The present invention relates to the general field of sets of street furniture comprising a pole or a mast, and intended to be installed on the public highway, in particular in an urban environment, with a view to supporting accessories of elements of street furniture, such as public lighting devices, public transport catenaries, urban signaling or signage devices, or even urban display or urban decoration devices.

More particularly, the invention relates to a set of street furniture comprising a support post intended to be arranged substantially vertically and an accessory support piece intended to be attached to said support post.

The invention also relates to a street furniture accessory support device comprising an accessory support part intended to be attached to a support post itself intended to be arranged substantially vertically.

It is known to implement public lighting assemblies comprising vertical masts made of wood, concrete or metal, of circular or polygonal section, supporting lighting devices, fixed to the masts by various means implementing for example screws cooperating with holes made in the thickness of the mast, or clamps tightening surrounding the masts. These known public lighting assemblies are of particularly simple design, and are easy and inexpensive to manufacture, while exhibiting appreciable mechanical strength.

They nevertheless have certain drawbacks.

Thus, the design of these known lighting assemblies is often dictated solely by considerations of cost and mechanical resistance, to the detriment, however, of other characteristics such as practicality, durability, adaptability to the environment and appearance. aesthetic.

In particular, these known assemblies generally have a large mass, which complicates their transport, their installation and their uninstallation. In addition, the fixing means making it possible to fix the lighting device to the mast do not have optimum robustness and are not easily adaptable to different installation configurations. These fastening means often have, like many masts known elsewhere, a very basic appearance, which does not facilitate their harmonious visual integration into the urban environment. The implementation of these fixing means can moreover prove to be complex and tedious, with a non-negligible risk of error during installation and a total absence of modularity. The fastening means commonly used (screws or clamps for example) can also damage the mast in the event of poor installation, or be damaged, for example in the event of excessive tightening.

The document DE-10 2007 008328-A1 describes a mast to which an accessory can be attached, where the mast has contact surfaces along its outer profile to absorb the forces of leverage.

In summary, the known lighting assemblies are impractical to install and uninstall, sometimes difficult to make and complex to adapt to the configurations of the environment in which they are to be installed, while having mechanical characteristics that are far from optimal. , as well as a rather mundane appearance essentially reflecting a purely functional character.

There is therefore a need for improving the robustness, the ease of installation and the modularity of known sets of street furniture.

The objects assigned to the present invention therefore aim to remedy the various drawbacks listed above and to propose a new set of street furniture of extremely simple, robust and functional construction, the design of which allows simple and rapid installation according to multiple possible configurations. .

Another object of the invention is to provide a new set of street furniture whose general design facilitates its visual integration into a specific environment, in particular urban.

Another object of the invention aims to provide a new set of street furniture that can be assembled and disassembled quickly and simply, while having good resistance to vandalism.

Another object of the invention aims to provide a new set of street furniture whose manufacture is easily industrializable and easy to implement at controlled cost.

Another object of the invention is to provide a new set of street furniture whose design allows it to adapt easily to environments of various kinds.

According to a first aspect, the invention relates to a set of street furniture 1. According to an exemplary embodiment, the set of street furniture 1 is intended to be installed on the public highway. In other words, although this is not excluded by the object of the invention, the set of street furniture 1 may not be intended to be installed in a private home or in a totally private space, it is i.e. where public services (for example, territorial, municipal, departmental, etc.) do not usually intervene. Thus the set of street furniture 1 is for example intended to be installed in a place on the initiative of national, territorial, municipal or departmental bodies, and in particular in the street, on a sidewalk or a public square, preferably the along a sidewalk, a streetcar or trolleybus line, or a road, a highway, a railway. Still according to the invention, the set of street furniture 1 comprises a support post 2 intended to be arranged substantially vertically. Thus, the set of street furniture 1 preferably comprises a base 8, said support post 2 being preferably designed to be connected to the ground via said base 8 so that it extends substantially vertically, said base 8 being for example connected to the ground, to a sidewalk, to a platform of a tram, bus or train station, or else to a building terrace, to a roadway or a side of a road or motorway, etc. In the preferred embodiment shown in figure 1 , said support post 2 is intended for the lighting support (preferably public, or alternatively private, for example within a company or at a private home), and forms for example a lamp post whose functional element is a lighting element, and in particular an arm supporting a lamp intended to illuminate the ground. Alternatively, or in addition, said support post 2 can be designed to support and/or suspend a catenary or a catenary element, that is to say a wire or a network of wires intended to supply energy, in particular electricity, to a collective transport vehicle such as a train, a tramway, a trolleybus. Said support post 2 can thus be intended for a function of public lighting, catenary support (of a tram for example), signaling support or urban signage, urban display support or urban decoration, or a combination of these.

According to the invention, the set of street furniture 1 comprises a support piece 3 for an accessory 4 intended to be attached to said support post 2. According to the embodiment illustrated in figure 1 , the accessory 4 is formed by an on-board lighting means 4 by said support piece 3. In the embodiments of the invention illustrated in the figures, the support piece 3 is secured to said support post 2 at the level of a first end 5 of the latter. In the particular embodiments of the figures, the support piece 3 has at least one substantially elongated part, for example a support arm 6, said accessory 4 being able to be attached to a second end 7 of the support arm 5 and/or to the within (that is to say integrated with) and/or along the latter, preferably between said first and second ends 5, 7, which are advantageously opposite one another. The accessory 4 is advantageously part of the set of street furniture 1. Said support arm 5 is preferably intended to be positioned substantially horizontally or obliquely. The accessory 4 can alternatively be formed by a catenary, a display panel (urban in particular), a decorative device (urban in particular), a cable (telephone, electric, etc.), etc. Advantageously, said support post 2 is made of a material having high mechanical strength, for example wood, plastic, concrete, and preferably metal.

According to the invention, said support post 2 has, over at least a portion of its length, a cross section comprising at least a first and a second branch 9, 10, as illustrated in the figures. Preferably, said support post 2 comprises at least a first and a second panel 11, 12 substantially planar, elongated, and intended to be positioned substantially vertically, the first and second panels 11, 12 respectively presenting a first and a second section transverse respectively forming said first and second branches 9, 10. In the embodiment illustrated in the figures, said first and second branches 9, 10 extend perpendicular to one another. Preferably, said first and second branches 9, 10 form between them an angle comprised between 40 and 140°, preferably between 60 and 120°, more advantageously between 80 and 100°, more preferably still between 85 and 95°, by example equal to approximately 90° (that is to say preferably 90° +/-2°). Preferably, the area of the cross-section of said support post 2 increases progressively from top to bottom of the support post 2. Thus, the respective lengths of said first and second branches 9, 10 advantageously increase from top to bottom of the support post 2, preferably continuously and progressively. In other words, advantageously, the first branch 9 has, at a first height of the post 2, a first length, and at a second height of the post 2, a second length, said first length being greater than said second length when said first height is less than said second height, the same remarks applying, mutatis mutandis, to the second branch 10. Said support post 2 thus advantageously fits into a cone or a truncated cone, the tip of the cone or the small base of the truncated cone located at the very top of the pole 2, and the base of the cone or the large base of the truncated cone located at the very bottom of the pole 2. Such a configuration allows the support pole 2 to have excellent resistance mechanical, in particular in bending, while being relatively light, compact, not bulky, and easier to integrate aesthetically into an urban environment. Of course, said first and second branches 9, 10 are preferably inscribed in the aforementioned cone or truncated cone.

According to an important characteristic of the invention, said support piece 3 of accessory 4 comprises a first and a second flange 13, 14 which delimit between them a housing 15 within which said second branch 10 is intended to be inserted. In the examples of the figures, each flange 13, 14 has at least a respective flat part and a portion (cut longitudinally) of a respective cylinder, the two respective flat parts forming between them a slot forming a part of the housing 15, the two portions of cylinder forming between them a larger space than said slot. In the example represented at the figure 6 , the two cylinder portions of said first and second flanges 13, 14 come into abutment against the support post 2. The housing 15 advantageously has at least partly a shape conjugate with that of a flat tongue, or more precisely with that of a panel inserted into said mating shape, for example in the form of a slot which may be substantially rectangular like a cross section of said second panel 12. More generally, at least a portion of said housing 15 preferably has a shape mating with that of said second panel 12, and more specifically to that of a cross section of said second panel 12. Other configurations are of course possible. Preferably, said support piece 3 comprises a base part 16 from which extend said first and second flanges 13, 14, which are therefore integral with one another via said base part 16 but at a distance ( and distinct) from each other, separated from each other by said housing 15. As illustrated in particular in figure 5 , said base part 16 can optionally be considered as forming the base of a fork from which extend two separate fingers, spaced from each other, and formed by said first and second flanges 13, 14 coming frame said second branch 10.

According to the invention, the set of street furniture 1 further comprises a fixing device for attaching said first cheek 13 to said first branch 9. Preferably and as illustrated in the figures, said first cheek 13 comes into abutment against said first branch 9 when attached to the latter.

This configuration is particularly advantageous, because it makes it possible to firmly fix the support part 3 of the accessory 4 to said support post 2 via the first branch 9, while taking advantage of the stability and the support provided by the second branch 10, which is therefore framed by said first and second cheeks 13, 14 (and possibly in contact or almost in contact with the latter). Preferably, said support piece 3 extends longitudinally at least partly in the extension of said second branch 10. Preferably, said support arm 6 therefore extends longitudinally in the extension of said second branch 10. Thus, in a manner advantageously, said support arm 6 extends perpendicularly or obliquely to said second panel 12, and in particular in the extension of the width of the latter.

Preferably, the cross-section of the support post 2 is in the shape of a four-pointed star or of a cross, said first and second branches 9, 10 forming two adjacent branches of said shape of a four-pointed star or of a cross. In other words, said support post 2 advantageously has a cruciform configuration. Nevertheless, the support post 2 may very well have only three branches (or even two) or even five or more branches. All the branches of the post 2 preferably come from the same central zone or from the same center. One of the advantages of the configuration of the invention is to be able to fix, regardless of the number of branches of the post 2, said support piece 3 to one of said branches (considered as the first branch) thanks to said fastening device while taking advantage of the support offered by another branch (considered as the second branch), adjacent to the previously mentioned branch (the first branch) and inserted into said housing 15, between the first and second flanges 13, 14. The configuration of the set of street furniture 1 of the invention thus allows great modularity, since the support piece 3 can be fixed at different altitudes by fixing it at different heights of the support post 2, and in different directions, which are therefore as much more numerous than there are branches to the post 2. Particularly preferentially, between two of its branches, and in particular between said first and second branches 9, 10, the support post 2 has a longitudinally concave shape open on the outside. Advantageously, notwithstanding any point orifices, the branches of the support post 2, and in particular said first and second branches 9, 10, are solid. Such a configuration makes it possible to confer on said support post 2 excellent properties of mechanical resistance while maintaining a relative lightness, a reduced size, and easier aesthetic integration in an urban environment.

Preferably, said fixing device is designed to be able to be disassembled so as to detach said first flange 13 and first branch 9. Preferably, said first attachment element 18 is removable. It can thus be advantageously removed at will from said first hole 19, first orifice 17 and/or second hole 21. Advantageously, one or each of said first and second holes 19, 21 has a respective screw pitch substantially matching the shape of said first attachment element 18 when the latter is formed by a screw. For example, said second hole 21 has an inner wall provided with a thread, while said first hole 19 has a substantially smooth inner wall.

Preferably, when said first mounting element 20 and said first flange 13 enclose said first branch 9, said first attachment element 18 is, at least on one side of said first branch 9, completely hidden from outside view by said first mounting element 20 and/or said first flange 13. Preferably, said first and second panels 11, 12 extend respectively along a first and a second mean plane, said first and second mean planes being secant at a first salient angle, said first flange 13 is located in an angular volume delimited by said first and second mean planes on the side of said first salient angle. Advantageously, said salient angle is between 40 and 140°, preferably between 60 and 120°, more advantageously between 80 and 100°, more preferably still between 85 and 95°, for example equal to about 90° (c' i.e. preferably 90° +/-2°).

Preferably, said cross-section of support post 2 further comprises at least one third branch 22, said first and third branches 9, 22 being located on either side of said second branch 10. Said third branch 22 can in particular be formed by a third panel, different from the first and second panels 11, 12, as illustrated in the figures, or be formed by said first panel 11 (and more precisely an extension of the latter opposite said first branch 9).

Advantageously, said fixing device makes it possible to attach said second cheek 14 to said third branch 22. Thus, said assembly step preferably comprises a second step of fixing said second cheek 14 to said third branch 22.

Preferably, said third branch 22 is provided with at least one second orifice 23, which is also advantageously made in the thickness of said third branch 22, as illustrated in figure 5 (and therefore in the thickness of said second panel 12). Advantageously, said fastening device comprising at least one second fastening element 24, such as a screw, intended to be inserted into said second orifice 23 to secure said second flange 14 to said third branch 22, in particular when said second fixing step.

Preferably, said fixing device further comprises a second mounting element 25 distinct and independent of said support piece 3, said second mounting element 25 being intended to be attached to said second flange 14 in order to enclose said third branch 22 between said second flange 14 and said second mounting element 25, preferably during said second fixing step. Preferably, the set of street furniture 1 comprises a chute 28 allowing the passage of electric cable and extending over at least part of the length of said support post 2. More advantageously still, at least one (e) of said cheek(s) 13, 14 and/or of said mounting element(s) 20, 25 form with said support post 2 an internal space 34 intended to receive a portion of said chute 28. Thus, said step of inserting may include a clamping of said chute 28 between said post 2 and said first flange 13, said second flange 14, said first mounting element 20 and/or said second mounting element 25. Such a configuration makes possible the existence of several internal spaces 34 , and therefore the passage of several chutes 28 along the post 2, as illustrated in figure 5 And 6 notably.

For example, said chute 28 has the shape of a pipe with a round, elliptical, square or rectangular cross-section, or any other suitable shape, and can be made in particular of metal, plastic, or any other suitable material. The set of street furniture 1 preferably further comprises at least one means 29 for fixing said chute 28 to said support post 2, and more advantageously said chute 28 to said first and second branches 9, 10 (or even said chute to said first and second panels 11, 12), as illustrated in figure 2 notably. Obviously, the fixing means 29 can be connected to one or two of the branches of the post 2 depending on the desired position of the chute 28, for example by welding. In the example shown in figure 2 , 4 And 6 , the fixing means 29 is formed by a fixing plate, that is to say a plate having an internal shape conjugate with that of an outer surface of the chute 28. In the above-mentioned figures, the fixing means 29 has an internal shape in the form of an arc of a circle combined with the shape of a circular cross-section pipe of the chute 28. Said fixing plate is preferably fixed to the support post 2 substantially orthogonal to the latter. Said fixing means 29 can advantageously serve as reference means for positioning the support piece 3 relative to the support post 2, during the said insertion step, then for fixing the support piece 3 to the latter, during the said fixing step. , said support piece 3 coming into abutment (during said insertion step then during said fixing step) under or on the first or the second flange 13, 14, or even under or on the first or the second mounting means 20 , 25. Of course, the set of street furniture 1 can comprise several fixing means 29, preferably similar and possibly at the same level on the post 2, to fix one or more trunking 28 to said support post 2, and/or in order to serve as a reference for fixing said piece of support 3 to post 2 as mentioned above. According to an alternative not illustrated here, the fixing means 29 is not formed by an added piece but by one or more welds directly securing said chute 28 to said post 2.

Advantageously, said cross section of the support post 2 further comprises at least a fourth branch 31, said first and third branches 9, 22 being located on either side of said fourth branch 31. Said second and fourth branches 10 , 31 are therefore preferably located on either side of said first and third branches 9, 22, which are therefore more preferably located opposite each other (and in the extension of one of the another), said second and fourth branches 10, 31 also being advantageously located opposite one another (and in the extension of one another). If, for example, a support piece 3 similar to that already described is fixed to said fourth branch 31, it can then be considered as a first or a third branch vis-à-vis this new support piece 3 as mentioned above. . Such a configuration makes it possible to easily adapt the set of street furniture 1 of the invention to the configuration of the environment in which it is to be installed. Said first and fourth branches 9, 31 may for example respectively have a third and a fourth orifice 32, 33 each intended to receive one of said first and second attachment elements 18, 24 for greater modularity. Advantageously, said four branches 9, 11, 22, 31 form a cross at right angles. Said fourth branch 31 may in particular be formed by said first panel 11, and more precisely an extension of the latter opposite said first branch 9, as illustrated in the figures, or be formed by a fourth panel, different from the first and second (and third) panels 11, 12.

Other types of attachment elements than those mentioned above can be envisaged for the same function, such as magnetic or clamping (clip-on) attachment elements. Said orifices may also optionally be blind, or even not exist at all (for example in the case of magnetic attachment elements).

According to a third aspect, the invention relates to a support device 40 for an accessory 4 of street furniture comprising a support part 3 for an accessory 4 intended to be attached to a support post 2 itself intended to be arranged substantially vertically . The preceding description concerning the set of street furniture 1 and the method of manufacture is of course also valid for the support device 40 of accessory 4 of street furniture, and conversely, the following description concerning the support device 40 of accessory 4 of street furniture is of course also valid for the set of street furniture 1 and the manufacturing process. According to the third aspect of the invention, said support post 2 has, over at least a portion of its length, a cross section comprising at least a first and a second branch 10, said support piece 3 comprising a first and a second cheek 14 which delimit between them a housing 15 within which said second branch 10 is intended to be inserted (which preferably forms with said first branch 9 an angle, preferably a salient angle, for example a right angle), said device for support 40 further comprising a fixing device for attaching said first cheek 13 to said first branch 9. Thus, it may optionally be considered that the support device 40 of the invention is formed by the set of street furniture 1 of the invention with the exception of the support post 2.

One of the advantages of the invention is that it is possible to modulate or change the arrangement of said support device 40 of accessory 4 on said support post 2 according to different heights and directions to form the set of street furniture 1 , and this quickly, without disproportionate effort, and with a limited number of distinct elements, optionally retaining a physiognomy at least partly masking the purely functional aspect of the assembly 1, so as to present an aesthetic character facilitating its integration into the environment.

The set of street furniture 1, the manufacturing method, and the support device 40 of the accessory 4 of the invention are thus particularly suitable for the harmonious, practical and modular installation of street furniture accessories, in particular lighting purposes.

Claims (15)

1. Street furniture assembly (1) comprising a support post (2) intended to be disposed substantially vertically and a part (3) supporting an accessory (4) intended to be attached to said support post (2), said support post (2) having, over at least a portion of its length, a transverse section comprising at least a first and a second arm (9, 10), said part (3) supporting an accessory (4) comprising a first and a second cheek (13, 14) that delimit between them a housing (15) within which said second arm (10) is intended to be inserted, characterised in that the street furniture assembly (1) furthermore comprises a securing device for attaching said first cheek (13) to said first arm (9).
2. Street furniture assembly (1) according to the preceding claim, characterised in that said securing device is designed to be able to be dismantled so as to detach said first cheek (13) and first arm (9).
3. Street furniture assembly (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that said first arm (9) is provided with at least one first orifice (17), said securing device comprising at least one first attachment element (18), such as a screw, intended to be inserted in said first orifice (17) to secure said first cheek (13) to said first arm (9), said first orifice (17) preferentially being a through orifice, said first attachment element (18) preferentially being removable.

Street furniture assembly (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that said securing device comprises a first mounting element (20) distinct from and independent of said first support part (3), said first mounting element (20) being intended to be attached to said first cheek (13) in order to grip said first arm (9) between said first cheek (13) and said first mounting element (20).
5. Street furniture assembly (1) according to claims 3 and 4, characterised in that said first attachment element (18) is intended to be inserted in said first orifice (17), in order to secure together said first cheek (13) and said first mounting element (20).
6. Street furniture assembly (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that said transverse section of the support post (2) furthermore comprises at least one third arm (22), said first and third arms (9, 22) being located on either side of said second arm (10), said securing device making it possible to attach said second cheek (14) to said third arm (22).
7. Street furniture assembly (1) according to the preceding claim, characterised in that said third arm (22) is provided with at least one second orifice (23), said securing device comprising at least one second attachment element (24), such as a screw, intended to be inserted in said second orifice (23) to secure said second cheek (14) to said third arm (22).
8. Street furniture assembly (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that said support part (3) extends longitudinally at least partly in line with said second arm (9).
9. Street furniture assembly (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the accessory (4) is formed by a lighting means (4) held by said support part (3).

Street furniture assembly (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that said support post (2) comprises at least one first and one second panel (11, 12), substantially planar, elongate, and intended to be positioned substantially vertically, the first and second panels (11, 12) having respectively a first and a second transverse section forming respectively said first and second arms (9, 10), said first and second panels (11, 12) advantageously extending respectively along a first and a second mid-plane, said first and second mid-planes being secant at a first salient angle, said first cheek (13) is located in an angular volume delimited by said first and second mid-planes on the same side as said first salient angle, said salient angle preferably being between 40 and 140°, preferably between 60 and 120°, more advantageously between 80 and 100°, more preferentially still between 85 and 95°, for example equal to approximately 90°.

Street furniture assembly (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the area of the transverse section of said support post (20) increases gradually from top to bottom of the support post (2), said respective lengths of said first and second arms (9, 10) preferably increasing from top to bottom of the support post (2), preferentially continuously and gradually.
12. Street furniture assembly (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the transverse section of the support post (2) is in the form of a four-arm star or a cross, said first and second arms (9, 10) forming two adjacent arms of said four-arm star or cross form.
13. Device (40) for supporting a street furniture accessory (4), comprising a part (3) supporting an accessory (4) intended to be attached to a support post (2) itself intended to be disposed substantially vertically, said support post (2) having, over at least a portion of its length, a transverse section comprising at least one first and one second arm (9, 10), said support part (3) comprising a first and a second cheek (13, 14) that delimit in between them a housing (15) in which said second arm (10) is intended to be inserted, characterised in that said support device (40) furthermore comprises a securing device for attaching said first cheek (13) to said first arm (9).
14. Method for manufacturing a street furniture assembly (1), comprising:

    - a step of providing or manufacturing a support post (2) intended to be disposed substantially vertically,

    - a step of providing or manufacturing a part (3) supporting an accessory (4),

    - a step of assembling the support post (2) and the part (3) supporting an accessory (4),

    said support post (2) having, over at least a portion of its length, a transverse section comprising at least a first and a second arm (9, 10), said part (3) supporting an accessory (4) comprising a first and a second cheek (13, 14) that delimit between them a housing (15),

    said assembly step comprising at least:

    - a step of inserting said second arm (10) in said housing (15), characterised in that said assembly step comprises at least:

    - a first step of securing said first cheek (13) to said first arm (9).
15. Manufacturing method according to the preceding claim, characterised in that said transverse section of the support post (2) furthermore comprises at least one third arm (22), said first and third arms (9, 22) being located on either side of said second arm (10), and in that said assembly step comprises a second step of securing said second cheek (14) to said third arm (22).
