  • DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
  • The following further describes the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and the specific implementations. It should be noted that the various embodiments or technical features described hereinafter may be combined randomly to form novel embodiments on the premise of no conflicts.
  • As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 6, the present invention discloses a socket terminal having firm plugging force 100, including: a connection part 2, and a plugging part 3 and a base part 1 that are formed by bending and extending from two opposite sides of the connection part 2, respectively. The plugging part 3 clamps a plug terminal 200.
  • The base part 1 is mounted and fixed in a socket panel (not shown in the figures, similarly hereinafter), so that the socket terminal having firm plugging force 100 is fixed in the socket panel.
  • As shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 6, the connection part 2 is flat plate-shaped and is arranged vertically, the base part 1 is formed by bending and extending from one side of the connection part 2, the base part 1 has a first bent part 11 that is connected to the connection part 2, a second bent part 12 that is bent and extends in a direction approaching the plugging part 3 from the first bent part 11, a third bent part 13 that is bent and extends in a direction leaving the connection part 2 from the second bent part 12, a fourth bent part 14 that is bent and extends in a direction approaching the plugging part 3 from the third bent part 13, and a fifth bent part 15 that is bent and extends in a direction leaving the connection part 2 from the fourth bent part 14. With such arrangement, the first bent part 11, the second bent part 12, the third bent part 13, the fourth bent part 14, and the fifth bent part 15 can be more firmly embedded in the socket panel. Further, a first through groove 121 runs through a plate face of the second bent part 12, and the first through groove 121 extends to an intersection of the second bent part 12 and the third bent part 13 from an intersection of the first bent part 11 and the second bent part 12; and two parallel second through grooves 141 run through a surface of the fourth bent part 14, and each of the second through grooves 141 extends to an intersection of the fourth bent part 14 and the fifth bent part 15 from an intersection of the third bent part 13 and the fourth bent part 14. This facilitates cooling of the socket terminal having firm plugging force 100, increases elastic force of the first bent part 11, the second bent part 12, the third bent part 13, the fourth bent part 14, and the fifth bent part 15, and facilitates assembly and disassembly of the base part 1 on a plugging panel. Further, a plate face of the fifth bent part 15 protrudes outwards to form a boss 151, and an end face of the fifth bent part is bent in a direction leaving the fourth bent part 14 to form two clamping parts 152. This facilitates elastic cooperation of the base part 1 and the socket panel by using elastic force of the boss 151 and the clamping parts 152, reduces internal stress generated by the base part 1 under rigid extrusion during assembly, and increases durability of the socket terminal having firm plugging force 100. In this embodiment, the boss 151 is beveled, an inclined face of the boss inclines towards the fourth bent part 14, and the two clamping parts 152 are corresponding to the two second through grooves 141 respectively. This keeps structural stability of the entire socket terminal having firm plugging force 100. In other embodiments, the position of the clamping parts 152 and the shape of the boss 151 are not limited, as long as assembly fixing and holding force of the base part 1 and the socket panel can be enhanced.
  • The plugging part 3 is formed by bending and extending from the other side of the connection part 2, and the plugging part 3 and the base part 1 are located on a same side of a plate face of the connection part 2. Specifically, the plugging part 3 has two vertical parts 31 and a horizontal part 32 for connecting the two vertical parts 31; a front end face of the horizontal part 32 protrudes forwards to form two limiting parts 33, and an upper end face of each of the vertical parts 31 is horizontally bent first and extends downwards to form one contact part 34, so that the two contact parts 34 clamp the plug terminal 200; and each of the contact parts 34 extends downwards to form one stop part 35, and the two stop parts 35 are located between the two limiting parts 33. When the plug terminal 200 is plugged between the two contact parts 34, the two contact parts 34 are extruded to deform and move in directions leaving each other, so as to drive the two stop parts 35 to move in directions leaving each other respectively. In this case, the two limiting parts 33 prevent the two stop parts 35 from excessively moving, thereby preventing the two contact parts 34 from excessive deformation and improving clamping force of the contact parts 34 for clamping the plug terminal 200.
  • Further, the limiting part 33 is formed by horizontally bending and extending from a lower end of the vertical part 31, and it is ensured that the limiting parts and the socket terminal having firm plugging force 100 are integrally molded, so that production and assembly procedures of products are reduced, and production costs of the products are reduced. The contact part 34 is arc-shaped, and the stop part 35 is a vertical flat plate that is formed by extending downwards from the contact part 34. Therefore, a space between the two contact parts 34 is enlarged, resistance to the plug terminal 200 during plugging is reduced, a contact area between the stop part 35 and the limiting part 33 during action is increased, and a risk that the limiting part 33 damages the stop part 35 is reduced. In addition, in this embodiment, a width of the horizontal part 32 is less than that of the vertical part 31, the stop part 35 is located in front of the horizontal part 32, and a lower end face of the stop part 35 is lower than the horizontal part 32. This ensures structural stability of the entire plugging part 3. In other embodiments, the size of the horizontal part 32, the size of the vertical part 31, and the positional relationship between the horizontal part 32 and the stop part 35 are not limited, as long as actual requirements are met.
  • The above implementations are merely implementations of the present invention, and thus may not limit the protection scope of the present invention. Any insubstantial variations and replacements made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention all fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
