Claims (11)
- Casque (100) destiné à protéger la tête d'un porteur (107) comprenant :une couche protectrice (106) configurée pour, lorsque le casque (100) est impacté par une force (105), absorber la composante normale (102) de celle-ci par compression et rupture (211, 212, 510, 601) lorsque la composante tangentielle (103) de la force dépasse un seuil prédéfini, dans lequel la couche protectrice (106) comprend une mousse à cellules fermées configurée pour effectuer ladite absorption et ladite rupture, caractérisé en ce que la mousse à cellules fermées comprend des billes expansées, et dans lequel la couche protectrice (106) comprend un mélange de billes et de seconds granulés, ou un mélange de billes de densités différentes, dans lequel les billes comportent une première densité comprise entre 50 et 70 m-3.kg, de préférence 60 m-3.kg ; etune seconde densité comprise entre 90 et 110m-3.kg, de préférence 100m-3.kg.
- Casque (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la couche protectrice (100) est en outre agencée de sorte que la rupture débute au niveau d'une frontière entre les billes et les granulés.
- Casque (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les billes et les granulés comportent un diamètre allant d'environ 0,5 mm à environ 5 mm, de préférence allant d'environ 1 mm à environ 3 mm.
- Casque (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le mélange comprend entre 25 et 75 pour cent en poids, de préférence 50 pour cent en poids des billes avec la première densité.
- Casque (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la couche protectrice (106) comprend :- une première couche (200, 500) ; et- des protubérances (202, 300, 301, 400, 401, 502) s'étendant à partir de la première couche (200, 500) ; etdans lequel les protubérances (202, 300, 301, 400, 401, 502) sont configurées pour se rompre (510) de la première couche (200, 500) lorsque le seuil prédéfini est dépassé.
- Casque (100) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la couche protectrice (106) comprend en outre une seconde couche (201) recouvrant les protubérances (202, 300, 301, 400, 401).
- Casque (100) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la seconde couche (201) comprend également des protubérances (202, 300, 301, 400, 401) configurées pour se rompre (211) de la seconde couche (201) lorsque le seuil prédéfini est dépassé.
- Casque (100) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel les protubérances (202, 300, 301, 400, 401) de la première couche (200) et les protubérances (202, 300, 301, 400, 401) de la seconde couche (201) se font face les unes les autres.
- Casque (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, dans lequel la première (200) et la seconde couche (201) sont raccordées l'une à l'autre par les protubérances (202, 300, 301, 400, 401).
- Casque (100) selon la revendication 8 et 9, dans lequel les protubérances (202, 300, 301, 400, 401) de la première couche (200) sont interconnectées avec les protubérances de la seconde couche (201).
- Casque (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 10, dans lequel les protubérances (202, 300, 301, 400, 401, 502) comprennent au moins l'une du groupe de :- une protubérance tubulaire (202) ;- une protubérance en forme de poutre ;- une protubérance conique (302) avec une base elliptique ou polygonale (310).
