Claims (3)

  1. Handhabungssystem (10) für die Nadelstange einer Nähmaschine, umfassend eine Kurbel (18), ein zylindrisches Element (22) und eine Nadelstange (12) mit einer vertikalen Welle (14), mit der die Kurbel (18) verbunden ist, die ihrerseits mit dem zylindrischen Element (22) verbunden ist, das koaxial zu einer rotierenden Welle befestigt ist, wobei die Kurbel (18) mit dem zylindrischen Element (22) mittels einer Einstellvorrichtung (20) verbunden ist, wobei die Kurbel (18) mit einem Stift (19) an der Einstellvorrichtung (20) drehbar gelagert ist, wobei die Einstellvorrichtung (20) geeignet ist, die Position des Stifts (19) in Bezug auf die Drehachse der Drehwelle einzustellen;
    wobei die Einstellvorrichtung (20) ein feststehendes Element (24), das stabil an dem zylindrischen Element (22) angebracht ist, und ein bewegliches Element (26) umfasst, an dem die Kurbel (18) drehbar gelagert ist, wobei das bewegliche Element (26) an dem feststehenden Element (24) in variablen Positionen fixierbar ist;
    wobei das bewegliche Element (26) in Bezug auf das feste Element (24) verschiebbar ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    mindestens ein Langloch (34) in dem beweglichen Element (26) ausgebildet ist, wobei das mindestens eine Langloch von einer Schraube (32) durchdrungen werden kann, die in ein in dem feststehenden Element (24) ausgebildetes Gewindeloch geschraubt wird.
  2. Handhabungssystem (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das bewegliche Element (26) in Bezug auf das feste Element (24) in einer radialen Richtung in Bezug auf das zylindrische Element (22) verschiebbar ist.
  3. Handhabungssystem (10) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das feststehende Element (24) zwei seitliche Schultern (30) aufweist, zwischen denen sich das bewegliche Element (26) bewegen kann.
