- This mechanical sealing might be provided for example by fitting surfaces, a tongue and groove joint or another form fit of the first structure with the second structure. Any fur ther sealing elements are not required for avoiding leakage.
- first and second structure enclose a second cavity, formed above the oven cavity, wherein the cavity opening connects the cavity with the second cavity and the at least one guiding channel connects the second cavity with the main cooling channel.

- the cooking oven 10 comprises the oven cavity 12 and the cooling channel 14, wherein the cooling channel 14 is arranged above the oven cavity 12.
- the first structure 22 around the cavity opening 16 and the second structure 24 around the guiding channel 18 are engaged with each other.
- a second cavity 25 is formed by the first structure 22 and the second structure 24.
- the engage ment between the first structure 22 and the second structure 24 provide the mechanical sealing between the cavity opening 16 and the guiding channel 18. Any further sealing elements are not re- quired.
- the first structure 22 is formed by embossment into the cavity wall 12a and the second structure 24 is formed by embossment into a bottom wall 14a of the cooling channel 14.
- FIG 5b illustrates a further embodiment.
- the first structure 22 is a shape part 22a which is at tached to the top wall 12a of the cavity 12 instead of the em bossment into the top wall 12a as shown in FIG 5a.
- FIG 5c illustrates an embodiment with a first structure 22 formed from a shape part 22a, and a second structure 24 formed from a shape part 24a and attached to the cooling channel 14 re placing the embossments into the top wall 12a and the bottom wall 14a shown in FIG 5a.
- the second structure may be formed from a shape part 24a.
- FIG 5a-c may be combined with first structure 22 and cavity opening (s) 16 as depicted in FIG 4a, b and with the second structure 24 and guiding channel (s) 18 as depicted in FIG 3a, b.
- FIG 6a illustrates an embodiment with a cooling fan 32 arranged with the cooling channel 14.
- the cooling fan 32 is driven by a motor located above a top wall 14b of the cooling channel 14, wherein the blades of the cooling fan 32 are depicted inside the cooling channel 14.
- Supporting structures of the cooling fan 32 and optional air guiding elements arranged at or around the blades of the cooling fan 32 are not shown.
- FIG 6a depicts an on axis configuration of the cooling fan 32, wherein the axis of the cooling fan 32 is located in axis with a center of the first structure 22 and a center of the second structure 24.
- the cooling fan 32 sucks steam and vapour though the cavity opening 16, the second cavity 25, which may be pro vided with a filtration element, and the guiding channel 18 into a main channel of the cooling channel 14.
- the cooling fan 32 may optionally suck cold air from an outside though a duct 30 to be mixt with the steam and vapour inside the cooling channel 14 to be exhausted to an outside.
- Duct 30 may be located above the top wall 12a of the oven cavity 12 and below a bottom wall 14a of the cooling channel.
- the first structure and the second struc ture 22, 24 might be formed f.e. by embossment or by shaped parts 22a, 24a as shown in Fig. 5a-c.
- FIG 6b illustrates an alternative arrangement of the cooling fan 32.
- First and second structure 22, 24 as well as the cavity opening 16 and the guiding channel 18 are arranged in line.
- the cooling fan 32 is placed at some distance D towards the back of the oven 10.
- the dis tance D is chosen such that the fan blades overlap the second structure partially but not the guiding channel, the distance D can be also chosen such that fan blades and the first and second structure do not overlap.
- the first structure and the second structure 22, 24 might be formed f.e. by embossment or by shaped parts 22a, 24a as shown in Fig. 5a-c.
- FIG 6c shows an alternative embodiment to Fig. 6b wherein the cooling fan 32 is placed at some distance D towards the front of the oven 10.
- the opening of the cooling chan nel is placed above or in the oven door 11.
- Fig 6c depicts an off-axis arrangement of the cooling fan 32, the fan could alternatively be placed on axis as shown in Fig. 6a with the cooling channel opening directed at the oven door 11.
- FIG 6a-c may be combined with first structure 22 and cavity opening (s) 16 as depicted in FIG 4a, b and with the second structure 24 and guiding channel (s) 18 as depicted in FIG 3a, b as well.
- FIG 7 illustrates a schematic partial perspective view of the cooking oven 10 according to an embodiment of the present inven tion .
- the cooking oven 10 comprises two side walls 20.
- the oven cavity 12 having a front opening 13 is attached at said side walls 20 by screws.
- the cooling channel 14 is attached at the side walls 20 by screws.
- the side walls 20 may be mounted on or supported by a supporting structure 21 arranged under the oven cavity 12.
- the oven cavity 12 is fixed to the housing of said cooking oven 10. Then, the cooling channel 14 is laid on the oven cavity 12, wherein the first structure 22 and the second structure 24 come into contact. The complementary surfaces of the first structure 22 and the second structure 24 align the correct position of the cooling channel 14 relative to the oven cavity 12. At last, the cooling channel 14 is fixed by screws to the housing of the cooking oven 10.
