Abstract

Un laboratoire modulaire déployable par un champ mobile permet de détecter, de séquencer et d'analyser plus commodément des agents biologiques au niveau au point de besoin. Ce dispositif permet aux opérateurs de terrain de passer par un échantillon à des informations exploitables dans le domaine sans avoir besoin d'une connexion internet ou d'une alimentation à base de grille. Le présent laboratoire mobile est configuré dans une configuration de casier comprenant une pluralité de compartiments différents spécifiquement configurés pour contenir l'ensemble de l'équipement nécessaire pour une utilisation dans une grande variété d'applications différentes, notamment l'extraction, l'amplification, le séquençage et la caractérisation de virus spécifiques, d'agents pathogènes et d'autres bactéries directement dans le domaine comprenant une alimentation électrique intégrée pour fournir de l'énergie aux composants pertinents jusqu'à 72 heures d'utilisation continue sans avoir besoin d'une quelconque source d'alimentation externe. Le présent laboratoire mobile comprend une zone d'établi déployable qui fournit un poste de travail stable lorsque la configuration de casier est déployée.
