worn on the mannequin foot 10, the front and rear guide member 100 forms an inclination according to a height of the heel of the mannequin foot 10, and the side guide member 200 is deformed by this inclination.
In this case, when an opening mark line C shown in FIG. 4 is not cut, the side guide member 200 is partially spaced apart from the mannequin foot 10, and thus, it is difficult to provide good aesthetic sensibility.
Therefore, by cutting a cutout portion C on the side guide member 200, the side guide member 200 can consist of: a bottom side 210 in contact with the front and rear guide member 100; a front side 220; a left and right lateral side 230, and a rear side 240.
Among the bottom side 210, the front side 220, the lateral side 230, and the rear side 240, the lateral side 230 naturally forms an overlapping section or contact area M in which the lateral side 230 overlaps the front and rear guide members 100, according to setting of heights h1 and h2 of the heel of the mannequin foot 10. When the heights h1 and h2 of the shoe is adjusted, the overlapping section or contact area M varies (See a conceptual diagram of FIG. 5).
In this case, the overlapping section or contact area M is located on inner surfaces of the front guide 110 and the rear guide 120. Since the overlapping section or contact area M is not adhered to other elements, it is easily adapted to various heights of the heel of the mannequin foot 10.
Therefore, when viewed from the outside, the front and rear guide members 100 and the side guide members 200 are worn on the mannequin foot 10 without awkwardness, thereby providing good aesthetic sensibility.
In addition, the rear guide 120 can be positioned with a various angle P1, P2 according to the heights h1, h2 of the heel of the mannequin foot 10. Accordingly, even if the heel of mannequin foot 10 is positioned high, this angle enables the rear guide 120 to keep in close contact with the mannequin foot 10, thereby enhancing the stability and firmness of the worn state.
In addition, an opening mark line or a cutout portion C may be formed in a front and a rear portion of the side guide member 200. The opening mark line C may be cut if necessary.
By overlapping or spreading the cutout portion C of the side guide member 200 according to the height of the heel of the mannequin foot 10, the rear side 240, the front side 220, and the bottom side 210 are stably in close contact with the rear guide 120, the front guide 110, and the connecting portion 130, respectively. In this case, the contact area between the side guide member 200 and the front and rear guide member 100 may be adhesively fixed with a fixing member F.
Accordingly, regardless of the height of the heel of the mannequin foot 10, the shape of the shoe can be naturally adjusted by connecting the side guide member 200 and the front and rear guide member 100.
That is, the front and rear guide members 100 and the side guide members 200 may be detachably fixed to each other through the fixing member F.
According to the height of the heel of the mannequin foot 10, a position and a width of the overlapping section or contact area M in which a lateral side of the front and rear guide member 100 and the lateral side 230 of the side guide member 200 overlap and be in contact with each other may vary. In this case, in the overlapping section or contact area M in which the front and rear guide member 100 and the side guide member 200 overlap and be in contact with each other, since the lateral side 230 of the side guide member 200 is disposed inside the front and rear guide member 100, a natural shoe shape can be embodied.
More specifically, when the height of the heel of the mannequin foot 10 sequentially changes as shown in FIGS. 5A-5C, the front and rear guide member 100 and the side guide member 200 can be easily transformed into a structure corresponding to the shape of the mannequin foot 10, by using a cutout of the opening mark line C formed in the side guide member 200.
That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the cutout portion C formed in a front portion of the side guide member 200 is partially divided into two portions by the cutout. The front side 220 of the side guide member 200 including the cutout portion C is in contact with a flat portion of the ball of the front guide 110, which corresponds to the ball of the foot 10. When the connecting portion 130 is omitted from the front and rear guide member 100, the fixing member F may be formed in a portion of the front and rear guide member 100, which is in contact with the front side 220 of the side guide member 200. In this case, the front and rear guide member 100 and the side guide member 200 can also be detached.
The lateral side 230 of the side guide member 200 including the opening mark line or the cutout portion C unfolds or folds inside the front guide 110 to embody a shape in which the side guide member 200 is naturally coupled to the front guide 110.
When the heel of the mannequin foot 10 is high, the gap between an upper portion of the rear guide 120 and an upper portion of the lateral side 230 is widened, and thus, corners of the upper portion of the rear guide 120 and the upper portion of the side guide member side 230 may protrude. In this case, the protruding edge portion may be cut and adjusted in a round shape so that the appearance of the shoe can provide good aesthetic sensibility.
In the drawings, the lateral side 230 of the side guide member 200 are formed on both sides; however, the present invention is not limited thereto. In some embodiments, the lateral side 230 of the side guide member 200 may be embodied in only one of both sides, or both sides 230 may be omitted.
In addition, the front and rear guide members 100 and the side guide members 200 may be worn on the mannequin foot 10 in a state in which they are attached to each other before being worn on the mannequin foot 10, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In some embodiments, the side guide member 200 is first worn on the mannequin foot 10, and then, the front and rear guide members 100 may be separately worn later.
In the above detailed description of the present invention, only specific embodiments have been described. However, it should be understood that the present invention is not limited to the particular form mentioned in the detailed description, and that it is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and substitutions falling within the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.
That is, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments and descriptions described above. Various modifications can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains without departing from the gist of the present invention as claimed in the claims, and such modifications shall fall within the scope of the present invention.

Industrial Applicability

The mannequin shoe with improved decorativeness and convenience provided in the present invention can provide a practical effect of looking like that an actual human shoe is worn on a mannequin when viewed from the outside, can reduce the manufacturing cost and replacement cost of the mannequin shoe for display, which needs to be frequently changed according to the season or fashion, and can shorten the replacement time. Accordingly, the mannequin shoe with improved decorativeness and convenience of the present invention can be widely used in the fashion industry.

Claims

A mannequin shoe with improved decorativeness and convenience, the mannequin shoe comprising:
a front and rear guide member 100 surrounding a toe portion and a heel portion of a mannequin foot 10, and

a side guide member 200 surrounding a left and right side portion and a sole portion of the mannequin foot 10 to control a height thereof.
The mannequin shoe of claim 1, wherein the front and rear guide member 100 includes:
a front guide 110 surrounding the toe portion of the mannequin foot 10;

a rear guide 120 surrounding the heel portion of the mannequin foot 10, and

a connecting portion 130 connected to the front guide 110 at one side and connected to the rear guide 120 at the other side.
The mannequin shoe of claim 2, wherein the front and rear guide member 100 includes an opening mark line or a cutout portion S capable of separating between the front guide 110 and the connecting portion 130.
The mannequin shoe of claim 3, wherein a band member B is connected to the cutout portion C of the front and rear guide member 100.
The mannequin shoe of claim 2, wherein a portion of the rear guide 120 of the front and rear guide member 100, which contacts with a heel of the mannequin foot 10, includes an opening mark line or cutout portion C formed along a longitudinal direction of the mannequin foot.
The mannequin shoe of claim 1, wherein the side guide member 200 includes:
a bottom side 210 in contact with a connecting portion 130 of the front and rear guide member 100;

a front side 220 formed in a front of the bottom side 210;

a lateral side 230 formed in a left and a right of the bottom side 210, and

a rear side 240 formed in a rear of the bottom side 210,

wherein an opening mark line or a cutout portion C is formed between the front side 220 and the lateral side 230 and between the rear side 240 and the lateral side 230.
The mannequin shoe of claim 6, wherein a fixing member F is attached to a portion in which the front and rear guide member 100 and the bottom side 210, the front side 220, and the rear side 240 of the side guide member 200 are in contact with each other.
The mannequin shoe of claim 6, wherein the lateral side 230 of the side guide member 200 coupled to an upper portion of the front and rear guide member 100 is coupled to the inside of a front guide 110 and a rear guide 120 of the front and rear guide member 100 in a sliding manner, thereby freely adjusting a height of the rear guide 120.
