Description

    CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION
  • The present application claims priority to Korean Patent Application No. 10-2019-0163379, filed December 10, 2019 , the entire contents of which is incorporated herein for all purposes by this reference.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a fastening structure of a lamp body and a bracket wherein one side of the bracket is coupled to the lamp body and the other side is coupled to a structure to fasten the lamp body to the structure. More particularly, the present invention relates to a fastening structure of a lamp body and a bracket, wherein a fastening position at which the bracket is fixed to the lamp body is easily adjustable, a fastening angle at which the bracket is fastened to the lamp body is easily adjustable, and furthermore, the lamp is mainly applicable to vehicle lamps.
  • Description of the Related Art
  • The bracket of the lamp is utilized when the lamp body is installed in various structures such as buildings, street lights, vehicles, and the like.
  • Ordinarily, a position where a bracket is coupled to a lamp body is predetermined. However, often a situation occurs in which the position where the bracket is coupled to the lamp body needs to be changed according to circumstances of a lamp installation site. In this case, a coupling structure capable of coupling the bracket to the lamp body is made on site, and accordingly, the bracket is coupled to the lamp body. Making the coupling structure in which the bracket is coupled to the lamp body on site requires considerable working time, and often rework is necessary because the coupling structure is not made at the right position of the lamp body.
  • In order to solve such a problem, in Korean Patent No. 10-1491811 "LED LIGHTING EQUIPMENT", a rail part is provided at a position in a housing (i.e., corresponding to a lamp body), and a sliding unit (i.e., corresponding to a bracket) is allowed to be able to slide and be fixed along the rail part, thereby enabling a worker to arbitrarily adjust a coupling position where the sliding unit is coupled to the housing.
  • The Korean Patent No. 10-1491811 "LED LIGHTING EQUIPMENT" discloses a structure in which rail coupling parts are provided on both sides of the sliding unit, and are slidingly coupled to both the rail parts of the housing.
  • According to circumstances of a lamp installation site, a situation takes place where an installation direction of a bracket is to be changed. Meanwhile, the Korean Patent No. 10-1491811 "LED LIGHTING EQUIPMENT" has only one installation direction in which the sliding unit (i.e., corresponding to the "bracket") is directed from the rear of the housing (i.e., corresponding to the "lamp body"). Consequently, when a change for the installation direction of the bracket is necessary on site, the installation direction of the bracket (i.e., the sliding unit) should be changed by combining a separate part to a slide, and thus inconvenience occurs and the work is inefficient.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention is devised to improve a fastening structure of a lamp body and a bracket according to the related art, and an objective of the present invention is to provide a fastening structure of a lamp body and a bracket, wherein a position where the bracket is coupled to the lamp body and an installation direction are easily adjustable on site.
  • In addition, another objective of the present invention is to provide the fastening structure of the lamp body and the bracket, wherein the bracket is compact and easy to handle; the composition and structure of the bracket is simple so as to be very competitive in price; and the installation work is quick, convenient, and efficient as a fixture is connected to or separated from the bracket by only loosening or tightening a single tightening bolt.
  • In order to achieve the objectives of the present invention, there is provided a fastening structure of a lamp body and a bracket, the fastening structure including: a slide groove provided in a longitudinal direction in the lamp body; a slide block inserted into the slide groove and slidely movable; a body provided with a close contact part surrounding an outer wall of the slide groove; and a tightening bolt to tighten the slide block and the body so that the slide block and the body presses an inner wall and the outer wall of the slide groove and are fixed thereto.
  • In addition, the slide block may be provided with an accommodating groove to accommodate a head of the tightening bolt.
  • The slide block and the slide groove may have a circular shape so that the slide block may be rotatable in the slide groove, and the slide block may be provided with locking protrusions disposed in an opening part of the slide groove so as to restrict a range of rotation of the slide block.
  • The fastening structure of the lamp body and the bracket according to the present invention configured as described above relates to the fastening structure of the lamp body and the bracket, wherein the coupling position and installation direction of the bracket are easily adjustable in the lamp body, so installation work on a structure on site is efficient; the fastening structure is compact and easy to handle; the fastening structure has a simple composition and structure, thus being inexpensive; and the bracket is able to be coupled to or separated from the lamp body by simply loosening or tightening a single tightening bolt. In addition, the fastening structure is very effective as a product when applied to a lamp for a vehicle, and is a very useful invention for industrial development.

  • Referring to FIG. 1, a lamp product includes: a lamp body 10; and a bracket 20 for mounting the lamp body 10 to a structure such as a frame installed on a ceiling, a street lamp on a roadside, and a lamp housing of a vehicle. The present invention relates to a fastening structure of the lamp body 10 and the bracket 20.
  • The lamp body 10 has a light source (not shown) such as an LED module or a fluorescent lamp embedded therein, a front cover of the lamp body 10 is coupled to a transparent cover (not shown) protecting the light source and transmitting the light of the light source, side caps 11 are coupled to both sides of the lamp body 10, and the rear of the lamp body 10 is provided with heatsinks 12 that release heat generated from the light source.
  • The rear of the lamp body 10 is provided with a slide groove 15 in the longitudinal direction.
  • The slide groove 15 is formed in a circular shape, and an opening part is formed in the longitudinal direction so that a tightening bolt 25 passes through the opening part.
  • The slide groove 15 is provided with an input part 16 made by expanding the opening part so that a slide block 21 is able to be input.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the bracket 20 is composed of the slide block 21, a body 23, and the tightening bolt 25.
  • The slide block 21 is inserted into the slide groove 15 of the lamp body 10 to be slidable along the slide groove 15.
  • The slide block 21 has a circular cross section and a cylindrical shape as a whole, thereby being rotatable in the slide groove 15.
  • The slide block 21 is provided from the front to the rear thereof with a through hole 211 through which a pin part 251 of the tightening bolt 25 passes, and is provided at the rear thereof with an accommodating groove 213 connected to the through hole 211 and accommodating a head 253 of the tightening bolt 25.
  • The accommodating groove 213 prevents the head 253 of the tightening bolt 25 from protruding to the surface of the slide block 21, and is to hold the head 253 so that the tightening bolt 25 does not idle when rotating a nut 255 to tighten or loosen the tightening bolt 25.
  • Locking protrusions 215 are protrudingly formed at positions on both rear sides of the slide block 21.
  • Referring to FIG. 4, the locking protrusions 215 are disposed in the opening part of the slide groove 15. When the slide block 21 is rotated by a certain angle or more in the slide groove 15, the locking protrusions 215 are caught by a wall structure 17 that forms the slide groove 15, and thus the sliding block 21 is no longer rotated. In other words, the locking protrusions 215 restrict the range of rotation of the slide block 21.
  • In this way, when the lamp body 10 is rotatively tilted by its own weight because an impact is applied to the lamp installed on an apparatus and makes the tightening bolt 25 to be loosened, the locking protrusions prevent the lamp body to be tilted over the range of the rotation. Thus, an illuminating direction of the lamp body 10 is not directed in an unintended direction.
  • The body 23 is coupled to the slide block 21 to face with each other, and is provided with a close contact part 231 surrounding the outer wall of the wall structure 17 forming the slide groove 15 of the lamp body 10 in the front. The close contact part 231 has a rounded concave shape.
  • In FIG. 5, compared with the body 23 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, bodies 23A, 23B, and 23C having the same structure of the close contact part 231 and having different shapes in parts other than the close contact part 231 are illustrated. The shape of the body 23 may vary depending on the type of lamp, the place where the lamp is installed, the structure of the apparatus on which the lamp is installed, and the like.
  • The tightening bolt 25 tightens or loosens the slide block 21 and the body 23 so that the slide block 21 and the body 23 are fixed or movable in the slide groove 15 of the lamp body 10.
  • The tightening bolt 25 includes: the pin part 251 passing through the slide block 21 and the body 23; the head 253 provided in the front of the pin part 251 and accommodated in the part for accommodation in the slide block 21; and the nut 255 screwed on the rear side of the pin part 251.
  • The nut 255 is screwed to the pin part 251 and moves along the pin part 251.
  • When the nut 255 is tightened, the slide block 21 and the body 23 are tightened to press the inner wall of the slide groove 15 of the slide block 21, and the close contact part 231 of the body 23 is fixed by pressing the outer wall of the slide groove 15. When the nut 255 is loosened, the pressure is released while the gap between the sliding block and the close contact part 231 of the body 23 is widened, whereby the slide block 21 becomes movable along the slide groove 15.
  • In the above description of the present invention, the fastening structure of the lamp body and the bracket having a specific shape and structure has been described with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention can be variously modified and changed by those skilled in the art, and such modifications and variations should be interpreted as falling within the protective scope of the present invention.
