Claims (10)

  1. Dialysesystem umfassend:
    ein Modul, das dafür gestaltet ist, mit einer Dialysemaschine (301) verbunden zu werden, die einen Dialysator (337) aufweist, der dafür gestaltet ist, einen oder mehrere Stoffe aus einer Dialyselösung zu entfernen, während die Dialyselösung durch den Dialysator tritt, wobei das Modul umfasst:
    eine Fluidleitung (311, 312, 313, 314, 315, 323, 336, 326), dafür gestaltet, in Verwendung in Fluidverbindung mit dem Dialysator (337) zu stehen;
    eine Sorbenskartusche (303) in Fluidverbindung mit der Fluidleitung; und
    ein Natriumsteuersystem (163) in Fluidverbindung mit der Fluidleitung, wobei das Natriumsteuersystem dafür ausgelegt ist, eine Natriumkonzentration von durch die Fluidleitung tretender Dialyselösung bei dem Austreten der Dialyselösung aus der Sorbenskartusche (303) aktiv zu verändern; wobei das Natriumsteuersystem umfasst:
    einen Leitfähigkeitssensor (CT2), der dafür ausgelegt ist, ein Leitfähigkeitssignal auszugeben, das die Leitfähigkeit der Dialyselösung bei Austreten der Dialyselösung aus der Sorbenskartusche anzeigt, wobei der Leitfähigkeitssensor mit dem Natriumsteuersystem verbunden ist, und
    einen Prozessor(410), der dafür gestaltet ist, das Leitfähigkeitssignal von dem Leitfähigkeissensor zu empfangen, wobei der Prozessor dafür gestaltet ist,
    das Leitfähigkeitssignal mit einem Schwellenwert (DC1) zu vergleichen, der niedriger als ein Vorgabewert (DC2) ist, und zu bewirken, dass das Natriumsteuersystem aktives Verändern der Natriumkonzentration beendet, wenn das Leitfähigkeitssignal höher als der Schwellenwert (DC1) aber niedriger als der Vorgabewert (DC2) ist, und Verdünnungswasser zu der Lösung, die aus der Sorbenskatusche austritt, zuzugeben, wenn das Leitfähigkeitssignal höher als der Vorgabewert ist.
  2. Dialysesystem gemäß Anspruch 1, umfassend einen ersten Behälter (309), der Natriumbicarbonat aufbewahrt, in Verbindung mit der Fluidleitung.
  3. Dialysesystem gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei das Natriumsteuersystem dafür gestaltet ist, das Natriumbicarbonat über eine erste Pumpe (P3) in die Fluidleitung einzuführen.
  4. Dialysesystem gemäß Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3, wobei aktives Verändern der Natriumkonzentration Einführen des Natriumbicarbonats in die Fluidleitung umfasst.
  5. Dialysesystem gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-4, umfassend einen zweiten Behälter (308), der ein Verdünnungsmittel aufbewahrt, in Verbindung mit der Fluidleitung.
  6. Dialysesystem gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei das Natriumsteuersystem dafür gestaltet ist, das Verdünnungsmittel aus dem zweiten Behälter in die Fluidleitung einzuführen.
  7. Dialysesystem gemäß Anspruch 6, wobei das Natriumsteuersystem dafür gestaltet ist, Verdünnungsmittel in die Fluidleitung einzuführen, wenn der Prozessor anzeigt, dass das Leitfähigkeitssignal von dem Leitfähigkeitssensor höher als der Vorgabewert ist.
  8. Dialysesystem gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1-7, wobei die Sorbenskartusche (303) wenigstens eine Schicht von Material umfasst, das fähig ist, verbrauchte Dialyselösung zu regeneriereen.
  9. Dialysesystem gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend:
    die Dialysemaschine (301).
  10. Dialysesystem gemäß Anspruch 9, wobei die Dialysemaschine eine Hämodialysemaschine ist.
