Abstract

The present invention relates to a frame for receiving and holding a sack according to the preamble of claim 1, and a device with a frame, sack and lid according to claim 10.

A further disadvantage is a circular ring, which reduces the clamping area of a clamped garbage bag compared to a rectangular ring and thus limits operation.

Proceeding from the aforementioned prior art, the invention is based on the object of proposing a frame for holding a sack which, while avoiding the problems known from the prior art, enables the sack to be removed without damage with comparatively little physical effort on the part of an operator and for an occasional usage as well as for heavily filled bags.

This object is achieved with a frame for holding a sack with the features of independent claim 1.

Advantageous embodiments are the subject matter of the dependent claims.

According to the invention, a frame for accommodating and holding a bag, preferably a rubbish bag made of plastic for house or garden waste, is proposed, the frame having a ring and at least three, preferably four, legs attached to it for setting up the frame on a preferably level floor includes, wherein the sack in the mounted state with the upper, open edge of the sack placed over the ring and wherein the legs are designed in such a way that a height of the ring above the ground corresponds at most to the length of the sack minus an inverted open edge and the sack thereby rests at least partially on the ground in the assembled state with a closed bottom section. The invention has surprisingly recognized that by using identical parts, the frame can be assembled and disassembled in a particularly simple manner or can be folded up or folded up in a particularly simple manner. This makes it possible to transport or store the frame in a dismantled state with a small pack size and to assemble it easily for occasional use. In addition, if the frame is damaged, it may not be the entire frame that has to be replaced, but only some of the identical parts. Furthermore, thanks to the modular system, the height of the ring above the ground can be adjusted by the number of identical parts used for the legs, for example to use the frame for different bag sizes.

The invention has also recognized that by using three, preferably four, legs, the sack is held in the assembled state in such a way that it lies flat on the floor between the legs can. After the sack has been closed, the frame can be lifted over the sack or the frame can be partially dismantled, particularly in the area of the bottom, using the easily detachable identical parts. In this way, even very heavy sacks can be dismantled with little effort and without damaging the sack material. In particular, the frame does not have a flat foot part that could prevent the sack from being placed on the floor. By resting the sack on the ground, no special holding means or clamping parts are advantageously required for fastening the sack to the frame. The sack is simply slipped over the ring with an upper, open edge.

The fact that a large number of first identical parts can be connected to the second identical parts, in particular without the use of intermediate pieces, which are known, for example, from tent poles, surprisingly results in a frame structure with high stability and torsional rigidity, as well as fewer individual parts, which nevertheless a small pack size are foldable.

The first identical parts of the ring, preferably also the second identical parts of the legs, are preferably understood to mean identical parts.

Alternatively, in particular, the second identical parts of the legs can be understood to mean parts that are identical in shape, with the length preferably being able to vary in order to be able to variably adjust the height of the frame. For example, two identical parts with different lengths can be combined in order to set a certain height of the frame above the ground according to the dimensions of a sack.

According to a preferred embodiment, as a latching connection or also as a type of click connection, at least one identical part has a bore in a female connection section at one end and in a female connection section at the other end male connecting portion on an elastic element, wherein the elastic element engages in the mounted state with another identical part in the bore. As a result, the frame can be assembled or disassembled particularly easily and in a short time.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the first identical part of the ring has a receptacle for the second identical parts of the legs with two guide sections, the receptacle having an enlarged cross section as a female connecting section. This makes it easier to assemble the various identical parts and at the same time increases the stability of the snap-in connection.

The second identical parts are particularly preferably connected to the ring at an angle in such a way that the legs spread apart along a vertical perpendicular to a plane of the ring, with a spread angle between the second identical parts and the vertical preferably between 3° and 10°, particularly preferably 5° amounts to. A distance between the second identical parts and the legs in the vertical direction or in the direction of the ground thus increases. This advantageously increases a bearing surface for a sack on the floor between the legs of the frame. Thanks to the spread legs, the sack can be dismantled more easily, and the frame in particular can be lifted more easily over a filled sack.

Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the first and second identical parts consist of a shell-shaped or U-shaped base body with preferably rib-like struts. As a result, lightweight and at the same time stable identical parts can be produced with low material consumption. In particular, such a shell-shaped or U-shaped base body has higher rigidity properties than a tubular base body and is therefore preferred over it. Preferably, the body is designed so that an open portion is oriented toward the bottom to ensure a smooth surface for receiving the sack and optimal flexural rigidity.

The first and second identical parts preferably consist of a plastic material and can be produced in an injection molding process. As a result, preferably one-piece identical parts with a snap-in connection, complex struts and a three-dimensional contour can be produced.

In a further embodiment of the frame, the legs are connected to one another in addition to being connected to the ring by means of third identical parts, preferably from a height of the ring above the ground of more than 410mm to 430mm, particularly preferably more than 650mm, in order to increase the stability of the legs. With these third identical parts, the frame is particularly suitable for accommodating 50l to 70l, preferably 60l, sacks or 100l to 120l, preferably 110l, sacks.

Especially in combination with legs that have a spread angle, the frame can be lifted over a filled sack without dismantling individual third identical parts, even with legs reinforced with third identical parts.

The third identical parts preferably form a floor ring as further first identical parts, wherein at least the second identical parts facing the floor and the third identical parts can be plugged into one another and can be connected to one another. The second and third identical parts can preferably be connected by means of a snap-in connection, the second and third identical parts having male and/or female connecting sections in order to accommodate a further identical part. This allows the frame to be assembled easily and quickly, and in particular for removal dismantle a sack. The third identical parts are therefore preferably designed analogously to the first identical parts, it being possible for the design of the latching connection to vary, in particular to be simpler and without guide sections.

Alternatively or additionally, the third identical parts can be designed as at least one flexible connecting strip, in particular a Velcro strip, with at least the second identical parts facing the floor having guide sections, in particular eyelets, for the flexible connecting strip. In particular when using such an easily detachable connecting strap, even a heavily filled sack can be easily removed. The third identical parts and in particular the connecting strap prevent the legs from being able to be moved in a plane parallel to the plane of the ring through a filled sack and the spread angle from increasing.

The invention also relates to a device with a frame already described, a sack and a lid, the lid lying on the upper edge of the sack and the ring when assembled and having a grip area to enable manual operation. In particular, the lid is designed as a snap-on lid in order to close the upper edge of the sack and preferably also to fix it to the ring in the closed or assembled state. Such a slip-on lid can be used in a particularly space-saving manner, since the lid is not firmly connected to the ring and can therefore be removed or dismantled in any orientation.

In a further embodiment, the device additionally has a plug-in hinge element, in order to rotate the cover, in particular as a hinged cover, on the frame, in particular by means of a power and / or form-fitting connection pluggable to assemble. In this case, the hinge element is preferably mounted on the ring of the frame.

The hinge element can therefore preferably be plugged in and is therefore easy to assemble or disassemble. The hinge element can also be retrofitted in this way. Due to the simple assembly, the lid can be used either as a slip lid or as a hinged lid with a hinge element, or the entire device with frame and lid can be dismantled in a short time for transport or storage. The hinge element usually makes it easier to use the frame as a holder for the rubbish bag, since the lid does not have to be put down or held on the side. For reasons of space, an operator can temporarily do without the hinge element and a fixed connection of the cover to the frame, which is why the optional assembly of the hinge element is advantageous.

The hinge element preferably has a first U-shaped connection section, which is designed to connect the hinge element to an edge of the cover in a pluggable and preferably non-positive connection, the edge of the cover being able to be pushed into the U-shaped contour of the first connection section . The U-shaped connecting section is preferably curved at an open end in such a way that the cover partially elastically deforms the first connecting section in the assembled state or the U-shaped contour expands and thereby forms a non-positive connection.

More preferably, the hinge element has a second U-shaped connecting section, which is designed to connect the hinge element to the first common part of the ring in a pluggable and form-fitting, preferably also force-fitting, connection, with the first identical part or a strut of the first identical part can be pushed into the U-shaped contour of the second connecting section. For the positive connection, the second connecting section has at least one hook-shaped latching element which, in the assembled state, interacts with a strut of the first identical part or an additional counterpart on the first identical part and engages in a positive fit.

The hinge element is preferably made in one piece and is preferably made of the same material, with a section of reduced cross-section forming a flexible joint section between the first and the second connecting section, which is elastically deformable and thus encloses the first and the second connecting section and thus the cover relative to the frame can pivot a pivot axis.

More preferably, the hinge element has locking means to fix the lid in an open state. For this purpose, the first and second connecting sections preferably have at least one, preferably two, end cheeks perpendicular to the pivot axis of the hinge element. The hinge element preferably consists of a plastic material, in particular polypropylene, and can be produced in an injection molding process. In particular, this allows a relatively complex part with the cross-section reduced section as a joint section, the cheeks are made with locking means and a three-dimensional contour.

In the Figure 9a to Fig. 9d and the 12a to Fig. 12d, in particular for a frame 10 for a 60I sack 12 or a 110I sack 12, instead of or in addition to the bottom ring 42 described above, the third identical parts 44 are designed as at least one flexible connecting strip 46, in particular a Velcro strip shown here, with at least the second identical parts 24 facing the floor 18 have guide sections 47, in particular eyelets, for the flexible connecting strap 46. The guide sections 47 are preferably formed on an outer side of the frame 10 and the second identical parts 24 . A device with a frame 10 with a sack 12, as in FIG Figure 2c shown, with a lid 34, as in FIG Figures 4a to 4d shown, can be closed, in which case the lid 34 can lie on the upper edge 20 of the sack 12 and the ring 14 in the assembled state, thereby forming a type of slip-on lid which preferably clamps the sack 12 between the ring 14 and an inside of the lid 34 and firmly attached. The cover 34 has a grip area 36 in order to enable particularly simple manual operation. Furthermore, the cross section of the lid 34 according to the sectional views in FIG Figures 4c and 4d executed shell-shaped along the cutting axes CC and DD, so that several lids 34 can be stacked one on top of the other in a z-direction.

In the Figures 13a to 13c the cover 34 is shown in a mounted condition on the frame 10 and the ring 14. As already described, the cover 34 can thus close the ring 14 and thus an open edge 20 (not shown here) of the assembled sack 12 as a type of slip-on cover.

In the Figures 14.a to 14e the hinge element 52 is shown in detail, the hinge element 52 having a first U-shaped connection section 54 for connection to the cover 34 and a second U-shaped connection section 56 for connection to the frame 10, in particular the ring 14.

The hinge element 52 can be pushed onto an edge of the cover 34 by means of the first U-shaped connecting section 54 and can be connected to the cover 34 . The U-shaped contour or profile of the connecting section 54 is preferably curved at one open end with a curved section such that when the hinge element 52 is in the installed state, the U-shaped profile is elastically deformed and the connecting section 54 is connected to the cover 34 in a non-positive manner .

The second U-shaped connecting section 56 is designed to be connected to the ring 14 , in particular to the first identical part 22 of the ring 14 .

Like in the Figures 3a to 3d shown, the first identical part 22 is preferably designed as a U-profile, with the second connecting section 56 either engaging in the U-profile of the first identical part 22 or completely encompassing it.

In the Figures 14d and 14e shows that the hinge element 52 has at least one, here two, hook-shaped latching elements 62 for fixing the second connecting section 56 to the first identical part 22 of the ring 14, with these latching elements 62 in the assembled state having a counterpart or a strut inside or outside the first identical part 22 engage and connect the hinge element 52 to the ring 14 in a form-fitting manner.

The first and second connecting sections 54, 56 are connected to a flexible joint section 58 along a pivot axis 60, with the joint section 58 forming a section of the hinge element 52 with a reduced cross section such that it can be rotated elastically around the pivot axis 60 due to its relatively low rigidity. The hinge element 52 is preferably made in one piece and from the same material.

The first and the second connecting section 54, 56 each have end cheeks 64 perpendicular to the pivot axis 60, with a projection 66 being formed parallel to the pivot axis 60 in an inside of the cheeks 64 of the first connecting section 54 and in the outside of the cheeks 64 of the second connecting section 56, three indentations 68 are formed in such a way that the projection 66 in the first connecting section 54 can engage in the indentations 68 of the second connecting section 56 as a latching means as soon as the cover 34 is opened and the hinge element 52 rotates about the pivot axis 60. The cheeks 64 face each other at a small distance or are slidably parallel, with the projection 66 elastically deflecting or prestressing the cheeks 64 when they overlap and latching in the region of the notches 68 . As a result of this interaction, the cover 34 can be adjusted into different latching positions corresponding to the number of indentations 68 of the second connecting section 56 and fixed in an open state.

The indentations are preferably V-shaped and formed radially around the pivot axis 60, the three indentations being arranged at an angle of preferably 20° to 40°, particularly preferably 30°, to one another.

A width of the hinge element 52 parallel to the pivot axis 60 is preferably between 50 mm and 60 mm, particularly preferably 56 mm. A wall thickness of the first and second connecting section 54, 56 is preferably between 1 mm and 3 mm, particularly preferably 2 mm.

Frame (10) for receiving and holding a sack (12), preferably a plastic rubbish sack for household or garden waste, the frame having a ring (14) and at least three, preferably four, legs (16) attached thereto for erecting the frame (10) on a preferably flat base (18), the bag (12) being placed over the ring (14) with the upper, open edge (20) of the bag (12) in the assembled state and the legs (16) are designed in such a way that a height (h) of the ring (14) above the base (18) corresponds at most to the length of the sack (12) minus an inverted open edge (20) and the sack (12) thereby in the mounted State with a closed floor section (30) rests at least partially on the floor (18),
