Claims (15)

  1. Notfallvorrichtung (2) welche zur Unterstützung von Rettungskräften (12) am Boden bei der Rettung von Personen aus einer hängenden oder erhöhten Struktur (1) aktiviert werden kann, umfassend:
    einen Seildurchführungsring (7), der an der hängenden oder erhöhten Struktur (1) befestigt und zum Tragen des Gewichts von einer oder mehreren Personen geeignet ist;
    einen Ballast (6), der im freien Fall von der hängenden oder erhöhten Struktur (1) abgeworfen werden kann;
    eine Pilotleine (8), die an den Ballast gebunden und durch den Seildurchführungsring (7) verdoppelt ist, d.h. beide Enden (8', 8") der Pilotleine (8) an den Ballast gebunden sind, und die Pilotleine (8) durch den Seildurchführungsring (7) durchgeführt ist;
    wobei der zu Boden fallende Ballast (6) das Entfalten der Pilotleine (8) bewirkt, und
    wobei die Pilotleine (8) dazu vorgesehen ist, ein Rettungsseil (13) durch die Rettungskräfte zu hissen,
    wobei der Seildurchführungsring (7) drehbar in einer zur Pilotleine (8) orthogonalen Ebene angebracht ist.
  2. Vorrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 1, die ein Verdrehschutz-Element (70) umfasst, das funktionell zwischen der hängenden oder erhöhten Struktur (1) und dem Seildurchführungsring (7) angeordnet ist, und wobei der Seildurchführungsring (7) von dem Verdrehschutz-Element (70) um eine vertikale Achse (X) drehbar getragen wird, sodass die Rettungskräfte die Pilotleine (8) oder das Rettungsseil (13), die gegebenenfalls um sich selbst verdreht sind, durch Entfernen der jeweiligen Enden (8', 8"; 13', 13") voneinander entwirren können.
  3. Vorrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, ferner umfassend ein starres oder flexibles Verankerungselement (4) zur Verankerung des Seildurchführungsrings (7) an der hängenden oder erhöhten Struktur (1), beispielsweise einen Riemen, ein Kabel oder ein starres Element, wobei das Verankerungselement (4) zum Tragen des Gewichts einer oder mehrerer Personen geeignet ist, und wobei der Seildurchführungsring (7) gegenüber dem Verankerungselement (4) um eine vertikale Achse (X) drehbar angebracht ist.
  4. Vorrichtung (2) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, mit einem Stiftelement (72), das direkt oder mittels eines starren oder flexiblen Verankerungselements (4) an der hängenden oder erhöhten Struktur (1) befestigt ist, und wobei der Seildurchführungsring (7) durch das Stiftelement (72) drehbar gelagert ist, und der Seildurchführungsring (7) auf dem Stiftelement (72) in zwei Drehrichtungen frei drehbar ist.
  5. Vorrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 1, umfassend ein Stiftelement (72), das an der hängenden oder erhöhten Struktur (1) befestigt ist, und wobei der Seildurchführungsring (7) an dem Stiftelement (72) auf einer vertikalen Achse (X) drehbar angelenkt ist.
  6. Vorrichtung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1-5, umfassend ein Gehäuse (3), wobei der Ballast (6) in das Gehäuse (3) eingesetzt und vor Luft und Witterungseinflüssen geschützt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 6, umfassend einen Aktuator (16), der zum Ausstoßen des Ballastes (6) aus dem Gehäuse (3) in Antwort auf eine vom Benutzer gegebene manuelle Bedienung oder in Antwort auf eine Fernsteuerung eingerichtet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Aktuator (16) in dem Gehäuse (3) aufgenommen ist und aus der Gruppe umfassend mechanische, pneumatische, elektrische Aktuatoren ausgewählt wird und mit einem manuellen Aktivierungssystem (19) und/oder einer Schnittstelle zum Empfang eines drahtlosen Fernaktivierungssignals versehen ist.
  9. Vorrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 7 oder Anspruch 8, wobei der Aktuator (16) umfasst:
    - eine Druckgasdose (17) und ein Absperrventil (18) zum Absperren des Auslasses der Druckgasdose (17), wobei das Absperrventil (18) durch den Benutzer, z.B. mittels eines Knopfes oder einer Kette (19), oder ferngesteuert, z.B. mittels eines Funksignals, gesteuert werden kann, um das Druckgas in das Gehäuse (3) freizusetzen und das Auswerfen des Ballastes (6) und das Entfalten der Pilotleine (8) zu verursachen, oder alternativ dazu
    - eine Druckgasdose (17) und eine Vorrichtung zum Perforieren einer die Druckgasdose (17) selbst verschließenden Membran, wobei die Vorrichtung vom Benutzer betätigt werden kann, um das Gas abzulassen und sowohl das Auswerfen des Ballastes(6) als auch das Entfalten der Pilotleine (8) zu verursachen.
  10. Vorrichtung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Ballast (6) auch als Behälter für die Pilotleine (8) dient und die Pilotleine (8) sich während des Sturzes aus dem Ballast-Behälter (6) entfalten kann.
  11. Vorrichtung (2) nach Anspruch 10, wobei der Ballast-Behälter (6) becherförmig ausgebildet ist und einen nach innen ragenden Haltering (11) aufweist, und wobei die Enden (8', 8") der Pilotleine (8) mit dem Haltering (11) verknotet sind, und der Knoten von einer Rettungsperson (12) am Boden gelöst werden kann, um das Rettungsseil (13) an einem Ende (8") der Pilotleine (8) anzubinden und das Rettungsseil (13) durch Ziehen am anderen Ende (8') der Pilotleine (8) zu hissen.
  12. Vorrichtung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 6-11, wobei der Ballast (6) das Gehäuse (3) hermetisch abdichtet.
  13. Vorrichtung (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 6-12, umfassend einen an dem zur Verankerung an der Struktur (1) vorgesehenen Verankerungselement (4) befestigten Verschluss (3'), wobei der Verschluss (3') das Gehäuse (3) bei darin befindlichem Ballast (6) hermetisch abdichtet und bei Aktivierung der Notfallvorrichtung (2) ausgeworfen wird und dabei am Verankerungselement (4) verankert bleibt.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend:
    - ein Gehäuse (3), in dem der Ballast (6) und die zusammengelegte Pilotleitung (8) untergebracht sind,
    - einen Aktuator (16), der zum Auswerfen des Ballastes (6) aus dem Gehäuse (3) in Antwort auf eine manuelle Bedienung durch den Benutzer oder in Antwort auf eine Fernsteuerung eingerichtet ist und die Entfaltung der Pilotleine (8) verursacht,
    - einen Verschluss (3'), der an dem zur Verankerung an der Struktur (1) vorgesehenen Verankerungselement (4) befestigt ist, wobei der Verschluss (3') das Gehäuse (3) hermetisch abdichtet, wenn der Ballast (6) und die Pilotleine (8) darin aufgenommen sind, und ausgestoßen wird, wenn der Aktuator (16) aktiviert wird.
  15. Kit umfassend eine Notfallvorrichtung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und ein Rettungsseil (13), das an der Pilotleine (8) zur Hindurchführung durch den Seildurchführungsring (7) befestigt werden kann.
