Claims (15)

  1. Système de pulvérisation comprenant :
    un pulvérisateur de peinture portable (1) pour pulvériser un fluide de pulvérisation, le pulvérisateur comprenant :
    une pompe à piston (9) qui délivre de la peinture sous pression en vue de la pulvérisation ;
    un moteur (4) qui entraîne la pompe ;
    un indicateur de cycle d'entraînement (27) configuré pour délivrer une pluralité d'indications de statut de cycle de la pompe à piston ;
    un module sans fil (23) configuré pour envoyer et recevoir sans fil des informations ; et
    des circuits de commande (21) configurés pour recevoir la pluralité d'indications de statut de cycle de la pompe, déterminer une pluralité de valeurs de sortie représentant un volume de sortie de pulvérisation de peinture sur une pluralité de fenêtres temporelles sur la base de la pluralité d'indications de statut de cycle de la pompe, mémoriser la pluralité de valeurs de sortie en mémoire (22) et amener le module sans fil à transmettre une ou plusieurs des valeurs de sortie mémorisées de manière externe du pulvérisateur ;
    dans lequel les circuits de commande (21) sont configurés pour déterminer si des cycles de pompage de la pompe à piston (9) sont associés au pulvérisateur (1) fonctionnant dans un mode de pulvérisation à atomisation de peinture ou un mode de rinçage sans atomisation et dans lequel pour déterminer la pluralité de valeurs de sortie, les circuits de commande sont configurés pour, sur la base des cycles de pompage de la pompe à piston étant associés au mode de pulvérisation à atomisation de peinture, déterminer la pluralité de valeurs de sortie.
  2. Système de pulvérisation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel pour déterminer si le pulvérisateur (1) fonctionne dans le mode de pulvérisation à atomisation de peinture ou le mode de rinçage sans atomisation, les circuits de commande (21) sont configurés pour déterminer si la pulvérisation fonctionne dans le mode pulvérisation à atomisation de peinture ou le mode de rinçage sans atomisation sur la base d'au moins un de :
    une délivrance d'un indicateur de pression (28) et
    un mode de fonctionnement sélectionné par l'utilisateur.
  3. Système de pulvérisation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel pour déterminer la pluralité de valeurs de sortie, les circuits de commande (21) sont configurés pour :
    déterminer si une indication d'un statut de cycle de la pluralité d'indications de statut de cycle de la pompe à piston (9) est associée au pulvérisateur (1) étant dans un mode de pulvérisation à atomisation de peinture ou un mode de rinçage sans atomisation ; et
    déterminer une valeur de sortie de la pluralité de valeurs de sortie en utilisant l'indication du statut de cycle lorsque l'indication du statut de cycle de la pompe est associé au pulvérisateur étant dans le mode de pulvérisation à atomisation de peinture.
  4. Système de pulvérisation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les circuits de commande (21) sont en outre configurés pour déterminer une pluralité de valeurs de sortie de rinçage sans atomisation, et dans lequel pour déterminer la pluralité de valeurs de sortie de sortie de rinçage sans atomisation, les circuits de commande sont configurés pour :
    déterminer si une indication d'un statut de cycle de la pluralité d'indications de statut de cycle de la pompe à piston (9) est associée au pulvérisateur (1) étant dans un mode de pulvérisation à atomisation de peinture ou un mode de rinçage sans atomisation ; et
    déterminer une valeur de sortie de rinçage sans atomisation de la pluralité de valeurs de sortie de rinçage sans atomisation en utilisant l'indication du statut de cycle lorsque l'indication du statut de cycle de la pompe à piston est associée au pulvérisateur étant dans le mode de rinçage sans atomisation.
  5. Système de pulvérisation selon la revendication 4, dans lequel les circuits de commande (21) sont configurés pour mémoriser la pluralité de valeurs de sortie de rinçage sans atomisation dans un volume de suivi de journal de nettoyage dans la mémoire (22).
  6. Système de pulvérisation selon une quelconque des revendications 1-5, dans lequel pour mémoriser la pluralité de valeurs de sortie dans ma mémoire (22), les circuits de commande (21) sont configurés pour mémoriser la pluralité de valeurs de sortie dans un volume de suivi de journal de pulvérisation dans la mémoire.
  7. Système de pulvérisation selon une quelconque des revendications 1-6, dans lequel les circuits de commande (21) sont configurés pour :
    déterminer une première valeur de sorte de fluide, associée à une première pression, sur la base d'une première indication de la pluralité d'indications de statut de cycle de la pompe à piston (9) ;
    déterminer une deuxième valeur de sortie de fluide, associée à une deuxième pression, sur la base d'une deuxième indication de la pluralité d'indications de statut de cycle de la pompe à piston ;
    déterminer que la première valeur de sortie de fluide est une des valeurs de sortie sur la base de la première pression étant supérieure à un seuil ; et
    déterminer que la deuxième valeur de sortie de fluide n'est pas une des valeurs de sortie sur la base de la deuxième pression étant inférieure au seuil.
  8. Système de pulvérisation selon les revendications 6 et 7, dans lequel les circuits de commande (21) sont configurés pour :
    mémoriser la première valeur de sortie de fluide dans le volume de journal de pulvérisation dans la mémoire (22) sur la base de la détermination que le première valeur de sortie de fluide est une des valeurs de sortie représentant un volume de sortie de pulvérisation de peinture ; et
    ne pas mémoriser la deuxième valeur de sortie de fluide dans le volume de suivi de journal de pulvérisation dans la mémoire sur la base de la détermination que la deuxième valeur de sortie de fuite n'est pas une des valeurs de sortie représentant un volume de sortie de pulvérisation de peinture.
  9. Système de peinture selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 7 ou 8, lorsqu'elles sont dépendantes de la revendication 5, dans lequel les circuits de commande (21) sont configurés pour :
    mémoriser la deuxième valeur de sortie de fluide dans le volume de sortie de journal de nettoyage dans la mémoire (22) sur la base de la détermination que la deuxième valeur de sortie de fluide n'est pas une des valeurs de sortie représentant un volume de sortie de pulvérisation de peinture ; et
    ne pas mémoriser la première valeur de sortie de fluide dans le volume de suivi de journal de nettoyage dans la mémoire sur la base de la détermination que la première valeur de sortie de fluide est une des valeurs de sortie représentant un volume de sortie de pulvérisation de peinture.
  10. Système de pulvérisation selon une quelconque des revendications 1-9, dans lequel la pluralité de valeurs de sortie comprend une pluralité de valeurs de volume de pulvérisation représentant respectivement les volumes de peinture pulvérisés en l'espace de la pluralité de fenêtres temporelles, et dans lequel pour chaque fenêtre temporelle de la pluralité de fenêtres temporelles, les circuits de commande (21) sont configurés pour ouvrir la fenêtre temporelle, calculer et recalculer la valeur de sortie de pulvérisation de fluide comme une valeur d'exécution pour chaque augmentation dans la pluralité d'indications de statut de cycle reçues à l'intérieur de la fenêtre, et fermer la fenêtre avec la valeur d'exécution se rapprochant de la fenêtre étant la valeur de sortie de fluide de pulvérisation pour la fenêtre temporelle.
  11. Système de pulvérisation selon une quelconque des revendications 1-10, dans lequel au moins un de :
    l'indicateur de cycle d'entraînement (27) détecte une position d'une partie alternative (13) de la pompe à piston (9) pour générer la pluralité d'indications de statut de cycle de la pompe à piston,
    l'indicateur de cycle d'entraînement détecte une position d'un composant du moteur (4) pour générer la pluralité des indications de statut de cycle de la pompe ou
    le système de pulvérisation comprend en outre un entraînement (7) qui convertit un mouvement rotatif sorti par le moteur en vue d'un mouvement alternatif qui entraîne la pompe, dans lequel l'indicateur de cycle d'entraînement détecte une position d'un composant (7A-7C) de l'entraînement pour générer la pluralité d'indications de statut de cycle de la pompe.
  12. Système de pulvérisation selon une quelconque des revendications 1-11, comprenant en outre un ordinateur portable (14), dans lequel le module sans fil (23) est configuré pour communiquer sans fil avec l'ordinateur portable, et dans lequel les circuits de commande (21) sont configurés pour recevoir une demande via le module sans fil pour que l'ordinateur portable envoie une ou plusieurs de la pluralité mémorisées de valeurs de sortie à l'ordinateur portable, et en réponse à la demande, envoyer une ou plusieurs de la pluralité mémorisée de valeurs de sortie à l'ordinateur portable via le module sans fil.
  13. Système de pulvérisation selon une quelconque des revendications 1-12, comprenant en outre un serveur de réseau (35), le serveur de réseau étant configuré pour recevoir et mémoriser dans la mémoire (37) du serveur de réseau la pluralité de valeurs de sortie, et dans lequel le serveur de réseau est configuré pour recevoir un ou plusieurs profils de tâches, le système comprenant en outre une pluralité de pulvérisateurs, dans lequel le serveur de réseau est configuré pour recevoir des ensembles de la pluralité de valeurs de sortie respectivement sorties par la pluralité de pulvérisateurs, et le serveur de réseau est configuré pour agréger les ensembles de la pluralité de valeurs de sortie correspondant au même du ou des profils de tâche pour représenter une productivité agrégée, et dans lequel un multiple de la pluralité de pulvérisateurs peut mettre à contribution des ensembles de la pluralité de valeurs de sortie pour un seul du ou des profils de tâches.
  14. Système de pulvérisation selon une quelconque des revendications 1-13, dans lequel au moins une partie des circuits de commande (21) est à l'extérieur du pulvérisateur de peinture portable (1) et configuré pour :
    recevoir une ou plusieurs de la pluralité de valeurs de sortie représentant un volume de sortie de pulvérisation de peinture,
    conserver un journal de maintenance de volume de pulvérisation en mémoire (22) en mettant à jour le journal de maintenance de volume de pulvérisation avec une ou plusieurs reçues de la pluralité de valeurs de sortie représentant un volume de sortie de pulvérisation de peinture,
    comparer le journal de maintenance de volume de pulvérisation avec un seuil de volume de de pulvérisation, et
    amener une indication à être émise lorsque le journal de maintenance de volume de pulvérisation est supérieur au seuil de volume de pulvérisation.
  15. Procédé de suivi d'un volume de fluide, le procédé comprenant de :
    délivrer, avec une pompe (9) d'un pulvérisateur (1), de la peinture pulvérisée sous pression en vue de la pulvérisation ;
    générer une pluralité d'indications de statut de cycle de la pompe ;
    déterminer, avec des circuits de commande (21) du pulvérisateur, une pluralité de valeurs de sortie représentant un volume de sortie de pulvérisation de peinture sur une pluralité de fenêtres temporelles sur la base de la pluralité d'indications de statut de cycle de la pompe ; et
    transmettre, avec un module sans fil (23) du pulvérisateur, une ou plusieurs de la pluralité de valeurs de sortie de manière externe du pulvérisateur,
    dans lequel l'étape de détermination comprend la détermination par les circuits de commande (21) si des cycles de pompage de la pompe (9) sont associés au pulvérisateur (1) fonctionnant dans un mode de pulvérisation de peinture à atomisation ou dans un mode de rinçage sans atomisation, et dans lequel les circuits de commande déterminent la pluralité de valeurs de sortie sur la base des cycles de pompage de la pompe étant associés au mode de pulvérisation à atomisation de peinture.
