Claims (15)
- Buse de rotor (1), en particulier pour nettoyeur haute pression (2), avec un boîtier de buse (5) qui présente une chambre de turbulence (8) entre une ouverture d'entrée (7) et une ouverture de sortie (6), un rotor (9) incliné par rapport à un axe longitudinal (L) du boîtier de buse (5) étant disposé dans le boîtier de buse (5), le rotor (9) étant supporté de manière mobile sur un côté tourné vers l'ouverture de sortie (6) et étant monté, sur un côté opposé à l'ouverture de sortie (6), sur une partie de palier (12) pouvant tourner autour de l'axe longitudinal (L), la partie de palier (12) pouvant être mise en rotation par le fluide (F) pénétrant dans la chambre de turbulence (8) par l'ouverture d'entrée (7),
la partie de palier (12) présentant un contrepoids (15) qui est conçu pour compenser une force centrifuge (16) provoquée par la masse du rotor (9) en fonctionnement, caractérisée en ce que la masse du contrepoids (15) dépasse la masse nécessaire pour compenser la force centrifuge (16), de sorte qu'en fonctionnement, une composante radiale (18) d'un recul (17) généré par une sortie du fluide (F) à travers l'ouverture de sortie (6) est compensée au moins partiellement en complément de la force centrifuge (16). - Buse de rotor selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le contrepoids (15) ou sa masse est dimensionné et/ou disposé de telle sorte que le contrepoids (15) génère, pour un débit volumique de sortie nominal de la buse de rotor (1), une force antagoniste (19) qui compense au moins sensiblement une somme de la force centrifuge (16) provoquée par le rotor (9) et de la composante radiale (18).
- Buse de rotor selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le contrepoids (15) ou sa masse est dimensionné et/ou disposé de telle sorte que, lorsque le débit volumique de sortie nominal n'est pas atteint, la somme de la force centrifuge (16) et de la composante radiale (18) est surcompensée et/ou, lorsque le débit volumique de sortie nominal est dépassé, la somme de la force centrifuge (16) et de la composante radiale (18) est sous-compensée.
- Buse de rotor selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la disposition et/ou la masse du contrepoids (15) est/sont modifiable(s) et/ou en ce que le contrepoids (15) est interchangeable.
- Buse de rotor selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie de palier (12) présente un ou plusieurs logements de poids (20), de sorte qu'en insérant différents corps de poids dans le ou les logements de poids (20), le contrepoids (15) est réglable.
- Buse de rotor selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le contrepoids (15) présente plusieurs corps de poids séparés.
- Buse de rotor selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie de palier (12) présente une partie d'aubes (21) avec des aubes (22), par lesquelles la partie de palier (12) peut être mise en rotation.
- Buse de rotor selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la partie de palier (12) est en plusieurs parties, la partie de palier (12) présentant un dispositif de palier (23) couplé de manière solidaire en rotation à la partie d'aubes (21), le dispositive de palier présentant ou formant un palier (13) pour le rotor (9).
- Buse de rotor selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que différents dispositifs de palier (23) peuvent être couplés à la partie d'aubes (21), qui se distinguent par la position, en particulier radiale, du palier (13) pour le rotor (9) et/ou du contrepoids (15).
- Buse de rotor selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture d'entrée (7) présente une direction de sortie qui est transversale à une direction radiale.
- Buse de rotor selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le palier (13) présente un élément de palier (24) soumis à la pression, grâce auquel le rotor (9) est logé au moins sensiblement sans jeu.
- Buse de rotor selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le contrepoids (15) est mobile et/ou déplaçable, de sorte qu'une distance du contrepoids (15) et/ou de son centre de gravité par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (L) peut être modifiée en fonction d'une vitesse de rotation de la partie de palier (12) et/ou d'un débit volumique de sortie, en particulier augmente avec une vitesse de rotation croissante de la partie de palier (12) et/ou avec un débit volumique de sortie croissant.
- Buse de rotor selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le contrepoids (15) ou sa masse est donc de préférence plus lourd d'au moins 5 %, de préférence 10 %, en particulier 15 %, et/ou moins de 1500 %, de préférence 1000 %, en particulier 500 %, qu'il ne le serait pour compenser uniquement la force centrifuge (16).
- Buse de rotor selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le contrepoids (15) ou sa masse est de préférence dimensionné de manière à compenser la composante radiale (18) à hauteur d'au moins 5 %, de préférence 10 %, en particulier 15 %, et/ou moins de 190 %, de préférence 180 %, en particulier 170 %.
- Buse de rotor selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la buse de rotor (1) est conçue pour que le fluide (F) sorte par l'ouverture de sortie (6) du rotor incliné (9) sous la forme d'un jet dans la direction de l'orientation du rotor (9) et, en raison du mouvement du rotor (9) pendant le fonctionnement de la buse de rotor (1), l'orientation du rotor (9) et donc la direction du jet changent continuellement de manière circulaire.
