Claims (14)

  1. Leitungsschutzschalter, der ein Gehäuse und einen Leitungsschutzschalter-Phasen-Pol (1) und ein Fehlerstromschutz-Pol (2), die an zwei Seiten des Gehäuses Seite an Seite angeordnet sind, umfasst, der Fehlerstromschutz-Pol (2) einen Null-Stromwandler (21), einen Fehlerstrom-Betätigungsmechanismus (22), und einen Fehlerstrom-Prüfmechanismus (25) umfasst, und eine Hauptschleife des Leitungsschutzschalter-Phasen-Pols (1) durch den Null-Stromwandler (21) führt; der Fehlerstrom-Prüfmechanismus (25) ein elastisches Element (26), eine Prüftaste (29), und ein erstes Kontaktelement (27) und ein zweites Kontaktelement (28) umfasst, die jeweils mit zwei Enden einer Prüfschleife verbunden sind, ein Ende des elastischen Elements (26) mit einem ersten Kontaktabschnitt (261) versehen ist, das mit dem Fehlerstrom-Betätigungsmechanismus (22) oder einem Phasen-Pol-Betätigungsmechanismus (14) zusammenpasst, das andere Ende des elastischen Elements (26) mit einem zweiten Kontaktabschnitt (262) versehen ist, der mit der Prüftaste (29) zusammenpasst, die Prüftaste (29) in der Lage ist, den zweiten Kontaktabschnitt (262) zu drücken, um das zweite Kontaktelement (28) zu berühren; wobei der Fehlerstrom-Betätigungsmechanismus (22) in der Lage ist, den ersten Kontaktabschnitt (261) zu drücken, um das erste Kontaktelement (27) zu berühren, wenn der Leitungsschutzschalter eingeschaltet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fehlerstrom-Betätigungsmechanismus (22) einen Schutzhebel (221), der schwenkbar in dem Gehäuse installiert ist, und einen Schutzsprungbügel (222) und eine Schutzsperrklinke (224) umfasst, die jeweils schwenkbar an dem Schutzhebel (221) installiert sind und ineinandergreifen, der Schutzsprungbügel (222) mit einem Ende einer Schutzverbindungsstange (223) gelenkig befestigt ist, das andere Ende der Schutzverbindungsstange (223) mit einem Leitungsschutzschalter-Griff (31) gelenkig befestigt ist, ein Ende der Schutzsperrklinke (224) entsprechend zu einem Fehlerstrom-Auslöser (23) angeordnet ist, das erste Kontaktelement (27) an einer Seite des Schutzhebels (221) angeordnet ist, der erste Kontaktabschnitt (261) des elastischen Elements (26) sich zwischen dem Schutzhebel (221) und dem ersten Kontaktelement (27) erstreckt, um mit den Schutzhebel (221) zusammenzupassen, und das elastische Element (26) den Schutzhebel (221) antreibt, um sich schneller zu drehen, wenn freigegeben.
  2. Leitungsschutzschalter nach Anspruch 1, wobei das elastische Element (26) eine Torsionsfeder ist, das elastische Element (26) einen Spiralabschnitt (263) umfasst, der zwischen dem ersten Kontaktabschnitt (261) und dem zweiten Kontaktabschnitt (262) verbunden ist, der Spiralabschnitt (263) an einem Federschaft (260) des Gehäuses installiert ist, der erste Kontaktabschnitt (261) und der zweite Kontaktabschnitt (262) beide vertikal zu einer Achse des Spiralabschnitts (263) angeordnet sind, der erste Kontaktabschnitt (261) sich zwischen dem Schutzhebel (221) und dem ersten Kontaktelement (27) erstreckt, und der zweite Kontaktabschnitt (262) sich zwischen der Prüftaste (29) und dem zweiten Kontaktelement (28) erstreckt.
  3. Leitungsschutzschalter nach Anspruch 2, wobei das erste Kontaktelement (27) und das zweite Kontaktelement (28) unter dem Fehlerstrom-Betätigungsmechanismus (22) angeordnet sind, das erste Kontaktelement (27) zwischen dem zweiten Kontaktelement (28) und dem elastischen Element (26) angeordnet ist, die Prüftaste (29) sich an einer Seite des Fehlerstrom-Betätigungsmechanismus (22) und über dem zweiten Kontaktabschnitt (262) befindet, eine Länge des zweiten Kontaktabschnitts (262) größer als die des ersten Kontaktabschnitts (261) ist, ein Ende des zweiten Kontaktabschnitts (262) nahe dem Spiralabschnitt (263) mit der Prüftaste (29) zusammenpasst, das andere Ende des zweiten Kontaktabschnitts (262) durch eine Seite des ersten Kontaktelements (27) führt und sich über dem zweiten Kontaktelement (28) erstreckt, und ein Prüfwiederstand (251), der mit dem ersten Kontaktelement (27) verbunden ist, unter einer Stelle zwischen dem ersten Kontaktelement (27) und dem elastischen Element (26) angeordnet ist.
  4. Leitungsschutzschalter nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Rückfläche des Schutzhebels (221) mit einem ersten Druckstück (2211) versehen ist, das sich zu einer Seite des ersten Kontaktabschnitts (261) erstreckt, ein seitlicher Rand des Schutzhebels (221) mit einem zweiten Druckstück (2212) versehen ist, das sich zu einer seitlichen Fläche erstreckt, und eine Druckstufenfläche (2213) zum Beschränken des ersten Kontaktabschnitts (261) zwischen dem zweiten Druckstück (2212) und dem ersten Druckstück (2211) gebildet ist.
  5. Leitungsschutzschalter nach Anspruch 2, wobei das erste Kontaktelement (27) eine erste leitende Platte (271) umfasst, die entlang einer axialen Richtung des Spiralabschnitts (263) angeordnet ist, das elastische Element (26) mit Abstand zu einer Trennplatte (32) zwischen dem Leitungsschutzschalter-Phasen-Pol (1) und dem Fehlerstromschutz-Pol (2) entlang der axialen Richtung angeordnet ist, ein Ende der ersten leitende Platte (271) mit der Trennplatte (32) verbunden ist, und das andere Ende der ersten leitenden Platte (271) sich zu einer Seite des Schutzhebels (221) entlang der Achse des Spiralabschnitts (263) erstreckt und aufgehängt ist;
    das erste Kontaktelement (27) ferner eine zweite leitende Platte (272) umfasst, ein Ende der zweiten leitenden Platte (272) gegenüber von einem Ende der ersten leitenden Platte (271) angeordnet ist, ein Ende der zweiten leitenden Platte (272) mit einem seitlichen Rand der ersten leitenden Platte (271) durch eine dritte leitende Platte (273) verbunden ist, um einen ersten Installationsabschnitt mit einer U-förmigen Struktur zu bilden, eine erste Installationsnut (270), die mit dem Installationsabschnitt verbunden ist, an der Trennplatte (32) angeordnet ist, und das andere Ende der zweiten leitenden Platte (272) sich aus der ersten Installationsnut (270) erstreckt; und
    ein seitlicher Rand an einer Seite der ersten leitenden Platte (271) nahe dem elastischen Element (26) mit einer vierten leitenden Platte (274) verbunden ist, die dritte leitenden Platte (273) mit einem seitlichen Rand an einer Seite der ersten leitenden Platte (271) weit entfernt von dem elastischen Element (26) verbunden ist, sodass eine Öffnung des U-förmigen ersten Installationsabschnitts in Richtung des elastischen Elements (26) zeigt, ein Prüfwiderstand (251) an einer Seite weit entfernt von der zweiten leitenden Platte (272) zwischen dem elastischen Element (26) und der ersten leitenden Platte (271) angeordnet ist, ein Ende der vierten leitenden Platte (274) mit einer Seite der Öffnung des Installationsabschnitts vertikal verbunden ist, das andere Ende der vierten leitenden Platte (274) sich zu dem Prüfwiederstand (251) erstreckt, und ein Verbindungsloch (275) in der vierten leitenden Platte (274) zum Anschließen des Prüfwiderstandes (251) angeordnet ist.
  6. Leitungsschutzschalter nach Anspruch 2, wobei der erste Kontaktabschnitt (261) einen ersten Kontaktarm (261a), einen zweiten Kontaktarm (261b) und einen dritten Kontaktarm (261c) umfasst, die U-förmig verbunden sind, der erste Kontaktarm (261a) und der dritte Kontaktarm (261c) gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind, der zweite Kontaktarm (261b) zwischen dem einen Ende des ersten Kontaktarms (261a) und des dritten Kontaktarms (261c) vertikal verbunden ist, das andere Ende des ersten Kontaktarms (261a) mit dem Spiralabschnitt (263) verbunden ist, das andere Ende des dritten Kontaktarms (261c) mit dem vierten Kontaktarm (261d) verbunden ist, der vierte Kontaktarm (261d) sich zwischen der Prüftaste (29) und dem zweiten Kontaktarm (28) erstreckt, eine Federbegrenzungsnut (261e) zum Begrenzen des ersten Kontaktarms (261a), des zweiten Kontaktarms (261b) und des dritten Kontaktarms (261c) in dem Gehäuse angeordnet ist, und der erste Kontaktabschnitt (261) in die Federbegrenzungsnut (261e) entlang einer Richtung des zweiten Kontaktarms (261b) mit Übergangspassung eingesetzt ist.
  7. Leitungsschutzschalter nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Phasen-Pol-Betätigungsmechanismus (14) den ersten Kontaktabschnitt (261) drückt, um das erste Kontaktelement (27) zu berühren, wenn der Leitungsschutzschalter eingeschaltet ist, der Leitungsschutzschalter-Phasen-Pol (1) den Phasen-Pol-Betätigungsmechanismus (14), und einen festen Kontakt (111) und einen beweglichen Kontakt (112) umfasst, die entgegengesetzt angeordnet sind, und der bewegliche Kontakt (112) mit dem Phasen-Pol-Betätigungsmechanismus (14) verbunden ist; der Fehlerstromschutz-Pol (2) einen festen Neutralpol-Kontakt (211) und einen beweglichen Neutralpol-Kontakt (212) umfasst, die entgegengesetzt im Gehäuse angeordnet sind, und der Phasen-Pol-Betätigungsmechanismus (14) den ersten Kontaktabschnitt (261) drückt, um das erste Kontaktelement (27) durch ein Neutralleiter-Antriebselement mit dem beweglichen Neutralpol-Kontakt (212), wenn der Leitungsschutzschalter eingeschaltet ist, zu berühren.

Leitungsschutzschalter nach Anspruch 7, wobei das Neutralleiter-Antriebselement eine Schutzantriebsstange (225) und eine Wellenmaschine-Kupplungs-Antriebstange (220) umfasst, ein Ende der Schutzantriebsstange (225) mit dem beweglichen Neutralpol-Kontakt (212) verbunden ist und die Schutzantriebsstange (225) mit dem Phasen-Pol-Betätigungsmechanismus (14) gelenkig befestigt ist durch die Wellenmaschine-Kupplungs-Antriebstange (220) gelenkig verbunden ist; der erste Kontaktabschnitt (261) des elastischen Elements (26) mit der Schutzantriebsstange (225) zusammenpasst, die Schutzantriebsstange (225) den ersten Kontaktabschnitt (261) drückt, um das erste Kontaktelement (27) zu berühren, der bewegliche Neutralpol-Kontakt (212) mit einem Ende einer Rückstellfeder (227) verbunden ist, und das andere Ende der Rückstellfeder (227) mit dem Gehäuse verbunden ist.
  9. Leitungsschutzschalter nach Anspruch 8, wobei das elastische Element (26) eine Torsionsfeder ist, das elastische Element (26) einen Spiralabschnitt (263) umfasst, der zwischen dem ersten Kontaktabschnitt (261) und dem zweiten Kontaktabschnitt (262) verbunden ist, der Spiralabschnitt (263) auf den Federschaft (260) aufgezogen ist und mit dem Gehäuse verbunden ist, und der erste Kontaktabschnitt (261) und der zweite Kontaktabschnitt (262) beide vertikal zu einer Achse des Spiralabschnitts (263) angeordnet sind; das zweite Kontaktelement (28) an einer Seite des beweglichen Neutralpol-Kontakts (212) nahe dem festen Neutralpol-Kontakt (211) angeordnet ist, das erste Kontaktelement (27) und das elastische Element (26) an einer Seite des beweglichen Neutralpol-Kontakts (212) weit entfernt von dem festen Neutralpol-Kontakt (211) angeordnet sind, der bewegliche Neutralpol-Kontakt (212) mit dem zweiten Kontaktelement (28) durch die Rückstellfeder (227) verbunden ist, der zweite Kontaktabschnitt (262) durch eine Seite des beweglichen Neutralpol-Kontakts (212) führt und dann mit dem zweiten Kontaktelement (28) zusammenpasst, und das erste Kontaktelement (27) mit dem Prüfwiderstand (251) unter dem ersten Kontaktelement (27) verbunden ist.
  10. Leitungsschutzschalter nach Anspruch 9, wobei das erste Kontaktelement (27) und die Wellenmaschine-Kupplungs-Antriebstange (220) entgegengesetzt an zwei Seiten des elastischen Elements (26) angeordnet sind, ein V-förmiger vierter Kontaktarm (261d) an dem ersten Kontaktabschnitt (261) angeordnet ist, ein Ende des vierten Kontaktarms (261d) sich in Richtung einer Seite nahe der Wellenmaschine-Kupplungs-Antriebstange (220) neigt, und das andere Ende des vierten Kontaktarms (261d) sich in Richtung einer Seite nahe dem ersten Kontaktelement (27) neigt.
  11. Leitungsschutzschalter nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Phasen-Pol-Betätigungsmechanismus (14) ein Leitungsschutzschalter-Energiespeicherelement, einen Kipparm (141), der schwenkbar im Gehäuse installiert ist und mit dem beweglichen Kontakt (112) verbunden ist, eine Phasenpolstütze (140), die schwenkbar an dem Kipparm (141) installiert ist, und einen Sprungbügel (142) und einen Sperrklinke (143), die jeweils schwenkbar an der Phasenpolstütze (140) installiert sind und ineinandergreifen, umfasst, der Sprungbügel (142) mit einem Phasenpolgriff (31a) durch die Verbindungsstange (144) verbunden ist, die Phasenpolstütze (140) mit dem Gehäuse durch das Leitungsschutzschalter-Energiespeicherelement verbunden ist, wenn der Sprungbügel (142) und die Sperrklinke (143) des Phasen-Pol-Betätigungsmechanismus (14) ineinandergreifen, der Phasen-Pol-Betätigungsmechanismus (14) das Gleichgewicht hält, und der Phasenpolgriff (31a) in eine Richtung des Einschaltens rotiert, die in der Lage ist, den beweglichen Kontakt (112) anzutreiben, um den festen Kontakt (111) durch den Phasen-Pol-Betätigungsmechanismus (14) zu berühren, und Energie für das Leitungsschutzschalter-Energiespeicherelement zu speichern; wenn der Sprungbügel (142) und die Sperrklinke (143) freigegeben sind, das Energiespeicherelement die Energie freigibt und den beweglichen Kontakt (112) antreibt, um ihn von dem festen Kontakt (111) zu trennen; und ein Entsperrungshebel (229), der mit dem Phasen-Pol-Betätigungsmechanismus des Fehlerstromschutz-Pols (2) zusammenpasst, an der Sperrklinke (143) angeordnet ist;
    wobei die Phasenpolstütze (140) mit einer Schutzantriebsstange (225) des Fehlerstromschutz-Pols (2) durch die Wellenmaschine-Kupplungs-Antriebstange (220) verbunden ist.
  12. Leitungsschutzschalter nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Spiralabschnitt (263) an einer Seite nahe der Prüftaste (29) angeordnet ist, der erste Kontaktabschnitt (261) eine U-förmige Struktur hat, der erste Kontaktabschnitt (261) einen ersten Kontaktarm (261a), einen dritten Kontaktarm (261c), die gegenüber angeordnet sind, und einen zweiten Kontaktarm (261b), der vertikal zwischen einen Enden des ersten Kontaktarms (261a) und des zweiten Kontaktarms (261b) verbunden ist, umfasst, der zweite Kontaktarm (261b) parallel zu einer Achse des Spiralabschnitts (263) angeordnet ist, ein Ende des zweiten Kontaktarms (261b) weit entfernt von dem ersten Kontaktabschnitt (261a) sich zu einer Schwingebene der Schutzantriebsstange (225) erstreckt, das andere Ende des ersten Kontaktarms (261a) mit dem Spiralabschnitt (263) verbunden ist, der dritte Kontaktarm (261c) sich zwischen der Schutzantriebsstange (225) und dem zweiten Kontaktelement (28) erstreckt, und der dritte Kontaktarm (261c) und die Schutzantriebsstange (225) in der gleichen Ebene angeordnet sind.
  13. Leitungsschutzschalter nach Anspruch 12, wobei das andere Ende des dritten Kontaktarms (261c) weit entfernt von dem zweiten Kontaktarm (261b) mit einem vierten Kontaktarm (261d) mit einer V-förmigen Struktur verbunden ist, der vierte Kontaktarm (261d) sich zwischen der Schutzantriebsstange (225) und dem zweiten Kontaktelement (28) erstreckt, ein seitlicher Rand an einer Seite des vierten Kontaktarms (261d), der mit dem zweiten Kontaktarm (261b) verbunden ist, sich in Richtung einer Richtung der Schutzantriebsstange (225) neigt, ein seitlicher Rand des vierten Kontaktarms (261d) sich in Richtung einer Richtung nahe dem ersten Kontaktelement (27) neigt, um mit dem ersten Kontaktelement (27) zusammenzupassen, ein Biegeabschnitt, der mit der Schutzantriebsstange (225) zusammenpasst, an einer Verbindungsstelle der seitlichen Ränder an den zwei Seiten des vierten Kontaktarms (261d) gebildet ist, und die Schutzantriebsstange (225) den Biegeabschnitt des vierten Kontaktarms (261d) drückt, um den vierten Kontaktarm (261d) weit entfernt von einem Ende des zweiten Kontaktarms (261b) und des ersten Kontaktelements (27) zu erstellen, somit eine zweite Kontaktstelle zu verbinden; ein Ende des vierten Kontaktarms (261d), der mit dem ersten Kontaktelement (27) zusammenpasst, mit einem gebogenen Kontaktarm (261f) versehen ist, der gebogenen Kontaktarm (261f) sich in Richtung einer Seite weit entfernt von dem ersten Kontaktelement (27) biegt, und eine Bogenfläche, die mit dem ersten Kontaktelement (27) zusammenpasst, außerhalb des gebogenen Kontaktarms (261f) gebildet ist.
  14. Leitungsschutzschalter nach Anspruch 11, wobei der Leitungsschutzschalter-Griff (31) den Phasenpolgriff (31a) und ein Fehlerstromschutzgriff (31b) umfasst, der Phasenpolgriff (31a) mit dem Phasen-Pol-Betätigungsmechanismus (14) des Leitungsschutzschalter-Phasen-Pols (1) verbunden ist, der Fehlerstromschutzgriff (31b) mit dem Fehlerstrom-Betätigungsmechanismus (22) des Fehlerstromschutz-Pols (2) verbunden ist, ein Druckblock (31c) an dem Fehlerstromschutzgriff (31b) angeordnet ist, der Druckblock (31c) sich zu einer Seite des Phasenpolgriffs (31a) erstreckt, wobei dieser in eine Richtung des Einschaltens rotiert, wenn, in dem Fall, dass ein Fehlerstrom auftritt, in eine Richtung des Abschaltens rotiert wird, der Fehlerstromschutzgriff (31b) den Phasenpolgriff (31a) drückt, um in die Richtung des Abschaltens durch den Druckblock (31c) zu drehen; und wenn Überlast und Kurzschluss auftreten, der Phasenpolgriff (31a) in die Richtung des Abschaltens rotiert, jedoch der Fehlerstromschutzgriff (31b) nicht wirkt.
