Description
The present invention relates to a self-propelled carriage, in particular for the transport of materials such as wood and the like, and a cable car system with a self-propelled carriage according to the invention.
Various types of carriages with different types of cable routing are known. In general, carriages are known which are cable-bound and move by shifting the supporting cable to which they are firmly connected.
A second type of carriage has a drive that moves the carriage directly on the suspension cable.
In a third variant, the carriage runs along the carrying cable and is moved by a traction cable via a stationary winch.
The present invention relates in particular to cable-guided carriages which are carried by a supporting cable and move by means of a so-called traction cable which is preferably arranged below the supporting cable. That is, the carriage moves on the support cable, z. B. by means of rollers, and the movement is carried out by the traction cable, which is an immovable cable on which the carriage pulls itself. This wagon preferably has a winch for lifting and/or unloading material, e.g. As trees and the like.
The problem with this type of installation is that the traction cable must be under tension for the self-propelled trolley to move. For this reason, the traction cable is often tensioned with counterweights. The systems described in the present invention are often temporary systems, e.g. H. it is only installed for a short period of time to allow transport of e.g. B. to allow trees from the felling area and / or to ensure the transport of material and the like during the construction of buildings and the like.
These weights, which are used to tension the traction cable, cause a great deal of effort when setting up the system. If the weights are not used to tension the traction cable, the traction cable could become trapped or fall off the pulleys and the trolley could become stuck. A slack pull rope can cause the pull rope to slip on the rollers.

Preferably, there are at least two rotatable drive rollers on the carriage with mutually parallel, or preferably non-parallel axes, around which the traction cable is at least partially wound, and the tensioning device presses the traction cable, preferably at the input winding and the output winding of the cable from the drive rollers, against the rollers .
The drive rollers have grooves for the traction cable, preferably the grooves are offset by one groove between e.g. two drive rollers, so that the inclination between the axes of rotation of the rollers is advantageously such that the cable is shifted by the width of the traction cable per turn, so that the traction cable can run as straight as possible and wear and tear and loss of strength are minimized. In addition, the grooves of the drive rollers are aligned on one side.

If the feed direction is changed, the pressure on the inlet and outlet windings is always maintained.
On the car according to the invention a lifting device for raising and lowering a rope is arranged on the z. B. felled trees are attached. This hoist rope is advantageously operated by the same actuator that drives the drive pulleys.
The advantageous tensioning device consists of two arms pivoted about a mounting pivotally mounted on the drive pulley frame, one of the arms pressing a spool onto a drive pulley and having in the pressure zone a rolling element, for example a bearing, which slides the traction cable on the drive pulley leaves.
In order to ensure tension on the ropes, the two arms can be secured by a tensioning element, e.g. B. a spring, a screw or the like, connected to each other, whereby a certain pressure on the traction cable can be maintained.
In a further embodiment, the tensioning element can be hydraulic or electric and the pressure of the arm with roller against the traction cable can also be adjusted remotely.
The self-propelled carriage advantageously has a traction cable guide which is arranged upstream and downstream of the drive rollers, so that the traction cable can be guided to the drive rollers both when the self-propelled carriage is moving up and down.

At least one actuator/drive, not shown, is arranged on the self-propelled
The
In order to ensure optimal pressure, the
Advantageously, this connection can be released by the tightening
Advantageously, the
The guide device 104 advantageously has a sensor for detecting blockages in the
If the sensor detects that the traction cable is pinched/blocked, the sensor can provide means for signaling and/or blocking the carriage when the traction cable is blocked. For example, a signal lamp can light up on the user remote control and the car can be locked at the same time.
The self-propelled
Advantageously, the electric motor can also be used as a generator when the
This example application for the self-propelled
The self-propelled
The installation according to the invention comprises a downstream station and an upstream station, between which at least one
Finally, it is clear that additions, modifications or variants, obvious to a person skilled in the art, can be made to the two-axle tilting system described so far, without going beyond the scope of protection of the appended claims.
