Definitions
- the present invention relates to a wall-hung seat.
- Wall-hung seats are mounted on bathroom wall surfaces or connecting corridors, for example, and provide a support surface for users. The users can sit on the seat to rest or shower or change shoes and the like.
- Conventional wall-hung seats are foldable. They are folded horizontally for use. When not in use, they are folded up vertically so that the space occupied is reduced.
- Conventional wall-hung seats include a seat mount, a supporting base plate, and an upper seat plate.
- the seat attachment is on the wall surface anchored.
- the supporting base plate and the seat attachment are pivotably connected together and provide the folding function.
- the upper seat plate is attached to the top of the supporting base plate, the two being rigidly connected to one another by means of screws in order to ensure the strength of the upper seat plate.
- the screws are positioned either on the side edge or on the underside of the supporting base plate. If they are placed on an edge, the thickness of the supporting baseplate must be increased, which not only wastes material but also increases the cost of design. If the screws are arranged on the underside, the underside comes directly into the field of vision of the user after the supporting base plate is folded vertically upwards. Here, too, the overall external impression is impaired.
- the present invention provides a wall-hung seat which is stable and simple in construction and which is aesthetically pleasing in appearance.
- a seat with wall suspension which comprises a seat attachment, a support plate and a seat plate, the longitudinally rear end of the support plate being pivotably connected to the seat attachment.
- the seat plate is connected to the top of the support plate.
- Upper fastening elements are arranged on the upper side of the support plate, a lower insertion groove being formed between the upper fastening elements and the support plate.
- lower fastening elements are arranged, with between the lower Fastening elements and the seat plate an upper insertion groove is formed.
- the seat plate is pushed backwards in the longitudinal direction relative to the support plate. After an assembly work position has been reached, the upper fastening elements are inserted into the upper insertion groove and the lower fastening elements are inserted into the lower insertion groove.
- the invention has the following advantages: Since the upper fastening elements and the lower fastening elements are arranged vertically one above the other and plugged into one another, the upper and lower fastening elements cooperate vertically in that they are locked together. Since the support plate is firmly connected to the base plate to create a stable structure, the position of the support plate is fixed and movement of the support plate up and down is restricted. In addition, by arranging the upper and lower fastening elements between the support plate and the base plate, the inner part of the seat remains hidden and is not visible from the outside, so that a simple construction results.
- a seat with wall suspension comprises a seat attachment 10, a support plate 20 and a seat plate 30, the longitudinally rear end of the support plate 20 being pivotably connected to the seat attachment 10.
- the support plate 20 When the support plate 20 is pivoted downwards until it has a substantially horizontal position, this represents the state of use. In the state of use, the support plate 20 can maintain a horizontal position and take up load, as is known in part from the prior art. If it is pivoted upwards until a substantially vertical position is reached, this represents the storage condition.
- the seat plate 30 is connected to the top of the support plate 20.
- the direction of the seat facing the user is the longitudinal direction (length direction)
- the two edges on the right and left define the transverse direction (width direction)
- the end on the seat attachment 10 is the one at the rear in the longitudinal direction End
- the end at the user is the front end in the longitudinal direction.
- Upper fastening elements 21 are arranged on the upper side of the support plate 20, a lower insertion groove 22 being formed between the upper fastening elements 21 and the support plate.
- lower fastening elements 31 are arranged, between the lower fastening elements 31 and the Seat plate an upper insertion groove 32 is formed.
- the seat plate 30 slides backwards in the longitudinal direction relative to the support plate 20.
- the upper fastening elements 21 are inserted into the upper insertion groove 32, and at the same time the lower fastening elements 31 are inserted into the lower insertion groove 22.
- the upper fastening elements 21 and the lower fastening elements 31 are thus locked in the vertical position, and the seat plate 30 is thereby stably connected to the upper side of the support plate 20.
- elastic clamping webs 23 are advantageously arranged on the upper side of the support plate 20.
- a clamping stop 33 is arranged on the underside of the seat plate 30, which during the assembly process of the seat plate presses down the elastic clamping webs 23 and slides on the top of the elastic clamping webs.
- the elastic clamping webs 23 are locked in the longitudinal direction after springing back with the clamping stop 33.
- the seat plate 30 can no longer move relative to the support plate 20 in the longitudinal direction.
- snap-in grooves are formed directly with the support plate 20, into which the elastic clamping webs 23 are inserted. It goes without saying that the positions of the elastic clamping webs and the clamping stop can also be interchanged.
- the clamping stop is arranged on the top of the support plate. If the elastic clamping webs are arranged on the underside of the seat plate, the clamping stop exerts pressure on the elastic clamping webs during the assembly process of the seat plate and slides on the underside of the elastic ones Clamping webs from. In the assembly working position of the seat plate, the elastic clamping webs are locked with the clamping stop in the longitudinal direction after springing back.
- upper fastening elements 21 there are advantageously three upper fastening elements 21.
- One of the upper fastening elements is located in the central position of the longitudinally front part of the support plate 20.
- the other two upper fastening elements are located on the longitudinally rear part of the support plate and are arranged symmetrically in the transverse direction.
- lower fastening elements 31 which are arranged in a mirror image of the three upper fastening elements.
- Two elastic clamping webs 23 are arranged symmetrically to one another in the transverse direction.
- the clamping stop 33 can also be arranged corresponding to the elastic clamping webs 23.
- the upper fastening elements 21 advantageously comprise connecting sections 211 and fastening sections 212.
- Positioning projections 24 associated with the connecting sections are arranged on the upper side of the support plate 20.
- the connecting portions 211 are fixed to the positioning protrusions 24, and the fixing portions 212 are located in the longitudinal direction at the front end of the upper fixing members.
- the lower insertion groove 22 is thus formed between the fastening sections 212 and the support plate.
- the lower fastening elements 31 comprise connecting sections 311 and fastening sections 312.
- Positioning projections 34 associated with the connecting sections are arranged on the underside of the seat plate 30.
- the Connecting sections 311 are attached to the positioning projections 34, and the attachment sections 312 are located in the longitudinal direction at the rear end of the lower attachment members 31.
- the upper insertion groove 32 is formed between the attachment sections 312 and the seat plate.
- the construction of the upper fastening elements 21 and the lower fastening elements 31 is therefore identical. They are simply mounted on different components, and the back and front are reversed, which greatly simplifies the construction of the product.
- connection receptacle 35 corresponding to the support plate 20 is advantageously arranged on the underside of the seat plate 30, into which the support plate 20 is inserted, two transverse side walls 352 of the connection receptacle 35 cooperating in order to position the support plate 20 in the transverse direction. Furthermore, locking edges 25 are arranged on the support plate 20, which correspond to the transverse directional side edges of the connection receptacle. The support plate 20 is inserted into the connecting receptacle 35, the locking edges 25 positioning the seat plate 30 in the transverse direction and ensuring that the support plate 20 does not move in the transverse direction relative to the seat plate 30.
- the two corners of the rear end of the support plate 20 in the longitudinal direction are advantageously each pivotably connected to the seat attachment 10 by means of a buffer structure.
- the support plate 20 thus has a lowering delay when the support plate 20 is opened.
- This buffer structure can be designed in a known manner.
- Embodiment 2 differs from Embodiment 1 in that the difference between Embodiment 2 and Embodiment 1 is as follows.
- Latching openings 214 (arranged on the fastening sections 212) are arranged on the upper fastening elements 21a and elastic lugs 314 (arranged on the fastening sections 312) are arranged on the lower fastening elements 31a.
- pressure is exerted on the elastic lugs 314 by the upper fastening elements 21a.
- the elastic lugs 314 spring back and engage in the latching openings 214.
- a latching connection is used for the latching openings 214 and the elastic lugs 314.
- the position of the seat plate 30 can be sufficiently limited in the longitudinal direction.
- the latching openings 214 and the upper fastening elements 21a form a unit, and the elastic lugs 314 and the lower fastening elements 31a form a unit, so that fewer components are necessary.
- the positions of latching openings 214 and elastic lugs 314 can also be interchanged, so that elastic lugs are arranged on the upper fastening elements and latching openings are arranged on the lower fastening elements.
- the upper fastening elements 21a and the lower fastening elements 31a have an elongated rod shape, as a result of which more space is available for the arrangement of latching openings 214 and elastic lugs 314.
- the upper fastening elements 21a advantageously comprise connecting sections 211 and fastening sections 212.
- Positioning projections 24 belonging to the connecting sections 211 are arranged on the upper side of the support plate 20, the connecting sections 211 being fastened to the positioning projections 24.

Description
The present invention relates to a wall-hung seat.
Wall-hung seats are mounted on bathroom wall surfaces or connecting corridors, for example, and provide a support surface for users. The users can sit on the seat to rest or shower or change shoes and the like. Conventional wall-hung seats are foldable. They are folded horizontally for use. When not in use, they are folded up vertically so that the space occupied is reduced.
Conventional wall-hung seats include a seat mount, a supporting base plate, and an upper seat plate. The seat attachment is on the wall surface anchored. The supporting base plate and the seat attachment are pivotably connected together and provide the folding function. The upper seat plate is attached to the top of the supporting base plate, the two being rigidly connected to one another by means of screws in order to ensure the strength of the upper seat plate. The screws are positioned either on the side edge or on the underside of the supporting base plate.
The present invention provides a wall-hung seat which is stable and simple in construction and which is aesthetically pleasing in appearance. To overcome the disadvantages of the prior art, the invention provides a seat with wall suspension which comprises a seat attachment, a support plate and a seat plate, the longitudinally rear end of the support plate being pivotably connected to the seat attachment. The seat plate is connected to the top of the support plate. Upper fastening elements are arranged on the upper side of the support plate, a lower insertion groove being formed between the upper fastening elements and the support plate. On the underside of the seat plate, lower fastening elements are arranged, with between the lower Fastening elements and the seat plate an upper insertion groove is formed. For assembly, the seat plate is pushed backwards in the longitudinal direction relative to the support plate. After an assembly work position has been reached, the upper fastening elements are inserted into the upper insertion groove and the lower fastening elements are inserted into the lower insertion groove.
In comparison with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
Since the upper fastening elements and the lower fastening elements are arranged vertically one above the other and plugged into one another, the upper and lower fastening elements cooperate vertically in that they are locked together.

There are advantageously three
The
The two corners of the rear end of the
