Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein Leitschaufelsegment (40) für eine Gasturbine (10), insbesondere Fluggasturbine, mit wenigstens einer Leitschaufel (46), einem radial inneren Deckband (44) und einem radial äußeren Deckband (42), wobei sich die wenigstens eine Leitschaufel (46) zwischen dem inneren Deckband (44) und dem äußeren Deckband (42) erstreckt, und wobei das innere Deckband (44) oder/und das äußere Deckband (42) einen jeweiligen entlang der Umfangsrichtung (UR) verlaufenden Stützabschnitt (48) aufweist bzw. aufweisen mit einer jeweiligen axialen Stirnfläche (52). Dabei ist vorgesehen, dass der Stützabschnitt (48) an dem betreffenden inneren Deckband (44) oder/und an dem betreffenden äußeren Deckband (42) wenigstens eine in Radialrichtung (RR) verlaufende Stützabschnittsrippe (62) aufweist, die mit dem Stützabschnitt (48) verbunden ist, insbesondere einstückig intergral ausgebildet ist, und die eine in die Stirnfläche (52) des Stützabschnitts (48) übergehende Rippenstirnfläche (64) aufweist.

Description

Leitschaufelsegment mit Stützabschnittsrippe
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Leitschaufelsegment für eine Gasturbine, insbesondere Fluggasturbine, mit wenigstens einer Leitschaufel, einem radial inneren Deckband und einem radial äußeren Deckband, wobei sich die wenigstens eine Leitschaufel zwischen dem inneren Deckband und dem äußeren Deckband erstreckt, und wobei das innere Deckband oder/und das äußere Deckband einen jeweiligen entlang der Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden Stützab schnitt aufweist bzw. aufweisen mit einer jeweiligen axialen Stirnfläche.
Richtungsangaben wie„Axial-“ bzw.„axial“,„Radial-“ bzw.„radial“ und„Umfangs-“ sind grundsätzlich auf die Maschinenachse der Gasturbine bezogen zu verstehen, sofern sich aus dem Kontext nicht explizit oder implizit etwas anderes ergibt.
Der Bereich der Deckbänder wird übelicherweise auch dazu genutzt, ein Leitschaufelseg ment in einer Bearbeitungseinrichtung einzuspannen, um die Leitschaufeln in gewünschter Weise bearbeiten zu können, beispielsweise zu schleifen. Dabei werden durch die Einspan nung und durch die Bearbeitung wirkende Kräfte über den Stützabschnitt bzw. die in der Be arbeitungseinrichtung abgestützte Stirnfläche aufgenommen.
Aufgrund der beim Bearbeiten eines Leitschaufelsegments wirkenden Kräfte kann es im Stützabschnitt zu unerwünschten Rissen kommen, weil auf dem Stützabschnitt sehr hohe Druckkräfte wirken.
Die der Erfindung zu Grunde liegende Aufgabe wird darin gesehen, ein Leitschaufelsegment anzugeben, bei dem die Rissbildung durch Bearbeitung vermieden werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein Leitschaufelsegment mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 und eine Gasturbine mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 8. Vorteilhafte Aus gestaltungen mit zweckmäßigen Weiterbildungen sind in den abhängigen Patentansprüchen angegeben.
Vorgeschlagen wird also ein Leitschaufelsegment für eine Gasturbine, insbesondere Fluggas turbine, mit wenigstens einer Leitschaufel, einem radial inneren Deckband und einem radial
Bestätigungskopie äußeren Deckband, wobei sich die wenigstens eine Leitschaufel zwischen dem inneren Deck band und dem äußeren Deckband erstreckt, und wobei das innere Deckband oder/und das äu ßere Deckband einen jeweiligen entlang der Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden Stützabschnitt aufweist bzw. aufweisen mit einer jeweiligen axialen Stirnfläche. Dabei ist vorgesehen, dass der Stützabschnitt an dem betreffenden inneren Deckband oder/und an dem betreffenden äu ßeren Deckband wenigstens eine in Radialrichtung verlaufende Stützabschnittsrippe aufweist, die mit dem Stützabschnitt verbunden ist, insbesondere einstückig integral ausgebildet ist, und die eine in die Stirnfläche des Stützabschnitts übergehende Rippenstirnfläche auf weist.
Durch die Stützabschnittsrippe und ihre Rippenstirnfläche können die beim Bearbeiten des Leitschaufelsegments auftretenden Kräfte besser verteilt und aufgenommen werden, so dass der Rissbi ldung entgegen gewirkt werden kann. Ferner hat die Stützabschnittsrippe auch eine versteifende Funktion für den üblicherweise in Radialrichtung eher dünn ausgebildeten Stützabschnitt.
Die axiale Stirnfläche, die an die (jeweilige) Rippenstirnfläche angrenzt und die axial vorne, axial hinten, radial außen oder radial innen angeordnet sein kann, kann eine maximale radi ale Ausdehnung von 5mm, insbesondere 2mm aufweisen.
Die Rippenstirnfläche und die Stirnfläche des Stützabschnitt können plan zueinander ausge bildet sein. Hierdurch ergibt sich eine ebene und durchgehend vergrößerte Stützfläche, die aus der Stirnfläche und der Rippenstirnfläche gebildet ist. Durch die Vergrößerung der insge samt zur Verfügung stehenden Fläche, über die Kräfte übertragen werden können, erfolgt eine bessere Kraftverteilung innerhalb des Stützabschnitts, so dass der Rissbildung entgegen gewirkt werden kann.
Die Rippenstirnfläche und die Stirnfläche am radial inneren Deckband und/oder am radial äußeren Deckband können mit einer Stützfläche am anderen des inneren und äußeren Deck bandes, welche Stützfläche die andere Stirnfläche oder Rippenstirnfläche und Stirnfläche umfassen kann, eine innerhalb einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegende Stützfläche des Leitschau felsegments bilden, mit der das Leitschaufelsegment in Axialrichtung auf einer ebenen Unterlage abgestützt werden kann. Mit anderen Worten können die Stirnfläche(n) und die Rip- penstirnfläche(n) Auflage- und/oder Konkatktflächen bilden, mittels derer das Leitschaufel- segment, insbesondere wenn es für die Bearbeitung in einer Bearbeitungsvorrichtung einge spannt ist, auf einer ebenen Unterlage, die parallel oder im Wesentlichen parallel zur Um fangs- und Radialrichtung verläuft, abgestützt werden kann, insbesondere mit Flächenkon takt zwischen der Stützfläche und der ebenen Auflagefläche. Die Stützfläche bildet also vor zugsweise eine axiale Grenzfläche des Leitschaufelsegments.
In einer Weiterbildung umfasst das Leitschaufelsegments sowohl eine derartige axial vordere (stromaufwärtige) als auch eine derartige axial hintere (stromabwärtige) Stützfläche, die beide eine oder mehrere Rippenstirnflächen am inneren Deckband und/oder am radial äuße ren Deckband umfassen.
Die Rippenstirnfläche einer Stützabschnittsrippe kann etwa 2% bis 15%, vorzugsweise etwa 6% bis 12%, der Stirnfläche des Stützabschnitts entsprechen. Anders ausgedrückt wird also die zur Verfügung stehende Stützfläche um etwa 2 bis 15% vergrößert durch das Vorsehen von einer Stützabschnittsrippe.
Das Leitschaufelsegment kann drei oder mehr Leitschaufeln aufweisen.
Die wenigstens eine Stützabschnittsrippe kann bezogen auf die Erstreckung des Stützab schnitts im Umfangsrichtung in der Mitte des Stützabschnitts ausgebildet sein. Alternativ das Leitschaufelsegment zwei oder mehr Stützabschnittsrippen aufweist, die entlang des Stützab schnitts verteilt angeordnet sind, insbesondere regelmäßig verteilt angeordnet sind. Entsprechend kann die Anordnung von Stützabschnittsrippen in Abhängigkeit der Ausgestaltung des Leitschaufelsegments, insbesondere seiner Ausdehnung in Umfangsrichtung und der Dimen sionierung des Stützabschnitts, erfolgen. Hierdurch wird sichergestellt, dass die zusätzliche Rippenstirnfläche an geeigneten Stellen bereitgestellt wird, um die wirkenden Kräfte mög lichst gut verteilen zu können.
Die wenigstens eine Stützabschnittsrippe, insbesondere alle Stützabschnittsrippen, kann bzw. können auf derjenigen Seite des jeweiligen Deckbandes ausgebildet sein, die von einem Gas kanal abgewandt ist. Hierdurch wird sichergestellt, dass die zusätzliche(n) Stützab- schnittsrippe(n) die Strömung in einer Gasturbine nicht beeinträchtigt bzw. beeinträchtigen.
Die obige Aufgabe wird auch gelöst durch eine Gasturbine, insbesondere Fluggasturbine, mit wenigstens einem Leitschaufelkranz, der verdichterseitig oder turbinenseitig vorgesehen ist, und der aus mehreren in Umfangsrichtung nebeneinander angeordneten Leitschaufelsegmen ten gebildet ist, wie sie oben beschrieben worden sind. In Bezug auf die Gasturbine, die ei nen Leitschaufelkranz mit solchen Leitschaufelsegmenten aufweist, wird noch darauf hinge wiesen, dass die Stützabschnittsrippen im Betrieb einer Gasturbine keine Rolle bzw. Funk tion haben. Die durch die Stützabschnittsrippen hervorgerufene Gewichtszunahme bei einem Leitschaufelsegment kann als vernachlässigbar angesehen werden, insbesondere auch unter dem Gesichtspunkt, dass die Rissbildung und somit aufwändige Reparaturen bzw. Austausch von Leitschaufelsegmenten vermieden werden können.
Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung unter Bezugnahme auf die anliegenden Figuren beispielhaft und nicht einschränkend beschrieben. Dabei zeigt
Fig. 1 in einer vereinfachten schematischen Darstellung ein Prinzipbild einer Fluggastur bine.
Fig. 2 ein bekanntes Leitschaufelsegment mit Stützabschnitt am radial inneren Deckband in vereinfachter und schematischer Vorder- und Seitenansicht;
Fig. 3 ein Beispiel eines Leitschaufelsegments mit Stützabschnitt mit Stützabschnittsrippe in vereinfachter und schematischer Vorder- und Seitenansicht;
Fig. 1 zeigt schematisch und vereinfacht eine Fluggasturbine 10, die rein beispielhaft als Mantelstromtriebwerk illustriert ist. Die Gasturbine 10 umfasst einen Fan 12, der von einem angedeuteten Mantel 14 umgeben ist. In Axialrichtung AR der Gasturbine 10 schließt sich an den Fan 12 ein Verdichter 16 an, der in einem angedeuteten inneren Gehäuse 18 aufgenom men ist und einstufig oder mehrstufig ausgebildet sein kann. An den Verdichter 16 schließt sich die Brennkammer 20 an. Aus der Brennkammer ausströmendes heißes Abgas strömt dann durch die sich anschließende Turbine 22, die einstufig oder mehrstufig ausgebildet sein kann. Im vorliegenden Beispiel umfasst die Turbine 22 eine Hochdruckturbine 24 und eine iederdruckturbine 26. Eine Hohlwelle 28 verbindet die Hochdruckturbine 24 mit dem Ver dichter 16, insbesondere einem Hochdruckverdichter 29, so dass diese gemeinsam angetrie ben bzw. gedreht werden. Eine in Radialrichtung RR der Turbine weitere innen liegende Welle 30 verbindet die Niederdruckturbine 26 mit dem Fan 12 und mit einem Niederdruck verdichter 32, so dass diese gemeinsam angetrieben bzw. gedreht werden. An die Turbine 22 schließt sich eine hier nur angedeutete Schubdüse 33 an. Im dargestellten Beispiel einer Fluggasturbine 10 ist zwischen der Hochdruckturbine 24 und der Niederdruckturbine 26 ein Turbinenzwischengehäuse 34 angeordnet, das um die Wellen 28, 30 angeordnet ist. In seinem radial äußeren Bereich 36 wird das Turbinenzwischenge häuse 34 von heißen Abgasen aus der Hochdruckturbine 24 durchströmt. Das heiße Abgas gelangt dann in einen Ringraum 38 der Niederdruckturbine 26. Von den Verdichtern 28, 32 und den Turbinen 24, 26 sind beispielhaft Laufschaufelkränze 27 dargestellt. Üblicherweise vorhandene Leitschaufelkränze 31 sind aus Gründen der Übersicht beispielhaft nur bei dem Verdichter 32 dargestellt.
Die nachfolgende Beschreibung einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung bezieht sich insbesondere auf Leitschaufelsegmente, die einen Leitschaufelkranz für die Turbinen 24, 26 oder die Verdichter 28, 32 bilden.
Fig. 2 zeigt in einer vereinfachten und schematischen Perspektivdarstellung ein bekanntes Leitschaufelsegment 40. Das Leitschaufelsegment 40 weist ein radial äußeres Deckband 42 und ein radial inneres Deckband 44 auf. Zwischen den Deckbändern 42, 44 erstrecken sich im gezeigten Beispiel drei Leitschaufeln 46. Das radial innere Deckband 44 weist einen ent lang der Umfangsrichtung UR verlaufenden Stützabschnitt 48 auf. Der Stützabschnitt 48 steht in Axialrichtung AR über einen Randabschnitt 50 des inneren Deckbandes 44 vor. Eine Stirnfläche 52 des Stützabschnitts 48 ist üblicherweise im Wesentlichen orthogonal zur Axialrichtung AR ausgerichtet und erstreckt sich in einer durch die Umfangsrichtung UR und die Radialrichtung RR aufgespannten Ebene.
Der Vollständigkeit halber wird noch darauf hingewiesen, dass radial innen an dem inneren Deckband 44 Befestigungsabschnitte 54 ersichtlich sind, die dazu dienen, das Leitschaufel segment 40 mit weiteren, nicht dargestellten Strukturbauteilen der Gasturbine zu verbinden. Radial außen sind an dem äußeren Deckband 42 ebenfalls Befestigungsstrukturen 56 gezeigt, die dazu dienen, das Leitschaufelsegment 40 innerhalb der Gasturbine zu befestigen. Ferner sind noch jeweilige Kühlleitungen 58, 60 an den beiden Deckbändern 42, 44 dargestellt.
Wenn ein Leitschaufelsegment 40 mittels einer hier nicht gezeigten Bearbeitungsvorrichtung bearbeitet wird, beispielsweise geschliffen wird, kann das Leitschaufelsegment 40 im Be reich des inneren Deckbandes 44 in die Bearbeitungsvorrichtung eingespannt werden. Dabei liegt der Stützabschnitt 48 mit seiner Stirnfläche 52 an einem entsprechenden Gegenstück der Bearbeitungsvorrichtung auf und wird zum Einspannen mit Druck beaufschlagt. Unter gleichzeitiger Bezugnahme auf die verschiedenen Darstellungen der Fig. 3 wird nach folgend ein Beispiel eines erfindungsgemäßen Leitschaufelsegments 40 beschrieben. Das Leitschaufelsegment 40 weist im Wesentlichen den oben unter Bezugnahme auf die Fig. 2 beschriebenen Aufbau auf, weshalb in der Fig. 3 auch die gleichen Bezugszeichen wie in der Fig. 2 dargestellt sind, ohne diese aber nochmals zu beschreiben.
Bei dem Leitschaufelsegment 40 ist am Stützabschnitt 48 eine Stützabschnittsrippe 62 ausge bildet. Die Stützabschnittsrippe 62 ist mit dem Stützabschnitt 48 verbunden, insbesondere einstückig verbunden bzw. integral ausgebildet. Die Stützabschnittsrippe 62 weist eine Rip penstirnfläche 64 auf, die ebenfalls im Wesentlichen orthogonal zur Axialrichtung AR verläuft und in einer durch die Umfangsrichtung UR und die Radialrichtung RR aufgespannten Ebene liegt.
Die Rippenstirnfläche 64 und die Stirnfläche 52 des Stützabschnitts 48 bilden gemeinsam eine durchgehende oder gesamte Stützfläche 66. Durch das Vorsehen von wenigstens einer Stützabschnittsrippe 62 kann die gesamthaft zur Verfügung stehende Stützfläche vergrößert werden. Dabei weist die durch die Stützabschnittsrippe 62 zusätzlich bereitgestellte Rippenstirnfläche einen Flächeninhalt auf, der etwa 2% bis 15%, vorzugsweise etwa 6% bis 12%, des Flächeninhalts der Stirnfläche 50 des Stützabschnitts 48 entspricht. Geht man von einem bekannten Leitschaufelsegment 40 gemäß Fig. 2 aus, bei dem die Stirnfläche 52 des Stützab schnitts einen Flächeninhalt aufweist, der 100% entspricht, weist die gesamte Stützfläche 66, die durch die Stirnfläche 52 und die Rippenstirnfläche 64 gebildet wird einen Flächeninhalt auf, der dem 1 ,02-Fachen bis 1, 15-Fachen des Flächeninhalts der Stirnfläche 52 entspricht.
Wie aus den Darstellungen der Fig. 3 ersichtlich, können die Stirnfläche 50 und die Rippen stirnfläche 64 plan zueinander ausgebildet sein, d.h. sie liegen in derselben Ebene. Durch die Vergrößerung der Auflagefläche können beim Einspannen des Leitschaufelsegments 40 in die Bearbeitungsvorrichtung die wirkenden Kräfte besser verteilt werden, so dass keine Riss bildungen in dem Stützabschnitt 48 auftreten.
Bezogen auf die Fig. 5 wird noch darauf hingewiesen, dass die Stützabschnittsrippe 62 in Umfangsrichtung in der Mitte Länge des Stützabschnitts 48 angeordnet sein kann. Das Vor sehen von einer Stützabschnittsrippe 62 ist lediglich ein Beispiel und es können auch zwei oder mehr Stützabschnittsrippen vorgesehen sein. Rein beispielhaft sind in Fig. 5 zwei wei tere Stützabschnittsrippen 62a gestrichelt angedeutet. Ein Leitschaufelelement 40 könnte so mit nur die Stützabschnittsrippe 62 oder nur die Stützabschnittsrippen 62a oder aller drei Stützabschnittsrippen 62, 62a. Selbstverständlich kann ein Leitschaufelsegment, das sich über einen größeren Bereich in Umfangrichtung UR erstreckt und ggf. auch mehr Leitschau feln aufweist, auch mehr Stützabschnittsrippen aufweisen. Entsprechend kann die gesamthaft zur Verfügung stehende Stützfläche 66 durch das Bereitstellen von mehreren Stützabschnittsrippen 62, 62a weiter vergrößert werden.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Leitschaufelsegment (40) für eine Gasturbine ( 10), insbesondere Fluggasturbine, mit wenigstens einer Leitschaufel (46),
einem radial inneren Deckband (44) und
einem radial äußeren Deckband (42),
wobei sich die wenigstens eine Leitschaufel (46) zwischen dem inneren Deckband (44) und dem äußeren Deckband (42) erstreckt, und
wobei das innere Deckband (44) oder/und das äußere Deckband (42) einen jeweiligen entlang der Umfangsrichtung (UR) verlaufenden Stützabschnitt (48) aufweist bzw. aufweisen mit einer jeweiligen axialen Stirnfläche (52),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützabschnitt (48) an dem betreffenden inneren Deckband (44) oder/und an dem betreffenden äußeren Deckband (42) wenigstens eine in Ra dialrichtung (RR) verlaufende Stützabschnittsrippe (62) aufweist, die mit dem Stützabschnitt (48) verbunden ist, insbesondere einstückig integral ausgebildet ist, und die eine in die Stirn fläche (52) des Stützabschnitts (48) übergehende Rippenstirnfläche (64) aufweist.
2. Leitschaufelsegment nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Stirn fläche (52), die an die Rippenstirnfläche (64) angrenzt, eine maximale radiale Ausdehnung von 5mm, insbesondere 2mm hat.
3. Leitschaufelsegment nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rip penstirnfläche (64) und die Stirnfläche (52) des Stützabschnitts (48) plan zueinander ausge bildet sind.
4. Leitschaufelsegment einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippenstirnfläche (64) und die Stirnfläche (52) am inneren Deckband (44) und/oder am äußeren Deckband (42) mit einer Stützfläche am anderen des inneren und äußeren Deckbandes (42) eine innerhalb einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegende Stützfläche des Leitschaufel segments bilden, mit der das Leitschaufelsegment in Axialrichtung auf einer ebenen Unterlage abgestützt werden kann.
5. Leitschaufelsegment nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippenstirnfläche (64) einer Stützabschnittsrippe (62) etwa 2% bis 15%, vorzugsweise etwa 6% bis 12%, der Stirnfläche (52) des Stützabschnitts (48) entspricht.
6. Leitschaufelsegment nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass es drei oder mehr Leitschaufeln (46) aufweist.
7. Leitschaufelsegment nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Stützabschnittsrippe (62) bezogen auf die Erstreckung des Stützabschnitts (48) im Umfangsrichtung (UR) in der Mitte des Stützabschnitts (48) ausge bildet ist.
8. Leitschaufelsegment nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass sie zwei oder mehr Stützabschnittsrippen (62, 62a) aufweist, die entlang des Stützabschnitts (48) verteilt angeordnet sind, insbesondere regelmäßig verteilt angeordnet sind.
9. Leitschaufelsegment nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Stützabschnittsrippe (62), insbesondere alle Stützab schnittsrippen (62, 62a), auf derjenigen Seite des jeweiligen Deckbands (42, 44 ) ausgebildet sind, die von einem Gaskanal abgewandt ist.
10. Gasturbine, insbesondere Fluggasturbine (10), mit wenigstens einem Leitschaufel kranz, der verdichterseitig oder turbinenseitig vorgesehen ist, und der aus mehreren in Um fangsrichtung (UR) nebeneinander angeordneten Leitschaufelsegmenten (40) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche gebildet ist.
