TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention mainly relates to a pocket arrangement comprising a mobile phone compartment pocket and a main pocket.

The invention also relates to jeans-type trousers incorporating such an arrangement of pockets.

PRIOR ART

Jeans-type trousers most often have five pockets, namely two back pockets, two front pockets and a pocket for housing the pocket watch, also called a pocket watch, which overcomes the right front pocket.

To store his mobile telephone, a user has the choice of using one of the two rear pockets or one of the two front pockets, the coin pocket usually being too narrow and insufficiently deep. The back pockets have the disadvantage of exposing the mobile phone which can be stolen, but also the risk of sitting on it. The front pockets have the disadvantage of multiple contacts between the mobile phone, keys or even coins, which can damage the mobile phone while making it difficult to take it out of the pocket. The document JP 3 149458 U discloses a pocket arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

In this context, the invention relates firstly to an arrangement of pockets allowing the secure and practical holding of the mobile telephone in jeans-type trousers or for any other piece of clothing comprising at least one main pocket.

The invention relates secondly to an arrangement of pockets providing a user with additional comfort in all situations of everyday life.

The invention also relates to an arrangement of pockets ensuring the accommodation of a mobile telephone without harmful effects for the user.

To this end, the arrangement of pockets of the invention comprises at least one main pocket and one compartment pocket which has at least one counter front and one front whose upper edge defines its entrance opening, a lower part housed, for at least one stowed use position of said compartment pocket, in said main pocket, and a visible upper part in the same said stowed use position. According to the invention, the compartment pocket is secured to said piece of clothing at its upper part, giving said compartment pocket a movable character between at least the position of use stored in the main pocket and a position unobstructed use outside the main pocket.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

It is first of all specified that in the figures, the same references designate the same elements regardless of the figure in which they appear and regardless of the form of representation of these elements. Similarly, if elements are not specifically referenced in one of the figures, their references can easily be found by referring to another figure.

It is also specified that the figures 2 to 8 essentially represent two variants of the invention but that there may be other embodiments which meet the definition of the invention. In particular, the figures and the examples described below relate to an arrangement of front pockets of jeans-type trousers, but this pocket arrangement also finds application for trousers of another type and for any other piece of clothing.

The invention essentially consists of an arrangement of pockets comprising a main pocket and a compartment pocket which is located above the main pocket and whose lower part is housed, at least for a stored position of use, in the main pocket. This configuration advantageously makes it possible to dissociate the main pocket in which keys and change can be housed, from the mobile telephone housed in the compartment pocket and this, without multiplying the zones of the piece of clothing comprising pockets.

With reference to the figure 1 , the unclaimed arrangement of pockets 1 comprises a main pocket 2 conforming to the front pockets of jeans-type trousers of the prior art by presenting an upper opening edge 3 which extends from the lateral edge 4 of the quarter leg A to its upper edge 5, the quarter leg being shown without the belt. The upper edge 3 has a quarter-ovoid shape with a longer part 6 almost parallel to the upper edge 5 of the quarter leg A and a shorter part 7 which rises almost parallel to the side edge 4 of the quarter leg. leg A. The bottom of the pocket, not shown, of the main pocket 2 conforms to the prior art.

The pocket for housing the pocket watch, also called a pocket watch, is replaced by a pocket which is identically designed but of greater width to accommodate a mobile telephone, for example. This compartment pocket 9 comprises a front 10 of width L, an upper edge 11 which defines the entrance opening 12 and which extends obliquely upwards towards the upper edge 5 of the quarter leg A by defining by its largest height the height H of the compartment pocket 9 to the bottom edge 13 of the compartment pocket 9 which is parallel to the upper edge 5 of the quarter leg A. The slanting arrangement of the upper edge 11 is made exclusively for aesthetic. The facade 10 also has two opposite parallel side edges 14,15 which define with the upper edge 12 and the bottom edge 13, the outline of the compartment pocket 9.

In this unclaimed example, the front 10 of the compartment pocket 9 is secured by topstitching to the counter facade 16 of the main pocket 2 at its side edges 14, 15 and the bottom edge 13. The counter facade 16 of the main pocket 2 then also has the function of counter facade 16 of the compartment pocket 9.

The width L of the compartment pocket 9 is between 7 and 12 centimeters, and its height H is between 13 and 25 centimeters so as to accommodate a mobile telephone. The width L1 of the main pocket 2 can be increased compared to that of a main pocket of the prior art to be greater than the width L of the compartment pocket 9.

Thus defined, the compartment pocket 9 has a lower part 17, the side edges and the bottom edge of which are shown in dotted lines, which is housed in the main pocket 2, and an upper part 18 which emerges from the main pocket 2 while being made visible.

With reference to figure 2 And 3 , the arrangement of pockets of the invention 1a according to the first variant have a large number of similarities with the arrangement of pockets of the figure 1 .

This is the case for the main pocket 2 which also conforms to the front pockets of jeans-type trousers of the prior art by presenting an upper opening edge 3 which extends from the side edge 4 of the quarter leg B to its upper edge 5, the quarter leg being shown without the belt. The upper edge 3 has a quarter-ovoid shape with a longer part 6 almost parallel to the upper edge 5 of the quarter leg B and a shorter part 7 which rises almost parallel to the side edge 4 of the quarter leg. leg B. The bottom of the pocket, not shown, of the main pocket 2 conforms to the prior art.

This is also the case for a part of the compartment pocket 9a which has a lower part 17a which, in the stowed position of use of the compartment pocket 9a of the figure 2 , is housed in the main pocket 2, and an upper part 18a which visibly emerges from the main pocket 2.

The compartment pocket 9a comprises a front 10a of width L, an upper edge 11a which defines the entrance opening 12a but which, for this variant, extends parallel to the upper edge 5 of the quarter leg B, defining the height H from the compartment pocket 9a to the bottom 13a which is also parallel to the upper edge 5 of the quarter leg B. The facade 10 also has two opposite parallel side edges 14a, 15a which define with the upper edge 12a and the edge of the bottom 13a, the outline of the compartment pocket 9a.

Compartment pocket 9a has a counter facade 19a that is not visible because it is of the same size as facade 10a, and an upper edge 20a which is superimposed on the upper edge 11a of facade 10a. The facade 10a and the counter facade 19a are secured together by stitching at the level of the opposite side edges 14a, 15a and the bottom edge 13a.

According to the invention, the counter facade 19a can have at least one layer of denim fabric, but also at least one additional fabric layer which ensures the protection of the waves emanating from the mobile phone towards the sensitive organs of the user. By way of example, this protective layer may be composed of nylon and silver in respective contents of 80% and 20% while exhibiting high and low frequency attenuation performance of approximately 60 decibels. It should be noted that this protective layer can also, within the framework of the invention, be alternatively integrated into the counter facade 15 of the main pocket 2. In the non-claimed example of the figure 1 , this protection is ensured by the integration of this protective layer in the counter facade 15 of the main pocket which is also formed against the facade of the compartment pocket 9.

According to the invention, the compartment pocket 9a of the first variant is secured to the piece of clothing, here the counter facade 15 of the main pocket 2 only by the upper edge 20a of its counter facade 19a.

With reference to the picture 3 , this configuration and attachment allows the compartment pocket 9a to adopt another position of use in which this compartment pocket 9a is disengaged from the main pocket 2, or in other words exited over the main pocket. This release position has the particular advantage for the user of not being bothered by the mobile phone housed in the compartment pocket 9a in a seated position. The release of the compartment pocket is easily carried out by lifting the compartment pocket 9a from its stowed position (see figure 5 which illustrates this lifting step for the second embodiment), then releasing its lower part 17a from the main pocket. If necessary, depending on the height of the lower part 17a, the mobile phone is substantially raised in the compartment pocket 9a to allow this release.

To help this release, provision is made for the entry opening 8 of the main pocket 2 to have a release flexibility. To do this, provision is made for the upper edge of the opening 3 of the main pocket 2 to be able to be easily moved away from the counter facade 15 of this main pocket 2 by forming a pocket curve. This release flexibility is achieved by a full seam consisting of using, to make the main pocket, a front fabric of greater width than the counter front fabric. An embu is commonly used at least to be able to slip a hand into the main pocket. According to the invention, this fullness is between 0.5 and 2 centimeters, preferably 1 centimeter. It thus allows the time to be able to slip a hand into the main pocket 2 when the mobile phone is in the compartment pocket 9a, and to be able to release the compartment pocket 9a in which the mobile phone is housed, as previously indicated.

The arrangement of pockets 1b of the second variant of the invention illustrated on the figures 4 to 8 differs from the pocket arrangement 1a of the first variant in two points. The first relates to the upper edge 11b of the front 18b of the compartment pocket 9b which is made at an angle and located under the upper edge 20b of the counter front 19b, and the second relates to the fixing zone of this upper edge 20b of the counter facade 19b at the level of the upper edge 21b of the quarter leg C considered without its belt, this upper edge 20b being intended to be engaged by the belt.

The pocket arrangement 1b of the second variant has a main pocket 2 which also conforms to the front pockets of prior art jeans-type trousers by having an opening upper edge 3 which extends from the edge side 4 of the quarter leg C to its upper edge 5, the quarter leg being shown without the belt. The upper edge 3 has a quarter-ovoid shape with a longer part 6 almost parallel to the upper edge 5 of the quarter leg B and a shorter part 7 which rises almost parallel to the side edge 4 of the quarter leg. leg C. The bottom of the pocket, not shown, of the main pocket 2 conforms to the prior art.

As for the first variant, the compartment pocket 9b has a lower part 17b which, in the stowed position of use of the compartment pocket 9b of the figure 2 , is housed in the main pocket 2, and an upper part 18b which emerges visibly above the main pocket 2.

The compartment pocket 9b comprises a front 10b and a counter front 19b both of the same width L, an upper edge 11b of the front 10b which defines the entrance opening 12b and which extends for this variant upwards from the side edge 14b of the compartment pocket 9b to the opposite side edge 15b, and under the upper edge 20b of the counter facade 19b. The slanting arrangement of the upper edge 11b is made exclusively for aesthetic purposes.

The height H of the compartment pocket 9b is defined between the upper edge 20b of the counter facade 19b and the bottom edge of the pocket 13b. Contour of the compartment pocket 9b is also defined by the two opposite parallel side edges 14b, 15b, the upper edge 20b of the counter facade 19b and the bottom edge 13b.

The facade 10b and the counter facade 19b are secured together by stitching at the level of the opposite side edges 14b, 15b and the bottom edge 13b.

As for the first variant, the counter facade can have a layer of jeans, but also an additional layer of fabric at the back of the exposed layer of fabric, for example composed of nylon and silver in respective contents of 80% and 20% to attenuate high and low frequencies by approximately 60 decibels.

The compartment pocket 9b of the second variant is secured to the piece of clothing by the upper edge 20b of the counter facade 19b of the compartment pocket 9b which is fixed by sewing and overcasting to the upper edge 21b of the quarter leg C considered without his belt. As seen on the figures 7 and 8 , the upper edge 20b of the counter facade 19b of the compartment pocket 9b thus fixed then comes into engagement with the belt 22. Such a fixing has the double advantage of firmly fixing the compartment pocket 9b to the jeans pants, but also of allow a vertical movement of the compartment pocket 9b when the latter is disengaged from the main pocket 2 which is greater than for the first variant.

With reference to figures 5 and 6 , as for the first variant, this configuration and connection allows the compartment pocket 9b to adopt another position of use in which this compartment pocket 9b is disengaged from the main pocket 2 ( figure 6 ), or in other words exit over the main pocket 2. This release position has the particular advantage for the user of not being bothered by the mobile phone housed in the compartment pocket 9b in a seated position. The compartment pocket 9b is easily released by lifting the compartment pocket 9b from its stowed position ( figure 5 ), then releasing its lower part 17b from the main pocket 2. If necessary, depending on the height of the lower part 17b, the mobile phone is substantially raised in the compartment pocket 9b to allow this release.

As for the first variant, to help this release, provision is made for the entry opening 8 of the main pocket 2 to have a flexibility of clearance. To do this, a fullness of between 0.5 and 2 centimeters, preferably 1 centimeter, is provided.

According to the invention, for this variant, criteria have been established for the height of the different parts of the compartment pocket 9b making it possible to disengage the compartment pocket 9b from the main pocket without having to raise the mobile telephone excessively.

For this purpose, a first height H1 is defined which is the smallest distance between the upper edge 11b of the facade 10b and the upper edge 20b of the counter facade 19b, and a second height H2 which is the greatest distance between the upper edge 11b of the front 10b and the bottom edge 13b. We also consider the field of opening H3 of the main pocket 2 defined by the smallest height between the upper edge of the opening 3 of the main pocket 2 and the upper edge 20b of the counter facade 19b over the width L of the pocket. compartment 9b.

The presence of the number 1 in the formula above is explained by the clearance height H4 which is approximately 1 centimeter from the compartment pocket 9b as illustrated in the figure 5 .

When this formula is satisfied, the release of the compartment pocket 9b from the main pocket 2 takes place without difficulty and in complete safety for the mobile telephone housed in the compartment pocket 9b. Of course, the reverse movement consisting in returning the compartment pocket 9b into the main pocket 2 is also carried out in complete safety since the movements are the same and of the same amplitude.

Without being limiting, the width L of the compartment pocket is between 7 and 12 centimeters, preferably 11 centimeters, and the height (H) is between 13 and 25 centimeters, preferably 17.5 centimeters. The first height H1 is between 2 and 6 centimeters, preferably 4 centimeters, the second height H2 is between 11.5 and 15.5 centimeters, preferably 13.5 centimeters, and the field of opening H3 of the main pocket 2 is between 8.5 and 12 centimeters, preferably 8.5 centimeters.

THE figures 7 and 8 show the arrangement of pockets 9b of the second variant embodiment on jeans trousers 23 forming the piece of clothing whose right quarter leg is shown in the position where the compartment pocket 9b is stowed ( figure 7 ) and unobstructed ( figure 8 ).

Claims (10)

1. Arrangement of pockets on an item of clothing comprising at least one main pocket (2) and one compartment pocket (9,9a,9b) which has at least one back piece (15,19a,19b) and one front piece (10,10a,10b) of which the upper edge (11,11a,11b) defines its inlet opening (12,12a,12b), a lower part (17,17a,17b) that is housed, for at least a stored position of use of said compartment pocket (9,9a,9b), inside said main pocket (2), and an upper part (18,18a,18b) that is visible in that same said stored position of use, wherein the compartment pocket (9a,9b) is secured to said item of clothing (23) at its upper part (18a,18b), giving said compartment pocket (9a,9b) a mobile nature able to move between at least the stored position of use inside the main pocket (2) and a disengaged position of use outside the main pocket (2).
2. Arrangement of pockets according to Claim 1, wherein the compartment pocket (9a,9b) is secured to the item of clothing via the upper edge (20b) of its back piece (19a,19b) .
3. Arrangement of pockets according to Claim 2, wherein the upper edge (11b) of the front piece (10b) is situated level with the upper part (18b) of the compartment pocket (9b) and below the upper edge (20b) of the back piece (19b) of said compartment pocket (9b), thereby defining:

   - a first height (H1) defined by the shortest distance between the upper edge (11b) of the front piece (10b) and the upper edge (20b) of the back piece (19b),

   - a second height (H2) defined by the longest distance between the upper edge (11b) of the front piece (10b) and the bottom edge (13) of the compartment pocket (9b).
4. Arrangement of pockets according to Claim 3, wherein the first height (H1), the second height (H2) and the extent of opening (H3) of the main pocket, which is defined by the shortest height between the pocket-opening upper edge (3) of the main pocket (2) and the upper edge (20b) of the back piece (19b) of the compartment pocket (9b) over the width (L) of the compartment pocket (9b) satisfies the following formula: $$\mathrm{H3}\ge \mathrm{H2}-\left(\mathrm{H1}+1\right)$$

5. Arrangement of pockets according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the back piece (15,19a,19b) of the compartment pocket (9,9a,9b) comprises at least one layer of wave-attenuating fabric.
6. Trousers of the jeans type comprising an arrangement of pockets according to any one of the preceding claims, for which trousers (23) the main pocket (2) is the right front pocket and the compartment pocket (9,9a,9b) replaces the pocketwatch storage pocket known as the watch pocket.
7. Trousers of the jeans type forming the item of clothing according to any one of Claims 2 to 5, for which the compartment pocket (9a,9b) has a width (L) of between 7 and 12 centimetres, and a height (H) of between 13 and 25 centimetres so that a mobile phone can be housed in said compartment pocket (9a,9b).
8. Trousers of the jeans type according to Claim 7, wherein the upper edge (20b) of the back piece (19b) of the compartment pocket (9b) is attached by being engaged under the waistband (22) of said trousers (23).
9. Trousers of the jeans type according to Claim 8, wherein the upper edge (20b) of the back piece (19b) of the compartment pocket (9b) is, on the one hand, secured to the upper edge (5) of said trousers (23) concerned without its waistband (22) by overcasting, and, on the other hand, is secured to the waistband (22) by topstitching.
10. Trousers of the jeans type according to any one of Claims 7 to 9, wherein the fullness of the main pocket (2) is between 0.5 and 2 centimetres.
