Die Erfindung betrifft eine in eine mit einer Auslassöffnung eines Spender-Tubus versehene Spender-Einrichtung integrierbare Misch-Vorrichtung für Zwei-Komponentenkleber, zur Adaption an eine Kartusche mit einer von einer ersten hohl-zylindrischen Wandung umgebenen zentralen ersten Öffnung zur Abgabe einer Klebekomponente B des Zwei-Komponentenklebers sowie einer die erste hohl-zylindrische Wandung konzentrisch umgebenden und eine zweite Öffnung zur Abgabe einer Klebekomponente A des Zwei-Komponentenklebers bildenden zweiten hohl-zylindrischen Wandung.
Misch-Vorrichtungen der eingangs genannten Art werden im Stand der Technik verwendet, um die Komponenten A und B eines Zwei-Komponentenklebers unmittelbar vor einer Anwendung direkt innerhalb einer Spender-Einrichtung zu vermischen und somit einen von Hand durchzuführenden Apriori-Mischvorgang entbehrlich zu machen. - Mixing apparatus (100) for two-component adhesives which can be integrated into a dispensing device (200) provided with an outlet opening (211) of a dispensing tube (210) and which is intended for adaptation to a cartridge (300) having a central first opening (311), which is surrounded by a first hollow-cylindrical wall (310), for dispensing an adhesive component B of the two-component adhesive, and also having a second hollow-cylindrical wall (320) which concentrically surrounds the first hollow-cylindrical wall (310) and which forms a second opening (321) for dispensing an adhesive component A of the two-component adhesive, wherein- the mixing apparatus (100) comprises a base panel (110) and two concentrically arranged annular elements (120, 130) which are connected to the base panel (110) and which project from the base panel (110), wherein- an inner annular element (120) is configured to receive adhesive component B from the first opening (311) of the cartridge (300), and an outer annular element (130) is configured to receive adhesive component A from the second opening (321) of the cartridge (300), and wherein- the inner annular element (120) has passage openings (121) in order to introduce adhesive component A into the spatial region (140) between the inner and outer annular element (130, 130), and- the outer annular element (130) has passage openings (131) in order to introduce a mixture of adhesive component B and adhesive component A, said mixture being present in the spatial region (140) between the inner and outer annular element (120, 130), into the dispensing device,characterized in that- the outer annular element (130) is arranged at an acute angle relative to the inner annular element (120) of at least partially hollow-cylindrical form which projects at a right angle from the base panel (110), and is connected to the base panel (110) within peripherally arranged cutouts (111) of the base panel (110).
- Mixing apparatus (100) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the base panel (110) of the mixing apparatus (100) is provided with one or more peripherally arranged cutouts (111), through which a mixture of adhesive component B and adhesive component A, after passing through the passage openings (131) of the outer annular element (130), can be conveyed into the dispensing device (200).
- Mixing apparatus (100) according to Claim 2, characterized in that the base panel (110) is furthermore configured to ensure that the mixing apparatus (100) is placed within the dispensing device (200), in which the central point (122) of the inner annular element (120) comes to lie on a central axis of the dispensing device (200) .
- Mixing apparatus (100) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the mixing apparatus (100) and the dispensing device (200) are configured in a rotationally symmetrical manner, and the passage openings (121) of the inner annular element (120) are arranged so as to convey the adhesive component B in a radial direction into the spatial region (140) between the inner and outer annular element (120, 130).
- Mixing apparatus (100) according to one of Claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the passage openings (131) of the outer annular element (130) are arranged so as to convey the mixture of adhesive component B and adhesive component A in the radial direction through the cutouts of the base panel (110) into the dispensing device.
- Mixing apparatus (100) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the inner annular element (120) is at least partially configured as a wall (123) which projects at a right angle from the base panel (110) .
- Mixing apparatus (100) according to Claim 6, characterized in that the inner annular element (120) comprises a wall (123) which projects at a right angle from the base panel (110), elastic lamellae (124) for receiving the first hollow-cylindrical wall (310) of the dispensing device (200) being arranged at a predefined distance from one another in the region of that end face of said wall (123) which is remote from the base panel (110), wherein gaps provided between the lamellae (124) form a passage for an adhesive component B into the spatial region (140) between the inner and outer annular element (120, 130) of the mixing apparatus (100).
- Mixing apparatus (100) according to Claim 7, characterized in that those ends of the lamellae (124) which are remote from the base panel (110) are bevelled so as to slope outwards in order to receive the first hollow-cylindrical wall (310) of the dispensing device (200) in a guided manner.
- Mixing apparatus (100) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the base panel (110) and the inner annular element (120) and the outer annular element (130) are formed in one piece.
- Mixing apparatus (100) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a Kelmix mixing element (400) which is arranged within the dispensing tube (210) of the dispensing device (200) is fastened in the region of that end face of the base panel (110) which is remote from the annular elements (120, 130).
