La bague d'attache 2 s'étend également latéralement au boîtier 10. Le capuchon 20 est disposé au-dessus de la bague d'attache 2, et de préférence porte directement contre la surface de toute la périphérie de la bague d'attache 2 en position d'utilisation pour éviter toute insertion d'un outil entre la bague d'attache et le capuchon. La bague d'attache 2 est apte à adopter deux positions, une position ouverte (dite aussi déverrouillée), et une position fermée (dite verrouillée) autour du goulot de la bouteille. La bague d'attache 2 présente un espace intérieur ouvert qui est destiné, en position fermée de la bague, à être circulaire pour épouser le goulot cylindrique circulaire de la bouteille. Un dispositif antivol de ce type est par exemple décrit dans le brevet EP2634696B1 et dans la demande de brevet FR1913440 du demandeur. Les moyens de verrouillage et de déverrouillage 3 sont logés dans une enveloppe rigide 3A, de préférence dans la même matière plastique que celle de la bague d'attache 2. L'enveloppe 3A rigide est agencée sur le corps de la bague d'attache 2 et à l'opposé du boîtier 10. De tels moyens de verrouillage et de déverrouillage 3 associés à la bague d'attache 2 sont par exemple décrits dans le brevet précité EP2634696B1 . D'autres variantes des moyens de verrouillage et de déverrouillage 3, notamment quant à leur agencement, sont possibles. Les moyens de verrouillage et de déverrouillage 3 sont aptes à retenir la bague d'attache 2 par insertion d'une extrémité libre de la bague dans ceux-ci. L'alarme intégrée spécifique fournit une alarme supplémentaire au dispositif antivol électronique (alarme distincte d'un système usuel de déclenchement d'alarme en distance tel qu'une ferrite n'ayant pas besoin de pile), ladite alarme intégrée spécifique ne pouvant être désactivée qu'en passant le dispositif antivol électronique devant un désactivateur d'étiquettes. Comme les désactivateurs électroniques sont situés exclusivement au niveau des caisses du magasin (ou du moins dans des endroits localisés et surveillés), une personne malintentionnée sans passer en caisse, qui ouvrirait le dispositif antivol dans l'enceinte du magasin, que ce soit par un aimant du type détacheur, ou en forçant son ouverture, ferait déclencher automatiquement l'alarme intégrée du dispositif antivol électronique (puisqu'elle n'aurait pas été désactivée préalablement avec un désactivateur d'étiquettes électroniques). Dans l'exemple de réalisation des figures 4 et 5, le dispositif antivol électronique 1B pour vêtement comporte deux pièces ou bras 21 et 22. Le premier bras 21 forme l'élément d'attache 2 en comprenant un élément d'embrochage 21'. Le second bras 22 forme le boîtier 10 et comprend dans sa face interne 14 (face en regard du premier bras 21) un logement 23 pour accueillir l'élément d'embrochage 21' du premier bras 21. L'élément d'embrochage 21' est destiné à être embroché sur un vêtement pour l'assemblage du dispositif antivol 1. De préférence, les deux bras 21 et 22 sont solidaires l'une de l'autre et articulés l'une par rapport à l'autre pour utiliser le dispositif antivol électronique 1B à la manière d'une pince, ce qui confère une mise en place rapide du dispositif antivol électronique sur l'article et évite de perdre l'élément d'embrochage 21' lors du retrait. Un ressort 24 est de préférence prévu au niveau de l'articulation, ce qui procure une ouverture extrêmement rapide du dispositif antivol électronique. Le principe de fonctionnement d'un tel dispositif antivol est en particulier décrit dans le brevet EP2419587B1 du demandeur. Les moyens de verrouillage et de déverrouillage 3 sont logés à l'intérieur du boîtier 10 (second bras 22) doté du logement 23 destiné à accueillir l'élément d'embrochage 21'. Les moyens de verrouillage et de déverrouillage 3 sont aptes à retenir l'élément d'embrochage 21' dans le logement 23. Le boîtier 10 du dispositif antivol 1 présente une portion 3B faisant saillie vers l'extérieur depuis la face externe 15 opposée au premier bras 21, cette portion en saillie 3B logeant les moyens de verrouillage et de déverrouillage 3 de manière à pouvoir coopérer avec un détacheur pour assurer le déverrouillage (et donc le retrait du dispositif antivol 1 de l'article). Dans l'exemple représenté, le dispositif antivol électronique 1B comporte une diode 5 logée dans le boîtier 10 (le second bras 22 de la pince) en étant visible sur la face externe 15. La diode 5 est alimentée via une pile qui est amovible par rapport à l'intérieur du boîtier 10. L'accès à l'emplacement de la pile se fait via une fenêtre 12 ménagée dans la face interne 14 du boîtier 10, fenêtre 12 qui est fermée par la partie ouvrable 11 sous forme d'une cache. La partie ouvrable 11 est ici fixée par clippage et comprend des moyens de « déclippage » tels qu'au moins une rainure 11A. Tout comme décrit plus haut pour le dispositif antivol électronique 1A pour bouteille, ce dispositif antivol électronique 1B pour vêtement comporte une alarme intégrée spécifique décrite dans la demande de brevet FR2102079 , et une unité électronique de contrôle de l'alarme intégrée spécifique qui nécessitent une alimentation électrique par pile. La branche de fixation 25 de l'arceau 2 est fixée (de manière inamovible) dans le corps du boîtier 10 en étant apte à être mobile par translation et pivotement, tandis que l'autre branche de fermeture 26 est apte à sortir hors du boîtier et à y rentrer grâce à la mobilité de la branche de fixation 25. Un tel dispositif antivol est par exemple décrit dans le brevet EP2491212B1 du demandeur. Les moyens de verrouillage et de déverrouillage 3 sont logés à l'intérieur du boîtier 10. Le système de verrouillage et de déverrouillage 3 est apte à retenir la branche de fermeture 26 une fois introduite dans le boîtier. Il s'agit par exemple d'un système aimanté et mobile via un ressort.
