Abstract

The invention relates to a textile for cleaning products, which has a plurality of short bristles and long bristles on the surface thereof. The length of the long bristles and the length of the short bristles have a constant proportional ratio, so that the length of the long bristles is three times greater than the length of the short bristles.

Description

    OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
  • The object of the present invention application is the registration of a textile for cleaning products, which incorporates significant innovations and advantages over the techniques used up until now.
  • More specifically, the invention proposes the development of a textile for cleaning products, which due to the particular arrangement thereof enables the capacity for descaling dirt previously embedded in a surface to be notably improved, maintaining the conditions of surface care against moisture and preventing damage to the same surface.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • In the current state of the art, a multitude of textiles used and applied in cleaning products are known, such as mops, mop fabrics, cloths, rags, etc.
  • Said textiles already known in the state of the art must have an adequate capacity for contact and action both for embedded dirt, and for moisture.
  • The present invention contributes to resolving and settling the present problem, since it enables the capacity for descaling dirt previously embedded in a surface to be notably improved, maintaining the conditions of surface care against moisture and preventing damage to the same surface.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention has been developed in order to provide a textile for cleaning products, which has a plurality of short bristles and long bristles on the surface thereof, wherein the length of the long bristles and the length of the short bristles have a constant proportional ratio, so that the length of the long bristles is three times greater than the length of the short bristles.
  • In one embodiment, in the textile for cleaning products, the length of the short bristles is comprised between 1 and 2 mm, and the length of the long bristles is comprised between 3 and 6 mm.
  • In another embodiment, in the textile for cleaning products, the bristle unit in both the short bristles and the long bristles is comprised of an inverted U-shaped strand or boll.
  • Thanks to the present invention, the capacity for descaling dirt previously embedded in a surface is notably improved, maintaining the conditions of surface care against moisture and preventing damage to the same surface.
  • Other features and advantages of the textile for cleaning products will become apparent from the description of a preferred but not exclusive embodiment illustrated by way of non-limiting example in the attached drawings, wherein:
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • Figure 1 is a schematic view of a preferred embodiment of the textile for cleaning products of the present invention.
  • DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • The textile for cleaning products of the proposed invention is intended for manufacturing cleaning products, such as mops, mop fabrics, cloths and rags, among others.
  • As Figure 1 schematically shows, the textile for cleaning products of the proposed invention has a plurality of short bristles 2 and long bristles 3 on the surface 1 thereof.
  • In the textile for cleaning products of the proposed invention, the length of the short bristles 2 and the length of the long bristles 3 have a constant proportional ratio between them, such that the length of the long bristles 3 is three times greater than the length of short bristles 2.
  • In a preferred embodiment of the textile for cleaning products of the invention, the length of the short bristles 2 is comprised between 1 and 2 mm, and the length of the long bristles 3 is comprised between 3 and 6 mm, the proportional ratio between the length of the long bristles 3 and the length of the short bristles 2 remaining constant, specifically the length of the long bristles 3 being three times greater than the length of the short bristles 2.
  • Furthermore, in a preferred embodiment, as Figure 1 also shows schematically, in the textile for cleaning products of the proposed invention, the bristle unit in both the short bristles 2 and the long bristles 3 is comprised of an inverted U-shaped strand 4 or boll.
  • Thanks to the textile for cleaning products of the proposed invention, it is achieved, on the one hand, that the short bristles 2 have a substantially shorter length than the long bristles 3, and the short bristles 2 are applied for treating surfaces wherein dirt can be embedded, and wherein therefore a greater descaling capacity is required, without diminishing the conditions of surface care and preventing any damage to said surface to be treated.
  • Furthermore, the long bristles 3 are used to collect a greater amount of dirt and moisture, as they have a much larger bristle surface that comes into contact with dirt and harmful particles, as well as with a considerable amount of moisture, since they have a much greater contact surface, which substantially increases the aforementioned capacities.
  • The details, shapes, dimensions and other secondary elements, as well as the materials used in manufacturing the textile for cleaning products of the invention, may be suitably replaced with others that are technically equivalent and do not depart from the essential nature of the invention or from the scope defined by the claims included below.
