Other surfaces can also be cleaned using the cleaning devices in question, for example housing facades.

In the DE 10 2012 105 232 A1 A cleaning device is proposed which has two disc brushes. The disc brushes each comprise a turbine wheel which can be supplied with pressurized cleaning liquid and which is coupled to a bristle disc on which cleaning bristles are arranged. The cleaning fluid is used for on the one hand, to put the bristle discs of the disc brushes into cleaning, and on the other hand, the surface to be cleaned can be cleaned using the cleaning liquid, the surface being simultaneously processed mechanically using the cleaning bristles.

From the EP 2 441 348 A1 a cleaning device for cleaning a surface is known, in which two cylindrical cleaning rollers are used, which are rotatable and interchangeable about a common axis of rotation and between which a drive unit with a turbine wheel is arranged, which can be acted upon with pressurized cleaning fluid. The turbine wheel is arranged between two driving members, each of which can be connected in a rotationally fixed and detachable manner to a cleaning roller and can be set in rotation about the common axis of rotation with the aid of the turbine wheel. For fixation on the driving members, the cleaning rollers are each assigned a fixing device, which can be releasably connected to a holding device.

In order to be able to effectively clean differently designed surfaces, it is helpful if the cleaning rollers can be replaced so that cleaning rollers adapted to the nature of the surfaces to be cleaned can be used. However, replacing the cleaning rollers is difficult in many cases because this usually requires tools to release the cleaning rollers from the driving members. Such tools are often not immediately available to the user when using the cleaning devices. In addition, replacing them is often quite difficult for technically inexperienced users.

From the DE 10 2007 006 654 A1 an attachment in the form of an electric motor-driven brush device for a vacuum cleaner is known. The brush device has a toothed belt drive that rotates two drive shafts arranged in alignment with one another about a common axis of rotation. A cleaning brush can be attached to each drive shaft, which is secured by a magnet against axial slipping from the drive shaft. The drive shafts each form a driver for a rotation-proof connection to the attached cleaning brush. The magnetic force of the magnet is adjusted so that the user can pull the cleaning brush axially from the drive shaft without tools, thereby removing the magnet's attachment.

A cleaning device with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is from the EP 2 441 347 A1 known.

The object of the present invention is to develop a cleaning device of the type mentioned in such a way that the cleaning rollers can be replaced in a simple manner.

This task is solved by a cleaning device with the features of patent claim 1.

The driving members of the cleaning device according to the invention can be set in rotation with the help of the turbine wheel. The cleaning rollers can each be connected in a rotationally fixed manner with a driving member, so that the cleaning rollers can also be set in rotation. The cleaning rollers are fixed to the driving members with the help of a fixing device which can be releasably connected to a holding device without tools. In order to prevent the fixing devices from unintentionally detaching from the holding device, the fixing devices are secured against unintentional detachment from the holding device using fixing elements. This ensures that the cleaning rollers cannot accidentally become detached from the driving links. If necessary, for example to replace the cleaning rollers, the fixing elements can be easily moved manually by the user from a fixing position to a release position without using a special tool. In the fixing position, the fixing elements secure the fixing devices against unintentional detachment from the holding device. For this purpose, the fixing elements are connected to the cleaning rollers in the fixing position. In the release position, the fixing elements are separated from the cleaning rollers, so that the fixing devices can be released from the holding device without special tools and thereby the fixation of the cleaning rollers on the driving members can be removed, so that the cleaning rollers can be separated from the driving members and replaced . The fixing elements can be handled without tools. This allows the cleaning rollers to be replaced without the use of a special tool.

A particularly simple handling of the cleaning device is achieved in an advantageous embodiment of the invention in that the cleaning rollers can be pluggably connected to the driving members in the axial direction with respect to the axis of rotation and can be fixed in the axial direction by means of the fixing devices. In such a configuration, the cleaning rollers can be attached to or inserted into the driving members in the axial direction. The cleaning rollers are axially fixed to the driving members by means of the fixing devices, which in turn are held on the holding device.

Preferably, the fixing devices for establishing a connection with the holding device are rotatable relative to the latter in a first direction of rotation about the axis of rotation of the cleaning rollers and secured by means of the fixing elements against unintentional rotation against the first direction of rotation when the fixing elements assume their fixing position. If the fixing elements assume their release position, the fixing devices can be rotated relative to the holding device against the first direction of rotation in order to release the connection to the holding device.

For example, it can be provided that the fixing devices can be releasably screwed to the holding device.

As already mentioned, the fixing elements can be connected in their fixing position to the respective assigned cleaning roller. According to the invention, the fixing elements can be locked in the fixing position with the respectively assigned cleaning roller.

It is advantageous if the two fixing devices are designed identically, because this further simplifies the handling of the cleaning device and can reduce the manufacturing costs of the cleaning device.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the holding device has a holding member which is aligned coaxially to the axis of rotation and preferably passes through the drive unit with play and which has two end sections facing away from one another, each of which can be releasably connected to a fixing device without tools. In such an embodiment of the invention, the drive unit is penetrated by an elongated holding member, the end sections of which facing away from one another can each be connected to a fixing device, with no special tool being required to produce this connection. In such an embodiment of the invention, the fixing devices can be connected without tools on the one hand to an end section of the holding member and on the other hand via at least one fixing element to a cleaning roller.

The end sections of the holding member preferably protrude from the drive unit in the axial direction.

A particularly simple handling of the cleaning device according to the invention is achieved in an advantageous embodiment of the invention in that the end sections of the holding member can each be screwed to a fixing device without tools. For example, it can be provided that the holding member passing through the drive unit has blind holes with internal threads on its end sections facing away from one another, into each of which a fixing bolt of the fixing device can be screwed, which has an external thread designed to complement the internal thread of the blind hole.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the fixing elements are in engagement with the associated cleaning roller in the fixing position and are out of engagement with the associated cleaning roller in the release position.

Particularly simple handling is achieved in a preferred embodiment of the invention in that the fixing elements can be moved from the fixing position into the release position against a spring force. In order to release the connection between a fixation element and the associated cleaning roller, the user can move the fixation element from the fixation position into the release position against the spring force that acts on the fixation element. If the connection to the cleaning roller is to be restored, the user only needs to release the fixing element so that it then automatically moves into its fixing position under the influence of the spring force.

It is advantageous if the fixing elements can be moved back and forth in the radial direction between the fixing position and the release position in relation to the axis of rotation of the cleaning rollers.

It is particularly advantageous if the fixing devices each have two fixing elements which are diametrically opposed to one another with respect to the axis of rotation of the cleaning rollers. This allows the user, in order to release the connection between the fixing elements of a fixing device and the associated cleaning roller, to move the fixing elements in the radial direction inwards, for example to press them together, so that they release the connection to the cleaning roller.

It is particularly advantageous if the fixing elements have a locking pawl on their end side facing the assigned cleaning roller, which dip into a locking receptacle of the assigned cleaning roller when the fixing elements are in the fixing position.

It is advantageous if the locking receptacle extends parallel to the axis of rotation of the associated cleaning roller.

Preferably, a plurality of locking receptacles are arranged on an inside of the associated cleaning roller, which follow one another in the circumferential direction of the cleaning roller and form a sawtooth-like profile, each having a substantially perpendicular to the circumferential direction, i.e. H. have a radially aligned first locking edge and a second locking edge aligned at an acute angle to the circumferential direction. Such a configuration has the advantage that the fixing devices for establishing a rotary connection with the holding device can be rotated with little effort in a first direction of rotation about the common axis of rotation of the cleaning rollers, the locking pawl of the at least one fixing element being aligned at an acute angle to the circumferential direction of the second Can slide along locking flanks. However, a rotational movement of the fixing device in the opposite direction, that is to say to release the rotary connection with the holding device, is only possible if the at least one fixing element assumes its release position, since otherwise the locking pawl of the at least one fixing element will be on a first oriented essentially perpendicular to the circumferential direction The locking edge of a locking receptacle comes into contact and thereby prevents further rotational movement of the fixing device.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the cleaning rollers each have a mounting body which can be pluggably connected in the axial direction to a driving member of the drive unit, and the fixing devices each have a stop element which can be placed on an end face of the mounting body facing away from the drive unit, the Mounting body can be fixed in the axial direction on the driving member by means of the stop element. In such an embodiment of the invention, an unintentional loosening of the plug connection between a cleaning roller and a driving member is prevented by the stop element of the associated Fixing device is prevented, which comes to rest on the end face of the mounting body facing away from the drive unit and thereby prevents axial movement of the mounting body in the direction facing away from the drive unit.

It is advantageous if the cleaning rollers each have a roller body which surrounds a mounting body and which has a cleaning coating or bristles on its outside. For example, a cleaning fleece, a cleaning textile or, for example, a microfiber trim can be used as a cleaning covering. Alternatively, the roller body can also have bristles on its outside with a large number of cleaning bristles.

It is advantageous if the roller body has an end region facing the drive unit, into which a portion of the drive unit is immersed. The end region of the roller body thus surrounds a portion of the drive unit. This allows a particularly compact design of the cleaning device.

As already mentioned at the beginning, the driving members of the drive unit are rotated by the turbine wheel. It is advantageous here if the turbine wheel is connected to the driving elements via gears. The gears enable the speed of the turbine wheel to be reduced so that the speed of the driving links and cleaning rollers is lower than the speed of the turbine wheel rotated by the pressurized cleaning fluid. The speed of the turbine wheel can be, for example, 20,000 revolutions per minute, whereas the speed of the driving members and cleaning rollers can be, for example, 200 to 400 revolutions per minute.

It is advantageous if the gears are designed in the form of planetary gears. Here, for example, it can be provided that the turbine wheel is rotationally fixed, for example, is connected in one piece to sun gears of the planetary gears, which are coupled to ring gears via planet gears, the ring gears each being connected in a rotationally fixed manner to a driving member.

The driving members can, for example, be designed in the form of a polygon, for example in the form of a square or a hexagon.

The cleaning rollers can preferably be connected to the driving members in a form-fitting manner.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the drive unit has a turbine housing in which the turbine wheel is arranged, with an inlet line for pressurized cleaning fluid opening into the turbine housing upstream of the turbine wheel and an outlet line from the turbine housing downstream of the turbine wheel, based on the flow direction of the cleaning fluid leads out, via which the cleaning liquid can be fed to a liquid distribution device. In such a configuration, the pressurized cleaning liquid is first supplied to the turbine wheel via the inlet line, so that it is set in rotation by the pressurized cleaning liquid, and then the cleaning liquid is fed out of the drive unit via the outlet line and to a liquid distribution device. By means of the liquid distribution device, the cleaning liquid can be applied to the outside of the cleaning rollers and/or to the surface to be cleaned. Such a configuration has the advantage that no flow paths have to be provided within the cleaning rollers for the cleaning liquid in order to lead it out of the cleaning rollers.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the liquid distribution device has a distribution line which is arranged parallel to the axis of rotation and at a distance from the cleaning rollers and which has a plurality of outlet openings.

In the drawing, an advantageous embodiment of a cleaning device according to the invention is shown schematically and is given the overall reference number 10. The cleaning device 10 has a first cleaning roller 12 and a second cleaning roller 14, which are rotatable about a common axis of rotation 16 and can be set in rotation by a drive unit 18 arranged between the two cleaning rollers 12, 14.

Like in particular from the Figures 3 and 4 becomes clear, the drive unit 18 has a turbine housing 20 in which a turbine wheel 22 is rotatably mounted. The turbine wheel 22 has a plurality of turbine blades 24, which are arranged evenly distributed over the circumference of the turbine wheel 22. An inlet line 26, which has an inlet nozzle 28 in its mouth area, opens into the turbine housing 20. Pressurized cleaning fluid can be supplied to the turbine housing 20 via the inlet line 26 and the inlet nozzle 28, which can be directed onto the turbine blades 24 by means of the inlet nozzle 28, so that the turbine wheel 22 rotates around the axis of rotation 16 due to the application of the pressurized cleaning fluid can be rotated. The cleaning liquid can then be led out of the turbine housing 20 via an outlet line 30. At the end of the outlet line 30 facing away from the turbine housing 20, a liquid distributor device 32 is arranged, which is in flow connection with the turbine housing 20 via the outlet line 30 and has a distribution line 34. The distribution line 34 is arranged parallel to the axis of rotation 16 and at a distance from the two cleaning rollers 12, 14. The distribution line 34 extends practically over the entire length of the two cleaning rollers 12, 14 and has a plurality of outlet openings 36 through which the cleaning liquid flowing out of the turbine housing 20 can be applied to the outside of the cleaning rollers 12, 14. The cleaning liquid can be applied to a surface to be cleaned from the cleaning rollers 12, 14. It can also be provided that the cleaning liquid hits the surface to be cleaned directly.

The drive unit 18 has a first planetary gear 38 and a second planetary gear 40. The turbine wheel 22 is arranged between the two planetary gears 38, 40. The two planetary gears 38, 40 are designed identically. With the aid of the first planetary gear 38, the rotational movement of the turbine wheel 22 can be transmitted to a first driving member 42, and by means of the second planetary gear 40, the rotational movement of the turbine wheel 22 can be transmitted to a second driving member 44. The planetary gears 38, 40 enable the speed of the turbine wheel 22 to be reduced, so that the speed of the driving members 42, 44 is lower than the speed of the turbine wheel 22. The speed of the turbine wheel 22 can be, for example, 20,000 revolutions per minute, whereas the speed of the two Driving links 42, 44 can be, for example, 200 to 400 revolutions per minute.

The first planetary gear 38 has a first sun gear 46, which is connected in one piece to the turbine wheel 22 and is coupled via first planet gears 48 to a first ring gear 50, which is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the first driving member 42.

The second planetary gear 40 has a second sun gear 52, which is connected in one piece to the turbine wheel 22 and is coupled via second planetary gears 54 to a second ring gear 56, which is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the second driving member 44.

The drive unit 18 has a drive housing 58, which is formed by the turbine housing 20 and by a first housing shell 60 and a second housing shell 62. The first housing shell 60 surrounds the first planetary gear 38 and the second housing shell 62 surrounds the second planetary gear 40.

The first driving member 42 protrudes from the first housing shell with a first driving section 64 in the direction facing away from the turbine wheel 22 60 and is designed in the form of a polygon, for example in the form of a square or hexagon. In a corresponding manner, the second driving member 44 projects out of the second housing shell 62 with a second driving section 66 in the direction facing away from the first driving section 64 and is designed as a polygon, for example as a square or hexagon.

A holding device 67 with a holding member, which is designed as a holding shaft 68 in the exemplary embodiment shown, passes through the drive unit 18 with play and is aligned coaxially with the axis of rotation 16. The holding shaft 68 has a first end section 70 which protrudes from the first driving section 64 of the first driving member 42 in the direction facing away from the turbine wheel 22 and has a first blind bore 72 with a first internal thread 74. At its end region facing away from the first end section 70, the Holding shaft 68 has a second end section 76, which protrudes from the second driving section 66 of the second driving member 44 in the direction facing away from the first end section 70 and has a second blind bore 78 with a second internal thread 80.

The first cleaning roller 12 has a first roller body 82, which is designed in the form of a hollow cylinder and has a first bristle 84 on its outside with a plurality of first cleaning bristles 86.

The first cleaning roller 12 also has a first mounting body 88, which is surrounded by the first roller body 82 and is connected to it in a rotationally fixed manner. The first mounting body 88 has a first mounting sleeve 90 aligned coaxially with the axis of rotation 16, which can be positively attached to the first driving section 64 in the axial direction in relation to the axis of rotation 16 without using a tool, so that the first mounting body 88 and with it the complete first cleaning roller 12 is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the first driving section 64 of the first driving member 42.

In a corresponding manner, the second cleaning roller 14 has a second roller body 92, which has a second bristle 94 on its outside with a plurality of second cleaning bristles 96. The second roller body 92 surrounds a second mounting body 98, which is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the second roller body 92 and has a second mounting sleeve 100, which can be plugged onto the second driving section 66 in a form-fitting manner in the axial direction with respect to the axis of rotation 16 without the use of a tool, so that the second mounting body 98 and with it the complete second cleaning roller 14 are rotationally fixed to the second driving section 66 the second driving member 44 is connected.

The two roller bodies 82, 92 each have an end region 83 or 93 facing the drive unit 18, into which a partial region of the drive unit 18 is immersed.

For axially fixing the two cleaning rollers 12, 14 on the respective associated driving members 42, 44, the cleaning device 10 has a first fixing device 102 that can be handled without tools and a second fixing device 103 that can be handled without tools. The two fixing devices 102, 103 are designed identically. With the help of the first fixing device 102, the first cleaning roller 12 can be fixed on the first driving member 42 and with the help of the second fixing device 103, the second cleaning roller 14 can be fixed on the second driving member 44.

The first fixing device 102 has a fixing bolt 104, which can be screwed into the first blind hole 72 of the holding shaft 68 with a bolt section 106 facing the drive unit 18. For this purpose, the bolt section 106 has an external thread 108 designed to be complementary to the first internal thread 74. At a distance from the external thread 108, the fixing bolt 104 has a radial extension, which forms a stop element 110 which rests on an end face 112 of the first mounting body 88 facing away from the drive unit 18 arrives, so that the first mounting body 88 is fixed in the axial direction on the first driving member 42 by means of the stop element 110.

At its free end facing away from the holding shaft 68, the fixing bolt 104 carries a fixing head 114, which is in the Figures 5 , 7 and 8th is shown enlarged. The fixing head 114 has a fixing body 116, which is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the fixing bolt 104 and forms a rotary knob 118 on its outside facing away from the drive unit 18. The rotary knob 118 extends perpendicular to the axis of rotation 16 and is accessible to the user on the end side 120 of the first cleaning roller 12 facing away from the drive unit 18. Using the rotary knob 118, the fixing bolt 104 can be screwed to the holding shaft 68.

In order to prevent unintentional loosening of the connection between the fixing bolt 104 and the holding shaft 68, the fixing head 114 has two diametrically opposed fixing elements 122, 124, which can be inserted in the radial direction without tools between one in Figure 7 shown, radially outer fixation position and an in Figure 8 shown, radially inner release position can be moved back and forth. The fixing elements 122, 124 are each pressed radially outwards into their release position by a return spring 126, 127. The first return spring 126 applies a radially outwardly directed spring force to the first fixing element 122, and the second return spring 127 applies a radially outwardly directed spring force to the second fixation element 124.

The two fixing elements 122, 124 each have a locking pawl 132, 134 on their end side 128, 130 facing away from the axis of rotation 16. The first roller body 82 surrounds the first fixing device 102 and has a plurality of locking receptacles 138 on its inside 136 at the level of the fixing head 114, which are groove-shaped and extend parallel to the axis of rotation 16. The latching receptacles 138 are designed identically and each have a first latching flank 140 and a second latching flank 142 on. This will be out Figure 8 clearly. The first latching flank 140 is aligned essentially radially to the axis of rotation 16 and thus essentially perpendicular to the circumferential direction of the inside 136 of the first roller body 82, whereas the second latching flank 142 is aligned at an acute angle to the circumferential direction of the inside 136. In their entirety, the locking receptacles 138 form a sawtooth-like profile 144. This is particularly evident from the Figures 5 and 9 clearly. When screwing the fixing bolt 104 into the first blind hole 72 of the holding shaft 68, the locking pawls 132, 134 of the two fixing elements 122, 124 can slide along the second locking flanks 142 without the fixing elements 122, 124 being pulled out by the user against the spring forces of the return springs 126, 127 their fixation position must be moved into the release position. However, releasing the rotary connection between the fixing bolt 104 and the holding shaft 68 is only possible if the user moves the fixing elements 122, 124 into their release position, since otherwise the locking pawls 132, 134 each come into contact with a first locking edge 140 of a locking receptacle 138 and consequently the fixing head 114 cannot be rotated any further.

In their fixing position, the fixing elements 122, 124 are in engagement with the first roller body 82 of the first cleaning roller 12, so that the fixing bolt 104 cannot be released from the holding shaft 68 and consequently the first mounting body 88 of the first cleaning roller 12 in the axial direction on the first driving member 42 is fixed. The first cleaning roller 12 can therefore not unintentionally detach itself from the first driving member 42 and thus from the drive unit 18.

If the first cleaning roller 12 is to be replaced, it is only necessary for the user to move the fixing elements 122, 124 into their release position and then turn the rotary knob 118 in order to loosen the screw connection between the fixing bolt 104 and the holding shaft 68. The stop element 110 thereby provides the end face 112 of the first Mounting body 88 free, so that the first cleaning roller 12 can be pulled off the first driving member 42 in the axial direction. If the first cleaning roller 12 is to be connected again to the first driving member 42, the first cleaning roller 12 can be plugged back onto the first driving member 42, so that a rotation-proof connection is established between the first driving member 42 and the first cleaning roller 12, and then can the first fixing device 102 is inserted into the first roller body 82 and the fixing bolt 104 is screwed to the holding shaft 68. Replacing the first cleaning roller 12 is therefore very easy for the user and no special tools are required.

In a corresponding manner, the second cleaning roller 14 with its second mounting body 98 can also be plugged onto the second driving section 66 of the second driving member 44, whereby a non-rotatable connection is established. By means of the second fixing device 103, which is designed in the same way as the first fixing device 102, the second cleaning roller 14 can then be fixed in the axial direction on the second driving section 66 by screwing a fixing bolt 146 of the second fixing device 103 into the second blind hole 78 of the holding shaft 68, so that a stop element 148 of the fixing bolt 146 of the second fixing device 103 comes to rest on an end face 150 of the second mounting sleeve 100 facing away from the drive unit 18. In a similar manner to the first fixing device 102, the second fixing device 103 also has a fixing head 152 with a rotary knob and with two fixing elements 156, 158, the fixing elements 156, 158 carrying locking pawls which engage in a fixing position with locking receptacles 160, which are arranged at the level of the fixing head 152 on the inside 162 of the second roller body 92. An unintentional detachment of the second cleaning roller 14 from the second driving member 44 is thereby reliably prevented. If necessary, the fixing elements 156, 158 of the second fixing device 103 can be moved into their release position, so that the connection of the second fixing device 103 released with the holding shaft 68 and the second cleaning roller 14 can be removed from the second driving member 44. Replacing the second cleaning roller 14 is therefore very easy for the user, with no special tools being required.

The cleaning device according to the invention is therefore characterized by easy handling, whereby the cleaning rollers can be replaced if necessary without the need for special tools.
