Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine kosmetische oder dermatologische Zusammensetzung, die mindestens einen probiotisch wirksamen Bakterienstamm, der bei Ansiedlung auf der Haut die Hautgesundheit positiv beeinflusst, und Licochalcon A umfasst. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zur kosmetischen oder dermatologischen Behandlung der Haut, bei dem man die Zusammensetzung der vorliegenden Erfindung auf die Haut aufträgt. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der kosmetischen oder dermatologischen Zusammensetzung der vorliegenden Erfindung.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine kosmetische oder dermatologische Zusammenset zung, die mindestens einen probiotisch wirksamen Bakterienstamm, der bei Ansiedlung auf der Haut die Hautgesundheit positiv beeinflusst, und Licochalcon A umfasst. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zur kosmetischen oder dermatologischen Behandlung der Haut, bei dem man die Zusammensetzung der vorliegenden Erfindung auf die Haut aufträgt. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der kosmetischen oder dermato logischen Zusammensetzung der vorliegenden Erfindung.
Der Wunsch, schön und attraktiv auszusehen, ist von Natur aus im Menschen verwurzelt. Auch wenn das Schönheitsideal im Laufe der Zeit Wandlungen erfahren hat, so ist das Stre ben nach einem makellosen Äußeren immer das Ziel der Menschen gewesen, da ein sympa thisches Erscheinungsbild ihr Selbstwertgefühl und die Anziehungskraft auf ihre Mitmen schen erhöht. Einen wesentlichen Anteil an einem schönen und attraktiven Äußeren hat da bei der Zustand und das Aussehen der Haut.
Kosmetische und dermatologische Zusammensetzungen zur Verbesserung der Hautge sundheit sind im Stand der Technik umfangreich beschrieben. In den vergangenen Jahren ist zunehmend spekuliert worden, dass Störungen der Hautgesundheit, die durch Infektionen, Stress, falsche Ernährung, Medikamente, Umweltfaktoren oder ähnliches ausgelöst werden, auf unerwünschte Veränderungen des natürlichen Hautmikrobioms zurückzuführen sein könnten.
Es wurden daher Behandlungsansätze vorgeschlagen, bei denen das Hautmikrobiom durch die gezielte Ansiedlung von metabolisch aktiven, probiotisch wirksamen Bakterienstämmen zu verbessern, indem die Mikrobiom-Homöostase wiederhergestellt oder aufrecht erhalten wird. US 2018/0104283 A1 beschreibt ein Verfahren, bei dem natürlich auf der Haut vor kommende Bakterienstämme der Haut zugeführt werden, um potenziell pathogene Mikroor ganismen zu verdrängen. WO 2016/172196 A1 beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Behandlung von Akne bei einem Patienten, bei denen lebende C. acnes- Stämme auf die Haut des Pati enten angesiedelt werden. Allerdings hat es sich wiederholt als schwierig erwiesen, eine ausreichende Menge der metabolisch aktiven Bakterienstämme auf der Haut anzusiedeln. Da die Haut von Bakterien dicht besiedelt ist, müssen sich Bakterien, die auf die Haut aufgetragen werden, zunächst im Mikrobiom etablieren, was aufgrund der begrenzten Nährstoffe und der komplexen Interakti onen innerhalb der verschiedenen Bakterien im Mikrobiom schwierig ist.
Dies führt regelmäßig dazu, dass auf die Haut aufgetragene Bakterien von den Mikroorga nismen der bestehenden Hautflora verdrängt werden. Aus diesem Grund ist versucht wor den, den auf die Haut aufgetragenen Bakterien ein Wachstum zu ermöglichen, indem zu nächst die bestehende Hautflora mit einem desinfizierenden Mittel oder mit einem Antibioti kum zurückgedrängt wird. Allerdings stellen solche Maßnahmen einen verhältnismäßig schweren Eingriff in das Mikrobiom dar, aus dem sich nachhaltig unerwünschte oder sogar pathologische Verschiebungen im Mikrobiom ergeben können.
Es war daher die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, Zusammensetzungen und Verfahren bereitzustellen, mit denen probiotisch wirksame Bakterienstämme, die die Hautgesundheit positiv beeinflussen, in ausreichender Menge auf der Haut angesiedelt und in das Mikrobiom integriert werden können.
Überraschend gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch eine kosmetische Zusammensetzung, die min destens die folgenden Bestandteile umfasst oder aus diesen besteht: a) mindestens einen probiotisch wirksamen Bakterienstamm, der bei Ansiedlung auf der Haut die Hautgesundheit positiv beeinflusst; b) Licochalcon A oder ein Derivat davon.
Es konnte festgestellt werden, dass die gleichzeitige Verabreichung von probiotisch wirksa men Bakterienstämmen mit Licochalcon A dazu führt, dass die probiotischen Bakterien stämme sich signifikant besser in das bestehende Hautmikrobiom integrieren lassen.
Die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung umfasst, wie oben aufgeführt, als ersten Bestand teil mindestens einen probiotisch wirksamen Bakterienstamm, der bei Ansiedlung auf der Haut die Hautgesundheit positiv beeinflusst. Wie vorliegend verwendet bedeutet "probiotisch wirksam", dass der betreffende Bakterienstamm bei Verabreichung an den Menschen in aus reichender Menge gesundheitsfördernde Wirkungen vermittelt. Im vorliegenden Fall wird der Begriff im Zusammenhang mit solchen Bakterienstämmen verwendet, die sich nach Verab reichung an die Haut auf dieser ansiedeln, d.h. durch Zellteilung vermehren, und durch ihre Anwesenheit in der Hautflora die Hautgesundheit positiv beeinflussen. Als probiotisch wirksame Bakterienstämme kommen im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung insbesondere Bakterien der Gattung Staphylococcus und Cutibacterium in Betracht. Bei die sen Gattungen handelt es sich um solche, die in einer normalen Hautflora des Menschen regelmäßig vertreten sind. In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform gehört der min destens eine probiotisch wirksame Bakterienstamm zu einer Spezies, die ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus hominis und Cutibacterium acnes.
Staphylococcus epidermidis und Staphylococcus hominis sind Koagulase-negative, fakultativ pathogene, grampositive Bakterien, welche die Haut und Schleimhäute des Menschen besie delt. Vorzugsweise handelt es sich bei dem mindestens einen S. epidermidis- Stamm und/oder dem mindestens einen S. hominis-Sta nicht um einen A nti b i oti ka- res i ste nte n Stamm. Es sind S. epidermidis- Stämme und S. hominis-Stämme bekannt, die gegen herkömmliche An tibiotika wie Penicillin Resistenzen entwickelt haben und daher mit entsprechenden Präpara ten nicht behandelt werden können. Es ist in der Literatur beschrieben worden, dass S. epidermidis- Stämme und S. hominis-Stämme in der natürlichen Hautflora aktiv an der Kon trolle des Wachstums von pathogenen Erregern wie S. aureus- Stämmen beteiligt sind. Auch aus diesem Grund führt die Etablierung von nicht-pathogenen S. epidermidis- Stämmen zur Verbesserung der Hautgesundheit.
Die Spezies C. acnes bezeichnet grampositive, anaerobe, stäbchenförmige Bakterien, die bis 2016 taxonomisch als Propionibacterium acnes zusammengefasst wurden. Die Spezies umfasst pathogene und nicht-pathogene Vertreter. Pathogene Vertreter dieser Spezies C. acnes tragen nach heutigen Erkenntnissen maßgeblich zur Entwicklung von Akne beim Menschen bei, während nicht-pathogene Stämme für die Erhaltung einer stabilen Mikrobiom- Zusammensetzung wichtig sind. Die Spezies lässt sich in drei phylogenetisch unterscheidba re Typen einteilen, die vorliegend als Typen I, II und III bezeichnet werden. Die Bakterien vom Typ I werden weiter in die Subtypen IA, IB und IC unterteilt. Subtyp 1A wird weiter in die Untergruppen 1A1 und 1A2 unterteilt. Viele nicht-pathogene Stämme von C. acnes gehören zum (a) Typ I, Subtyp IA, Untergruppe IA2, (b) Typ I, Subtyp IB, oder (c) Typ II.
Es ist daher bevorzugt, dass die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung mindestens einen Stamm der Spezies C. acnes umfasst, wobei dieser Stamm vorzugsweise zum (a) Typ I, Subtyp IA, Untergruppe IA2, (b) Typ I, Subtyp IB, oder (c) Typ II gehört. In einer besonderen Ausführungsform umfasst die Zusammensetzung einen oder mehrere C. acnes Stämme vom Typ I, Subtyp IA, Untergruppe IA2. In einerweiteren besonderen Ausführungsform umfasst die Zusammensetzung einen oder mehrere C. acnes Stämme vom Typ I, Subtyp IB. In einer weiteren besonderen Ausführungsform umfasst die Zusammensetzung einen oder mehrere C. acnes Stämme vom Typ II.
In einerweiteren besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform umfasst die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung jeweils mindestens einen Stamm vom Typ I, Subtyp IA, Untergruppe IA2, mindestens einen Stamm vom Typ I, Subtyp IB, sowie mindestens einen Stamm vom Typ II. Besonders bevorzugt ist es, dass die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung mehrere Stäm me vom Typ I, Subtyp IA, Untergruppe IA2, in Kombination mit mehreren Stämmen vom Typ I, Subtyp IB, sowie mehreren Stämmen vom Typ II umfasst.
Es ist bevorzugt, dass die Zusammensetzung der vorliegenden Erfindung eine Gesamtmen ge an probiotisch wirksamen Bakterien im Bereich von 104-1011 CFU/ml, und stärker bevor zugt im Bereich von 107-101° CFU/ml umfasst.
Die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung umfasst neben dem mindestens einen probiotisch wirksamen Bakterienstamm als zweiten Bestandteil das Flavonoid Licochalcon A oder ein Derivat davon. Licochalcon A weist die folgende Struktur auf:
Llcecbateen A
Licochalcon A ist eine chemische Verbindung, die aus der Wurzel des chinesischen Süßhol zes (Glycyrrhiza inflata) extrahiert werden kann. Es weist antientzündliche, antibakterielle, antiparasitäre und krebshemmende Wirkungen auf und wird in kosmetischen Zusammenset zungen regelmäßig zur Vorbeugung gegen Hautreizungen wie Rötungen eingesetzt. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass Licochalcon A die Etablierung von probiotisch wirksamen Stämmen, wie beispielsweise Stämmen von S. epidermidis, S. hominis oder C. acnes, im Hautmikrobiom verbessert.
Licochalcon A wird vorzugsweise in einer Menge von 0,0001 bis 10 Gew.-%, besonders be vorzugt von 0,001 bis 7,5 Gew.-% und insbesondere bevorzugt von 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-% oder von 0,1 bis 0,5 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung, verwendet. Es ist daher vorteilhaft, Licochalcon A oder ein Derivat desselben in einer Menge von min destens 0,0001 Gew.-%, mindestens 0,001 Gew.-%, mindestens 0,01 Gew.-%, mindestens 0,1 Gew.-%, mindestens 1,0 Gew.-%, mindestens 2,0 Gew.-%, mindestens 3,0 Gew.-%, mindestens 4,0 Gew.-%, oder mindestens 5,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung, zu verwenden.
Gemäß einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthält die Zusammensetzung der vorliegenden Erfindung neben dem mindestens einen probiotisch wirksamen Bakterien stamm und Licochalcon A oder einem Derivat davon ferner auch mindestens einen Protek tor-Stamm der Gattung Lactobacillus, der die Ansiedlung des probiotisch wirksamen Bakteri enstamms fördert.
Bakterien der Gattung Lactobacillus sind grampositive, mikroaerophile oder anaerobe Bakte rien, die taxonomisch der Familie der Lactobacillaceae zuzuordnen sind. Es handelt sich um grampositive, in der Regel stäbchenförmige Bakterien, die Zucker und Kohlenhydrate zu Milchsäuren vergären. Bakterien der Gattung Lactobacillus sind insbesondere aus der Le bensmittelindustrie hinreichend bekannt, wo sie häufig als Starterkulturen bei der Herstellung von Milchprodukten verwendet werden. Die Gattung umfasst verschiedene Spezies, die oh ne Einschränkung im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung Verwendung finden können.
Geeignete Spezies, die in den Zusammensetzungen der vorliegenden Erfindung als Protek tor-Stämme dienen können, umfassen Lactobacillus delbrueckii, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. delbrueckii, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. lactis , Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus amylolyticus, Lactobacillus amylovorus, Lactobacillus aviaries, Lactobacillus bifermentans, Lactobacillus brevis, Lacto bacillus casei, Lactobacillus coryniformis, Lactobacillus crispatus, Lactobacillus crustorum, Lactobacillus curvatus, Lactobacillus dextrinicus, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus gasseri, Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactobacillus hilgardii, Lactobacillus iners, Lactobacillus jensenii, Lactobacillus mali, Lactobacillus oryzae, Lactobacillus panis, Lactobacillus para- buchneri, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus paralimentarius, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus ruminis, Lactobacillus salivarius, Lactobacillus selangorensis.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform umfasst die Zusammensetzung der vorliegenden Er findung zwei oder mehr Protektor-Stämme, wie beispielsweise 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 oder 10 Lactobacillus-Stämme. In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform handelt es sich bei dem mindestens einen Protektor-Stamm, der der erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung beigefügt wird, um einen Stamm der Spezies Lactobacillus plantarum oder Lactobacillus rhamnosus. In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform umfasst die erfindungsgemä ße Zusammensetzung mindestens einen Stamm der Spezies Lactobacillus plantarum sowie einen Stamm der Spezies Lactobacillus rhamnosus. In einerweiteren bevorzugten Ausfüh rungsform umfasst die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung mehrere Stämme der Spezies Lactobacillus plantarum sowie mehrere Stämme der Spezies Lactobacillus rhamnosus.
Der mindestens eine Protektor-Stamm, der optionaler Bestandteil der Zusammensetzung der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, kann eine antibiotisch wirksame Substanz produzieren. Bei der antibiotisch wirksamen Substanz kann es sich um ein Bacteriocin handeln, das vom Lacto bacillus produziert und an das umgebende Medium sezerniert wird. Vorzugsweise produziert der Protektor-Stamm ein Bacteriocin, das ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Nisin, Mersacidin, Lactocin, Acidocin B, und Entereocin P. In einerweiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform produziert der in der erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung enthaltene Protektor-Stamm 2 oder mehrere der genannten Bacteriocine.
Es ist bevorzugt, dass der oder die optionalen Protektor-Stämme in Bezug auf Art und Men ge so gewählt werden, dass es zu einer Ansiedlung des mindestens einen probiotisch wirk samen Bakterienstamms kommt, die mindestens 2-fach höher ist als die entsprechende An siedlung des Bakterienstamms in Abwesenheit des Protektor-Stamms. Noch stärker bevor zugt ist es, dass die Ansiedlung des mindestens einen probiotisch wirksamen Bakterien stamms mindestens 5-fach, mindestens 10-fach, mindestens 20-fach, mindestens 30-fach, mindestens 40-fach, mindestens 50-fach, mindestens 75-fach, mindestens 100-fach, min destens 500-fach oder mindestens 1000-fach höher ist als die entsprechende Ansiedlung des Bakterienstamms in Abwesenheit des Protektor-Stamms.
Die Wirkung der Protektor-Stämme kann in einfachen Assays gemessen werden, bei denen die Zusammensetzung der vorliegenden Erfindung, die mindestens einen probiotisch wirk samen Bakterienstamm, mindestens einen Lactobacillus-Stamm, und Licochalcon A oder ein Derivat davon umfasst, mit einer Negativkontrolle verglichen wird. Als Negativkontrolle dient vorzugsweise eine Zusammensetzung die der zu untersuchenden Zusammensetzung wei testgehend gleicht, jedoch keinen Lactobacillus-Stamm umfasst.
Es ist bevorzugt, dass die Zusammensetzung der vorliegenden Erfindung eine Gesamtmen ge an Bakterien der Gattung Lactobacillus im Bereich von 104-109 CFU/ml, und stärker be vorzugt im Bereich von 106- 108 CFU/ml umfasst. Dies bedeutet, dass die Protektor-Stämme im Vergleich zu den probiotisch wirksamen Stämmen in weitaus geringeren Mengen in der Zusammensetzung enthalten sein können. Da die Protektor-Stämme den probiotisch wirk samen Stämmen lediglich in der frühen Phase der Besiedelung der Haut einen Wachstums vorteil verschaffen müssen, ist ihre dauerhafte Ansiedlung nicht erforderlich. Entsprechend können die Protektor-Stämme in deutlich geringeren Inokulationdichten auf die Haut aufge bracht werden.
In einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung kommt es nach Aufbringung der erfin dungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung nicht zu einer dauerhaften Etablierung des mindestens einen Protektor-Stamms in der Hautflora des Subjekts, an den die Zusammensetzung verab reicht wird. Dies bedeutet, dass der mindestens eine Protektor-Stamm sich nicht oder nur unzureichend auf der Haut des Subjekts vermehrt. Es ist bevorzugt, dass der mindestens eine Protektor-Stamm nach 24 Stunden, vorzugsweise nach 48 Stunden und stärker bevor zugt nach 72 Stunden nicht mehr oder nur noch in einer geringen Menge auf der Haut des Subjekts nachzuweisen ist.
Neben den probiotischen Bakterienstämmen und Licochalcon A oder einem Derivat davon umfasst die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung vorzugsweise auch mindestens einen kosmetischen Hilfsstoff. Bei diesem kosmetischen Hilfsstoff kann es sich um solche Sub stanzen handeln, die regelmäßig in kosmetischen oder dermatologischen Produkten als Hilfsstoff verwendet werden. Zu diesen Substanzen zählen Antioxidantien, Löslichkeitsver mittler, Vitamine, Farbstoffe, Trägerstoffe, Füllmittel, Emulgatoren, Befeuchtungsmittel und ähnliches. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform handelt es sich bei dem kosmetischen Hilfsstoff um Glycerin, Panthenol, Ubichinon Q10 oder Hyaluronsäure.
Da die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung zur Verwendung auf der Haut formuliert ist, wird diese einen pH-Wert aufweisen, der im neutralen bis leicht sauren Bereich liegt. Somit ist es bevorzugt, dass die Zusammensetzung einen pH-Wert von 4-8, und vorzugsweise von 5-7 aufweist.
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung handelt es sich vorzugsweise um eine Emulsion. Diese kann in Form einer ÖI-in-Wasser-Emulsion oder einer Wasser-in-ÖI- Emulsion vorliegen.
In einer anderen Ausführungsform beträgt der Wasseranteil in der Zusammensetzung weni ger als 5%, weniger als 4%, weniger als 3%, weniger als 2%, weniger als 1%, und beson ders bevorzugt weniger als 0,5% (Gew./Gew.). In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausfüh- rungsform handelt es sich bei der erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung um eine wasser freie Zusammensetzung.
Die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung liegt vorzugsweise in Form eines Gels, einer Creme, einer Salbe oder einer Lotion vor.
Vorzugsweise umfasst die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung kein Silikonöl, Mineralöl oder Polyethylenglycol.
Üblicherweise enthalten kosmetische und dermatologische Zusammensetzungen ein oder mehrere Konservierungsmittel. Im vorliegenden Fall ist es besonders vorteilhaft, Milchsäure als Konservierungsmittel zu verwenden.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft in einem weiteren Aspekt ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer wie oben beschriebenen kosmetischen oder dermatologischen Zusammensetzung,
Das Verfahren umfasst dabei Schritte, bei denen man zunächst eine Suspension oder ein Lyophilisat des probiotisch wirksamen Bakterienstamms oder der probiotisch wirksamen Bakterienstämme herstellt wird. Sofern neben dem oder den probiotisch wirksamen Bakteri enstämmen auch Lactobacillus-Stämme verwendet in der Zusammensetzung werden sollen, können zunächst zwei getrennte Suspensionen hergestellt werden, die anschließend mitei nander vermischt werden. Die erste Suspension enthält dabei den mindestens einen probio tisch wirksamen Bakterienstamm, und die zweite Suspension enthält mindestens einen Lac tobacillus-Stamm. Beide Suspensionen können durch Inokulation von Zellmaterial in Wasser oder einen geeigneten Puffer hergestellt werden. Anschließend können beide Suspension miteinander vermischt und mit Licochalcon A und den weiteren Bestandteilen der kosmeti schen oder dermatologischen Zusammensetzung vereinigt werden.
Sofern die Zusammensetzung der vorliegenden Erfindung mit Lyophilisaten der Bakterien stämme hergestellt wird, kann zunächst ein Lyophilisat hergestellt werden, das den mindes tens einen probiotisch wirksamen Bakterienstamm umfasst, sowie getrennt davon ein zwei tes Lyophilisat, das den mindestens einen Lactobacillus-Stamm umfasst. Die beiden Lyophilisate können anschließend entweder miteinander vermischt werden und anschlie ßend mit Licochalcon A in Kontakt gebracht werden.
Es ist jedoch aus ökonomischen Gesichtspunkten besonders bevorzugt, dass zunächst Sus pensionen der Bakterienstämme miteinander vermischt werden, die dann einer Gefriertrock nung unterzogen werden, sodass ein Lyophilisat erhalten wird, welches alle Bakterienstäm- me enthält, die in die kosmetische oder dermatologische Zusammensetzung der vorliegen den Erfindung eingebracht werden sollen. Dieses Lyophilisat, welches sowohl den mindes tens einen probiotisch wirksamen Bakterienstamm als auch mindestens einen Lactobacillus- Stamm enthält, wird anschließend mit Licochalcon A und weiteren kosmetischen Hilfsstoffen vermischt, um die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung bereitzustellen.
Geeignete Verfahren zur Gefriertrocknung oder Lyophilisation sind dem Fachmann hinläng lich bekannt. Die Gefriertrocknung umfasst das Einfrieren eines Produkts, wie beispielsweise einer Bakteriensuspension unter verringertem Druck und Zufuhr von Wärme, sodass das gefrorene Wasser im Produkt durch Sublimieren entfernt werden kann. Die meisten Produkte können auf 1-5% Restfeuchte getrocknet werden. Für die Gefriertrocknung können erfin dungsgemäß kommerziell erhältliche Geräte verwendet werden, wie beispielsweise die Lyovac™-Geräte von GEA (Berlin, Deutschland), der Gamma 2-20 Gefriertrockner LCM-1 von Christ (Osterode am Harz, Deutschland) oder der Christ Martin™ Alpha 1-2 Gefrier trockner von Fisher Scientific GmbH (Schwerte, Deutschland).
In einem noch weiteren Aspekt betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur kosmetischen oder dermatologischen Behandlung der Haut, das Schritte umfasst, bei denen die oben beschrie bene kosmetische oder dermatologische Zusammensetzung der vorliegenden Erfindung auf die Haut eines Subjekts, vorzugsweise eines Menschen, aufgetragen wird.
In einer besonderen bevorzugten Ausführungsform wurde die Hautpartie, auf die die Erfin dungsmessezusammensetzung aufgetragen wird, zuvor sorgsam gereinigt. Eine solche Rei nigung kann mit einem Tensid-haltigen Reinigungsmittel erfolgen. Besonders geeignet für diesen Zweck sind Reinigungsmittel, die Benzoylperoxid umfassen, wobei jedoch auch ande re Substanzen in diesem Zusammenhang zum Einsatz gelangen können.
In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform handelt es sich bei der Zusammensetzung um eine wasserfreie Zusammensetzung. In einer solchen Zusammensetzung können die Bakterienstämme in Form eines Lyophilisats in einer Ölphase vorliegen. Erst nach Aufträgen der Zusammensetzung auf die Haut kommt das Lyophilisat mit Wasser in Kontakt, was zur Aktivierung des Wachstums und der metabolischen Aktivität der Bakterien führt.
Die Ölphase kann auf dem Gebiet der Kosmetik übliche Öle umfassen, wie beispielsweise Lecithine, Olivenöl, Sonnenblumenöl, Jojobaöl, Sojaöl, Erdnussöl, Rapsöl, Mandelöl, Palmöl, Kokosöl und Rizinusöl. In einer anderen Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung handelt es sich bei der Zu sammensetzung um eine wasserhaltige Zusammensetzungen. Dies bedeutet, dass die Zu sammensetzung zumindest eine wässrige Phase enthält, in der die Bakterienstämme bei geeigneten Bedingungen aktiviert werden können.
Die Zusammensetzungen der vorliegenden Erfindung können in Form einer kosmetischen Zubereitung vorliegen, die als Maske verwendet wird. Vorzugsweise basiert die Maskenzu sammensetzung der vorliegenden Erfindung auf einem wasserfreien Pulver, welches min destens ein Alginat, mindestens ein Calicumsalz sowie mindestens ein Öl umfasst. Die Bak terien können dabei wie oben beschrieben als Lyophilisat in der Ölphase vorliegen.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Kosmetische oder dermatologische Zusammensetzung, umfassend a) mindestens einen probiotisch wirksamen Bakterienstamm, der bei Ansiedlung auf der Haut die Hautgesundheit positiv beeinflusst; b) Licochalcon A oder ein Derivat davon.
2. Kosmetische oder dermatologische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine probiotisch wirksame Bakterienstamm zu einer Gattung gehört, die ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Staphylococcus und Cutibacterium.
3. Kosmetische oder dermatologische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine probiotisch wirksame Bakterienstamm zu einer Spezies gehört, die ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus hominis und Cutibacterium acnes.
4. Kosmetische oder dermatologische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherge henden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Licochalcon A oder ein Derivat desselben in einer Menge von 0,0001 bis 10 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtge wicht der Zusammensetzung enthalten ist.
5. Kosmetische oder dermatologische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Licochalcon A oder ein Derivat desselben in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 5 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung enthalten ist.
6. Kosmetische oder dermatologische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherge henden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kosmetische Zusammenset zung in Form einer ÖI-in-Wasser-Emulsion oder Wasser-in-ÖI-Emulsion vorliegt.
7. Kosmetische oder dermatologische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherge henden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kosmetische Zusammenset zung in Form eines Gels, einer Creme, einer Salbe oder einer Lotion vorliegt.
8. Kosmetische oder dermatologische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherge henden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kosmetische Zusammenset zung kein Silikonöl, Mineralöl oder Polyethylenglycol umfasst.
9. Kosmetische oder dermatologische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherge henden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gesamtmenge der probiotisch wirksamen Bakterien in der kosmetischen Zusammensetzung 104-1011 CFU/ml, und vorzugsweise 107-101° CFU/ml umfasst.
10. Kosmetische oder dermatologische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherge henden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner mindestens ein kosmeti sche Hilfsstoff enthalten ist.
11. Kosmetische oder dermatologische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine kosmetische Hilfsstoff ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Glycerin, Panthenol, Ubichinon Q10 und Hyaluronsäure.
12. Kosmetische oder dermatologische Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorherge henden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammensetzung ferner Milchsäure als Konservierungsmittel umfasst.
13. Verfahren zur kosmetischen oder dermatologischen Behandlung der Haut, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-12 auf die Haut aufgetragen wird.
14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haut vor dem Auf trägen der kosmetischen Zusammensetzung mit einem Tensid-haltigen Reinigungs mittel gereinigt wird.
15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reinigungsmittel Benzoylperoxid umfasst.
16. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer kosmetischen oder dermatologischen Zusammenset zung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Sus pension oder ein Lyophilisat, die/das den mindestens einen probiotisch wirksamen Bakterienstamm umfasst, mit Licochalcon A oder ein Derivat davon vermischt.
