Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Verpacken von Päckchen (S) in Behälter (P), aufweisend:
    - eine erste Zuführlinie (11) zum Zuführen von Päckchen (S), die eine Mehrzahl von Aufnahmeschubfächern (13) aufweist, die geeignet sind, um Päckchen (S) zu tragen, die vorbestellt sind, um in die Behälter (P) eingeführt zu werden,
    - eine zweite Zuführlinie (12) von Behältern (P), die eine Transportvorrichtung (32) aufweist, welche die Behälter (P) bewegt,
    - ein Verteilerfach (16), das zwischen dem Aufnahmeschubfach (13) und der Transportvorrichtung (32) eingefügt ist und eingerichtet ist, um Gegenstände (L) zuzuführen, die zum Beispiel als anschauliche Faltblätter eingerichtet sind,
    - eine Schiebervorrichtung (17), die eingerichtet ist, um die Päckchen (S) von dem Aufnahmeschubfach (13) in den Behälter (P) zu schieben,
    - eine Verpackungsstation (PS), in welcher eine Einführungsrichtung (Z) definiert ist, zu welcher die Schiebervorrichtung (17) parallel bewegbar ist, um die Päckchen (S) und Gegenstände (L), jeweils von einem der Aufnahmeschubfächer (13) und von dem Verteilerfach (16) aus, in Richtung zum Inneren eines jeweiligen Behälters (P) zu schieben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufnahmeschubfach (13) mit mindestens zwei Trägerebenen (14, 15) ausgestattet ist, die parallel zueinander und übereinander angeordnet sind, im Wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtet sind und jeweils eingerichtet sind, um eine jeweilige Gruppe von Päckchen (S) zu tragen, und dass die Schiebervorrichtung (17) aufweist mindestens ein erstes Schiebeelement (18) und ein zweites Schiebeelement (19), die jeweils mit einer jeweils zugeordneten der Trägerebenen (14, 15) verknüpft sind, um die Päckchen (S), die auf der Trägerebene (14, 15) angeordnet sind, in den Behälter (P) zu schieben, und mindestens zwei voneinander unabhängige Antriebselemente (20, 21), die jeweils eingerichtet sind, um ein jeweils zugeordnetes der Schiebeelemente (18, 19) in die Einführungsrichtung (Z) anzutreiben.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie, in Korrespondenz mit der Verpackungsstation (PS), ein Hilfsschubfach (22) aufweist, das zwischen dem Verteilerfach (16) und der Transportvorrichtung (32) angeordnet ist und mit mindestens zwei Hilfsebenen (23, 24) ausgestattet ist, die jeweils parallel und komplanar zu den Trägerebenen (14, 15) der Aufnahmeschublade (13) sind, wobei mindestens eine von entweder der ersten Hilfsebene (23) oder der zweiten Hilfsebene (24) eingerichtet ist, um temporär darauf ruhend eine Gruppe von Päckchen (S) und einen der Gegenstände (L) zu empfangen, bevor diese in den Behälter (P) eingeführt werden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Schiebeelement (18, 19) eingerichtet ist, um von einer Inaktivposition, in welcher es nicht mit der jeweiligen Gruppe von Päckchen (S) zusammenwirkt, zu einer ersten Schiebe-Position überzugehen, in welcher es eingerichtet ist, um die jeweilige Gruppe von Päckchen (S), und möglicherweise den Gegenstand (L), auf der jeweiligen Hilfsebene (23, 24) zu einer zweiten Schiebe-Position zu schieben, in welcher es eingerichtet ist, um die jeweilige Gruppe von Päckchen (S), und möglicherweise den Gegenstand (L), von der jeweiligen Hilfsebene (23, 24) zum Behälter (P) zu schieben.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines von entweder dem ersten Schiebeelement (18) oder dem zweiten Schiebeelement (19), wenn es von der Inaktivposition zu der ersten Schiebe-Position übergeht, eingerichtet ist, um der bewegten Gruppe von Päckchen (S) zu ermöglichen, mit dem Gegenstand (L) in Eingriff zu stehen, der mittels des Verteilerfaches (16) zugeführt wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Zuführlinie (11) den Aufnahmeschubfächern (14) ermöglicht, sich in eine erste Zuführrichtung (T1) vorwärtszubewegen, die zweite Zuführlinie (12) den Behältern (P) ermöglicht, mittels der Transportvorrichtung (32), sich in eine zweite Zuführrichtung (T2) parallel zu der ersten Zuführrichtung (T1) vorwärtszubewegen, wobei die erste Zuführrichtung (T1) und die zweite Zuführrichtung (T2) senkrecht zur Einführungsrichtung (Z) sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die zweite Hilfsebene (24) des Hilfsschubfaches (22) mit Rückhalteelementen (25) ausgestattet ist, die eingerichtet sind, um zu verhindern, dass die Gruppe von Päckchen (S) und der Gegenstand (L) bezüglich der Einführungsrichtung (Z) über die Hilfsebene (24) hinausragt, wenn das Schiebeelement (19) von der Inaktivposition in die erste Schiebe-Position übergeht
  7. Verfahren zum Verpacken von Artikeln in Behälter, das die Schritte umfasst:
    - Zuführen, mit einer unterbrochenen schrittweisen Bewegung, entlang einer ersten Zuführlinie (11), einer Mehrzahl von Aufnahmeschubfächern (13), die geeignet sind, um Päckchen (S), die vorbestellt sind, die in die Behälter (P) eingeführt werden, zu tragen, um im gegebenen Falle mindestens ein Aufnahmeschubfach (13) in Korrespondenz mit einer Verpackungsstation (PS) zu positionieren,
    - Zuführen, mit einer unterbrochenen schrittweisen Bewegung, die mit der Bewegung der ersten Zuführlinie (11) koordiniert ist, entlang einer zweiten Zuführlinie (12), einer Transportvorrichtung (32), um mindestens einen Behälter (P) zu einem Zeitpunkt zu positionieren, geeignet, um die Päckchen (S) in Korrespondenz mit der Verpackungsstation (PS) zu empfangen,
    - Zuführen, im gegebenen Falle, eines Gegenstandes (L), insbesondere eines anschaulichen Faltblattes, an die Verpackungsstation (PS) mittels eines Verteilerfaches (16), das zwischen der ersten Zuführlinie (11) und der zweiten Zuführlinie (12) eingefügt ist,
    - in der Verpackungsstation (PS), mittels einer Schiebervorrichtung (17), Schieben der Päckchen (S) und des Gegenstandes (L), jeweils von dem Aufnahmeschubfach (13) und von dem Verteilerfach (16) aus, in Richtung zum Behälter (P) in einer Einführungsrichtung (Z), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es vorgesehen ist, ein erstes und ein zweites Antriebselement (20, 21), die Bestandteil der Schiebervorrichtung (17) sind, auf unabhängige Weise selektiv anzutreiben, um jeweils ein erstes und ein zweites Schiebeelement (18, 19), die Bestandteil der Schiebervorrichtung (17) sind, in die Einführungsrichtung (Z) bewegungsanzutreiben, wobei das selektive Antreiben vorsieht, die Schiebeelemente (18, 19) bewegungsanzutreiben, sodass eine Gruppe von Päckchen (S), die mittels eines der Schiebeelemente (19, 18) geschoben wird, den Gegenstand (L) vor einer Gruppe von Päckchen (S) erreicht, die mittels des anderen Schiebeelementes (18, 19) geschoben wird, wobei das erste und das zweite Schiebeelement (18, 19) jeweils zugeordnet mit einer ersten und einer zweiten Trägerebene (14, 15) des Aufnahmeschubfaches (13) verknüpft sind, die parallel zueinander und übereinander angeordnet sind, im Wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtet sind und jeweils eingerichtet sind, um eine jeweilige Gruppe von Päckchen (S) zu tragen, um die jeweilige Gruppe von Päckchen (S) in einen jeweiligen Behälter (P) zu schieben.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erster Einführungsschritt vorgesehen ist, in welchem nur eines der Antriebselemente (20, 21) das jeweilige mit ihm verknüpfte Schiebeelement (18, 19) bewegt von einer Inaktivposition aus, in welcher es nicht mit der jeweiligen Gruppe von Päckchen (S) zusammenwirkt, die durch die jeweilige Trägerebene (14, 15) getragen wird, zu einer ersten Schiebe-Position, um die jeweilige Gruppe von Päckchen (S) in Richtung zum Gegenstand (L) zu schieben, um das teilweise Umhüllen des Gegenstandes (L) um die jeweilige Gruppe von Päckchen (S) zu bewirken, bis die Gruppe von Päckchen (S) und der Gegenstand (L) auf eine jeweilige Hilfsebene (23, 24) eines Hilfsschubfaches (22) gebracht werden, und dass während des ersten Einführungsschrittes das andere der Antriebselemente (20, 21) inaktiv bleibt, sodass das jeweilige mit ihm verknüpfte Schiebeelement (18, 19) stationär bleibt.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erster Einführungsschritt vorgesehen ist, in welchem eines der Antriebselemente (21, 20) das jeweilige mit ihm verknüpfte Schiebeelement (19, 18) bewegt von einer Inaktivposition aus, in welcher es nicht mit der jeweiligen Gruppe von Päckchen (S) zusammenwirkt, die mittels der jeweiligen Trägerebene (14, 15) getragen werden, zu einer ersten Schiebe-Position, um die jeweilige Gruppe von Päckchen (S) in Richtung zum Gegenstand (L) zu schieben, um das teilweise Umhüllen des Gegenstandes (L) um die jeweilige Gruppe von Päckchen (S) zu bewirken, bis die Gruppe von Päckchen (S) und der Gegenstand (L) auf eine jeweilige Hilfsebene (24, 23) eines Hilfsschubfaches (22) mit einer linearen Vorschubgeschwindigkeit gebracht werden, die größer als die lineare Vorschubgeschwindigkeit des anderen Schiebeelementes (18, 19) ist, angetrieben mittels des jeweiligen Antriebselementes (20, 21), um sich zu bewegen von einer Inaktivposition aus, in welcher es nicht mit der jeweiligen Gruppe von Päckchen (S) zusammenwirkt, die durch die jeweilige Trägerebene (14, 15) getragen wird, zu einer ersten Schiebe-Position, sodass die Gruppe von Päckchen (S), die mittels des Schiebeelementes (18, 19) geschoben wird, das sich mit einer niedrigeren linearen Vorschubgeschwindigkeit bewegt, in Korrespondenz mit dem Verteilerfach (16) ankommt, ohne den Gegenstand (L) abzufangen, welcher bereits durch die Gruppe von Päckchen (S) erfasst ist, die mittels des jeweiligen Schiebeelementes (19, 18) geschoben wird, diese teilweise umhüllend.
  10. Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen weiteren Einführungsschritt vorsieht, in welchem das erste Antriebselement (20) und das zweite Antriebselement (21) jeweils und simultan, mit der gleichen linearen Vorschubgeschwindigkeit, das erste Schiebeelement (18) und das zweite Schiebeelement (19) von der ersten Schiebe-Position aus zu einer zweiten Schiebe-Position bewegen, um die jeweilige Gruppe von Päckchen (S), von denen eine teilweise durch den Gegenstand (L) umhüllt ist, in den Behälter (P) zu schieben.
  11. Verpackungsmaschine zum Verpacken von Artikeln in Behälter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 aufweist.
