  • the supporting element 60 is attached to the lateral wall 32 by means of the same screw and nut 39, 38 used to tighten the mounting element 37 against seal 36.
  • supporting element 60 of this fourth embodiment includes an additional fastening element 61.
  • Fastening element 61 is adapted to be coupled to supporting element 60 as shown in figure 11a - 11c where fastening element 61 is mounted on supporting element 60.
  • fire resistant protection plate 100 includes an aperture 101.
  • Aperture 101 has a size suitable to house a corresponding tooth 102 formed on the fastening element 61.
  • Fastening element 61 (better seen in the disassembled configuration of figures 12a - 12c ) includes a first U shaped portion 103 from which two legs 103, 104 protrude. Legs 103, 104 protrude from the same side of the U shaped portion, perpendicularly to a plane defined by the U-shaped portion itself. Tooth 102 is formed on a surface of the U shaped portion, opposite to the side from which the legs 103, 104 extend.

  • the supporting element 60 is mounted on the heating element 14.
  • Sleeves 91, 92 of supporting element 60 are inserted in arms 53, 54, so that pins 51, 52 protrude from the sleeves 91, 92.
  • Supporting element 60 is then hooked to mounting element 37 by means of a hooking member 55 provided on the supporting element 60 in a position that is opposite to the fire resistant protection plate 100.
  • the supporting element 60 is further fastened to the mounting element 37 using screw 39 and bolt 38. This configuration is shown in figure 12c .
  • fastening element 61 is slid between the fire resistant protective plate 100 and the external portion 14b of heating element 14, so that the U-shaped portion 103 is located substantially under protective plate 100 and above arms 53, 54.
  • Protective plate 100 and U shaped portion form, at least partially, two parallel planes. Each leg 103, 104 is inserted in a sleeve 91, 92. The fastening element 61 slides under protective plate 100 till the tooth 102 is inserted in aperture 101. The engagement of tooth 102 in aperture 101 avoids that the fastening element may detach from supporting element 60.

Claims (14)

  1. Machine à laver (1) comprenant :
    - un réceptacle de traitement (3) comprenant une paroi de délimitation (5) et une section formant bac de collecte (9), ladite section formant bac de collecte comportant une paroi inférieure (31) et une paroi latérale (32) ;
    - un dispositif de chauffage (14) passant à travers la paroi latérale (32) de la section formant bac de collecte (9), de telle sorte que le dispositif de chauffage (14) est divisé par la paroi latérale en une partie de dispositif de chauffage de bac de collecte (14a) logée à l'intérieur du réceptacle de traitement (3) et une partie de dispositif de chauffage externe (14b) placée à l'extérieur du réceptacle de traitement (3), où :
    a. la partie de dispositif de chauffage de bac de collecte (14a) est conçue pour chauffer de l'eau à l'intérieur de la section formant bac de collecte (9) et est installée en porte-à-faux, de telle sorte que la partie de dispositif de chauffage de bac de collecte (14a) est supportée uniquement au niveau de la paroi latérale (32) sans contact, direct ou indirect, avec la paroi inférieure (31) de la section formant bac de collecte (9) ;
    b. la partie de dispositif de chauffage externe (14b) comprend des première et seconde broches électriques (51, 52) conçues pour être raccordées à des câbles électriques et est supportée au niveau de la paroi latérale (32) ;
    caractérisée par
    - un élément de support (60, 70, 80, 90) situé à l'extérieur du réceptacle de traitement (3), raccordé à la paroi de délimitation (5) du réceptacle de traitement et à un deuxième emplacement de la partie de dispositif de chauffage externe (14b), pour supporter le dispositif de chauffage (14),
    où ladite partie de dispositif de chauffage externe (14b) est supportée, en outre, au niveau du deuxième emplacement et comprend des premier et second bras (53, 54) se terminant respectivement par les première et seconde broches électriques (51, 52), et le deuxième emplacement se trouve dans l'un desdits premier et second bras (53, 54).
  2. Machine à laver (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle une distance sépare ladite paroi latérale (32) et ledit deuxième emplacement, la distance étant comprise entre 2 centimètres et 15 centimètres.
  3. Machine à laver (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la partie de dispositif de chauffage externe (14b) est supportée au niveau de la paroi latérale (32) et au niveau d'un troisième emplacement, le troisième emplacement se trouvant dans l'autre desdits premier et second bras.
  4. Machine à laver (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite paroi latérale (32) de la section formant bac de collecte (9) comprend un orifice (35) fermé hermétiquement par un élément d'étanchéité, ledit élément d'étanchéité comprenant une ou plusieurs ouvertures (48, 49) conçues pour que ledit dispositif de chauffage y soit inséré.
  5. Machine à laver (1) selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle l'élément d'étanchéité comprend un joint d'étanchéité (36) et un élément formant monture (37), l'élément formant monture étant installé intérieurement relativement au joint d'étanchéité afin de comprimer le joint d'étanchéité contre l'orifice (35) dans la paroi latérale (32) de la section formant bac de collecte, ladite ou lesdites ouvertures (48, 49) étant formées dans l'élément formant monture (37).
  6. Machine à laver (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit élément de support (60, 70, 80, 90) est en contact direct avec ladite partie externe (14b) dudit dispositif de chauffage (14) .
  7. Machine à laver (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit élément de support (60, 70, 80, 90) est raccordé à la paroi de délimitation (5) du réceptacle de traitement (3) au niveau d'un emplacement se trouvant au-dessus dudit dispositif de chauffage (14).
  8. Machine à laver (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la paroi de délimitation (5) du réceptacle de traitement (3) forme un renfoncement (18) et ladite partie de dispositif de chauffage externe (14b) s'étend au moins partiellement à l'intérieur dudit renfoncement (18).
  9. Machine à laver (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit élément de support (60, 70, 80, 90) comprend une plaque de protection résistante au feu (100) propre à isoler une partie de la paroi de délimitation (5) du réceptacle de traitement (3) relativement aux première et seconde broches électriques (51, 52).
  10. Machine à laver (1) selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle ladite plaque de protection résistante au feu (100) est insérée entre ladite partie de dispositif de chauffage externe (14b) et ladite paroi de délimitation (5) du réceptacle de traitement (3).
  11. Machine à laver (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit élément de support (70, 80) comprend des premier et second orifices (74, 75), lesdits premier et second bras (53, 54) étant respectivement insérés dans lesdits premier et second orifices.
  12. Machine à laver (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit élément de support (60, 90) comprend des premier et second manchons (91, 92), lesdits premier et second bras (53, 54) étant respectivement insérés dans lesdits premier et second manchons (91, 92).
  13. Machine à laver (1) selon les revendications 9 et 12, dans laquelle ladite plaque de protection résistante au feu (100) raccorde les premier et second manchons (91, 92) .
  14. Machine à laver (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la paroi de délimitation (5) du réceptacle de traitement (3) comprend une paroi latérale tubulaire (6) et une paroi arrière (7) fermant un côté de la paroi latérale tubulaire (6), la paroi inférieure (31) de la section formant bac de collecte (9) faisant partie de la paroi latérale tubulaire du réceptacle de traitement (3) et la paroi latérale (32) de la section formant bac de collecte (9) faisant partie de la paroi arrière (7) du réceptacle de traitement.
