FIELD OF THE INVENTION

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

So far only such closure devices are known which are used with a twist closure or by pressing on a part encompassing the entire diameter of the surface of the opening side of a can or can. Typically, a circular piece of semi-rigid plastic material is used, the annular side wall of which is placed externally over the side wall of the can or can, or a threaded sheet metal lid. This solution is also used for opening partial opening closures in cans or tins.

Undoubtedly, there is no device for partial opening and closing, using a connection made by two non-deformable lateral bars with longitudinal struts stamped on them, which would offer a solution to the possibility of closing the partial spout opening on the container lid, allowing the pouring of the dosed product, which is more essential would be part of the same and not just an accessory.

There is therefore a need for a device for partially opening and closing metered flow cans, being able to close pour openings on them and permit metered partial emptying of their contents by pouring out, especially on cans with lids with a circular base. It is right here where the present invention kicks in.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Integrated device for opening and closing cans and cans to permit partial emptying of their contents, followed by closure of said cans and cans as containers, comprising a detachable oval integral with a lid of said container, said oval being delimited by a circumferential score line and with a lever for separating the oval, the lever being in fixed connection with the container lid by a central rivet, the lever comprising a rivet face comprising a surface of the central rivet provided with an extension of the lever for tearing off and which has a fold towards the container lid, the side longitudinally opposite to the riveting side having a handle with a top cover of the oval, two lateral webs connecting the riveting side to the side of the handle and being non-deformable with respect to the upturned reduced force in severing the oval by having longitudinal struts stamped on said webs for reinforcement, with axes forming a transversal fold axis on their sides connected to the side of the handle wherein the fold detaches the oval and raises it with its inner side to a vertical position, gradually moving the lever by hand with the side of the handle to a vertical position, the oval having two connections to the container lid of the container, and a central longitudinal strut that guarantees the non-deformability of one surface of the oval when it is raised to a vertical position by the force applied to the fold.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The following description is made in relation to the use of the integrated device for opening and closing cans and cans with oval non-deformability (1), object of the invention, for containers containing foodstuffs.

However, this should not be understood as a limitation of the invention, but as an exemplification of the same, since, as previously said, the present device can have many other applications.

Primarily referring to the Figures 1 to 6 of the illustrations it is noted that the integrated device for opening and closing cans and cans with oval non-deformability (1), object of the invention, comprising a lever (6) presenting one side with an extension of the lever for tear-off (8) which has a rabbet ( 9) on the tank lid (4), while the other side is equipped with a handle (10), with a top cover of the oval (11) and an oval (3) that has two connections on the tank lid (4) of the tank (2) and has a non-deformable surface.

Claims (4)

Integrated device for opening and closing of cans and tins with a non-deformable partial lid (1), according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the end of the handgrip (10) of the lever (6) disposes of a diameter so that the surface of the end of the handgrip is bigger than the surface of the partial lid (3) under it surrounding its the scoring line (5).
