Abstract

La présente invention concerne un réfrigérateur (1) comprenant un compartiment d'aliment frais (2) dans lequel sont placés les aliments à refroidir ; un évaporateur (3) qui est disposé sur la paroi arrière du compartiment (2) et qui assure le refroidissement du compartiment (2) ; un ventilateur radial (4) qui permet à l'air de passer sur l'évaporateur (3) et d'être mis en circulation dans le compartiment (2) ; un couvercle (5) qui est placé devant l'évaporateur (3) dans le compartiment (2) ; une pluralité de trous de soufflage (6) qui sont disposés sur le couvercle (5) et qui permettent à l'air refroidi d'être distribué dans le compartiment (2), et une pluralité de trajets d'écoulement (7) qui sont disposés entre le couvercle (5) et l'évaporateur (3) et qui guident l'air froid soufflé par le ventilateur (4) vers les trous de soufflage (6), et dans lequel un récipient (12) contenant des aliments à des températures élevées placé sur une étagère dans le compartiment (2) est rapidement refroidi.
