- Referring to
FIG. 1 , a lamp product includes: alamp body 10; and abracket 20 for mounting thelamp body 10 to a structure such as a frame installed on a ceiling, a street lamp on a roadside, and a lamp housing of a vehicle. The present invention relates to a fastening structure of thelamp body 10 and thebracket 20. - The
lamp body 10 has a light source (not shown) such as an LED module or a fluorescent lamp embedded therein, a front cover of thelamp body 10 is coupled to a transparent cover (not shown) protecting the light source and transmitting the light of the light source, side caps 11 are coupled to both sides of thelamp body 10, and the rear of thelamp body 10 is provided withheatsinks 12 that dissipate heat generated from the light source. - The rear of the
lamp body 10 is provided with aslide groove 15 in the longitudinal direction. - The
slide groove 15 is formed in a circular shape, and an opening part is formed in the longitudinal direction so that a tighteningbolt 25 passes through the opening part. - The
slide groove 15 is provided with aninput part 16 made by expanding the opening part so that aslide block 21 is able to be input. - Referring to
FIGS. 1 to 4 , thebracket 20 is composed of theslide block 21, abody 23, and thetightening bolt 25. - The
slide block 21 is inserted into theslide groove 15 of thelamp body 10 to be slidable along theslide groove 15. - The
slide block 21 has a circular cross section and a cylindrical shape as a whole, thereby being rotatable in theslide groove 15. - The
slide block 21 is provided from the front to the rear thereof with a throughhole 211 through which apin part 251 of the tighteningbolt 25 passes, and is provided at the rear thereof with anaccommodating groove 213 connected to the throughhole 211 and accommodating ahead 253 of thetightening bolt 25. - The
accommodating groove 213 prevents thehead 253 of the tighteningbolt 25 from protruding to the surface of theslide block 21, and is to hold thehead 253 so that the tighteningbolt 25 does not idle when rotating anut 255 to tighten or loosen the tighteningbolt 25. -
Locking protrusions 215 are protrudingly formed at positions on both rear sides of theslide block 21. - Referring to
FIG. 4 , thelocking protrusions 215 are disposed in the opening part of theslide groove 15. When theslide block 21 is rotated by a certain angle or more in theslide groove 15, thelocking protrusions 215 are caught by awall structure 17 that forms theslide groove 15, and thus thesliding block 21 is no longer rotated. In other words, thelocking protrusions 215 restrict the range of rotation of theslide block 21. - In this way, when the
lamp body 10 is rotatably tilted by its own weight because an impact is applied to the lamp installed on an apparatus and causes the tighteningbolt 25 to loosen, the locking protrusions prevent the lamp body from tilting over the range of the rotation. Thus, an illuminating direction of thelamp body 10 is not directed in an unintended direction. - The
body 23 is coupled to theslide block 21 to face same, and is provided with aclose contact part 231 surrounding the outer wall of thewall structure 17 forming theslide groove 15 of thelamp body 10 in the front. Theclose contact part 231 has a rounded concave shape. - In
FIG. 5 , compared with thebody 23 shown inFIGS. 1 to 4 ,bodies close contact part 231 and having different shapes in parts other than theclose contact part 231 are illustrated. The shape of thebody 23 may vary depending on the type of lamp, the place where the lamp is installed, the structure of the apparatus on which the lamp is installed, and the like. - The tightening
bolt 25 tightens or loosens theslide block 21 and thebody 23 so that theslide block 21 and thebody 23 are fixed or movable in theslide groove 15 of thelamp body 10. - The tightening
bolt 25 includes: thepin part 251 passing through theslide block 21 and thebody 23; thehead 253 provided in the front of thepin part 251 and accommodated in the part for accommodation in theslide block 21; and thenut 255 screwed on the rear side of thepin part 251. - The
nut 255 is screwed to thepin part 251 and moves along thepin part 251. - When the
nut 255 is tightened, theslide block 21 and thebody 23 are tightened to press the inner wall of theslide groove 15 of theslide block 21, and theclose contact part 231 of thebody 23 is fixed by pressing the outer wall of theslide groove 15. When thenut 255 is loosened, the pressure is released while the gap between the sliding block and theclose contact part 231 of thebody 23 is widened, whereby theslide block 21 becomes movable along theslide groove 15. - In the above description of the present invention, the fastening structure of the lamp body and the bracket having a specific shape and structure has been described with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention can be variously modified and changed by those skilled in the art.
