The invention relates to a support structure for attaching at least one attachment to a swimming pool, a wall element and a swimming pool.
The designs known in the state of the art are mostly complicated to assemble and often not very attractive from a visual point of view. This is particularly so because as a result of attaching add-on parts to a swimming pool, deflections can occur, resulting in an unattractive "dented appearance". Known support structures are also expensive to produce, since manufacturing is complex or requires a large number of work steps and may also require chemical aftertreatment. Furthermore, known support structures are difficult to set or adjust and high dimensional requirements can only be inadequately met.
The object of the present invention was to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide means by which a user is able to carry out simple and rapid assembly of a support structure, with a high-quality construction being able to be produced.
This object is solved by a supporting structure, a wall element and a swimming pool according to the claims.
According to the invention, a support structure is provided for attaching at least one attachment to a swimming pool, the support structure comprising at least one support element with a first support area with a first surface and a second support area with a second surface. In addition, a load transfer structure of the swimming pool is provided with a first support surface and a second support surface. The first support area is set up to produce a frictional and/or form-fitting connection with the first support surface of the load transfer structure, and the second support area is set up to produce a frictional and/or form-fitting connection with the second support surface of the load transfer structure. The support element has at least one guide area with at least one insertion section and with at least one engagement section, the guide area for inserting and receiving at least one Guide element of the load transfer structure is formed. The engaging portion is disposed below the insertion portion in the vertical direction and spaced a first distance in the orthogonal direction to the second surface of the second support portion. The first surface of the first support portion is spaced a second distance in a direction orthogonal to the second surface of the second support portion. A center of gravity of the support structure is spaced apart by a third distance in the orthogonal direction from the second surface of the second support region, the third distance being greater than the first distance and greater than the second distance.
By means of the support structure according to the invention, add-on parts can be installed or attached to a swimming pool in a simple manner and also quickly and thus inexpensively. By producing a frictional and/or form-fitting connection, the assembly can also be carried out quickly and at the same time with high quality by less experienced or less qualified personnel. It is particularly advantageous that by means of the support structure, differently designed attachments or also several attachments can be attached. The modular design and universality thus enables a large number of possible uses and the associated high level of resource efficiency. It is particularly advantageous that the support structure can be adjusted easily and with a precise fit, and that sometimes high dimensional and tolerance requirements can also be met. This is particularly important when using support structures for stainless steel swimming pools. By means of the support structure according to the invention, add-on parts can also be attached to a swimming pool without or at least largely without undesired deflections. Such support structures can be manufactured inexpensively compared to known designs. In particular, it can also be the case that a chemical after-treatment can be dispensed with. A setting or adjustment of the supporting structure can take place while maintaining high dimensional accuracy.
A load transfer structure of a swimming pool can be, for example, planking or a wall or a wall element. A load transfer structure can include, in particular, structures made of metal, glass, plastics or composite materials that are in the form of sheet metal, plates, profiles or boards. For example, a load transfer structure can be formed by a stainless steel sheet, a glass plate, a plexiglass plate or by a plastic film.
It should also be pointed out that the term "particularly" is to be understood in the following to mean that it can be a possible more special design or more detailed specification of an object, but does not necessarily have to represent a mandatory, preferred embodiment of the same or a mandatory procedure .
Furthermore, it can be expedient if the production of a frictional and/or form-fitting connection between the support element and the load transfer structure takes place without tools. In this way, mounting or assembly can be carried out very easily, quickly and, if necessary, without intensively trained or highly qualified personnel.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the supporting element is made primarily of metal, plastic or composite materials, depending on the requirements for the stability of the construction. For example, support elements made of metal can be particularly dimensionally stable and durable, while those made of plastic or composite materials are mostly comparatively light. Above all, supporting elements made of plastic or composite materials can make a positive contribution to sound decoupling and thus improve the quality of the construction with regard to its acoustic properties.
In addition, it can be provided that the support element is formed from sheet metal, flat steel, a tube, a molded tube, an injection molded part, a cast part, a machined solid material, a composite component or an additively manufactured component. Combinations of these are also conceivable and possibly expedient.
Also advantageous is an embodiment according to which it can be provided that at least two support elements are arranged next to one another and can be connected by means of at least one stiffening element. As a result, a stable support structure can be formed with simply designed and therefore cost-effective individual components. In particular, stiffening elements can also be used as attachment points for manipulating the construction during assembly, such as for lifting. For example, stiffening elements can be formed from metal sheets or bent metal sheets. A connection between the stiffening element and the at least two support elements can be made, for example, by riveting, screwing, or gluing.
According to one development, it is possible for the at least one guide element of the load transfer structure to be formed on a support element. Especially when it comes to that If the swimming pool is a stainless steel swimming pool, it can be advantageous if supporting elements are formed, on which the load transfer structure, or the planking or wall of the swimming pool can be arranged in a supporting manner. In particular, when a load transfer structure is formed by a steel or high-grade steel sheet, it can be expedient if a connection between a support element and a load transfer structure is made by gluing. For example, undesired optical impairments on a visible side of the load transfer structure in connection with thermal influences due to welding can be avoided. Furthermore, the risk of corrosion or impaired tightness can be minimized by gluing, as can be the case with rivet or screw connections, for example. Mechanisms of this type can advantageously contribute to an efficient assembly process. The support elements can thus have an additional function in that they are not only used to stabilize the swimming pool wall, but can also serve to accommodate the supporting structure at the same time.
Furthermore, it can be expedient if the support element is designed with at least one first support rib, at least one second support rib and with at least one connecting element, with the connecting element connecting the first support rib with the second support rib, and with the at least one guide element of the load transfer structure on one of the Supporting ribs and / or at least one connecting element is formed. In the case of a load-bearing structure made of stainless steel sheeting, however, it can also be advantageous if hooking, latching or clamping elements are provided on the load-bearing structure, with which a connecting element of the support element can be connected.
In addition, it can be provided that the support element is designed to be supported on a base structure. The basic structure can be, for example, foundations made of concrete or parts of such foundations. But it can also be that the basic structure is formed by brick elements.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the support element is designed as a console or for receiving a console. Differently designed add-on parts can be designed to rest on the console.
According to a particular embodiment, it is possible for the at least one attachment to be a gutter, a tank, a pipe, a line, a cladding element and/or a floor element.
According to an advantageous development, it can be provided that the support element can be connected at least in sections to the at least one add-on part by means of rivets, in particular by means of sealed blind rivets. Riveted connections can be produced quickly and easily. The use of sealed blind rivets in particular can be advantageous in order to largely prevent negative effects as a result of corrosion.
In particular, it can be advantageous if the support element is designed with a third support area with a third surface, with the third surface forming an at least approximately right angle with the first surface, and that a fourth support area running at least predominantly parallel to the third support area has a fourth Surface is formed, wherein a common plane is spanned by the third surface and the fourth surface and wherein the third surface is spaced from the fourth surface by a fourth distance. A support area formed by this development can serve, for example, as a support for a grating, a tile or the like.
Furthermore, it can be provided that a spacer is formed at least in sections in contact areas between the support areas of the support element and the support surfaces of the load transfer structure, which spacer means is formed from a material different from the support element and/or the load transfer structure. In particular, spacers can be sealing mats, rubber elements or the like. However, a sealing compound such as a silicone can also be provided. By avoiding direct contact between the support areas of the support element and the support surfaces of the load transfer structure, negative effects due to fretting corrosion or the ingress of water can be at least largely prevented and the service life of the structure can thus be increased.
In addition, it can be provided that the at least one attachment includes a water drainage channel. Advantageously, a water drainage channel can also be connected or connectable to a cleaning or backwashing device.
Also advantageous is an embodiment according to which it can be provided that the water drainage channel is formed in one piece or can be connected to an extraneous water drainage channel. An extraneous water drainage channel can be used, for example, to hold cleaning or mopping water, which often has dirt or impurities that should not be returned to the swimming pool and are therefore routed separately and can be collected. An extraneous water drainage channel can also be designed with corresponding contact surfaces, so that it can be covered in a visually appealing manner by means of a grating or also by means of a tile.
According to the invention, a wall element with a load transfer structure and a support structure is also provided, the support structure being designed according to one of the claims.
According to the invention, a swimming pool comprising one or more wall elements and a pool floor is also provided, with the wall element or elements being designed in accordance with the claims.
