Claims (15)
- Modulares Steigrohrabschnitt-Lagerungs- und Handhabungssystem (1), das ausgestaltet ist, um auf einem Deck eines Offshore-Bohrschiffes zum Lagern und Handhaben von Steigrohrabschnitten (2) zur Verwendung bei Offshore-Bohrlochaktivitäten angebracht zu werden, und das ausgestaltet ist, um von dem Deck des Schiffes angehoben zu werden, um Deckraum freizugeben, wobei das System umfasst- mehrere Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainer (3) zum Transportieren mehrerer Steigrohrabschnitte von einer Küste zu dem Deck des Offshore-Bohrschiffs, wobei jeder zum Lagern mehrerer Steigrohrabschnitte (2) ausgestaltet ist und einen Lagerraum umfasst, der von einer Bodenseite (17), einer ersten Seite (18), einer zweiten Seite (19), einem ersten Ende (20), einem zweiten Ende (21) und einer Oberseite des Containers umgeben ist, und der jeweils eine obere Eintrittsöffnung (13) zum Heben und Absenken der Steigrohrabschnitte (2) in den und aus dem Transportcontainer (3) aufweist, wobei die Transportcontainer (3) ausgestaltet sind, um Seite an Seite in einer Lagerkonfiguration auf dem Deck des Schiffes aufgestellt zu werden,wobei die Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainer jeweils eine Längsachse aufweisen, die sich von einem Ende des Transportcontainers zu einem gegenüberliegenden Ende des Transportcontainers erstreckt, und wobei sich die obere Eintrittsöffnung parallel zu der Längsachse zwischen den gegenüberliegenden Enden des Containers erstreckt, undwobei die obere Eintrittsöffnung der Transportcontainer eine Länge aufweist, die größer ist als eine Länge der Steigrohrabschnitte, die in dem Transportcontainer zu halten sind, um zu ermöglichen, dass die Steigrohrabschnitte in einer seitlichen Richtung, d.h. im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu einer Längsachse des Steigrohrabschnitts, durch die obere Eintrittsöffnung gehoben und abgesenkt werden können, und um zu ermöglichen, dass die Steigrohrabschnitte in einer horizontalen Richtung in dem Container in der Lagerkonfiguration gelagert werden können,- eine Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5), die zum Handhaben von Steigrohrabschnitten (2) ausgestaltet ist, wobei die Handhabungsstation (5) ausgestaltet ist, um Seite an Seite mit einem oder zwei der mehreren Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainer (3) in der Lagerkonfiguration aufgestellt zu werden;- einen Brückenkran (4), der zum Heben und Absenken von Steigrohrabschnitten (2) in der seitlichen Richtung in den und aus dem Transportcontainer ausgestaltet ist, und eine Brückenkran-Steuervorrichtung zum Steuern der Bewegung des Brückenkrans; und- eine Brückenschiene (15), die mehrere Schienenabschnitte (6) umfasst, wobei die Brückenschiene ausgestaltet ist, um den Brückenkran (4) beweglich zu halten; wobei die mehreren Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainer (3) ausgestaltet sind, um an jedem Ende des Transportcontainers zwischen der oberen Eintrittsöffnung und den Enden des Transportcontainers die Brückenschiene (15) zu halten, wenn sie sich in der Lagerkonfiguration befindet, um dem Brückenkran (4) zu ermöglichen, in der Lagerkonfiguration über und entlang der mehreren Transportcontainer (3) zu fahren und Steigrohrabschnitte (2) zwischen den mehreren Transportcontainern (3) und der Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) zu bewegen.
- Modulares Steigrohrabschnitt-Lagerungs- und Handhabungssystem (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die mehreren Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainer (3) und die Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) jeweils einen Schienenabschnitt (6) der Schienenabschnitte (6) umfassen, die in Kombination die Brückenschiene (15) bilden, wobei vorzugsweise jeder Schienenabschnitt (6) zwei Schienenkomponenten umfasst, die auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Eintrittsöffnung angeordnet sind, so dass, wenn die Transportcontainer (3) in der Lagerkonfiguration aufgestellt sind, die Schienenabschnitte (6) die Brückenkran-Transportschiene (15) bilden.
- Modulares Steigrohrabschnitt-Lagerungs- und Handhabungssystem (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainer (3) jeweils Stapelrahmen (10) umfassen, wobei die Stapelrahmen (10) mit Stapelvorrichtungen zum Halten eines Stapels von Steigrohrabschnitten (2), einer über dem anderen, versehen sind.
- Modulares Steigrohrabschnitt-Lagerungs- und Handhabungssystem (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei jeder Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainer ein länglicher Container ist und an jedem Ende und an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der oberen Eintrittsöffnung des Containers einen verstärkten Rahmen umfasst, wobei die verstärkten Rahmen dem Container ermöglichen, die Schienenabschnitte und den Brückenkran, der sich entlang dieses Schienenabschnitts bewegt, während er einen Steigrohrabschnitt hält, zu tragen und diese Last auf das Deck des Schiffes zu übertragen,
wobei die verstärkten Rahmen z. B. Verbindungsvorrichtungen zum Befestigen der Transportcontainer aneinander in der Lagerkonfiguration und/oder Befestigungsvorrichtungen zum Befestigen des Transportcontainers an Halterungen in oder auf dem Deck des Schiffes umfassen. - Modulares Steigrohrabschnitt-Lagerungs- und Handhabungssystem (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainer (3) und die Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5), die ausgestaltet sind, um auf einem Deck (12) angeordnet zu werden, mit Befestigungsvorrichtungen zum Befestigen der Transportcontainer (3) in der Lagerkonfiguration an Halterungen auf dem Deck (12) des Schiffes versehen sind, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtungen vorzugsweise an Stapelrahmen (10) der Transportcontainer (3) vorgesehen sind.
- Modulares Steigrohrabschnitt-Lagerungs- und Handhabungssystem (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die mehreren Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainer (3) und die Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) Verbindungsvorrichtungen zum Verbinden benachbarter Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainer (3) und der Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) umfassen, wenn die mehreren Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainer (3) und die Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) auf dem Deck (12) des Schiffes angeordnet sind.
- Modulares Steigrohrabschnitt-Lagerungs- und -Handhabungssystem (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schienenabschnitte (6) Schienenabschnittsverbindungen (9) umfassen, die ausgestaltet sind, um eine Lücke zwischen den Schienenabschnitten (6) von zwei benachbarten Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainern (3) zu überbrücken, um eine im Wesentlichen durchgängige Verbindung zwischen den beiden Schienenabschnitten (6) bereitzustellen, beispielsweise an einem Ende gelenkig mit einem Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportbehälter (3) verbunden sind, um von einer eingefahrenen Position in eine ausgefahrene Position gedreht zu werden, in der sie in den Schienenabschnitt (6) eines benachbarten Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportbehälters (3) eingreifen
und/oder
wobei das System ferner Anschläge (61) umfasst, die an jedem Ende der Schiene bereitzustellen sind, wobei die Anschläge, wenn die mehreren Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainer (3) und die Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) auf dem Deck (12) des Schiffs in der Lagerkonfiguration platziert sind, an einem Ende der Brückenschiene (15) vorgesehen sind, um den Brückenkran (4) anzuhalten, wenn der Brückenkran (4) das Ende der Schiene erreicht. - Modulares Steigrohrabschnitt-Lagerungs- und -Handhabungssystem (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) einen Wagen (7) zum Transportieren der Steigrohrabschnitte (2) von dem modularen Steigrohrabschnitt-Lagerungs- und -Handhabungssystem (1) zu der Schusslinie eines Bohrturms umfasst und wobei die Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation ausgestaltet ist, um mit einer Wagenschiene (8) zusammenzuwirken, die auf dem Deck (12) des Schiffes vorgesehen ist, um dem Wagen (7) zu ermöglichen, sich zwischen der Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) und dem Bohrturm zu bewegen.
- Modulares Steigrohrabschnitt-Lagerungs- und Handhabungssystem (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die mehreren Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainer (3) und die Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) ausgestaltet sind, um die Brückenschiene (15) an jedem Ende des Transportcontainers zwischen der oberen Eintrittsöffnung und den Enden des Transportcontainers zu halten, wenn sie sich in der Lagerkonfiguration befinden, um dem Brückenkran (4) zu ermöglichen, über und entlang der mehreren Transportcontainer (3) in der Lagerkonfiguration zu fahren und Steigrohrabschnitte (2) zwischen den mehreren Transportcontainern (3) und der Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) zu bewegen,
und/oder
wobei die Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) zum Transportieren eines Steigrohrs in einer horizontalen Richtung in die Handhabungsstation hinein oder aus ihr heraus ausgestaltet ist. - Verfahren zum Lagern und Handhaben von Steigrohrabschnitten (2) unter Verwendung eines modularen Steigrohrabschnitt-Lagerungs- und Handhabungssystems (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst:- Lagern von Steigrohrabschnitten (2) zur Verwendung bei Bohrlochaktivitäten in Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainern (3), wobei jeder der mehreren Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainer (3) einen Brückenschienenabschnitt (6) umfasst, wobei der Brückenschienenabschnitt (6) an der Oberseite des jeweiligen Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainers (3) angeordnet ist;- Platzieren einer Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5), die für eine Handhabung von Steigrohrabschnitten ausgestaltet ist, auf dem Deck (12) eines Schiffes, wobei die Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) einen Brückenschienenabschnitt (6) umfasst, wobei der Brückenschienenabschnitt (6) auf einer Oberseite der Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) angeordnet ist;- Platzieren der mehreren Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainer (3) nebeneinander und/oder neben der Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) in einer Lagerkonfiguration auf dem Deck (12) des Schiffes, wobei die Schienenabschnitte (6) der Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainer (3) und der Schienenabschnitt (6) der Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) eine Brückenschiene bilden;- Platzieren eines Brückenkrans (4), der zum Heben von Steigrohrabschnitten (2) ausgestaltet ist, auf der Brückenschiene;- Bewegen des Schiffes zu einer Bohrlochposition; und- Verwenden des Brückenkrans (4), um Steigrohrabschnitte (2) aus den Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainern (3) zu heben und die Steigrohrabschnitte (2) zu der Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) zur Verwendung bei Bohrlochaktivitäten zu transportieren.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei das Verfahren ferner den Schritt eines miteinander Verbindens von benachbarten Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainern (3), die auf dem Deck (12) des Schiffes angeordnet sind, und der Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) mit Verbindungsvorrichtungen umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder Anspruch 11, wobei das Verfahren ferner den Schritt eines Befestigens der mehreren Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainer (3) und der Steigrohrabschnitt-Handhabungsstation (5) an dem Deck (12) des Schiffes unter Verwendung von Befestigungsvorrichtungen umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10-12, wobei das Verfahren ferner den Schritt eines Steuerns des Brückenkrans (4) unter Verwendung eines Steuersystems basierend auf einer Versorgung mit Steigrohrabschnitten (2) in den Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainern (3) und einem Bedarf an Steigrohrabschnitten (2) für die Bohrlochaktivitäten umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10-13, wobei die Steigrohrabschnitte (2) in einer Position parallel zu einem Boden eines Steigrohrabschnitt-Transportcontainers (3) gelagert werden.
- Offshore-Bohrschiff umfassend ein auf einem Deck angebrachtes modulares Steigrohrabschnitt-Lagerungs- und Handhabungssystem (1) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-9.
