Claims (13)

  1. Gas engine spark plug (10) having a spark plug housing (18), a centre electrode (36) and a ground electrode (38), wherein the ground electrode (38) is annular in form or in the form of an annular section and surrounds the centre electrode (36), at least partially, to the outside, wherein the ground electrode (38) is directly connected to the spark plug housing (18), characterised in that the spark plug housing (18) has a sleeve-shaped housing section (40) from which a wall (42) extends inwards towards the centre electrode (36), wherein the wall (42) is made of the same material as the sleeve-shaped housing section (40), and wherein the ground electrode (38) is arranged on the wall (42), wherein the wall (42) extends towards the centre electrode (39) in such a way that an ignition gap remains between the ground electrode (38), which is arranged at the radially inner end of the wall (42), and the centre electrode (36).
  2. Gas engine spark plug (10) according to claim 1, characterised in that the ground electrode (38) is connected to the spark plug housing (18) in a force-locking or form-locking manner and/or by substance-to-substance bonding.
  3. Gas engine spark plug (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the ground electrode (38) is welded or soldered to the spark plug housing (18).
  4. Gas engine spark plug (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cross section of the wall (42) increases outwards from the centre electrode (36), the wall (42) preferably having a trapezoidal cross-section.
  5. Gas engine spark plug (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an insulator (20) is held in the spark plug housing (18), wherein a storage space (48) is arranged between the end of the insulator (20) facing the centre electrode (36) and the wall (42).
  6. Gas engine spark plug (10) according to claim 5, characterised in that the storage space (48) has a volume of greater than 0 to 500 mm3, in particular between 50 and 500 mm3 .
  7. Gas engine spark plug (10) according to claim 5 or 6, characterised in that a section (50) of the insulator (20) rests on a shoulder (52) of the spark plug housing (18) in such a way that the section (50) and the shoulder (52) form a seal, wherein the seal is designed without a sealing element between the insulator (20) and the spark plug housing (18).
  8. Gas engine spark plug (10) according to claim 7, characterised in that the spark plug housing (18) has an increased wall thickness (54) between the shoulder (52) and the end (16) at which the centre electrode (36) is located.
  9. Gas engine spark plug (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the centre electrode (36) and/or ground electrode (38) are made of precious metal or have a precious metal coating.
  10. Gas engine spark plug (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the wall (42) has a central passage (56) in which the centre electrode (36) is arranged.
  11. Gas engine spark plug (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the wall (42) has several eccentric openings (58) arranged at preferably equal angular distances from each other.
  12. Gas engine spark plug (10) according to claim 11, characterised in that the openings (58) in each case have an opening cross section of 3 mm2 to 80 mm2.
  13. Gas engine spark plug (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a separate pre-chamber housing which can be connected, in particular screwed, to the gas engine spark plug (10) is provided.
