Abstract
Description
- The present invention relates to the field of sockets, and in particular, to a socket terminal having firm plugging force.
- In the present world, electric power is absolutely the unavoidable major power for human life and production, so that electric power transmission appears to be particularly important. Currently, people usually use the most common plug and socket connection to implement conduction of an entire circuit for electric power transmission, so that stable connection of a plug and a socket is always a timeless research topic for human beings.
- As shown in
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 , in the prior art, a plug terminal is usually plugged in a socket terminal for socket and plug connection. Generally, the socket terminal is provided with a butt joint part A for clamping the plug terminal. To stably clamp the plug terminal in the socket terminal, a circlip B is added to clamp the butt joint part of the socket terminal, so as to avoid excessive deformation of the butt joint part, thereby increasing clamping force for the butt joint part. However, the circlip B and the socket terminal are arranged in an assembled manner. Therefore, the circlip B has a risk of falling off the butt joint part. In addition, as the socket structure becomes more complex and smaller, it is more difficult to mount the circlip B. Therefore, production efficiency of the socket terminal is reduced, and production costs of the socket terminal are increased. - Therefore, it is quite necessary to develop a socket terminal that is low in costs and has firm plugging force.
- To overcome the defect in the prior art, an objective of the present invention is to provide a socket terminal having firm plugging force. Two limiting parts prevent two stop parts from excessively moving, thereby preventing two contact parts from excessive deformation and improving clamping force of the contact parts for clamping a plug terminal.
- According to the following technical solutions, the present invention is implemented. A socket terminal having firm plugging force, allowing a plug terminal to be plugged in, including: a base part mounted and fixed in a socket panel; a connection part formed by extending upwards from the base part; and a plugging part formed by bending and extending from one side of the connection part, where the plugging part has two vertical parts and a horizontal part for connecting the two vertical parts; a front end face of the horizontal part protrudes forwards to form two limiting parts, and an upper end face of each of the vertical parts is horizontally bent first and extends downwards to form one contact part, so that the two contact parts clamp the plug terminal; and each of the contact parts extends downwards to form one stop part, and the two stop parts are located between the two limiting parts, so that the two limiting parts prevent the two stop parts from excessively moving.
- Further, a width of the horizontal part is less than that of the vertical part, the stop part is located in front of the horizontal part, and a lower end face of the stop part is lower than the horizontal part.
- Further, the limiting part is formed by horizontally bending and extending from a lower end of the vertical part.
- Further, the contact part is arc-shaped, and the stop part is a vertical flat plate that is formed by extending downwards from the contact part.
- Further, the base part and the plugging part are formed by extending in a same direction from two opposite side edges of the connection part.
- Further, the base part has a first bent part that is connected to the connection part, a second bent part that is bent and extends in a direction approaching the plugging part from the first bent part, a third bent part that is bent and extends in a direction leaving the connection part from the second bent part, a fourth bent part that is bent and extends in a direction approaching the plugging part from the third bent part, and a fifth bent part that is bent and extends in a direction leaving the connection part from the fourth bent part.
- Further, a first through groove runs through a plate face of the second bent part, and the first through groove extends to an intersection of the second bent part and the third bent part from an intersection of the first bent part and the second bent part.
- Further, two parallel second through grooves run through a surface of the fourth bent part, and each of the second through grooves extends to an intersection of the fourth bent part and the fifth bent part from an intersection of the third bent part and the fourth bent part.
- Further, a plate face of the fifth bent part protrudes outwards to form a boss, and an end face of the fifth bent part is bent in a direction leaving the fourth bent part to form two clamping parts.
- Further, the boss is beveled, an inclined face of the boss inclines towards the fourth bent part, and the two clamping parts are corresponding to the two second through grooves respectively.
- Compared with the prior art, the present invention can implement the beneficial effects as follows.
- Each of the contact parts extends downwards to form one stop part, and the two stop parts are located between the two limiting parts, so that the two limiting parts prevent the two stop parts from excessively moving, thereby preventing the two contact parts from excessive deformation, improving clamping force of the contact parts for clamping the plug terminal, and allowing for the firm plugging force of the socket terminal. In addition, the limiting parts and the socket terminal are integrally molded, so that production and assembly procedures of products are reduced, and production costs of the products are reduced.

- The following further describes the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and the specific implementations. It should be noted that the various embodiments or technical features described hereinafter may be combined randomly to form novel embodiments on the premise of no conflicts.
- As shown in
FIG. 3 andFIG. 6 , the present invention discloses a socket terminal havingfirm plugging force 100, including: aconnection part 2, and a plugging part 3 and abase part 1 that are formed by bending and extending from two opposite sides of theconnection part 2, respectively. The plugging part 3 clamps aplug terminal 200. - The
base part 1 is mounted and fixed in a socket panel (not shown in the figures, similarly hereinafter), so that the socket terminal havingfirm plugging force 100 is fixed in the socket panel. - As shown in
FIG. 3 to FIG. 6 , theconnection part 2 is flat plate-shaped and is arranged vertically, thebase part 1 is formed by bending and extending from one side of theconnection part 2, thebase part 1 has afirst bent part 11 that is connected to theconnection part 2, asecond bent part 12 that is bent and extends in a direction approaching the plugging part 3 from thefirst bent part 11, athird bent part 13 that is bent and extends in a direction leaving theconnection part 2 from thesecond bent part 12, afourth bent part 14 that is bent and extends in a direction approaching the plugging part 3 from thethird bent part 13, and afifth bent part 15 that is bent and extends in a direction leaving theconnection part 2 from thefourth bent part 14. With such arrangement, thefirst bent part 11, thesecond bent part 12, thethird bent part 13, thefourth bent part 14, and thefifth bent part 15 can be more firmly embedded in the socket panel. Further, a first throughgroove 121 runs through a plate face of thesecond bent part 12, and the first throughgroove 121 extends to an intersection of thesecond bent part 12 and thethird bent part 13 from an intersection of thefirst bent part 11 and thesecond bent part 12; and two parallel second throughgrooves 141 run through a surface of thefourth bent part 14, and each of the second throughgrooves 141 extends to an intersection of thefourth bent part 14 and thefifth bent part 15 from an intersection of thethird bent part 13 and thefourth bent part 14. This facilitates cooling of the socket terminal havingfirm plugging force 100, increases elastic force of the firstbent part 11, the secondbent part 12, the thirdbent part 13, the fourthbent part 14, and the fifthbent part 15, and facilitates assembly and disassembly of thebase part 1 on a plugging panel. Further, a plate face of the fifthbent part 15 protrudes outwards to form aboss 151, and an end face of the fifth bent part is bent in a direction leaving the fourthbent part 14 to form two clampingparts 152. This facilitates elastic cooperation of thebase part 1 and the socket panel by using elastic force of theboss 151 and the clampingparts 152, reduces internal stress generated by thebase part 1 under rigid extrusion during assembly, and increases durability of the socket terminal havingfirm plugging force 100. In this embodiment, theboss 151 is beveled, an inclined face of the boss inclines towards the fourthbent part 14, and the two clampingparts 152 are corresponding to the two second throughgrooves 141 respectively. This keeps structural stability of the entire socket terminal havingfirm plugging force 100. In other embodiments, the position of the clampingparts 152 and the shape of theboss 151 are not limited, as long as assembly fixing and holding force of thebase part 1 and the socket panel can be enhanced. - The plugging part 3 is formed by bending and extending from the other side of the
connection part 2, and the plugging part 3 and thebase part 1 are located on a same side of a plate face of theconnection part 2. Specifically, the plugging part 3 has twovertical parts 31 and ahorizontal part 32 for connecting the twovertical parts 31; a front end face of thehorizontal part 32 protrudes forwards to form two limitingparts 33, and an upper end face of each of thevertical parts 31 is horizontally bent first and extends downwards to form onecontact part 34, so that the twocontact parts 34 clamp theplug terminal 200; and each of thecontact parts 34 extends downwards to form onestop part 35, and the twostop parts 35 are located between the two limitingparts 33. When theplug terminal 200 is plugged between the twocontact parts 34, the twocontact parts 34 are extruded to deform and move in directions leaving each other, so as to drive the twostop parts 35 to move in directions leaving each other respectively. In this case, the two limitingparts 33 prevent the twostop parts 35 from excessively moving, thereby preventing the twocontact parts 34 from excessive deformation and improving clamping force of thecontact parts 34 for clamping theplug terminal 200. - Further, the limiting
part 33 is formed by horizontally bending and extending from a lower end of thevertical part 31, and it is ensured that the limiting parts and the socket terminal havingfirm plugging force 100 are integrally molded, so that production and assembly procedures of products are reduced, and production costs of the products are reduced. Thecontact part 34 is arc-shaped, and thestop part 35 is a vertical flat plate that is formed by extending downwards from thecontact part 34. Therefore, a space between the twocontact parts 34 is enlarged, resistance to theplug terminal 200 during plugging is reduced, a contact area between thestop part 35 and the limitingpart 33 during action is increased, and a risk that the limitingpart 33 damages thestop part 35 is reduced. In addition, in this embodiment, a width of thehorizontal part 32 is less than that of thevertical part 31, thestop part 35 is located in front of thehorizontal part 32, and a lower end face of thestop part 35 is lower than thehorizontal part 32. This ensures structural stability of the entire plugging part 3. In other embodiments, the size of thehorizontal part 32, the size of thevertical part 31, and the positional relationship between thehorizontal part 32 and thestop part 35 are not limited, as long as actual requirements are met. - The above implementations are merely implementations of the present invention, and thus may not limit the protection scope of the present invention. Any insubstantial variations and replacements made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention all fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
- A socket terminal having firm plugging force, allowing a plug terminal to be plugged in, characterized in comprising:a base part mounted and fixed in a socket panel;a connection part formed by extending upwards from the base part; anda plugging part formed by bending and extending from one side of the connection part,wherein the plugging part has two vertical parts and a horizontal part for connecting the two vertical parts; a front end face of the horizontal part protrudes forwards to form two limiting parts, and an upper end face of each of the vertical parts is horizontally bent first and extends downwards to form one contact part, so that the two contact parts clamp the plug terminal; and each of the contact parts extends downwards to form one stop part, and the two stop parts are located between the two limiting parts, so that the two limiting parts prevent the two stop parts from excessively moving.
- The socket terminal having firm plugging force according to claim 1, characterized in that a width of the horizontal part is less than that of the vertical part, the stop part is located in front of the horizontal part, and a lower end face of the stop part is lower than the horizontal part.
- The socket terminal having firm plugging force according to claim 1, characterized in that the limiting part is formed by horizontally bending and extending from a lower end of the vertical part.
- The socket terminal having firm plugging force according to claim 1, characterized in that the contact part is arc-shaped, and the stop part is a vertical flat plate that is formed by extending downwards from the contact part.
- The socket terminal having firm plugging force according to claim 1, characterized in that the base part and the plugging part are formed by extending in a same direction from two opposite side edges of the connection part.
- The socket terminal having firm plugging force according to claim 5, characterized in that the base part has a first bent part that is connected to the connection part, a second bent part that is bent and extends in a direction approaching the plugging part from the first bent part, a third bent part that is bent and extends in a direction leaving the connection part from the second bent part, a fourth bent part that is bent and extends in a direction approaching the plugging part from the third bent part, and a fifth bent part that is bent and extends in a direction leaving the connection part from the fourth bent part.
- The socket terminal having firm plugging force according to claim 6, characterized in that a first through groove runs through a plate face of the second bent part, and the first through groove extends to an intersection of the second bent part and the third bent part from an intersection of the first bent part and the second bent part.
- The socket terminal having firm plugging force according to claim 6, characterized in that two parallel second through grooves run through a surface of the fourth bent part, and each of the second through grooves extends to an intersection of the fourth bent part and the fifth bent part from an intersection of the third bent part and the fourth bent part.
- The socket terminal having firm plugging force according to claim 8, characterized in that a plate face of the fifth bent part protrudes outwards to form a boss, and an end face of the fifth bent part is bent in a direction leaving the fourth bent part to form two clamping parts.
- The socket terminal having firm plugging force according to claim 9, characterized in that the boss is beveled, an inclined face of the boss inclines towards the fourth bent part, and the two clamping parts are corresponding to the two second through grooves respectively.
