Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de charnière pour appareils et meubles avec amortissement de vitesse d'extrémité, de fermeture ou d'ouverture et avec des secteurs angulaires pré-fixés d'ouverture et/ ou de fermeture élastique. Le dispositif de charnière (1) comprend, dans une condition fonctionnelle d'assemblage à l'appareil, un premier élément (3) fixé à un corps (F) de l'appareil et un second élément (5) fixé à une porte (D) dudit appareil. Ces premier (3) et second (5) éléments sont mutuellement reliés par un pivot de charnière (7) pour la rotation de la porte entre les conditions d'ouverture (A) et de fermeture (C). Le dispositif (1) comprend un moyen de manivelle (11) relié au premier élément (3) au moyen d'une première broche de rotation (13) et comprend un moyen de bielle (17) ayant une extrémité reliée de façon rotative au second élément (5). Ce moyen de bielle (17) est également relié de façon rotative au moyen de manivelle (11) au moyen d'une troisième broche de rotation (21). La partie des moyens de bielle (17) portant la troisième broche de rotation (21) a un moyen de bras (27) faisant saillie dans la direction opposée à la deuxième broche de rotation (19) destinée à se déplacer dans une direction de fermeture au moins au niveau de la partie d'extrémité de la rotation de fermeture de porte (D). Le dispositif comprend un moyen d'amortissement (31) qui rejoint un élément mobile (37) du moyen d'amortissement (31) amortissant la translation des moyens de bielle (17) et la rotation de la partie d'extrémité pour fermer la porte.
