Claims (15)

  1. Atomiseur (100) comprenant un ensemble de couvercle supérieur (20) et un élément de fixation, dans lequel l'ensemble de couvercle supérieur (20) comprend un couvercle supérieur (21), un élément mobile (24) et un élément de verrouillage (22) disposé de manière mobile entre le couvercle supérieur (21) et l'élément mobile (24), l'élément mobile (24) étant au moins partiellement reçu dans le couvercle supérieur (21), le couvercle supérieur (21) étant pourvu d'un trou traversant (2122), l'élément de fixation étant manchonné à l'extérieur du couvercle supérieur (21), et l'élément de fixation étant pourvu d'une rainure de verrouillage (512) correspondante au trou traversant (2122) ; caractérisé en ce que l'élément mobile (24) est rotatif par rapport au couvercle supérieur (21) et est pourvu d'un évidement (2421), de sorte que lorsque l'élément mobile (24) est tourné jusqu'à ce que l'évidement (2421) et l'élément de verrouillage (22) sont décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre, l'élément de verrouillage (22) passe partiellement à travers le trou traversant (2122) et soit verrouillé avec la rainure de verrouillage (512) ; lorsque l'élément mobile (24) est tourné jusqu'à ce que l'évidement (2421) et l'élément de verrouillage (22) sont alignés l'un avec l'autre, l'élément de verrouillage (22) soit partiellement reçu dans l'évidement (2421) et soit séparé de la rainure de verrouillage (512).
  2. Atomiseur (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le couvercle supérieur (21) comprend un boîtier intérieur (211) et un boîtier extérieur (212), un espace entre le boîtier intérieur (211) et le boîtier extérieur (212) forme une rainure de réception (214), le trou traversant (2122) est prévu dans le boîtier extérieur (212), une rainure de logement (2121) correspondant au trou traversant (2122) se creuse sur la paroi intérieure du boîtier extérieur (212), dans lequel la rainure de logement (2121), la rainure de réception (214) et le trou traversant (2122) sont en communication l'un avec l'autre, l'élément de verrouillage (22) est reçu dans la rainure de logement (2121), l'élément mobile (24) est pourvu d'une bague d'aboutement (242), la bague d'aboutement (242) est reçu dans la rainure de réception (214), l'évidement (2421) est prévu dans la bague d'aboutement (242), et l'élément de verrouillage (22) est situé à l'extérieur de la bague d'aboutement (242).
  3. Atomiseur (100) selon la revendication 1, lorsqu'un bloc d'aboutement (2124) est prévu sur la paroi latérale du boîtier extérieure (212), l'élément de fixation est pourvu d'une rainure de serrage (514) correspondant au bloc d'aboutement (2124), et le bloc d'aboutement (2124) est engagé dans la rainure de serrage (514).
  4. Atomiseur (100) selon la revendication 2, lorsqu'un bloc de limitation (2111) est prévu dans la rainure de réception (214), la paroi intérieure de la bague d'aboutement (242) se creuse vers l'intérieur selon le sens radial de la bague d'aboutement (242) pour former une rainure de limitation (2422) en forme d'arc, la rainure de limitation (2422) passe à travers la surface d'extrémité inférieure de la bague d'aboutement (242), le bloc de limitation (2111) est situé dans la rainure de limitation (2422), et le bloc de limitation (2111) est capable de glissera dans la rainure de limitation (2422).
  5. Atomiseur (100) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la paroi intérieure du boîtier intérieur (211) se creuse pour former une rainure annulaire (2112), l'ensemble de couvercle supérieur (20) comprend en outre un élément de verrouillage (23), la paroi périphérique extérieure à l'extrémité inférieure de l'élément de verrouillage (23) s'étend radialement vers l'extérieur pour former une bague d'accrochage (231) correspondant à la rainure annulaire (2112), l'extrémité supérieure de l'élément de verrouillage (23) est reliée à l'élément mobile (24), l'extrémité inférieure de l'élément de verrouillage (23) s'appuie contre la rainure annulaire (2112) du couvercle supérieur (21) par l'intermédiaire de la bague d'accrochage (231).
  6. Atomiseur (100) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'élément mobile (24) comprend en outre un corps principal d'élément mobile (241), le corps principal d'élément mobile (241) est pourvu d'un trou d'échappement de fumée (2411) passant à travers le corps principal d'élément mobile (241), la bague d'aboutement (242) est formé autour du trou d'échappement de fumée (2411) en s'étendant vers le bas à partir du corps principal d'élément mobile (241) selon le sens axial du corps principal d'élément mobile (241).
  7. Atomiseur (100) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la surface d'extrémité inférieure du corps principal d'élément mobile (241) est pourvue en saillie d'une bague de limitation (244), la paroi intérieure du boîtier extérieur (212) se creuse pour former une surface d'aboutement (2123), et la bague d'aboutement (244) s'appuie contre la surface d'aboutement (2123).
  8. Atomiseur (100) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'évidement (2421) est prévu sur la surface périphérique extérieure de la bague d'aboutement (242), l'élément de verrouillage (22) est situé entre la bague d'aboutement (242) et le boîtier extérieur (212), et la rainure de verrouillage (512) est prévue dans la paroi intérieure de l'élément de fixation.
  9. Atomiseur (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de verrouillage (22) est une bille d'acier.
  10. Cigarette électronique comprenant l'atomiseur (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.
  11. Cigarette électronique selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle la cigarette électronique comprend en outre un ensemble de batterie (50), l'ensemble de batterie (50) comprend un manchon de batterie (51), l'élément de fixation est le manchon de batterie (51), le manchon de batterie (51) est manchonné à l'extérieur du couvercle supérieur (21), et la rainure de verrouillage (512) est prévue dans le manchon de batterie (51).
  12. Cigarette électronique selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle la cigarette électronique comprend en outre un ensemble de batterie (50), un ensemble de stockage de liquide (10) et un ensemble d'atomisation (40), l'ensemble de batterie (50) comprenant un manchon de batterie (51) ayant une extrémité ouverte, dans laquelle l'ensemble de batterie (50), l'ensemble d'atomisation (40) et l'ensemble de stockage de liquide (10) sont placés en séquence dans le manchon de batterie (51) selon le sens axial longitudinal du manchon de batterie (51), l'ensemble d'atomisation (40) et l'ensemble de batterie (50) et/ou l'ensemble de stockage de liquide (10) et l'ensemble d'atomisation (40) sont en contact en s'appuyant l'un contre l'autre, l'extrémité ouverte du manchon de batterie (51) est pourvue en outre de l'ensemble de couvercle supérieur (20) ; lorsque l'ensemble de couvercle supérieur (20) est retiré du manchon de batterie (51), l'ensemble de stockage de liquide (10) peut être versé séparément à partir de l'extrémité ouverte, ou l'ensemble d'atomisation (40) et l'ensemble de stockage de liquide (19) peuvent être versés à partir de l'extrémité ouverte.
  13. Cigarette électronique selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle l'ensemble de stockage de liquide (10) comprend un tube de stockage de liquide (11), une chambre de stockage de liquide (16) est prévue dans le tube de stockage de liquide (11), le tube de stockage de liquide (11) est pourvu d'un trou d'injection de liquide (131) en communication avec la chambre de stockage de liquide (16), un élément d'étanchéité liquide (15) est installé de manière amovible dans le trou d'injection de liquide (131), et le couvercle supérieur (21) est disposé de manière à couvrir l'élément d'étanchéité liquide (15).
  14. Cigarette électronique selon la revendication 13, dans laquelle un élément de ventilation (12) est prévu dans le tube de stockage de liquide (11), un premier élément d'étanchéité (14) est prévu à l'extrémité inférieure du tube de stockage de liquide (11), une rainure de montage (141) est prévue dans le premier élément d'étanchéité (14), l'ensemble d'atomisation (40) comprend un tube d'atomisation (42), la cavité intérieure du tube d'atomisation (42) forme une chambre d'atomisation (41), l'extrémité supérieure du tube d'atomisation (42) est insérée dans l'élément de ventilation (12), et l'extrémité inférieure du tube d'atomisation (42) est insérée dans la rainure de montage (141).
  15. Cigarette électronique selon la revendication 14, dans laquelle la cigarette électronique comprend en outre une base (31) prévue à l'extrémité inférieure du tube de stockage de liquide (11), une saillie de montage (311) est prévue en saillie sur une surface d'extrémité de la base (31) faisant face au tube de stockage de liquide (11), l'extrémité supérieure de la saillie de montage (311) est insérée dans la rainure de montage (141), et la cavité intérieure de la saillie de montage (311) est en communication avec la chambre d'atomisation (41), la paroi latérale de la saillie de montage (311) est pourvue d'un évent (314) en communication avec la cavité intérieure de la saillie de montage (311), la surface d'extrémité supérieure de la base (31) est pourvue d'un deuxième élément d'étanchéité (313) situé autour de la saillie de montage (311), un espace entre le deuxième élément d'étanchéité (313) et le premier élément d'étanchéité (14) constitue un passage d'entrée d'air (33), et la paroi latérale à l'extrémité inférieure du tube de stockage de liquide (11) est pourvue d'un orifice d'entrée d'air (111) en communication avec le passage d'entrée d'air (33).
