Claims (6)
- Elektrothermische Sicherung, umfassend ein rohrförmiges Gehäuse (1), das aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material besteht, die auf jedem ihrer Anschlussabschnitte (11, 12) durch eine Abdeckung verschlossen ist, die auch als Kontaktelement (110, 120) dient, das aus einem elektrisch leitenden Material besteht, welches zum Einbau der Sicherung in jeden verfügbaren Stromkreis geeignet ist, während ein elektrischer Leiter (2) durch den gesamten Durchgang (10) innerhalb des hohlen Gehäuses (1) eingeführt ist und während des normalen Betriebs der Sicherung, nämlich, wenn der elektrische Strom durch den elektrischen Leiter (2) fließen kann, über mindestens einen gelöteten Kontakt (3, 3') elektrisch mit den Kontaktelementen (110, 120) verbunden ist, aber im Fall einer elektrischen Überlastung innerhalb des Kreises und einer erzeugten Wärme und infolgedessen eines Schmelzens und Unterbrechens des mindestens einen gelöteten Kontakts (3, 3') von mindestens einem der Kontaktelemente (110, 120) mittels einer Feder (4) weg verschiebbar ist, wodurch der elektrische Strom durch die Sicherung dann unterbrochen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das rohrförmige Gehäuse (1) aus Keramik besteht und jedes der Kontaktelemente (110, 120) mit einem mittig angeordneten durchgehenden Durchgang (111, 121) versehen ist, so dass der elektrische Leiter (2) durch die Durchgänge (111, 121) innerhalb der Kontaktelemente (110, 120) eingeführt ist und mittels eines Lötmittels (3, 3'), welches sich auf der Außenseite der Sicherung befindet, fest und elektrisch leitend mit jedem der Kontaktelemente (110, 120) verbunden ist, wobei der Leiter (2) in dem einen Anschlussbereich der Sicherung mit einem passenden dickeren Abschnitt (20) verlängert und abgeschlossen ist, so dass eine Feder (4) um den Leiter (2) herum angeordnet und zwischen dem dickeren Abschnitt (20) und dem zugehörigen Kontaktelement (120) mit dem Lötmittel (3') eingeführt ist, und wobei das restliche Volumen innerhalb des Durchgangs (10) in dem Gehäuse (1) der Sicherung, nämlich der Bereich zwischen dem Leiter (2) und dem Gehäuse (1) sowie zwischen den Kontaktelementen (110, 120), mit einer vorbestimmten Menge eines einen Lichtbogen verhindernden Füllstoffes (5) auf der Basis von auf geeignete Weise granulärem Siliziumdioxid gefüllt ist.
- Sicherung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Leiter (2) ein Draht ist, der aus Kupfer besteht und einen vorbestimmten kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Sicherung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Unterlegscheibe (6), die dafür geeignet ist, die Feder (4) zu tragen, zwischen der Feder (4) und dem dickeren Abschnitt (20) auf dem Leiter (2) eingefügt ist.
- Sicherung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (4) eine Schraubendruckfeder ist.
- Sicherung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Menge an Füllstoff (5) auf der Basis von auf geeignete Weise granulärem Siliziumdioxid auf eine solche Weise bestimmt wird, dass das Volumen des Füllstoffes (5) als solches 90 % des gesamten verfügbaren Volumens um den Leiter (2) innerhalb des Durchgangs (10) innerhalb des Gehäuses (1) entspricht.
- Sicherung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schmelzpunkt des Lötmittels (3, 3'), das für die Verbindung des Leiters (2) mit jedem entsprechenden Kontaktelement (110, 120) vorgesehen ist, auf einen Bereich innerhalb 105 bis 115 °C eingestellt ist.
